Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment, motivation and work motivation on employee performance at PT.Bio Soltamax Bandung City using a quantitative descriptive research approach. To obtain data according to the questions, researchers used data techniques: (1) Written surveys and (2) Questionnaires, the data collection tool used a questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale. There are four variables in this study, namely work environment (X1), incentive plan implementation (X2), motivation (X3) and employee performance (Y). The analysis used in this study uses path analysis. The test results show that the work environment has the greatest influence on employee performance, and the results of testing the work environment of PT. BIO Soltamax Bandung has the greatest influence on employee performance. Incentives do not affect employee performance. Simultaneous test results show that the atmosphere and motivating factors in the workplace have a significant effect on morale which in turn affects the work performance of employees of PT. Bio-Soltamax.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Trust as a mediator between the relationship between product quality, promotion and the role of influencer on mortgage financing decisions at Bank XYZ Syariah. This research was conducted using a quantitative method with a total sample of 370 respondents who were customers of Bank XYZ Syariah using a purposive sampling technique. Researchers used a questionnaire to collect data. The data analysis technique used in this study was The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) from the PLS 3.0 statistical software package. Based on the results of the study, it was found that product quality did not directly influence financing decisions, promotion had a direct effect on financing decisions, the role of influencer had a direct effect on financing decisions, trust was proven to be able to mediate the relationship between product quality, promotion and the role of influencer on financing decisions, and Trust able to perfectly mediate the relationship between product quality and financing decisions.

Abstract

Through work motivation as an intervening variable, this study aims to find out how Competence, workload, and work environment affect the performance of guidance and counseling (BK)/counselor teachers at public high schools, vocational schools, and MA in West Jakarta. The population and sample comprised 94 guidance and counseling teachers/counselors from public high schools, vocational schools, and Islamic high schools in West Jakarta. The results showed that Competence, workload, and work environment affect work motivation. The variable that has the most significant influence on the work motivation of counseling teachers is Competence in the Professional Competence dimension based on the indicator of implementing a comprehensive counseling work program. The variable that has the most significant influence on the performance of counseling teachers is the Work Environment from the Physical Work Environment dimension based on the workplace building indicator. Workload negatively affects the performance of counseling teachers but is not significant. Work motivation partially mediates Competence in influencing the performance of counseling teachers/counselors and partially mediates the work environment in influencing the performance of counseling teachers/counselors. In contrast, work motivation cannot mediate workload on the performance of counseling teachers.

Abstract

The study aims to uncover the service level of major cellular providers in Indonesia. The stages of the research included the determination of point where cellular towers are built as well as the density of the telecommunication traffic in particular regions in Indonesia. The users of the cellular towers are representatives of the companies from certain logistics establishment that utilizing the existence of the towers. Twelve spots of cellular towers were taken as research objects with 155 users representing their companies who uses and utilizing the cellular towers for various of businesses dominantly in logistics businesses. Structural equation model analysis were implemented to seek the affects of each variables. The result showed that all the data collected were supporting the hypotheses and this result were also showed that loyalty towards service delivered and complaints might occur parallelly.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to see the relationship between variables and provide answers from the perspective of researchers’ methods use qualitative techniques in ways related to literature, and review literature which is a way or method of scientific writing in the form of library research. The results of the research on the variables in this study according to the review literature that between variables there is a direct and positive influence even though there are variables as independent variables, intervening variables, and dependent variables. Dozens of review literature displayed in this study were analyzed using variables in this study.

Abstract

This study discusses Promotion and Store Image on Purchasing Decisions at Daryanto Store. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of promotion and store image owned by Daryanto Store on purchasing decisions. The research method used is quantitative. The population in this study was 20 0 respondents with a sample of 90 respondents. The sampling technique is simple random sampling. Data is obtained from questionnaires sent to consumers from the store via email to be filled out. The research conducted is Test T, Test F and coefficient of determination. The results of this study include: 1) Promotion affects Purchase Decisions at Daryanto Store partially, where with good promotions will make consumers confident to make purchase decisions; 2) Store Image affects Purchase Decisions at Daryanto Store partially, where with a good store image it convinces consumers to make purchasing decisions at the daryanto store; and 3) Promotion and Store Image influence the Purchase Decision at Daryanto Store simultaneously.

Abstract

This research identifies The use of Chemical Fertilizers will increase sharply during 2022 and create tension between supply and demand. This is not in line with the company's offer to buy community agricultural products. In the Lemoe sub-district, Parepare City, one of the reasons for the scarcity of fertilizer is the increasing amount of community agricultural land for corn production. Therefore, this research-based assistance aims to overcome community problems and assist the community through the farming community in solving the problem of scarcity of chemical fertilizers by utilizing corn husk waste in locations to become material for making organic fertilizer. The service method uses the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) approach. The presence of this approach makes the community through the community as the agent of change itself. The results of the assistance are in the form of Organic Fertilizer products that are ready to be used by the community. In the future research-based assistance, assistance is needed to the farming community in the marketing process for organic corn products produced, so that they can reach Indonesia and abroad. This research based mentoring activity is important for public health. With market value which of course will be proportional to the level of health obtained by the buying community or consumers.
