Abstract

Toast is one of the popular food Indonesia. Roti Bakar 88 is an outlet that sell ready to eat toast. Business trends show there is a change in the focus of the business that initially focuses on the product to be consumer-focused. For this reason, consumer satisfaction is an interesting topic to study. The purpose of the research is to analyze the impact of product atributte and price performance on consumer satisfaction in Roti Bakar 88. Data collected using questionare consists of 100 respondens. Data was analyzed using multiple linier regression method. The result shows that, product attributte and price variable is partially significant influenct the consumers satisfaction. The results also tells that independent variable significantly influenct independent variable simultaneously. Owner of Roti Bakar 88 need to improve the performance product features which consists of product information and packaging through include information on the nutritional value contained and benefits that consumer get. While the dimension of product quality, logo design maintened or improve because consumer already satisfied. Roti Bakar 88 has a price that is in the range of < Rp. 50.000, where the consumer are satisfied with the price. The price is still affordable for all consumer.When product attributes and prices can meet consumer expectations, customer satisfaction of Roti Bakar 88 will increase. Consumers are also satisfied with the price provided, because feel it appropriate with product quality and service provide.

Abstract

The company in running its business requires a certain amount of funds to achieve its goals. One of the sources of funds needed is long-term debt, including bonds payable. Bondholders must pay attention to changes in bond prices when investing in bonds. Changes in bond prices are influenced by liquidity, maturity and coupon factors. This study aims to determine the effect of the variables of Liquidity, Maturity Time, and Bond Coupons on the Bond Prices of Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The period used in this research is 2 years, starting from 2019 to 2020. The population used in this study amounted to 43 series of fixed rate bonds listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2020 period. The sample selection technique used purposive sampling method and obtained 27 fixed rate bonds which were used as samples. Technical analysis of the data used multiple linear regression. Based on the results of data analysis, partially Liquidity has an effect on Bond Prices, Maturity Period has a negative and significant effect on Bond Prices, and Bond Coupons have a negative and significant effect on Bond Prices. The results of the multiple regression analysis show that the regression model can be used to predict bond prices as evidenced by the significance value of F of 0.000. Adjusted R-Square value of 0.400 indicates that the ability of the independent variable in explaining the variation of the dependent variable is 40%, and the remaining 60% is explained by other variables outside the research model.

Abstract

Ukrida dalam mendukung terlaksananya program MBKM ini telah menerapkan teknologi pembelajaran (digital learning) yaitu Ukrida Virtual Class (UVC) dan New Sisfo. Ukrida Virtual Class (UVC) dan New Sisfo diluncurkan pada tahun 2021 dan telah dilakukan pelatihan baik kepada dosen maupun mahasiswa. Ukrida Virtual Class (UVC) dan New Sisfo. telah dimanfaatkan oleh semua mahasiswa, dosen dan tenaga kependidikan serta mahasiswa yang sedang mengambil program pertukaran pelajar di Ukrida. Menurut Davis (1989) ; Venkatesh dan Davis (2000) penerapan teknologi (digital learning) yang baik dapat di ukur dengan menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dengan menggunakan variable mudah untuk digunakan (Perceived to Use) dan memberikan kembermanfaatn kepada pengguna (Perceived Usefulness) serta berguna (Usage). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai apakah Ukrida Virtual Class (UVC) dan New Sisfo telah benar-benar mendukung pelaksanaan MBKM ini dengan baik maka peneliti tertarik untuk meneliti. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh dosen dan mahasiswa Universitas Kristen Krida Wacana. Sampel diambil dengan metode simple random sampling dengan jumlah 450 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, persepsi kebermanfaatan, dan sikap terhadap penggunaan secara parsial berpengaruh positif terhadap penggunaan aplikasi New Sisfo, sikap terhadap penggunaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap penggunaan aplikasi UVC. Persepsi kemudahan penggunaan dan persepsi kebermanfaatan secara parsial berpengaruh positif terhadap penggunaan aplikasi UVC, responden menyatakan aplikasi New Sisfo dan UVC mudah untuk digunakan, bermanfaat bagi proses belajar mengajar di Ukrida, dan para dosen serta mahasiswa sering mengakses aplikasi ini, aplikasi digital learning yang digunakan di Ukrida telah sesuai dengan kebutuhan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Brand Image, Perceived Quality, and Perceived Price on Purchase Intention (Survey of the Young Generation of Thrift Product Consumers in the Special Region of Yogyakarta). The design of this research is descriptive and quantitative research using purposive sampling method, namely research conducted by sampling technique with certain considerations. Data collection was carried out in June 2022. The study population was all people who live in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The samples studied were 120 respondents. Primary data collection technique is done by distributing questionnaires using google form. This study uses the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) 25.0 for Windows analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that 1) Brand Image, Perceived Quality, and Perceived Price have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention, 2) Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention, 3) Perceived Quality has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention, 4) Perceived Price has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention. The R2 value of 0.513 means that 51.3% of the variation of Purchase Intention on thrift products can be explained by the Brand Image, Perceived Quality and Perceived Price variables, the remaining 48.7 is explained by other variables outside of this study.

Abstract

In this era of globalization, internet technology is growing very rapidly an can be used to run a business through an application called e-commerce. On of the e-commerce that has been in business for a long time is Lazada. Lazada sustainability to compete with other e-commerce is influenced by consumer repurchase intention. The factors that determine the high an low influenced of repurchase intention are service quality, trust, and security. This study involves foot four variables, namely service quality, trustworthiness, and security as independent variables and repurchase interest as the dependent variable. For the population in this study, the students of the Faculty of Economics, UST, were taken as a sample of 105 respondents. The results of the research conducted show that service quality, trust, and security simultaneously (simultaneously) have a significant effect on consumer repurchase interest at Lazada, service quality has a significant effect on consumer repurchase interest at Lazada, trust has a significant effect on consumer repurchase interest. in Lazada, security has a significant effect on consumer repurchase interest in Lazada. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Interest Rates, Inflation, Composite Stock Price Index (JCI), Foreign Exchange Index (HSI) and Exchange Rates on the rate of return of Stock Mutual Funds. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. This study takes all time series including Interest Rates, Inflation, Composite Stock Price Index, Foreign Exchange Index (Hang Seng Index) for the period January 2017 to December 2021. The number of samples used is 60 samples. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of hypothesis testing show that Interest Rates, Inflation, Composite Stock Price Index (JCI), Foreign Exchange Index (Hang Seng Index) and Exchange Rates together have a significant effect on the rate of return of Stock Mutual Funds, Interest Rates have no significant effect on Mutual Fund returns. Stock Funds, Inflation has no significant effect on the rate of return of Stock Mutual Funds, the Composite Stock Price Index has a positive effect on the returns of Stock Mutual Funds, the Foreign Exchange Index (Hang Seng Index) has no significant effect on the returns of Stock Mutual Funds, Exchange Rates have no significant effect to the rate of return of the Equity Mutual Fund. Keywords: Interest Rate, Inflation, Composite Stock Price Index (JCI), Foreign Exchange Index (Hang Seng Index), and Exchange Rate ABSTRAK Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Suku Bunga, Inflasi, Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG), Indeks Bursa Asing (HSI) dan Nilai Tukar terhadap tingkat pengembalian Reksa Dana Saham.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini mengambil seluruh data time series meliputi Suku Bunga, Inflasi, Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan, Indeks Bursa Asing (Hang Seng Index) periode Januari 2017 sampai Desember 2021. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 60 sampel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukan bahwaSuku Bunga, Inflasi, Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG), Indeks Bursa Asing (Hang Seng Index) dan Nilai Tukar secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat pengembalian Reksa Dana Saham, Suku Bunga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat pengembalian Reksa Dana Saham, Inflasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat pengembalian Reksa Dana Saham, Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan berpengaruh positif terhadap tingkat pengembalian Reksa Dana Saham, Indeks Bursa Asing (Hang Seng Index) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat pengembalian Reksa Dana Saham, Nilai Tukar tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat pengembalian Reksa Dana Saham. Kata kunci: Suku Bunga, Inflasi, Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG), Indeks Bursa Asing (Hang Seng Index), dan Nilai Tukar.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation on work productivity at PT. Az-Zuhra Properti in Pekanbaru, this research was conducted on employees of PT. Az-Zuhra Property in Pekanbaru. The type of research used is quantitative research. Sampling using saturated sampling technique, because the researchers only took samples of employee respondents, amounting to 35 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression, classical assumption test, F hypothesis test, t hypothesis test, coefficient of determination. The results of the research conducted show that the coefficient of determination (adjusted R square) is 0.844 or 84.4%. That intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation simultaneously affect work productivity at PT. Az-Zuhra Property in Pekanbaru. Intrinsic motivation has no effect on work productivity at PT. Az-Zuhra Property in Pekanbaru. While extrinsic motivation partially affects the performance of employees at PT. Az-Zuhra Proerti in Pekanbaru. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure and investment decisions through profitability on firm value in food and beverage companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2020. The research sample consisted of 10 food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and selected by purposive sampling. The research data is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Capital Market Directory (ICMD) in 2018-2020. Analysis of the data used is a path analysis technique to see the effect of capital structure and investment decisions through profitability on firm value. The results showed that the capital structure had no effect on profitability; Investment decisions affect profitability; Capital structure has an effect on firm value; Investment decisions have no effect on firm value; Profitability has an effect on firm value; Capital structure, investment decisions, profitability have a simultaneous effect on firm value. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Gabungan Sentra Industri Keripik Tempe Sanan Kecamatan Blimbing Kota Malang Jawa Timur Tahun 2022 dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemasaran online terhadap minat pembelian Keripik Tempe Sanan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengisi kuesioner. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara incidental sampling, yaitu sampel dengan seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Jumlah responden adalah 60 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil data penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan (bersama-sama) online marketing yang memiliki indikator content creation, content sharing, connecting dan community building berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat pembelian Keripik Tempe Sanan. Dan hasil uji secara parsial hanya connecting yang berpengaruh terhadap minat pembelian. Sedangkan content sharing, content creation dan community building tidak berpengaruh terhadap variabel minat beli. Koefisien determinasi (RSquare) sebesar 32,4% yang berarti kontribusi pemasaran online terhadap variabel Y sebesar 32,4%, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

In the current state of the COVID-19 pandemic, many sectors of life have stopped, including the MSME sector. This study aims to determine the potential and opportunities for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Bogor City in an effort to increase economic growth during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research method used is by collecting data primarily with qualitative methods whose research data is collected by distributing questionnaires to MSME actors scattered in the city of Bogor. From the research that has been done, it is found that the potential and opportunities for SMEs are very significant in an effort to increase employment, increase the value of gross domestic product, and advance the economy.
