Abstract

Literature review article on the influence of capital structure, financial risk and investment opportunities on company financial performance in the port sector with the principles of corporate governance (GCG) as intervening variables is a scientific article that aims to build a research hypothesis on the influence of variables to be used in further research , within the scope of Financial Management science. The method of writing this Literature Review article is the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. The results of this article are that: 1) Capital Structure influences Company Financial Performance in the Port Sector with the Principles of Corporate Governance (GCG) as an Intervening Variable; 2) Financial Risk affects the Company's Financial Performance in the Port Sector with the Principles of Corporate Governance (GCG) as an Intervening Variable; and 3) Investment Opportunities affect the Company's Financial Performance in the Port Sector with the Principles of Corporate Governance (GCG) as an Intervening Variable. Apart from these 3 exogenous variables that influence the endogenous variables of Company Financial Performance in the Port Sector with the Principles of Corporate Governance (GCG) as Intervening Variables there are still many other factors including the variables x4, x5 and x6.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, organizational culture, and work motivation on the performance of the employees of the Center for Communication Technology Education, Education, Youth, and Sports of the Special Region of Yogyakarta with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The sample of this study amounted to 40 respondents who were taken using the census method or total sampling. Collecting data using a questionnaire. Instrument test using SPPS ver 20 and data analysis using Smart PLS. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, Organizational Culture has a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. positive and significant impact on employee performance, organizational culture has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, leadership has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction, organizational culture has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance through satisfaction work motivation, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigate the correlation between digital transformation, remote work, motivation, and performance appraisal in the service industry of Indonesia following the COVID-19 pandemic. The present investigation utilizes quantitative techniques, more precisely descriptive approaches. The present study employs a sample of 133 participants to investigate the performance of service businesses. The current investigation utilizes the SPSS 26 software to conduct data analysis.

Abstract

The marketing strategy is very important for companies where the strategy marketing is a way to achieve the goals of a company, because of the potential for sell proposition limited on amount people who know Thing the. Study this aims to analyze marketing strategies in increasing sales of Suzuki motorcycles on Indonesia. The research method is method quantitative with analysis regression. The conclusion is that the marketing strategy (Product, Price, Place and Promotion) partially or jointly have a significant effect on the Increase Sale. It is recommended that PT management Sunindo Gemilang should further optimize the aspects of product, price, place, promotion. This is done so all these aspects have a better effect so that the increase in sales continues increase and are expected to continue to compete with other companies. So that PT management Sunindo Gemilang Indonesia should further optimize increasing sales through aspects of people, physical evidence, and processes, in addition to product aspects, price, place, promotion.

Abstract

Employee welfare determines the success rate of the company to grow and development. focus is needed for the welfare of employees, especially from the aspects of salary, education, and health that can affect employee performance. This research examines the influence of salary, education, and work environment on employee performance in employees community in Jakarta . Primary data was obtained from the results of questionnaires distributed to respondents and then analyzed using a quantitative descriptive approach and multiple linear regression analysis techniques using the SPSS-25 tool. This research found several things. The first finding is that partially the level of well-being has a significant positive effect on the performance of employees. And the work environment has a great influence on improving employee performance.

Abstract

Manufacturing firms play an important economic role by producing necessary goods and services. Manufacturing organizations must constantly enhance their operations and processes to remain competitive in today's global market. One method is to concentrate on staff performance and knowledge management practices. Many manufacturing organizations, however, struggle to identify the elements that influence these sectors. This study sought to fill this void by identifying internal and external factors influencing employee performance and knowledge management practices in a manufacturing organization. The study employed a mixed-methods strategy to gather and analyze data, including surveys, interviews, and case studies. Data from employees and managers in a manufacturing company were collected and analyzed using qualitative and quantitative approaches. This study examined the elements influencing employee performance and knowledge management practices in a manufacturing company context, drawing on prior research and fresh data. This study's conclusions are essential for industrial organizations looking to enhance their operations and processes and university scholars studying staff performance and knowledge management. This study can assist manufacturing businesses in developing successful strategies for increasing employee performance and knowledge management practices by identifying the crucial elements that influence these areas.
