Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the performance of the MBKM Economiic Faculty Nusa Bangsa University’s program implementation. The analytical method used are gap analysis and paired sample t-test by comparing student perceptions of student performance and student expectations of the importance of MBKM implementation and Economiic Faculty services in the MBKM program. The sampling method is saturated sampling, and the number of respondents is 142 students. By using gap analysis, the results showed that there was a gap between the perceived performance of students and expectations of the level of importance in both the implementation of the MBKM program and the quality of Economiic Faculty services in the implementation of MBKM. By using a different paired sample t-test, the results showed that there was a significant difference between the perceived performance of students and the level of importance of the MBKM program both in the implementation and quality of FEB services in the implementation of MBKM. The management of Economiic Faculty UNB needs to carry out a planned and structured evaluation of the implementation of the MBKM program so that the objectives of the program that are already good, can be implemented properly, and need to involve students in determining the MBKM program that is held so that there is harmony between the wishes of the manager and the needs of students regarding the benefits that will be obtained from student participation in the MBKM program. Abstract

Startup-related issues have been growing in recent years due to their massive publication in the media. The growth numbers of startup companies globally, especially in Indonesia, have shown an astonishing figure. Valuation is one of many issues that revolve around startups. This study examines valuation fraud that leads to Ponzi Scheme in startup companies by using Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) as the valuation indicator. Scoping review was employed to identify and map literature that links to this study’s topic comprehensively through many sources. Venture capitalists and management teams play a key role in valuing startups. Financial academics suggest general valuation models, such as Net Present Value (NPV) and Discounted Cash Flows (DCF), are not used to value startups. They tend to value their company subjectively, which doesn’t represent startup true economic values. They use their advantages on information asymmetry excessively, leading to overvaluing the startup’s values. This study concludes that using subjective factors and limiting a startup’s economic and performance information disclosure by only disclosing Gross Merchandise Value will lead to startup valuation fraud in the form of the Ponzi Scheme.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of e-service quality, website design, e-trust, and perceived risk on e-satisfaction (a survey of Shopee user students in Sleman and Yogyakarta City). This type of research is survey research using a questionnaire. The population in this study were all of the Shopee user students in Sleman and Yogyakarta City. This study used a sampling technique in the form of purposive sampling with 100 respondents who are students who live in Sleman and Yogyakarta City and have made purchases at Shopee at least two times as samples. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing, namely the F test and t test partially and the coefficient of determination (R2) test. The results obtained in this study were e-service quality, website design, e-trust, and perceived risk together have a significant effect on e-satisfaction, e-service quality, website design, and e-trust partially have a positive and significant effect on e-satisfaction, while perceived risk has a negative and significant effect on e-satisfaction.

Abstract

Changing patterns of behavior in public financial transactions during this pandemic has increased the use of e-wallet services. One of the Indonesian people's most widely used e-wallet services is DANA. This study aims to determine the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived security, and cashback promotion on behavioral intention to the DANA e-wallet (a survey of people in the Special Region of Yogyakarta). The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with the purposive sampling method. The number of samples in this study was 100 respondents with the criteria of people who have a DANA account but have never used it for transactions. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of this study, it was found that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived security, and cashback promotion simultaneously or together had an effect on behavioral intention in DANA e-wallet with a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05 and an Adjusted R-value by 55.1%. This shows that the variables perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived security, and cashback promotion can explain 55.1% of behavioral intention variables, and the remaining 44.9% is influenced by other variables outside of this study. In addition, this study also obtained results that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived security, and cashback promotion partially or one by one affect behavioral intention.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to know the influence of product quality, service quality and perceived price on customer satisfaction (case study of smartphone Samsung in Bogor). this research used eksogen variable (product quality, service quality and perceived price) and endogen variable (customer satisfaction). This research used non probability sampling sample method and the total of respondents is 200, the respondents chosen were respondents who had used or were wearing smartphone Samsung. Research data was processed using SPSS AMOS 21. The result of this research is product quality has a positive and significant influence to customer satisfaction with CR (3,312 > 1,96) or P value (*** < 0,05), therefore hypothesis 1 was accepted. Service quality has a positive and significant influence to customer satisfaction with CR (2,750 > 1,96) or P value (0,006 < 0,05), therefore hypothesis 2 was accepted. Perceived price has a positive and significant influence to customer satisfaction with CR (2,076 > 1,96) or P value (0,004 < 0,05), therefore hypothesis 3 was accepted. Product quality, service quality and perceived price has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction with R Square value in the amount 0.841 or 84.1%, therefore hypothesis 4 was accepted. Abstract

This study aims to determine organizational justice and itseffect on organizational commitment in the Office of Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperatives of Sleman Regency and the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Sleman Regency.The sample used in this study amounted to 50 respondents. The sampling method using saturated sampling. The data analysis method used is quantitative analysis using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, t test, and the coefficient of determination. By using the multiple linear regression method, it can be concluded that Y1 = 3,946 + 0.443 X1 + 0.346 X2 + e and Y2 = 16,647 + 0.669 X1 -0.580 X2 + e. The results of simultaneous calculations at Y1 obtained partial test results t count (4.104)> t table (2.011), the significance of the variable distributive justice to the dependent variable, namely affective commitment of 0.000 or less than the alpha value of 0.05. Distributive justice variable has a significant effect on affective commitment or H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. The procedural justice variable t count (2.452)> t table (2.011) the significance of the procedural justice variable on the dependent variable, namely affective commitment of 0.018 or less than the alpha value of 0.05. In conclusion, the value of t count> t table and the significance of 0.018 <0.05 means that the variable procedural justice has a significant effect on affective commitment or H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. As for Y2, the simultaneous calculation results obtained by partial test results t count (3.103)> t table (2.011) the significance of distributive justice variables to the dependent variable, namely normative commitment of 0.003 or less than the alpha value of 0.05. In conclusion, the value of t count> t table and significance 0.003 <0.05 means that the variable distributive justice has a significant effect on normative commitment or H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. The procedural justice variable t count (-2.057) <t table (2.011) the significance of the procedural justice variable on the dependent variable, namely the normative commitment of 0.045 or less than the alpha value of 0.05. In conclusion, the value of t count <t table and the significance of 0.045 <0.05 means that the normative justice variable has a significant effect on normative commitment or H1 is rejected and H0 is rejected. Abstract

This study aims to examine the prediction of the company's financial difficulties using the Altman Z-score 1968 model and the effect of financial ratios including working capital to total assets, retained earnings to total assets, earnings before interest and tax to total assets, market value equity to book value. of total liabilities, and sales to total assets on financial distress. The sample used in this study is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2015-2019. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling method and obtained 64 companies. The results showed that the variables Working Capital to Total Assets (X1), Retained Earnings to Total Assets (X2), Earnings Before Interest and Tax to Total Assets (X3), Market Value Equity To Book Value of Total Liabilities (X4), and Sales to Total Assets (X5) has a positive effect on financial distress, and the most significant effect on financial distress is the variable Retained Earnings to Total Assets. From the results of SPSS 17.0 processing, the equation Z = -1,813 + 1,216 X1 + 1,837 X2 + 0.122 X3 + 0.070 X4 + 0.506 X5 is produced. Meanwhile, the discriminant model that was formed had a high enough validation rate, namely 97.6%. Keywords: Financial ratio analysis; Financial distress; Altman Z-score

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand ambassador and brand image on purchasing decisions with trustworthiness as an intervening variable in the Yogyakarta Starcross distribution. the type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population used is the customer of the Starcross Yogyakarta distribution as many as 100 people. The sample used in this study is 100 customers using the sampling technique used is non-probability sampling using a data collection method using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression. Based on the results of this study, brand ambassadors have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, brand image has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, brand ambassadors have a significant positive effect on trustworthiness, brand image has a significant positive effect on trustworthiness, trustworthiness has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. In this case, trustworthiness as an intervening variable is able to mediate the relationship between brand ambassadors on purchasing decisions, and brand image on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Artikel ini meneliti mengenai pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja petugas Lapas Klas IIB Klaten. Teori mengenai gaya kepemimpinan dalam penelitian ini digunakan teori Bass (1985) yang membagi gaya kepemimpinan menjadi 2 yaitu kepemimpinan transaksional dan kepemimpinan transformasional. Sedangkan untuk mengukur kinerja pegawai digunakan teori dari Robbin yang terdiri atas lima indikator (Robbins, 2006: 260). Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan tipe statistik deskriptif. Populasi dalam studi ini adalah seluruh pegawai sedangkan sampel diambil dari pegawai selain jajaran pimpinan atau pejabat di lapas. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 72 orang. Untuk menganalisis data digunakan software SPSS 16.0 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 5%. Dari hasil uji F diketahui bahwa gaya kepemimpinan secara signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja petugas. Persamaan regresi yang didapatkan antara gaya kepemimpinan dengan kinerja petugas adalah Y= 19,616 + 0,492 X. Dari analisis deskriptif yang dilakukan kinerja petugas lapas memperoleh hasil baik dan sangat baik dikarenakan pemimpin menerapkan kepemimpinan transformasional.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work experience and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employee performance partially, and the effect of work experience and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employee performance simultaneously at PT. Yogyakarta Engineering Mukti Day. The research method used is quantitative with a population of 45 employees. Sampling using saturated non-probability sampling, with the entire population of 45 employees to be sampled. The data obtained were then processed using the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 22 for windows. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire using google forms for employees of PT. Yogyakarta Engineering Mukti Day. Data analysis techniques used in this study include reliability test, validity test, multiple linear regression test, classical assumption test through the T test, F test, and the coefficient of determination. The results of the study concluded that the variables work experience and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) partially affect the performance of employees at PT. Yogyakarta Engineering Mukti Day. The results of the study conclude that the variable work experience and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) simultaneously affect the performance of employees at PT. Yogyakarta Engineering Mukti Day.
