Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the factors that influence the purchase intention of consumers of national airlines in Indonesia during the current Covid-19 pandemic as it is today. The variables studied were brand experience, brand reputation and brand attitude in their influence on purchase intention. This study also examines the mediating role of brand attitude in the influence of brand experience on purchase intention.The methodology used in this study uses quantitative methods. The population in this study are the passengers of national airlines in Jakarta, Medan, Surabaya, Makasar and Denpasar. Data collection was carried out through a survey of passengers who had used the services of an airline at least once in the last 5 years. The number of respondents as many as 234 people who filled out a questionnaire with a Likert scale and 180 data valid for use in this study. The results of the questionnaire were processed using AMOS-SEMThe findings from this study indicate that variables measured, namely brand experience, brand reputation and brand attitude all have a positive effect on consumer purchase intention in the Indonesian aviation industry. The brand attitude variable has also been shown to mediate the effect of brand experience on purchase intention.Recommendations for further research are to include other variables such as brand positioning and brand knowledge as well as variables relevant to pandemic conditions such as adaptation to the implementation of CHSE (Cleanliness, Health, Safety, Environment).Keywords: brand experience, brand reputation, brand attitude, purchase intention ABSTRAKPenelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi purchase intention dari konsumen maskapai penerbangan nasional di Indonesia pada masa pandemi Covid 19 seperti saat ini. Variabel-variabel yang diteliti adalah brand experience, brand reputation dan brand attitude dalam pengaruhnya terhadap purchase intention. Dalam penelitian ini juga dikaji mengenai peran mediasi dari brand attitude dalam pengaruh antara brand experience dengan purchase intention.Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para pengguna jasa layanan maskapai penerbangan nasional di kota Jakarta, Medan, Surabaya, Makasar dan Denpasar. Pengambilan data dilakukan melalui survey terhadap penumpang yang pernah menggunakan jasa maskapai penerbangan minimal satu kali dalam 5 tahun terakhir. Jumlah responden sebanyak 234 orang yang mengisi kuesioner dengan skala likert dan data yang valid untuk digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak180 data. Hasil kuesioner diolah meggunakan AMOS-SEMTemuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel-variabel yang diukur yaitu brand experience, brand reputation dan brand attitude seluruhnya berpengaruh positif terhadap purchase intention konsumen di industri penerbangan Indonesia. Variabel brand attitude juga terbukti memediasi pengaruh brand experience terhadap purchase intention.Rekomendasi untuk penelitian selanjutnya adalah memasukkan variabel lain seperti brand positioning dan brand knowledge serta variabel yang relevan dengan kondisi pandemi seperti adaptasi pelaksanaan CHSE (Cleanliness, Health, Safety, Evironment).Kata Kunci: pengalaman terhadap merek, reputasi merek, sikap merek, niat membeli

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to explain the connection between job insecurity and organizational virtuousness to work-family conflict, organizational identification, subjective well-being, organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior, and job performance. The sample for this research comprises employees working in manufacturing companies in Industrial areas of Banten Province, Indonesia, and those who have worked for more than two years. The sampling is done using purposive sampling with the total number for the sample being 220 and the gathering data using survey method by giving an online questionnaire. To analyze data is using factor analysis and Lisrel Structural Equation Model (SEM), and the findings of the study have proved that job insecurity positively affects subjective well-being, work-family conflict, and organizational identification. On the other hand, organizational identification negatively affects organizational citizenship behavior and job performance. Furthermore, organizational virtuousness positively affects subjective well-being. Subjective well-being positively affects organizational commitment. Also, organizational commitment effects positively to organizational citizenship behavior and job performance. However, subjective well-being effects negatively to job performance.Keywords: job insecurity, subjective well-being, organizational virtuousness, organizational citizenship behavior, job performance. AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara job insecurity dan virtuousness organisasi terhadap konflik pekerjaan-keluarga, identifikasi organisasi, kesejahteraan subjektif, komitmen organisasi, perilaku kewargaan organisasi, dan prestasi kerja. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada perusahaan manufaktur di Kawasan Industri Provinsi Banten, Indonesia, dan yang sudah bekerja lebih dari 2 tahun. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 220 orang dan pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei dengan memberikan kuesioner online. Analisis data menggunakan analisis faktor dan Lirel Structural Equation Model (SEM) dimana temuan penelitian telah membuktikan bahwa ketidakamanan kerja mempengaruhi kesejahteraan subjektif positif, konflik pekerjaan-keluarga, dan identifikasi organisasi. Identifikasi organisasi mempengaruhi perilaku kewargaan organisasi dan kinerja pekerjaan secara negatif. Selanjutnya, kebajikan organisasi mempengaruhi kesejahteraan subjektif positif. Kesejahteraan subjektif berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi. Juga, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku kewargaan organisasi dan kinerja pekerjaan. Namun, kesejahteraan subjektif berpengaruh negatif terhadap prestasi kerja.Katakunci:ketidakamanan kerja, kesejahteraan subjektif, kebajikan organisasi, perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi, kinerja pekerjaan.

AbstractThis study aims to determine the dimensions of effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness and accuracy of the implementation of the village development planning consultation policy in Cirebon City, the factors that become obstacles to the implementation of the village development planning consultation policy, and the efforts that have been made to improve implementation. policy of village development planning deliberation in Cirebon City. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with the object of research in Sunyaragi Village, Kesambi District, Cirebon City. The implementation of village development planning deliberation (Musbangkel) in Sunyaragi Village is still not effective and efficient. This can be seen from the failure to achieve the desired policy goals and targets in planning, especially in 2021 due to budget refocusing and the amount of budget used in the implementation of Musbangkel. Therefore, it is necessary to establish good communication with stakeholders, especially in planning programs and activities, increasing human resources for implementing planning through technical guidance and training by relevant agencies or agencies and socialization and understanding to RW heads regarding the importance of participatory development in the preparation of activity program planning.Keywords: Policy Implementation, Policy Implementation Evaluation, Development Planning Deliberation. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dimensi efektivitas, efisiensi, kecukupan, pemerataan, responsivitas dan ketepatan implementasi kebijakan musyawarah perencanaan pembangunan kelurahan di Kota Cirebon, faktor-faktor yang menjadi kendala implementasi kebijakan musyawarah perencanaan pembangunan kelurahan, dan upaya-upaya yang telah dilakukan dalam meningkatkan implementasi kebijakan musyawarah perencanaan pembangunan kelurahan di Kota Cirebon. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan obyek penelitian di Kelurahan Sunyaragi, Kecamatan Kesambi, Kota Cirebon. Pelaksanaan musyawarah perencanaan pembangunan kelurahan (Musbangkel) di Kelurahan Sunyaragi masih belum efektif dan efisien. Hal ini tampak dari tidak tercapainya tujuan dan sasaran kebijakan yang diinginkan dalam perencanaan, terutama pada tahun 2021 yang diakibatkan refocusing anggaran dan besarnya anggaran yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan Musbangkel. Oleh karena itu, perlunya menjalin komunikasi yang baik dengan stakeholders terutama dalam merencanakan program dan kegiatan, peningkatan SDM pelaksana perencanaan melalui bimbingan teknis dan pelatihan oleh dinas atau badan terkait dan sosialisasi dan pemahaman kepada ketua RW mengenai pentingnya pembangunan partisipatif dalam penyusunan perencanaan program kegiatan.Kata Kunci: Implementasi Kebijakan, Evaluasi Implementasi Kebijakan, Musyawarah Perencanaan Pembangunan.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine how the Harley Davidson Club Indonesia Rabbani Halfway House’s learning model is to know how social behavior is and how the Harley Davidson Club Indonesia Rabbani Halfway House learning model shapes children’s social behavior. This research uses a qualitative approach with a type of case study. Collecting data using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The subjects of this research include supervisors, teachers, volunteers, and students involved in the learning process. The learning model here is how the Rumah Singgah learning system shapes children’s social behavior. Social behavior itself can be said to how a person responds to others. Or perform a conscious behavior. Shaping this behavior is the main task of parents because there are children who have limitations such as incomplete families and economic factors, so the Halfway House was established. Based on the results of data analysis, there are several essential things in the learning model of the Harley Davidson Club Indonesia Insan Rabbani Halfway House in shaping children’s social behavior, namely: 1) instilling Islamic values, 2) involving students, 3) self-development through extracurricular activities, 4) providing guidance and directions for parents, 5) foster parents and a supportive environment is needed for the development of children to have good social behavior.Keywords: Learning Model, Halfway House, Social Behavior. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana model pembelajaran Rumah Singgah Harley Davidson Club Indonesia Rabbani untuk mengetahui bagaimana perilaku sosial dan bagaimana model pembelajaran Rumah Singgah Harley Davidson Club Indonesia Rabbani membentuk perilaku sosial anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subyek penelitian ini meliputi pengawas, guru, relawan, dan siswa yang terlibat dalam proses pembelajaran. Model pembelajaran disini adalah bagaimana sistem pembelajaran Rumah Singgah membentuk perilaku sosial anak. Perilaku sosial itu sendiri dapat dikatakan bagaimana seseorang menanggapi orang lain. Atau melakukan perilaku sadar. Membentuk perilaku ini menjadi tugas utama orang tua karena ada anak yang memiliki keterbatasan seperti keluarga yang tidak lengkap dan faktor ekonomi, maka didirikanlah Rumah Singgah. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, ada beberapa hal yang esensial dalam model pembelajaran Harley Davidson Club Indonesia Insan Rabbani Halfway House dalam membentuk perilaku sosial anak, yaitu: 1) menanamkan nilai-nilai Islam, 2) melibatkan siswa, 3) kemandirian. pengembangan melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, 4) memberikan bimbingan dan arahan kepada orang tua, 5) orang tua asuh dan lingkungan yang mendukung diperlukan bagi perkembangan anak agar memiliki perilaku sosial yang baik.Kata kunci: Model Pembelajaran, Rumah Singgah, Perilaku Sosial

Abstract

AbstractThe research was conducted to analyze the Collaborative Governance Pentahelix in the Environmental Impact Analysis (EIA) process in Cirebon Regency. The qualitative method is used in this research with a case study approach to the environmental impact analysis process for the Development of the Footwear Industry for Daily Use and Sports Shoes by PT. Long Rich Indonesia, located in Cirebon Regency. Determination of informants using purposive sampling where researchers determine informants based on research objectives and subjects who can answer the research. Data collection techniques using interviews and observation. Data analysis was carried out by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results for the case study that the collaborative governance Pentahelix in the Environmental Impact Analysis process is not optimal. Regarding by Anshell and Gash, the research finds out some indicators of collaborative governance have not been achieved, namely the initial conditions and the collaboration process, so it becomes inhibiting factors. Meanwhile, other indicators, specifically institutional design and facilitative leadership, have been optimal and are supporting factors for this pentahelix collaborative governance.Keywords: Collaborative Governance, Pentahaelix, EIA. AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis collaborative governance pentahelix pada proses Analisis Mengenai Dampak Lingkungan Hidup (Amdal) di Kabupaten Cirebon. Metode penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus pada proses amdal Pembangunan Industri Alas Kaki Untuk Keperluan Sehari-hari dan Sepatu Olah Raga oleh PT. Long Rich Indonesia yang berlokasi di Desa Sidaresmi dan Desa Babakan Losari Kecamatan Pabedilan Kabupaten Cirebon. Penentuan informan menggunakan purposive sampling di mana peneliti menentukan informan berdasarkan tujuan penelitian dan subjek yang dapat mernjawab penelitian.Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara dan observasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa collaborative governanve pentahelix pada proses amdal ini belum optimal. Hal ini terlihat dari beberapa indikator collaborative governance menurut Anshell and Gash yang belum tercapai yaitu Kondisi awal dan Proses kolaborasi sehingga menjadi faktor penghambat. Sedangkan indikator lainnya yaitu Desain kelembagaan  dan Kepemimpinan fasilitatif sudah optimal dan menjadi faktor pendukung collaborative governance pentahelix ini.Kata Kunci: Collaborative Governance, Pentahaelix, Amdal.

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to analyze the effect of e-service quality and e-trust on repurchase intention through e-satisfaction on e-commerce users which is thought to moderate the relationship between e-service quality, e-trust and repurchase intention.  The data used in this study are primary and secondary data.  Primary data comes from the results of distributing questionnaires to consumers who have used and made purchases in e-commerce within the last 3 months through Tokopedia e-commerce and live in Jabodetabek area.  As for secondary data using references from research journals that have been done previously.  The research sample was selected using a purposive sampling method with a non-random sampling technique so that a sample of 430 respondents was obtained.  Analysis of the data used to test the hypothesis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on variance, namely Partial Least Square (PLS) using SmartPLS software.  The results showed that E-service quality in e-commerce has a positive and significant influence on consumer E-satisfaction.  However, consumer E-trust in e-commerce has no effect on consumer E-satisfaction.  In addition, the results of research with a positive and significant influence were also found by consumer E-satisfaction on Repurchase intention in e-commerce.  The results of this study provide information that the better the quality of e-service from an e-commerce, the higher the consumer satisfaction (e-satisfaction), but the increase in e-satisfaction is not influenced by changes in consumer trust (e-trust).  However, the e-satisfaction perceived by consumers will affect the repurchase intention of these consumers towards e-commerce.Keywords : E-service quality; E-trust; Repurchase intention; E-satisfaction; E-commerce AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh e-service quality dan e-trust terhadap repurchase intention melalui e-eatisfaction pada pengguna e-commerce yang diduga dapat memoderasi hubungan antara e-service quality, e-trust dan repurchase intention. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer dan sekunder. Data primer bersumber dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner kepada konsumen yang telah menggunakan dan melakukan pembelian di e-commerce dalam kurun waktu 3 bulan terakhir melalui e-commerce Tokopedia dan tinggal di area Jabodetabek. Sedangkan untuk data sekunder menggunakan referensi dari jurnal penelitian yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya. Sampel penelitian dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan teknik pengambilan non-random sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 430 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan untuk uji hipotesis adalah menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) yang berbasis varians yaitu Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa E-service quality pada e-commerce memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap E-satisfaction konsumen. Tetapi, E-trust konsumen pada e-commerce tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap E-satisfaction konsumen. Selain itu, hasil penelitian dengan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan juga didapati oleh E-satisfaction konsumen terhadap Repurchase intention di dalam e-commerce. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan informasi bahwa semakin baik kualitas e-service dari suatu e-commerce maka akan semakin tinggi kepuasan konsumen (e-satisfaction), tetapi peningkatan e-satisfaction ini tidak dipengaruhi oleh perubahan kepercayaan konsumen (e-trust). Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the role of perceived value in mediating the effect of information quality and brand equity on customer satisfaction. This research was conducted at the Sundanese Restaurant located on Jalan Raya AMD Lintas Timur, Karang Tanjung, Pandeglang Regency. Purposive sampling technique is used to determine the sample in this study, where the respondents are consumers who use the Go Food application. The number of samples used as many as 240 people. This study uses a structural equation model (Structural Equation Modeling - SEM). The results show that information quality and brand equity have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction for go food application users during the COVID-19. Perceived value mediates the positive and significant effect of information quality and brand equity on customer satisfaction for go food application users during the COVID-19.Keywords: Information Quality, Brand Equity, Perceived Value, Customer Satisfaction and COVID-19. AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran perceived value dalam memediasi pengaruh information quality dan brand equity terhadap customer satisfaction. Teknik random sampling digunakan untuk menentukan sampel dalam penelitian ini, dimana respondennya adalah konsumen pengguna aplikasi Go Food. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 243 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan model persamaan struktural (Structural Equation Modeling - SEM) berdasarkan varian yang dikenal dengan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan information quality dan brand equity memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction pada pengguna aplikasi go food di era COVID-19. AbstractThe research intended to see a film become an alternative media in the learning process. Film that are commonly considered as entertainment media, turns out it has the potential to be a source of learning because there are some messages or values that are useful in the development of human coginitive. Research data obtained from documents like thesis as primary data. Data analysis uses discourse analysis method to find out the influence of film as an alternative media in the learning process. The ideas in this article are described descriptively, based on the studies that have been done, seeing the relationship between the film and the learning process.Keywords: Film, Education, Sociology of Education AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat film menjadi media alternatif dalam proses pembelajaran. Abstract

AbstractWest Sumbawa Regency is decadent with natural and cultural tourism potential. West Sumbawa has beauty and provides opportunities for the tourism industry. However, this potential has not been managed optimally, so tourism business activities, especially product marketing, have not found the right formula. One of the efforts that need to be made is the partnership and collaboration of tourism stakeholders. This study examines how much influence stakeholder partnerships have on the marketing of tour packages in the West Sumbawa Regency. The primary stakeholder partnership was studied using a descriptive quantitative approach with multiple regression data analysis methods. This study found that the correlation of stakeholders with the marketing of tour packages has a value of 57.2%. Simultaneously, stakeholders influence the marketing of tour packages significantly by 62.1%. Meanwhile, the tourism association variable as a private stakeholder has a high percentage of 46.6% of its influence on tourism package marketing.Keywords: West Sumbawa, Tour Packages, Partnership. AbstrakKabupaten Sumbawa Barat dianugerahi dengan potensi wisata alam dan budaya. Sumbawa Barat memiliki keindahan dan memberikan peluang bagi industri pariwisata. Namun potensi tersebut belum dikelola secara optimal, sehingga kegiatan usaha pariwisata khususnya pemasaran produk belum menemukan formula yang tepat. Salah satu upaya yang perlu dilakukan adalah kemitraan dan kolaborasi para pemangku kepentingan pariwisata. Penelitian ini mengkaji seberapa besar pengaruh kemitraan pemangku kepentingan terhadap pemasaran paket wisata di Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat. Kemitraan pemangku kepentingan utama dipelajari dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode analisis data regresi berganda. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa korelasi stakeholder dengan pemasaran paket wisata memiliki nilai sebesar 57,2%. Secara simultan stakeholder mempengaruhi pemasaran paket wisata secara signifikan sebesar 62,1%. Sedangkan variabel asosiasi pariwisata sebagai private stakeholder memiliki persentase pengaruh yang tinggi sebesar 46,6% terhadap pemasaran paket wisata.Kata kunci: Sumbawa Barat, Paket Wisata, Kemitraan.

Abstract

AbstractThe problem in this study is whether credit risk has an influence on the financial performance of conventional commercial banks in Indonesia 2014 - 2020. This study aims to determine the effect of credit risk and other risk variables on ROA. The research method used is panel data regression with REM. The result of this study is that credit risk calculated by the NPL ratio has a significant effect while the LLR ratio has no effect on ROA. For other risk variables, namely, CAR, CIR and LDR have a significant effect on ROA. For bank managers and investors, it is necessary to pay attention to the value of NPL, CAR, CIR and LDR in making management and investment decisions.Keywords: bank capital, commercial banks, credit risk, financial performance, liquidity risk, operational risk AbstrakPermasalahan pada penelitian ini adalah apakah risiko kredit memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan bank umum konvensional di Indonesia 2014 -2020. Maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh risiko kredit dan variabel risiko lain terhadap ROA. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel dengan REM. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah risiko kredit yang dihitung dengan rasio NPL berpengaruh signifikan sedangkan rasio LLR tidak berpengaruh terhadap ROA. Untuk variabel risiko lain yaitu, CAR, CIR dan LDR berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROA.
