Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of achievement motivation and learning facilities on the learning outcomes of economy class XI subjects in MA Fathussalafi mangaran situbondo academic year 2017/2018. Respondents in this study students class XI in MA Fathussalafi mangaran situbondo academic year 2017/2018 amounted to 30 learners drawn from 84peserta students. Sampling using technique proportional radom sampling. This research is an ExPost Facto research where the research only examines cause and effect relationships that are not manipulated or treated by the researcher. Data collection instruments using documentation, interviews, questionnaires were analyzed using the correlation of Product Moment Statistics. Achievement motivation data obtained from questionnaires given to students amounted to 10 questions. The result of the questionnaire shows the highest score = 26 and the lowest score = 19. The study facility data is obtained from the questionnaire given to the learners amounted to 10 questions. The results of the questionnaire revealed the highest score = 24 and the lowest score 18. While the learning result data obtained from the documentation of daily test value of learners and the result is known the highest value = 90 and the lowest score 70. Known major hypothesis test r-count value of 0,665, after dikskultasikan with r-table value, the value of r-table <r-count is 0.361. The working hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. Testing of minor hypothesis X₁ (achievement motivation) to Y known value of r-count equal to 0,444, after consultation with r-table, value r-table <r-count that is equal to 0,361. The hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. Testing the minor hypothesis X₂ (learning failures) to Y is known r-count value of 0,405, after consultation with r-table, the value of r-table <r-count is 0,361. The working hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. So it can be concluded "there is influence of achievement motivation and learning facilities to the learning result of economy class XI class in MA Fathussalafi mangaran situbondo year 2017/2018".

Abstract

The rapid development of technological science and the flow of globalization have a lot of competition in the field of education. Education is always the main concern in order to advance the lives of generations in line with the guidance of the community. The learning process in school is a complex and comprehensive process. Many people argue that to achieve high achievement in learning, a student must have a high Intelligence Quotient (IQ), because Intelligence Quotient (IQ) is a potential provision that will facilitate learning and in turn will produce optimal learning achievement Intellectual intelligence (IQ) ) only contributed 20% to success, while 80% was contributed by strength factors including emotional intelligence or Emotional Quotient (EQ), Aimed to determine the effect of Emotional Intelligence on Student Learning Outcomes in Economics Subjects Class XI Accounting SMK 2 Situbondo even semester 2017 Academic Year -2018. In testing the hypothesis there is a low influence between emotional intelligence on learning outcomes. Next, prove F hypothesis, the hypothesis will be proven if F-count is greater than F-table with a significant level of 5%. Large F-count is 10.381 while F-table is 3.1154 at N = 80, meaning that F-count is greater than F-table so it is said that there is a significant influence between emotional intelligence on learning outcomes. From the calculation of the 20 item questionnaire that has been validated. Where db = n - k - 1 = 78 with respondents 80 students, and the Ttable value seen from column db is 0.224 so if Thitung> T table then the questionnaire will be valid. After all valid questions, the next step is to record the questionnaire question, it has known reliable data of 0, 685> 0.60 and reliable 100%. The results of research conducted by researchers who use simple correlations to determine the relationship between variables is that it can get a value of 0.3428 when consulted with the empirical table that there is a low relationship between the variables of emotional intelligence on learning outcomes. To determine the effect between the variables of emotional intelligence on learning outcomes with the regression equation is = a + bx = 68,468 + 0,2194x, thus the coefficient of determination of variance is 0,3428 which means that emotional intelligence has a contribution to the learning outcomes of class XI of SMK Accounting N 2 2017/2018 Academic Year is 11.751% and the remaining 88.294% is influenced by other variables not examined.

Abstract

: Education is a form of manifestation of human culture is dynamic and full development . Because education has the task of preparing human resources for development . As a logical consequence , education is always faced with new problems . Problems facing the world of education is so broad , the first since the goal of human nature as a creature of mystery , both for educational efforts must anticipate the future to all its aspects that are not covered by the ability of human tellers . This study aims to determine whether to apply the method of Cooperative Learning Type Think Talk Write and activity can improve student learning outcomes . This research is Classroom Action Research ( CAR) conducted in Tanjung Selor Bulungan East Kalimantan . This study was done by researchers who acted as a teacher of Social Sciences. This study focused on Class VIII semester of academic year 2013/2014 , amounting to 28 students . The data collection method is a method of testing , observation and documentation . Based on the results of the study demonstrate that student learning outcomes are increased with 88.88 % of students who did not complete as many as four students in the subjects of Social Science in cycle 1 and 94.44 % with the students who did not complete as much as 2 students in Science subjects social in cycle 2 . While the student learning outcomes before the study is 83.33 % with a student who did not complete as many as six students in the subjects of Social Sciences meaningful improvement obtained with the implementation of Cooperative Learning Type Think Talk Write by 5.55 % in cycle 1 and cycle 2 for 11.11 % . Based on the results of this study concluded that the implementation of Cooperative Learning Type Think Talk Write quite effective and have experienced mastery learning both classical and individually. It can be seen from atusias students and students in the excitement of learning to follow the Social Sciences . This acquisition shows that the learning of Social Science in Class VIII semester of academic year 2013/2014 by using Cooperative Learning Type Think Talk Write effective enough to be applied.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of teacher competence and learning facilities on learning achievement in IPS subjects for class viii junior high school 1 Kapongan students in the 2017/2018 academic year. This type of research is ex-post facto research. The subjects of this study were students of SMP Negeri 1 Kapongan in the 2017/2018 academic year who received social studies subjects with a population of 127 students. The data collection techniques in this study were a questionnaire, interview (interview) and documentation. Data analysis in this study was analyzed in each data collection technique. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between teacher competence on social studies learning achievement. The results of the analysis using simple regression obtained a correlation coefficient (rx1y) of 0.659 and a coefficient of determination (r2x1y) of 0.435. The t test was carried out and the t-test price was 6.073 and the t-table value was 1.675 at the 5% significance level, which means that t count was greater than t table and the effect of teacher competence on social studies learning achievement was significant. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect of learning facilities on social studies learning achievement. The results of the analysis using simple regression obtained a correlation coefficient (rx2y) of 0.558 and a coefficient of determination (r2x2y) of 0.312. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence on teacher competence and learning facilities together on social studies learning achievement. The results of the analysis using multiple regression obtained the correlation coefficient Ry (1.2) of 0.709 and the coefficient of determination R2 y (1.2) of 0.503. This shows that there is a positive and significant influence on the competence of teachers and learning facilities together on social studies learning achievement.

Abstract

Teaching and learning activities in schools are the most fundamental activities. This means that successful there is no quality education among customers on how the learning process is experienced by students. The process for teaching and learning to run smoothly is done by the teacher, namely by increasing learning motivation. Motivation to learn is a conscious effort to direct and maintain the safety of a person's behavior so that he is motivated to act to do something so as to achieve certain results or goals. Intrinsic motivation is the motivation to learn that comes from the students themselves. If students have intrinsic motivation within themselves, then they will consciously carry out an activity that does not require external motivation. Interest has a huge influence on the course of the student process. If students are interested in learning a lesson or something it will work out well.

Abstract

Someone who has an interest in certain activities tends to pay great attention to these activities. Of course, in carrying out activities and efforts to achieve goals, there is a need for an impetus to foster the interest carried out by teachers, the enthusiasm of educators in teaching students is closely related to the interests of students who are learning. to determine the effect of interest in learning on student learning outcomes in class VII social studies subjects at SMP Negeri 1 Besuki even semester of the 2017/2018 school year. In this study, using the method of determining research respondents using proportional randem sampling, which only took half of the number of class VII respondents at SMP Negeri 1 Besuki even semester of the 2017/2018 school year. From the results of the calculation of the analysis of variance of the regression line, it is obtained Freg of 164.2353. And if you consult the F table for db = 2 and db = 51 with a significant level of 5% obtained 3.1650. Thus the results of these calculations show that Freg is greater than the F-table which means that the interest in learning is significant towards learning outcomes. for the results of the first minor analysis for the significant test between internal learning interest and student learning outcomes, the F-count results are 164.2353 and a significant level of 5%. For the results of the second minor analysis to test the significant interest in internal learning on student learning outcomes obtained results F-count 164.2353 and a significant level of 5%. Furthermore, the effectiveness of the regression line was obtained at 87.2462%. This means that the effective contribution of the overall predictors of student learning outcomes contributed 87.2462%. while other predictors that were not studied gave 38.95%. The effective contribution (SE) of the doctor (X1) of interest in internal learning is 70.1411% towards the criterion (Y) of student learning outcomes. The effective contribution (SE) predictor (X2) of interest in external learning is 17.1051% towards the criterion (Y) of student learning outcomes.

Abstract

In developing quality human resources in integrated social studies subjects, there are several difficulties for students, including: low student ability in understanding integrated social studies subjects as well as, ineffective learning methods, monotonous from time to time, authoritarian teachers. and less friendly to students, a poor evaluation tool. So that students feel bored and have less interest in learning. Based on the observations of SMP IT Fatwah Jangkar, when the teacher gave lessons to students, he found several problems in the social studies / economics learning process. There are some students who lack concentration when learning takes place. This is possible because learning takes place in a monotone so that students are less motivated to learn. This type of research is classroom action research. Collecting data in this study using the method of observation, documentation, interviews, and tests. The results of this study indicate that the application of learning with the Problem Based learning model can be used as an alternative in social studies learning. Social studies learning using the Problem Based Learning learning model has a positive impact on student involvement in learning activities which can be seen from the very good percentage of student activity. The results also showed that the students' learning outcomes were classically complete, that is, more than 80% of the students had successfully studied individually.

Abstract

Teaching and learning is the main activity in school. The hope that never disappears from a teacher is that students succeed in learning. This success is always accompanied by efforts both from the teacher and from the students themselves. Based on observations carried out at SMP Negeri 1 Kapongan Situbondo, there were several problems, one of which was the low student interest in learning. The data shows that 14 students in class VII-A and 13 students in class VII-B have low interest in learning and are starting to be interested in other activities. Students are more interested in playing gadgets and talking to friends next door without paying attention to the teacher's explanation. This study is an ex-post facto study because it only reveals data about events that have taken place on respondents who have no treatment and control. Based on the Pie Chart of the tendency of learning interest variables, it was shown that the seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Kapongan who had a very high category of interest in learning were 2 students (4.88%), the high category was 11 students (26.83%), the low category was 22 students (53.66%) and the very low category was 6 students (14.63%). Student interest is low because there are still many students who have not met the indicator of interest in learning, namely the indicator of interest in what is being learned. The results of the prerequisite analysis and hypothesis testing showed that there was an effect of using gadgets and the learning environment together on learning interest by 42.1% with a significance value of 0.000.

Abstract

The low learning achievement of students is known from the relatively low semester semester of Social Semester subjects. In social studies subjects the teacher establishes minimum completeness criteria (KKM) of 75. The research design uses expost facto. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. After data analysis and hypothesis testing, the correlation coefficient level between learning outcomes (Y) and time discipline culture (X1) is obtained by ignoring the disciplinary culture of action (X2) and the discipline discipline discipline (X3) of 0.4561. While the correlation coefficient level between learning outcomes (Y) and the discipline of deed culture (X2) ignores the time discipline culture (X1) and the discipline discipline discipline (X3) is 0.4052, while the correlation coefficient level between learning outcomes (Y) with a culture of disciplinary discipline (X3) by ignoring the time discipline culture (X1) and the discipline of deed culture (X2) of 0.1257. and the level of correlation coefficient between the three independent variables simultaneously with the criteria Ry (1,2,3) of 0.663. Abstract

Based on an interview with one of the seventh grade teachers in Kendit 1 Public Middle School, he said that student learning outcomes in VII grade were still low. The low learning outcomes of social studies are partly due to their lack of learning. This was seen when social studies took place. Quantitative research design. The study was determined by the location at SMP Negeri 1 Kendit. Determination of the research location is on the Kendit highway. Data collection is obsession, interview and documentation. Quantitative descriptive data analysis. There is a low effect of reaching 0.3326 which is significant between physical readiness for the learning outcomes of grade VII students in integrated social studies subjects even in 1 Public Middle School 1 Kendit Academic Year 2017/2018. There is no influence because it reaches 0.0169 which is significant between the psychic readiness of the learning outcomes of class VII students in integrated social studies subjects in even semester 1 of Public Middle School 1 Kendit Academic Year 2017/2018. There is no influence because it reaches 0.0945 which is significant between material readiness towards the learning outcomes of class VII students in integrated social studies in even semester in 1 Kendit Middle School in Academic Year 2017/2018. From the results of data analysis and testing the hypothesis X2 and X3 above, it can be stated that psychic readiness and material readiness cannot be stated to affect student learning outcomes / in other words, material readiness and psychic readiness do not have a great influence on student learning outcomes. While in testing the hypothesis X1, it can be stated that physical readiness has a large influence on student learning outcomes.
