Abstract

AbstractThis research is motivated by the facts in the community of Bantar Village, Wanareja District, Cilacap Regency, which has a unique tradition known as Ebeg Banyumasan. To focus this research, a problem formulation is made. The formulation of the problem is the history of the Banyumasan Ebeg Tradition, the process of performing the Banyumasan Ebeg Tradition, and how the community’s perception of the Banyumasan Ebeg Tradition in Bantar Village, Wanareja District, Cilacap Regency. This study aimed to determine the history of the Banyumasan Ebeg Tradition, select the process of performing the Banyumasan Ebeg Tradition, and determine the public perception of the Banyumasan Ebeg Tradition in Bantar Village, Wanareja District, Cilacap Regency. This study uses the Structural-Functional Theory from Talcott Parson. In theory, there are 4 schemes, namely AGIL. Researchers also use the Structural Theory of Robert K. Merton. In addition, using the Sociological Imagination Theory or Sociological Imagination. Finally, the researcher uses Karl Marx’s Critical Approach Theory. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. A descriptive method is used to describe or describe phenomena in society. The type of data in this study is qualitative. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results state that the Banyumasan Ebeg Tradition is a tradition created by Sunan Kalijaga and perfected by Pangeran Diponegoro. The performance process of the Banyumasan Ebeg Tradition is gendingan, opening, calling the Banyumasan Ebeg dancer, dancing, resting dancers, dancing, janturan, and healing. The public perception of the Banyumasan Ebeg Tradition is that most Bantar Village people like the Banyumasan Ebeg Tradition. The majority of people in Bantar Village, Wanareja District, Cilacap Regency positively perceive this Ebeg Tradition. Keyword: Tradition, Ebeg Banyumasan, Bantar Village Wanareja District Cilacap  Regency AbstrakPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fakta pada masyarakat Desa Bantar Kecamatan Wanareja Kabupaten Cilacap yang memiliki keunikan tradisi yang dikenal dengan Ebeg Banyumasan. Untuk memfokuskan penelitian ini, maka dibuatlah rumusan masalah. Rumusan masalah adalah sejarah Tradisi Ebeg Banyumasan, proses pelaksanaan Tradisi Ebeg Banyumasan, dan bagaimana persepsi masyarakat terhadap Tradisi Ebeg Banyumasan di Desa Bantar Kecamatan Wanareja Kabupaten Cilacap. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejarah Tradisi Ebeg Banyumasan, memilih proses pelaksanaan Tradisi Ebeg Banyumasan, dan mengetahui persepsi masyarakat terhadap Tradisi Ebeg Banyumasan di Desa Bantar Kecamatan Wanareja Kabupaten Cilacap. Penelitian ini menggunakan Teori Struktural-Fungsional dari Talcott Parson. Secara teori ada 4 skema yaitu AGIL. Peneliti juga menggunakan Teori Struktural dari Robert K. Merton. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode deskriptif digunakan untuk menggambarkan atau menggambarkan fenomena yang ada di masyarakat. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa Tradisi Ebeg Banyumasan merupakan tradisi yang diciptakan oleh Sunan Kalijaga dan disempurnakan oleh Pangeran Diponegoro. Proses pertunjukan Tradisi Ebeg Banyumasan adalah gendingan, pembukaan, pemanggilan penari Ebeg Banyumasan, menari, penari istirahat, menari, janturan, dan penyembuhan. Persepsi masyarakat terhadap Tradisi Ebeg Banyumasan adalah sebagian besar masyarakat Desa Bantar menyukai Tradisi Ebeg Banyumasan. Mayoritas masyarakat di Desa Bantar Kecamatan Wanareja Kabupaten Cilacap memandang positif Tradisi Ebeg ini.Kata kunci: Adat, Ebeg Banyumasan, Desa Bantar Kecamatan Wanareja Kabupaten Cilacap

Abstract

AbstractEducation is one of the most important things in people's life. But to be able to carry out an education well, of course everyone and even society must have certain obstacles. Even these obstacles can make someone and society who want to be educated stop in the middle of the road. Dropout cases are getting bigger and bigger in the community, the occurrence of dropping out of school is certainly caused by several factors and backgrounds. The interesting thing is that when these factors and backgrounds have occurred, they can again generate motivation to learn in the community. And the people's motivation to learn also occurs because of two things. Namely because of intellectual or material reasons alone.Keywords: Education, Motivation to Learn and Drop Out of School. AbstrakPendidikan merupakan salah satu hal terpenting dalam kehidupan manusia. Namun untuk dapat menyelenggarakan suatu pendidikan dengan baik, tentunya setiap orang bahkan masyarakat pasti memiliki hambatan tertentu. Bahkan rintangan tersebut dapat membuat seseorang dan masyarakat yang ingin dididik berhenti di tengah jalan. Kasus putus sekolah semakin besar di masyarakat, terjadinya putus sekolah tentunya disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor dan latar belakang. Hal yang menarik adalah ketika faktor dan latar belakang tersebut terjadi, maka dapat kembali membangkitkan motivasi belajar di masyarakat. Dan motivasi belajar seseorang juga terjadi karena dua hal. Abstract

The objectives of this study are (1) the magnitude of the effect of coordination on the performance of the fishery instructor at the Cirebon City Food Security, Agriculture and Fisheries Service, (2) the magnitude of the effect of supervision on the performance of the fishery instructor at the Cirebon City Food Security, Agriculture and Fisheries Service, (3) the magnitude of the the effect of simultaneous coordination and supervision on the performance of fishery instructors at the Cirebon City Food Security, Agriculture and Fisheries Service. The method used is a quantitative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple regression models. The results of the study: (1) coordination has a positive effect on performance, indicated by the value of sig. of 0.035 0.05, (2) supervision has a positive effect on performance, which is the value of sig. of 0.005 005, (3) coordination and supervision simultaneously affect the performance indicated by the value of sig. of 0.00 0.05.Keywords: Coordination, Supervision, Fisheries Extension Performance AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) besarnya pengaruh koordinasi terhadap kinerja penyuluh perikanan pada Dinas Ketahanan Pangan, Pertanian dan Perikanan Kota Cirebon, (2) besarnya pengaruh supervisi terhadap kinerja penyuluh perikanan pada Dinas Ketahanan Pangan, Pertanian dan Perikanan Kota Cirebon, (3) besarnya pengaruh koordinasi dan pengawasan secara simultan terhadap kinerja penyuluh perikanan pada Dinas Ketahanan Pangan, Pertanian dan Perikanan Kota Cirebon. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan model regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian: (1) koordinasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai sig. sebesar 0,035 0,05, (2) supervisi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja yaitu nilai sig. sebesar 0,005 005, (3) koordinasi dan supervisi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai sig. dari 0,00 0,05.Kata kunci: Koordinasi, Supervisi, Kinerja Penyuluhan Perikanan

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research was examined and analyzed the effect of transfer pricing on income shifting. The purpose of this research was examined and analyzed the effect of return on assets on income shifting. The purpose of this research was examined and analyzed the effect of financial leverage on income shifting. The purpose of this research was examined and analyzed the effect of firm size on income shifting. The purpose of this research was examined and analyzed the effect of transfer pricing, return on assets, financial leverage, and firm size on income shifting. Purposive sampling is a sampling technique by determining certain criteria. Panel data analysis and hypotheses were tested using Eviews. The results showed that there was no positive relationship between Transfer Pricing and Income Shifting. There is no positive effect on income shifting. There is no effect of Financial Leverage on Income Shifting. This is because the company is able to pay off obligations according to maturity with their capital so that the company does not experience financial difficulties which makes the company's risk smaller so that management does not need to smooth out income. There is an effect of firm size on income Shifting proven and accepted.Keyword: Transfer Pricing, Return On Asset, Financial Leverage, dan Firm Size, Income Shifting. AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk meneliti dan menganalisis pengaruh transfer pricing  terhadap income shifting. Untuk meneliti dan menganalisis pengaruh return on asset terhadap income shifting. Untuk meneliti dan menganalisis pengaruh financial leverage  terhadap income shifting. Untuk meneliti dan menganalisis pengaruh firm size  terhadap income shifting. Untuk meneliti dan menganalisis pengaruh transfer pricing, return on asset, financial leverage, dan firm size  terhadap income shifting. Purposive sampling merupakan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menentukan kriteria tertentu. Analisis data panel dan hipotesis diuji dengan menggunakan Eviews. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan positif antara Transfer Pricing terhadap Income Shifting. Tidak terdapat pengaruh positif terhadap income Shifting. Tidak terdapat pengaruh Financial Leverage terhadap Income Shifting. Hal ini dikarenakan perusahaan mampu melunasi kewajiban sesuai masa jatuh tempo dengan modal yang dimiliki sehingga perusahaan tidak mengalami kesulitan keuangan yang membuat risiko perusahaan menjadi kecil sehingga manajemen tidak perlu melakukan perataan laba. Terdapat pengaruh firm size terhadap income Shifting terbukti dan diterima.  Kata Kunci: Transfer Pricing, Return On Asset, Financial Leverage, Dan Firm Size, Income Shifting.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of social dynamics on the existence of education. This study uses a qualitative-descriptive type of research. This research will focus its attention on various actual problems in the field. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that n terms of the times, especially on the development and advancement of technology, there are many impacts and influences on our education, both positive and negative. We need to be wise in utilizing every positive effect that arises to follow developments and make our education even better but still supported by appropriate and adequate facilities and infrastructure. Then for the negative impact, we must be able to do our best to minimize every adverse effect so that our nation is eroded by the times, our education is not left behind, and the future generations of our country can answer and face every challenge and obstacle of the times that arise in our social life.Keywords: social dynamics, education, impact. AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh dinamika sosial terhadap eksistensi pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini akan memfokuskan perhatiannya pada berbagai permasalahan aktual di lapangan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari segi perkembangan zaman khususnya perkembangan dan kemajuan teknologi, banyak sekali dampak dan pengaruhnya terhadap dunia pendidikan kita, baik positif maupun negatif. Kita perlu bijak dalam memanfaatkan setiap dampak positif yang muncul untuk mengikuti perkembangan dan menjadikan pendidikan kita lebih baik lagi namun tetap didukung oleh sarana dan prasarana yang memadai dan memadai. Abstract

AbstractOrganization is a receptacle for a collection of people who work together rationally as well as systematically led or controlled to achieve certain goals utilizing the resources contained in it. In this study researchers using the Qualitative typing type with the type of research method are descriptive methods. The locus was conducted in UPT P5A of Kapetakan District, Cirebon Regency, Informer (narasumber) of research is someone who, because he has information, the informer's selection is based on consideration that the informer is considered the most knowledgeable about the problems that will be examined at this time. On this study, the technique of determining informants performed by researchers was the purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques by performing study libraries and field studies. Data immortality testing includes: improved persistence, triangulation, discussion with with peers, and membercheck. Data analysis techniques used: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion withdrawal. Evaluation of Implementation of SOTK Policy in UPT P5A, Kapetakan District, Cirebon Regency. Institution is a process that does not end. Evaluation Factors for Implementation of SOTK Policy in UPT P5A Cirebon Regency Kapetakan District, External Factor Internal factors. The policy evaluation process was carried out in UPT P5A, Kapetakan District, Cirebon Regency, is not yet Optimal, Efficient, Effective, Adequacy, Alignment, Responsiveness, Accuracy. Efforts have been made to optimize the Evaluation of Implementation of SOTK Policy in UPT P5A Cirebon Regency Kapetakan District: Work / Specialization Division, Command / Command, Control Range.Keywords: SOTK, UPT P5A, Policy Evaluation. AbstrakOrganisasi adalah wadah bagi kumpulan orang yang bekerja sama secara rasional serta sistematis dipimpin atau dikendalikan untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu dengan memanfaatkan sumber daya yang terkandung di dalamnya. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan tipe tipe Kualitatif dengan tipe metode penelitian adalah metode deskriptif. Lokus dilakukan di UPT P5A Kecamatan Kapetakan Kabupaten Cirebon Informan (narasumber) penelitian adalah seseorang yang karena memiliki informasi, pemilihan informan didasarkan pada pertimbangan bahwa informan dianggap paling mengetahui masalah yang akan dihadapi. diperiksa saat ini. Pada penelitian ini, teknik penentuan informan yang dilakukan oleh peneliti adalah dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan melakukan studi pustaka dan studi lapangan. Pengujian keabadian data meliputi: peningkatan ketekunan, triangulasi, diskusi dengan teman sebaya, dan membercheck. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Evaluasi Implementasi Kebijakan SOTK di UPT P5A Kecamatan Kapetakan Kabupaten Cirebon. Kelembagaan adalah proses yang tidak berakhir. Faktor Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Kebijakan SOTK di UPT P5A Kabupaten Kapetakan Kabupaten Cirebon, Faktor Eksternal Faktor Internal. Proses evaluasi kebijakan yang dilakukan di UPT P5A Kecamatan Kapetakan Kabupaten Cirebon belum Optimal, Efisien, Efektif, Kecukupan, Keselarasan, Responsiveness, Ketepatan. Upaya yang telah dilakukan untuk mengoptimalkan Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Kebijakan SOTK di UPT P5A Kabupaten Kapetakan Kabupaten Cirebon : Bagian Kerja/Spesialisasi, Komando/Komando, Rentang Kendali.Kata kunci: SOTK, UPT P5A, Evaluasi Kebijakan.

Abstract

AbstractThe problem of this research comes from a phenomenon that occurred to employees in PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Area Jakarta Cikini. The objectives of the research are to analyze: (1) whether Internal Branding has effect on Affective Commitment; (2) whether Affective Commitment has effect on Employee Engagement; (3) whether Affective Commitment has effect on Job Satisfaction; (4) whether Employee Engagement has effect on Job Performance; (5) whether Job Satisfaction has effect on Job Performance; (6) whether Internal Branding has effect on Job Satisfaction. The research took sample from 124 (one hundred and twenty-four) employee of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Area Jakarta Cikini and the number of samples represents the existing population. Validity and reliability are used to test the research instruments. The methodology of this research uses cross-sectional data and hypothesis testing. Data was collected by using questionnaires and the measurement scale was using Likert scale. The  results of this research indicate that: (1) Internal Branding has positive effect on Affective Commitment; (2) Affective Commitment not positive effect on Employee Engagament; (3) Affective Commitment not positive effect on Job Satisfaction; (4) Employee Engagement has positive effect on Job Performance; (5) Job Satisfaction has positive effect to Job Performance; (6) Internal Branding has positive effect on Employee Engagement; (7) Internal Branding has positive effect on Job Satisfaction. This research only analyzed five variables job performance, employee engagement, job satisfaction, internal branding and affective commitment. Futher research is required to analyze the effect of other variables by using construct in this research.Keywords: Job Performance, Employee Engagement, Job Satisfaction, Internal Branding, Affective Commitment. AbstrakMasalah penelitian ini berangkat dari sebuah fenomena yang terjadi pada karyawan di PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Area Jakarta Cikini. Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan data cross-sectional dan pengujian hipotesis. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan skala pengukuran menggunakan skala Likert. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Internal Branding berpengaruh positif terhadap Affective Commitment; (2) Affective Commitment tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap Employee Engagament; (3) Affective Commitment tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap Job Satisfaction; (4) Employee Engagement berpengaruh positif terhadap Job Performance; (5) Job Satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap Job Performance; (6) Internal Branding berpengaruh positif terhadap Employee Engagement; (7) Internal Branding berpengaruh positif terhadap Job Satisfaction.Penelitian ini hanya menganalisis lima variabel job performance, employee engagement, job satisfaction, internal branding dan affective commitment. Diperlukan penelitian lebih lanjut untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel lain dengan menggunakan konstruk dalam penelitian ini.Kata Kunci: Prestasi Kerja, Keterlibatan Karyawan, Kepuasan Kerja, Branding Internal, Komitmen Afektif.

Abstract

Abstract:This study aimed to examine the antecedents of organizational commitment, work environment, job stress, leadership empowering, and organizational commitment that affect teacher job performance. This research contributed to the scientific repertoire for organizational leaders and policymakers for educational institutions to improve teacher performance. Subjects of the research were teachers at private Catholic high schools totaling 200 people who had worked for more than 2 years in Jakarta, Indonesia. The survey used a purposive sampling method and data analysis using factor analysis and structural equation modeling. The results showed that the work environment and empowering leadership affected the organizational commitment, which has a significant positive effect on teacher job performance. On the other hand, job stress hurts organizational commitment. The competence of school leaders was urgent to be improved following the needs of stakeholders and the challenges of the times.Keywords: work environment, job stress, leadership empowering, organizational commitment, job performance. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji anteseden komitmen organisasi, lingkungan kerja, stres kerja, pemberdayaan kepemimpinan, dan komitmen organisasi yang mempengaruhi kinerja guru. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi khasanah keilmuan bagi pimpinan organisasi dan pengambil kebijakan bagi lembaga pendidikan untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru. Subjek penelitian ini adalah para guru di SMA Katolik swasta yang berjumlah 200 orang yang telah bekerja lebih dari 2 tahun di Jakarta, Indonesia. Survei menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan analisis data menggunakan analisis faktor dan pemodelan persamaan struktural. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan kepemimpinan yang memberdayakan berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi yang berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja guru. Di sisi lain, stres kerja merusak komitmen organisasi. Kompetensi pemimpin sekolah sangat mendesak untuk ditingkatkan mengikuti kebutuhan pemangku kepentingan dan tantangan zaman.Kata kunci: lingkungan kerja, stres kerja, pemberdayaan kepemimpinan, komitmen organisasi, prestasi kerja.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to analyze the power relations between the government, society and non-governmental organizations in the revitalization of Jakarta Bay. This research uses qualitative research with a case study approach. The research location is in the province of Jakarta with a focus on the revitalization area of Jakarta Bay. The power relations formed in the revitalization of the Gulf divide the power relations into three parts that influence each other, namely: a) The place or arena of power is at the local level; b) The power of each stakeholder is different, visible power works between the government and the community as well as NGOs and relations between communities and NGOs in the planning process to implementation, then the hidden power that the government has over the community is formed so that an agenda setting is formed by the government towards policy implemented in the Gulf; and c) Place or space in power that was formed in the planning process to the implementation that was created, namely the invited space carried out by the government for the community and NGOs in the planning process for the revitalization of Jakarta Bay.Keyword: Stakeholder, Power Relation, Politic SpaceAbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis relasi kekuasaan antar pemerintah, masyarkat dan Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat pada revitalisasi teluk Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunkaan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Lokasi penelitian berada di provinsi Jakarta dengan fokus pada kawasan revitalisasi Teluk Jakarta. Relasi kekuasaan yang terbentuk dalam revitalisasi Teluk membagi relasi kekuasaan menjadi tiga bagian yang saling mempengaruhi, yaitu: a) Place atau arena kekuasaan berada pada tingkat local; b) Power yang dimiliki masing-masing stakeholder berbeda, bekerjanya visible power antar pemerintah dengan masyarakat maupu NGO dan relasi antar masyarakat dan NGO dalam proses perencanaan hingga implementasinya, kemudian bekerja hidden power yang dimiliki pemerintah terhadap masyarakat sehingga terbentuk suatu strategi agenda oleh pemerintah terhadap kebijakan yang diterapkan di Teluk; dan c) Place atau ruang dalam kekuasaan yang terbentuk dalam proses perencanaan hingga implementasi yang tercipta yaitu invited space yang dilakukan pemerintah terhadap masayrakat dan NGO dalam proses perencanaan revitalisasi Teluk Jakarta.Kata Kunci : Stakeholder, Relasi Kekuasaan, Ruang Politik.

Abstract

AbstractFull day schools are not the latest issue. America has long recognized and applied it in the world of schooling. This issue heated up in Indonesia as a logical consequence of two things; on the one hand the more uncomfortable the social environment for child development, while on the other hand the parents rarely accompany the children at home because they work all day long. Then, is there still a comfortable environment for our children? This paper examines FDS from the perspective of the sociology of education. That school as a learning organization has turned out to be the best institution in fortifying children from the negative effects of the increasingly unfriendly social environment.Keywords: Full Day School, Sociology of Education. AbstrakSekolah sehari penuh bukanlah isu terbaru. Amerika sudah lama mengenal dan menerapkannya dalam dunia persekolahan. Isu ini memanas di Indonesia sebagai konsekuensi logis dari dua hal; di satu sisi lingkungan sosial semakin tidak nyaman bagi perkembangan anak, sedangkan di sisi lain orang tua jarang menemani anak di rumah karena seharian bekerja. Lalu, apakah masih ada lingkungan yang nyaman untuk anak kita? Makalah ini mengkaji FDS dari perspektif sosiologi pendidikan. Bahwa sekolah sebagai organisasi pembelajaran ternyata menjadi lembaga terbaik dalam membentengi anak dari dampak negatif lingkungan sosial yang semakin tidak bersahabat.Kata kunci: Sekolah Sehari Penuh, Sosiologi Pendidikan.
