Abstract

Profitability is the ability or ability of banks to make a profit. The problem of profitability is very important because bank revenue is the main target that must be achieved by the bank because the main goal of the bank is to achieve profit. The higher the bank's profitability, the better the bank's performance. The formulation of the problem in this study are does the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) affect profitability, Operational Income Operational Costs (BOPO) affect profitability and Loan to Deposit Ratio and Operational Income Operational Costs affect Profitability. Public Bank for the 2014-2019 period. Data were analyzed using the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, Determination analysis, simultaneous significance test (F test) and partial significance test (t-test). The results showed that the Loan to Deposit Ratio had a negative and significant effect on Profitabiltas. Operating Costs Operating Income has a negative and significant effect. Loan to Deposit Ratio and Operating Costs Operating Income has effect on profitability at commercial banks for the 2014-2019 period. Keywords : LDR, BOPO and profitability

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Return on Asset (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan Suku Bunga terhadap Return saham perusahaan Property dan Real Estate yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2017-2019. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah berjumlah 61 perusahaan dengan sampel penelitian berjumlah 39 perusahaan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Return on Asset (ROA) berpengaruh positif terhadap Return saham, sedangkan variabel Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan Suku Bunga berpengaruh negatif terhadap Return saham. Secara simultan variabel Return on Asset (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan Suku Bunga secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Return saham. Abstract

The creation of entrepreneurs (entrepreneurs) is an alternative solution to various problems in society such as poverty and social inequality, increasing unemployment of productive age and depletion of energy supply reserves, all of which require creative and innovative actions. Technopreneur, one part of the development of entrepreneurship (entrepreneur) provides an overview of entrepreneurship by using technology-based innovation. With the technopreneurship development model, it can provide benefits or impacts, both economically, socially and environmentally. Technopreneurs can be interpreted as job creators who will actively encourage Indonesia to have a strong and competitive economic foundation. Inclusive economic growth and sustainable development need to continue to receive attention and support from various groups, namely the support of the government, the private sector, the community and of course support from academics in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the effect of Product Quality, Brand Image, and Consumer Trust partially and simultaneously influence the Purchase Decision. The population in this study are consumers who use or have used Yamaha Mio in Bogor City with a total sample of 170 people. Data testing is done using SPSS 23 software. The results of this study are as follows: (1) Product quality partially influences purchasing decisions with a t count value greater than t table (2,996 > 1.65). (2) Brand Image partially influences purchasing decisions with the t-count value greater than t-table (2.892 < 1.65). (3) Consumer Confidence partially influences purchasing decisions with a t-count value greater than t-table (3.903 > 1.65). (4) Product Quality, Brand Image, and Consumer Trust simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions with a calculated F value greater than F table (45.189 > 2.66) and a significance value of 0.000. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of price perception, product quality,and sales promotion on purchasing decisions for Honda Vario (Case Study on Consumersin Bogor). Price Perception, Product Quality, and Sales Promotion have an important rolefor the creation of Purchase Decisions. The purposes of this study are (1) to determine theeffect of price perception on purchasing decisions, (2) to determine product quality onpurchasing decisions. (3) To find out sales promotion on purchasing decisions. (4). Todetermine the effect of perception of price, product quality, and sales promotion togetheraffect purchasing decisions, the number of respondents in this study were 220 respondentswho were taken from those who knew and had bought a Honda Vario motorcycle in BogorCity. The research data was processed using SPSS version 22 . The results of this studyare as follows: (1) Price Perception partially affects purchasing decisions with a t-countvalue greater than t-table ( 4.053 > 1.65 ) and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05; H0 isrejected H1 is accepted. (2) Product quality partially influences purchasing decisions witha t-count value greater than t-table (3.324 > 1.65) and a significant value of 0.001 <0.05;H0 is rejected H2 is accepted. (3) Sales Promotion partially affects the Purchase Decisionwith a t-count value greater than t-table ( 4.099 > 1.65 ) and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05; H0 is rejected H3 is accepted. (4) Perception of Price, Product Quality, and SalesPromotion simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions witha calculated F value greater than F table (518.425 > 2.65) and with a significance value of0.000 and less than (α = 5%) = 0.05. (5) The three independent variables (Price Perception,Product Quality, and Sales Promotion) are able to explain the variation in the dependentvariable (Purchase Decision) by 87.8%, while 12.2% Purchase Decision is influenced byother independent variables.Keywords: Price Perception, Product Quality, Sales Promotion, and Purchase Decision

Abstract

The research is aimed at describing service quality and customer satisfaction with PT Bank BNI services during the COVID-19 pandemic. The study used 60 customers to be selected randomly as samples. The analysis method uses Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The results of the analysis found that the performance of services provided by PT Bank BNI Bogor Branch has been able to meet the interests of customers by 83.07%. Then it is known that several attributes are the main priority because their performance is still below the interests of customers, namely the queuing system during the Covid-19 pandemic, the speed of customer service during the Covid-19 pandemic, bank operational schedules during the Covid-19 pandemic, guarantees of getting quality service. the Covid-19 pandemic, the completeness of the facilities/equipment provided, the alertness to customer complaints during the Covid-19 pandemic, the speed in resolving the Covid-19 pandemic problems, the readiness to overcome queues during the Covid-19 pandemic and the readiness of officers when needed. From the results of the CSI analysis, it is known that the level of customer satisfaction is 77.61% which is included in the satisfied category. Thus the services provided by PT Bank BNI Bogor Branch during the Covid-19 pandemic can be said to be good but they still have to continue to make improvements so that their service performance is getting better.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has affected the world of tourism, especially in the hotel industry. Movement and travel restrictions, changes in human behaviour while traveling, as well as the existence of several regulations from the central government of Indonesia and local governments affect tourist visits and occupancy rates in hotels. As in large and star hotels, small hotels and non-star hotels have also been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. This research was conducted in East Java Province, Indonesia, involving 161 non-star hotels during the data collection period in March and April 2020, namely in the early months of the Covid-19 Pandemic in Indonesia. The measurement parameters for the independent variables are Environmental Management System (EMS) and Pro-Environmental Behaviour (PEB), while the dependent variable is Sustainable Industry Performance. Research analysis using Smart-PLS 2.0. The conclusions of this study indicate that in the early months of the COVID-19 pandemic the Environmental Management System and Pro-Environmental Behaviour had a significant and positive effect on Economic Sustainability, with the strongest influence being given by Pro-Environmental Behaviour; only Pro-Environmental Behaviour has a significant and positive influence on Environmental Sustainability; Environmental Management System and Pro-Environmental Behaviour have a significant and positive influence on Social Sustainability, with the strongest influence exerted by the Environmental Management System. Abstract

The research was conducted to see the development of KSPPS BMT Artha Barokah's financial performance in 2015-2019 by looking at aspects: capital, productive asset quality, efficiency, liquidity, cooperative identity as well as aspects of independence and growth. The research is descriptive quantitative, namely by analyzing financial data and then the results are presented in the form of numbers. The variables studied were the financial performance of KSPPS BMT Artha Barokah with documentation techniques. For data analysis using the instrument of the Regulation of the Deputy for Supervision of the Ministry of Cooperatives and UKM for Health Assessment of Savings and Loans Cooperatives and Sharia Financing Number 07/Per/Dep.6/IV/2016. From the research results, it is known that the financial performance of KSPPS BMT Artha Barokah in 2015-2019 is seen from: 1) The aspect of capital with the ratio of own capital to total assets is not healthy and the CAR is quite healthy; 2) The quality aspect of earning assets in the ratio of non-performing financing to the number of receivables and current financing, the ratio of risky portfolio financing is in the non-risk criteria while the PPAP ratio is doubtful; 3) The aspect of efficiency in the ratio of operational costs to services is less efficient, the ratio of fixed assets to total assets is good while the ratio of service efficiency is not good; 4) The liquidity aspect of the less liquid cash ratio and the less liquid financing to funds received ratio; 5) aspects of cooperative identity in high gross participation ratio and beneficial PEA ratio; 6) Aspects of independence and growth in low asset profitability ratios, low equity profitability ratios and less service operational independence ratios. Based on the results of the study, the financial performance of KSPPS BMT Artha Barokah was in the fairly healthy category although it had experienced a decline in several aspects.

Abstract

This paper aims to analyze the potential for community cocoa development in Bangka Island by determining the main priority factors and calculating the economic potential of the people's cocoa. In determining priority factors using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, with 25 farmer respondents whose role is to provide views and determine alternative priority criteria as determinants of future cocoa development in this area. The results of the AHP analysis stated that the main priority as the basis for developing cocoa farming in the future is market security, the second priority is the dissemination of GAP and the third priority is the availability of superior seeds. The results of the analysis of the economic potential of people's cocoa explain that smallholder cocoa in Bangka Island will generate revenue of Rp. per hectare per year if it is cultivated properly.
