Abstract

This research aims to determine the level of water quality in  Saloe rivers based physical test of color, smell, temperature, taste, conductivity, and total dissolved solids. Sampling was conducted at three sites by measuring the depth of the river and take samples at the surface, middle and bottom of the river. Tests conducted in the laboratory of Chemistry, Faculty of Science and Technology is using descriptive method by measuring the standard measuring tool. From the results of water quality testing at each sampling site, there was information that the water quality of the Saloe rivers can be classified into categories of water quality is good because all the parameters tested still achieve water quality standards based on Government Regulation No. 82 in 2001.

Abstract

Research on Comparison Of Efficiency Dye Sensitized Solar Cell (Dssc) Of Henna Leaf Extract Water, Water Henna Flower Red And Purple (Impatiens Balsamina Linn) as a Dye Sensitizerin order to determine how much comparative efficiency of dye sensitisized solar cell (DSSC) of water henna leaf extract, flower extract water henna red and purple as a dye sensitizer. The method used in this research is the method of Doctor Blade. Based on the results of measurements of I-V by using a source of light, the efficiency gained from henna leaf extract 0.008473333 % water by absorption spectrum wavelengths are in the range of 245- 660.50 nm and an absorbance of 0.036. For efficient water henna red flowers of 0.007466667 % of this extract is the wavelength range of 242.50 - 312 500 nm and absorbance of 4573, while for the water purple flowers girlfriend 0.004833333% efficiency results obtained in the wavelength range 238.50 - 350.50 nm and absorbance 4,617, Henna leaf extract water as a dye sensitizer on sensitisized dye solar cell (DSSC) have the highest efficiency.Keywords: absorbance, doctor blade, DSSC, efficiency, henna plant water.

Abstract

The Purpose of this research is to know the effects of time irradiation to dosage in calibration dosimeter pocket gamma (pen dosimeter).  This research is also intended to know the effects of time irradiation in response dosimeter pocket gamma (pen dosimeter).  Relations between time irradiation to dosage based on calculations time irradiation, irradiation in pen dosimeter to calculate dosage reading material. Result of contact time irradiation with the dose by more than dosage that used time irradiation needed more for a long time. Results obtained from the relationship time irradiation in response dosage is becoming more time irradiation then dosage that read in pen dosimeter result in more than. dosage 100 µSv, 500 µSv, 1000 µSv, 1500 µSv, 2000 µSv, 2500 µSv, 3000 µSv, 3500 µSv, 4000 µSv, and 4,500 µSv, factors calibration 0.91 . Calibration factor which is obtained from pen dosimeter that has been calibration claimed could be used and functioned as specifications based on standard calibration.

Abstract

Research has been done on plant germination with the addition of LED light with variations in color, lamp distance, and type of lamp with the aim to determine the growth of green spinach and red spinach when treated at night. This research was carried out by planting green spinach and red spinach in 10 polybags in each light. Every 10 polybags of spinach are illuminated by lights with red, blue, yellow, and polybag colors without the addition of light. Furthermore, at the distance of the lamp 60 cm, 50 cm, 40 cm, 30 cm, 20 cm, 10 cm and without the addition of light. And for this type of LED lights, incandescent, neon and without the addition of light. Illumination of light is carried out at night for 3 hours. Spinach germination is observed every day to find out the time of germination, and is controlled at all times for plant maintenance by watering the plants so that soil moisture remains controlled. The data obtained from this study were analyzed by graphical analysis of the relationship of light to the time of germination of green spinach and red spinach plants. The results of this study indicate that the light influences the red LED light, distance of 10 cm and 20 lights and the type of fluorescent lamp on the germination of spinach plants. While the influence of other lights gives the same effect on spinach plants, because the growth is rather slow compared to plants that are illuminated in red lights, the distance of the lights is 10 cm and 20 cm, and the type of fluorescent lights.

Abstract

This research aims to design and produce the model design of the dryer rack type fish using solar collectors with the addition of a blower 1 unit’s maximum temperature 49˚ C, dimension 216666  with a capacity of 3 kg. The result  of test 1, test 2, and 3 for 3 day test has been obtained an efficiency of 32,16 % greater than the manual drying efficiency of 5,4%. While in testing the quality  of dried anchovies dried using solar collectors based on quality standards of dried anchovoies (SNI 01- 2708-1992) is not accordance with the prescribed standards in terms of microbiological bacteria mold furthermore, for testing chemically moisture content, ash content, and ash content insoluble in acid  is still in accordance with (SNI 01- 2708-1992). Keywords: Anchovies, Efficiency, Plan, Shelf type, Solar collectors

Abstract

This research was attempted to identify the effect of the seriousness of noise on CV Rinjani Perkasa's blood pressure. This study used a procedure to compare blood pressure before and after exposure to sound sources from the press. Fifteen respondents measured blood pressure between the ages of 20-40 years during working hours using a digital blood monitor. The average measured sound seriousness is 107.8 dB in the room where the sound source is made and 99.1 dB in the room directly adjacent to the sound source. Blood pressure measurements showed that blood pressure increased more in 15 respondents. For example, Respondent 4 who is located next to the noise source has a systolic blood pressure of 20.62% and a diastolic blood pressure of 15.96%, whereas Respondent 1 is located next to the noise source. There is a problem, the percentage increase. With blood pressure. Low blood pressure Systolic blood pressure of 7.48% and diastolic blood pressure of 6.08%.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of fiber size of the sound absorption coefficient of acoustic material of banana. In this study, the size of the fiber used is 10 mesh, 20 mesh, and 40 mesh wi th a board thickness of 1cm. The value of the frequency used is 125 Hz, 250 Hz, 500 Hz, 1000 Hz, and 2000 Hz. The result showed that the smaller the size of the fiber, the more high sound absorption coefficient is generated. Good sound absorption coefficient is the mesh size of 40 with a frequency of 125 Hz at a thickness of 1 cm is equal to 0.255. This suggests that the acoustic boards made of banana can be used as a silencer because it meets the ISO 11654 standard.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the minerals contained in fish bones using X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) and to find out the values that are relevant to standard values. This study used a test sample in the form of a beam with a length of 30 cm, a width of 10 cm and a height of 15 cm with the composition of fish bone powder varied from 10%, 15%, 20%, 25% and 30%. Make batako with a mix of sand, semen, air and fish bone powder. Based on the results of testing each parameter parameter, analysis of fish mineral minerals using XRD. The yield of fish oil (CaO) content is 65%, zinc (ZnO) 11%, Iron (Fe2O3) 22%, and Cu4O3 2%. While the average value for each parameter in the composition of 10% to 15% is obtained by the compressive strength of 25.21 Kg / cm2 and 40.16 Kg / cm2 (according to the SNI 3-0349-1989 standard class category IV and class III level of solid concrete brick).Keywords: brick, compressive strength, fish bone

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the plastic waste can be used as an alternative fuel and to determine the physical quality of alternative fuels plastic waste generated before distillation and after distillation. This study is done the combustion process using a tool designed himself. After the burning process, the oil obtained is done by testing physical parameters are density, viscosity and caloric value. The results showed that the physical quality of alternative fuels, namely plastic waste For this type of plastic PET, HDPE, LDPE, PVC and PP in density test results obtained before and after distillation not meet fuel standards. The results obtained on testing the viscosity value for the type of plastic PET, LDPE, PP and PVC before distillation including kerosene fuel standards. Whereas For this type of plastic HDPE and PP after distillation including kerosene fuel standards. While the test results obtained calorific values for the type of plastic PET, HDPE, PVC, LDPE and PP before and after distillation not meet fuel standards.
