Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the production and marketing input of oyster mushrooms in Sumberagung Village, Ngantang District, Malang Regency, which was conducted in August 2019. The method used in this study was exploration and direct interviews with the oyster mushroom entrepreneurs. Data were analyzed using business effectiveness (R/C) analysis, ROI or Return On Investment analysis and marketing effectiveness analysis. The results show that oyster mushroom production inputs were all forms of input such as production facilities and infrastructure, capital and business costs for oyster mushrooms, labor and production sites. Oyster mushroom marketing system was carried out starting from harvesting, post-harvest and marketing activities that were still simple and traditional. Analysis of business effectiveness (R/C), ROI analysis or Return On Investment and analysis of marketing effectiveness of the initial period of oyster mushroom business shows that the use of oyster mushroom business input such as initial capital is economically ineffective but the following period of venture capital is effectively business (R/C), ROI or Return On Investment analysis and marketing effectiveness analysis are effective.

Abstract

This research examines the influence of On-line Shopping and E-wallet on Impulse Buying. The existence of an online shopping phenomenon using digital wallet payments (e-wallets) is prevalent among the public recently. This study adopted a survey method with 200 respondents selected purposively from two large cities in East Java, Indonesia namely malls located in Malang and Surabaya. Using variables that consist of shopping variables consisted of: variety of choices, price level, sensory attribute, utilitarian browsing, and hedonic browsing. Moreover the E-wallet variables consist of: effect of service features, advertising, benefit perceptions, perceived usefulness, consumer attitude, security, risk, and discount. Findings revealed that price level, hedonic browsing, benefit perceptions, perceived usefulness, consumer attitude, security, risk, and discount had a significant positive correlation with impulse buying; while the variety of choices, utilitarian browsing, effect of service features, and advertising had a significant negative correlation with impulse buying. Online shopping and e-wallet variables simultaneously affect impulse buying. Practical implications are also discussed in this article.

Abstract

Research conducted is a type of qualitative phenomenological research that reveal and understand the meaning behind the phenomenon of the actions of individuals who perform various actions on the basis of their own perceptions as well as aspects of the background of the action. The number of informants in this study are six people. Sampling method of this study used purposive sampling with snowball sampling method. The findings shows that well recognized or reputable brand considered to be one of the reasons consumers choose to buy stimulation of brand POND’S. Marketing stimuli such as advertising on television, the product that suits consumer needs in affordable price can stimulate consumers buying decision. Low price of POND’S counterfeit product is the main considerations in encouraging buying decision. High consumer loyalty toward original POND’S brand made them decide to buy counterfeit POND’S without considering the authenticity and its side effect on consumer health. Reference groups that dominate consumer minds in buying the counterfeit POND’S product are workmate and store employees where the product is sold. Motivation in seeking new products and the high level of trust toward Unilever brand (POND’S) encourages consumers to buy counterfeit POND’S. Private sources (office colleagues) and commercial (TV advertisement) considered as main information sources for a consumer in buying POND’S and counterfeit POND’S counterfeit.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Gabungan Sentra Industri Keripik Tempe Sanan Kecamatan Blimbing Kota Malang Jawa Timur Tahun 2022 dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemasaran online terhadap minat pembelian Keripik Tempe Sanan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengisi kuesioner. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara incidental sampling, yaitu sampel dengan seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Jumlah responden adalah 60 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil data penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan (bersama-sama) online marketing yang memiliki indikator content creation, content sharing, connecting dan community building berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat pembelian Keripik Tempe Sanan. Dan hasil uji secara parsial hanya connecting yang berpengaruh terhadap minat pembelian. Sedangkan content sharing, content creation dan community building tidak berpengaruh terhadap variabel minat beli. Koefisien determinasi (RSquare) sebesar 32,4% yang berarti kontribusi pemasaran online terhadap variabel Y sebesar 32,4%, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of e-lifestyle and e-hedonism on the intensity to buy of the millennial generation. This type of research is a survey research. This research was conducted in Malang, East Java, with 150 respondents. The data analysis tool used in this research is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling), with Smart PLS as software. The results show that e-lifestyle has an effect on e-hedonism, e-lifestyle has no effect on intense to buy, e-hedonism has an effect on intense to buy, e-life style has an indirect effect on intense to buy through e-hedonism.

Abstract

Purpose: The phenomenon of online shops in the 4.0 industrial revolution is increasing, which makes online shopping sellers have to pay attention to variety of selection, price attributes, sensory attributes in order to increase impulse buying customer online of SME’s product. Purpose of this study is to determine the effect of variety of selection, price attributes, sensory attributes on impulse buying SME’s product Design/methodology/approach: This research is an explanatory research design. This type of research is a survey research, the number of respondents in this study was 200. The sample was taken using purposive sampling and using questionnaire method, then processed through SPSS software. The analytical tool in this study uses linear regression Findings: Only Sensory attribute has no significant effect on impulse buying SME’s product Research limitations/implications: This research has limitations, which is only in one city Practical implications: The practical implications of this research are as an enrichment of management knowledge, especially marketing and costumer behavior who buy SME’s products on digital platforms. Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Jamur Nutrisi Malang khususnya di pasca pandemic salah satunya adalah manajemen usaha yang kurang baik. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menjawab permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh UMKM Jamur Nutrisi Malang yaitu dengan cara manajemen usaha melalui Analisis SWOT yang diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kinerja manajemen dari UMKM Jamur Nutrisi terutama di masa pasca pandemi serta meningkatkan daya saing dari Jamur Nutrisi Malang. Cara meningkatkan efektifitas manajerial dari Jamur Nutrisi adalah melalui pendampingan Manajemen Usaha. Cara tersebut menghasilkan sebuah analisis SWOT yang menjadi acuan Jamur Nutrisi Malang dalam menentukan kebijakan manajerialnya.

Abstract

Various problems related to today's business ethics have increasingly developed with the emergence of easy access to available social media. The spread of ethical issues in business can significantly affect the quality and popularity of a company. The application of good business ethics will certainly help the company to be able to continue to survive and advance in the current era of increasingly inadequate technology. The purpose of this study is to describe how business ethics should exist in a company. This scoping study aims to examine the literature regarding the most relevant and significant aspects of business ethics in entrepreneurship, as well as the methods used in related research. This study searches multiple databases for articles published between 2012 and 2023. The results of the study show that the contribution of business ethics is needed to improve the quality of company development. The existence of the application of good business ethics will help the company achieve its vision and mission in accordance with what is expected.

Abstract

People's need for vegetables is increasing day by day. One type of vegetable that is in great demand by the public is chickpeas. The productivity of chickpeas in 2014 decreased, the decline was caused by various things, one of which was the decline in soil quality due to excessive use of inorganic fertilizers. One way to increase the productivity of chickpeas is to replace inorganic fertilizers with organic fertilizers. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of chicken manure and rice husk charcoal as a planting medium on the growth and yield of chickpeas. Based on the results of research and data analysis, it was found that the combination of treatment of chicken manure (P2), combination of soil + chicken manure (P4), soil + husk charcoal + chicken manure (P6) and soil + husk charcoal (P5) had a significant effect. significant effect on the growth of bean plants. The use of chicken manure and rice husk charcoal has also been shown to be able to increase the production of chickpeas by 200-500 %.
