Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to analyze the power relations between the government, society and non-governmental organizations in the revitalization of Jakarta Bay. This research uses qualitative research with a case study approach. The research location is in the province of Jakarta with a focus on the revitalization area of Jakarta Bay. The power relations formed in the revitalization of the Gulf divide the power relations into three parts that influence each other, namely: a) The place or arena of power is at the local level; b) The power of each stakeholder is different, visible power works between the government and the community as well as NGOs and relations between communities and NGOs in the planning process to implementation, then the hidden power that the government has over the community is formed so that an agenda setting is formed by the government towards policy implemented in the Gulf; and c) Place or space in power that was formed in the planning process to the implementation that was created, namely the invited space carried out by the government for the community and NGOs in the planning process for the revitalization of Jakarta Bay.Keyword: Stakeholder, Power Relation, Politic SpaceAbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis relasi kekuasaan antar pemerintah, masyarkat dan Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat pada revitalisasi teluk Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunkaan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Lokasi penelitian berada di provinsi Jakarta dengan fokus pada kawasan revitalisasi Teluk Jakarta. Relasi kekuasaan yang terbentuk dalam revitalisasi Teluk membagi relasi kekuasaan menjadi tiga bagian yang saling mempengaruhi, yaitu: a) Place atau arena kekuasaan berada pada tingkat local; b) Power yang dimiliki masing-masing stakeholder berbeda, bekerjanya visible power antar pemerintah dengan masyarakat maupu NGO dan relasi antar masyarakat dan NGO dalam proses perencanaan hingga implementasinya, kemudian bekerja hidden power yang dimiliki pemerintah terhadap masyarakat sehingga terbentuk suatu strategi agenda oleh pemerintah terhadap kebijakan yang diterapkan di Teluk; dan c) Place atau ruang dalam kekuasaan yang terbentuk dalam proses perencanaan hingga implementasi yang tercipta yaitu invited space yang dilakukan pemerintah terhadap masayrakat dan NGO dalam proses perencanaan revitalisasi Teluk Jakarta.Kata Kunci : Stakeholder, Relasi Kekuasaan, Ruang Politik.

Abstract

Badan Usaha Milik Kampung merupakan salah satu upaya pemerintah untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat kampung. Namun, di Kabupaten Jayapura Badan Usaha Milik Kampung masih belum berkembang secara optimal. Hal ini disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor, antara lain kurangnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam mengelola Badan Usaha Milik Kampung. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam mengelola Badan Usaha Milik Kampung. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode sosialisasi inovatif, yaitu dengan menggabungkan metode ceramah, diskusi, dan praktik langsung. Metode ini dipilih karena dinilai lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang pengelolaan Badan Usaha Milik Kampung.  Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat Kampung Dosay memiliki antusiasme yang tinggi untuk mengikuti kegiatan sosialisasi. Setelah mengikuti kegiatan sosialisasi, masyarakat memiliki pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang pengelolaan Badan Usaha Milik Kampung. Hal ini terlihat dari meningkatnya pemahaman masyarakat tentang konsep struktur organisasi, dan pengelolaan keuangan Badan Usaha Milik Kampung. Kegiatan ini membantu menjadikan Badan Usaha Milik Kampung Dosay menjadi lebih baik dan membantu membuat masyarakat di Kampung Dosay lebih mengerti dalam meningkatkan cara pengelolaan Badan Usaha Milik Kampung.

Abstract

Kebersihan lingkungan pantai sangat penting untuk kesehatan masyarakat dan daya tarik wisata. Pantai Base G sebagai destinasi wisata yang populer di Kota Jayapura menghadapi tantangan dengan meningkatnya jumlah dan aktivitas wisatawan perlu diimbangi dengan peningkatan kesadaran menjaga kebersihan lingkungan Pantai. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, Universitas Yapis Papua menyelenggarakan program bakti sosial di Pantai Base G dengan melibatkan mahasiswa dan civitas akademika. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan, melatih mahasiswa baru dalam kepedulian lingkungan, dan memenuhi Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Partisipasi dalam kegiatan pembersihan ini membantu mengurangi sampah di pantai, menciptakan lingkungan yang lebih bersih dan nyaman, serta meningkatkan kepuasan pengunjung. Keberhasilan program ini menunjukkan pentingnya kolaborasi antara masyarakat, institusi pendidikan, dan pemerintah dalam menjaga kebersihan lingkungan pantai. Diharapkan kegiatan ini dapat berkelanjutan untuk mendukung keberlanjutan wisata dan kesehatan lingkungan di Pantai Base G Kota Jayapura.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to depict the transformative leadership of school principals in constructing the organizational culture within educational institutions. The approach employed is qualitative, utilizing data collection methods such as interviews, documentation, and observation. The procedure for analyzing the data consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. To ensure the validity of the data, tests were conducted to establish credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The discoveries indicate that the principal's transformative leadership is effective in establishing a strong organizational culture. Principals develop specific programs that foster a culture within schools. In determining which programs to implement, principals involve all stakeholders within the educational institution. To cultivate the organizational culture, principals serve as exemplary role models for all members of the school, thereby facilitating the successful implementation of a positive organizational culture. As leaders, principals consistently provide motivation to the entire teaching staff, both through verbal and written means, in both general and specific contexts. Principals promote self-awareness among teachers and foster effective communication, ensuring that social interactions run smoothly.

Abstract

Rendahnya partisipasi masyarakat Mamberamo Raya dalam segala aspek pembangunan menandakan rendahnya pemberdayaan terhadap perempuan yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah daerah. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi program pemberdayaan perempuan di Kabupaten Mamberamo Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data hasil penelitian diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dengan informan penelitian. Informan penelitian dipilih dengan menggunakan Teknik purposive sampling, yaitu informan dianggap memiliki pengetahuan dan mampu memberikan informasi terkait permasalahan yang diteliti. Selain itu, untuk mendukung hasil penelitian dilakukan obsevasi dan telaah dokumen. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis melalui tahapan pengumpulan data, memilah dan mengelelompokkan data, interpretasi data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh program pemberdayaan perempuan di Kabupaten Mamberamo telah berhasil diimplementasikan oleh Badan Keluarga Berencana, Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak (BKBP3A) sesuai Peraturan Bupati Nomor 52 Tahun 2013, namun belum berhasil mewujudkan kesetaraan gender yang disebabkan karena minimnya alokasi anggaran dari pemerintah daerah, kualitas aparatur BKBP3A masih rendah, keterbatasan informasi terkait program yang diimplementasikan, rendah sikap aparatur pelaksana dan kurangnya sosialisasi program.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the effects of price, e-service quality, and advertising on online travel agent users' propensity to repurchase. Convenience sampling was used to select 100 respondents to serve as study participants, giving us the research sample. Through observations, questionnaires, and interviews, we gathered data. The primary technique for data analysis employed by the researchers was multiple linear regression, and they employed a descriptive study design. Important results show that repurchase intention is significantly influenced by advertising. The price variable, which exhibits a strong influence on repurchase intention, experiences the same phenomenon. Repurchase intention is also significantly influenced by the quality of the e-service. These findings corroborate the hypothesis that consumers of online travel agencies have a propensity to repurchase based on factors such as price, advertising, and e-service quality. Additionally, the study's findings show that the combination of these three factors pricing, e-service quality, and advertising significantly affects repurchase intention. This suggests that consumers repurchase intentions on the online travel agent platform can be raised by a clever combination of advertising-based promotion, competitive pricing, and high-quality online services. The development of marketing and customer service initiatives in the online travel agency sector can benefit greatly from these findings.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengangkat pentingnya konseling hukum dan dukungan emosional dalam membentuk sikap dan tindakan positif untuk mencegah bullying dan body shaming di kalangan pelajar. Topik ini dipilih mengingat meningkatnya kasus bullying dan body shaming yang berdampak negatif pada kesehatan mental dan perkembangan karakter pelajar. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif melalui lokakarya, diskusi kelompok terarah, dan sesi konseling individu. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman pelajar tentang dampak negatif bullying dan body shaming serta perubahan sikap yang lebih positif. Kesimpulannya, kegiatan ini berhasil menumbuhkan kesadaran dan memberikan alat praktis bagi pelajar untuk melawan perilaku negatif tersebut, yang berkontribusi pada lingkungan sekolah yang lebih aman dan inklusif.

Abstract

Human resources' capacity and competence greatly determine a nation's competitiveness and ability to compete. The performance of its human resources greatly influences organizational performance. The competitiveness of a country is greatly influenced by the quality and performance of its population. Realizing the importance of the quality of human resources, educational institutions, especially schools and teachers, have a crucial role in preparing students as assets and future successors of the nation. This study uses a qualitative methodology, including interviews, observations, literature analysis, and previous research. The main focus of this study is to investigate educators or teachers in Indonesian schools with similar variables and objects. The unit of analysis in this study involved teachers working in five major cities in Indonesia, while the observation unit included principals, students, and parents of students. A correlation exists between implementing quality management, transformational leadership style and educator performance. Based on the results of interviews, observations, studies of literature and previous studies, implementing quality management that runs well and a transformational leadership style positively affects teacher performance. Suppose schools can design a quality management system and implement a good quality assurance process, where the quality assurance process focuses on administrative and quality processes in academic activities such as learning and teaching. In that case, it will certainly have an impact on teacher performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work process digitalization, employee experience, and ethical leadership on employee performance in technology start-up companies in Indonesia. In the digital era, start-up companies are required to continue to innovate and adapt quickly to technological changes, so the role of work process digitalization becomes increasingly crucial. In addition, individual work experience and ethical leadership are also believed to play an important role in driving employee performance. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, involving 100 respondents who work in various technology start-up companies. The analysis technique used is Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of the study show that work process digitalization has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Employee experience also shows a positive effect, although not as strong as the digitalization variable. Meanwhile, ethical leadership has the most significant influence in shaping employee behavior and work motivation. This finding strengthens the results of previous studies, which state that an ethical and digital work environment can drive employee productivity and loyalty. The implications of this study underline the importance of start-up companies adopting digital strategies and focusing on developing ethics-based leadership in their HR management.

Abstract

This study seeks to explore the influence of digital training, organizational agility, and digital literacy on the digital resilience of employees within the public service sector. The study employs a quantitative approach through a survey distributed to 180 purposively sampled participants. A five-point Likert scale questionnaire, validated through the t-test and whose reliability was assessed using Cronbach’s Alpha, was used as the research instrument. Furthermore, the data underwent classical assumption tests that consist of normality, heteroscedasticity, and multicollinearity tests. Multiple linear regression was used for data analysis to explore the simultaneous and partial effects of the variables. Findings indicated that all three independent variables had a positive and statistically significant impact on digital resilience. In particular, the individual effects of digital training, organizational agility, and digital literacy were illustrated as being connectivity to employees' adaptive, psychological and technological capabilities in dealing with digital changes in the workplace. This study has the potential to significantly contribute to the literature on digital-based HR management through its theoretical implications as well as offering practical benefits to the public sector in terms of developing resilient human resources who are capable of coping with and staying up to date with the continuous digital transformation.
