Dinasti International Journal of Digital Business Management (DIJDBM) provides widespread coverage of high quality research in a broad range of topics such as digital business management science and technology advancements, and establishing new collaborations in these areas. Original research papers, state-of-the-art reviews are invited for publication in all areas of digital business management science and technology. It is therefore a multidisciplinary journal inspired by diversity and open to methodological plurality. In the process of procurement of goods/services there is still a gap to commit fraud, because there are still considerable fraudulent practices in the procurement of goods/services. This article aims to propose a conceptual model of the factors that influence the prevention of fraud in the procurement of goods/services. Fraud that occurs in the public and private sectors is one of the causes of state or company finances swelling, even programs that have been planned by the government have many problems in the implementation process. This article reviews the influence of the role of E-Procurement, Procurement Ethics, and the Quality of Human Resources on the Prevention of Fraud in the Procurement of goods/services. The purpose of writing this article is to build a hypothesis of the influence between variables to be used in further research. The results are that E-Procurement affects the prevention of fraud in the procurement of goods/services; Procurement Ethics affects the prevention of fraud in the procurement of goods/services; and the Quality of Human Resources affects the prevention of fraud in the procurement of goods/services.

This article discusses the factors that affect Affecting Fraud Prevention as the dependent variable. The variables the role of internal audit, organizational culture and whistleblowing system as independent variables that influence it, this study is a literature review that describes the influence of the role of internal audit, organizational culture and whistleblowing system on Affecting Fraud Prevention, this article is a study in applied administration to increase the literacy of the influence between variables for further research purposes. Previous research or relevant research is very important in a research or scientific article. Previous research or relevant research serves to strengthen the theory and penomena relationship or influence between variables. This article reviews the factors that influence fraud prevention, namely: Internal Control, Whistle Blowing System and Morale, a literature study of Human Resource Management. This study aims to determine the Application of Human Resource Management (HRM) Towards Talent Management to Improve Health Service Performance at Jagakarsa Hospital. This research was conducted at the Regional General Hospital owned by the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta in 2021. This type of qualitative research uses data collection methods by triangulating data with 5 (five) informants through interviews, observations and documents. The data were analyzed by the researchers themselves. The results showed that Jagakarsa Hospital had implemented human resource management in managing its employees while talent management had not been implemented. The advice given to Jagakarsa Hospital is to be able to accelerate the implementation of talent management to support health services to the community so that it has an impact on improving hospital performance. The acceleration activities include establishing policies related to the implementation of talent management in hospitals, forming a Hospital Talent Management Acceleration Team, compiling Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) regarding the Implementation of Talent Management at Jagakarsa Hospital.

PT XYZ Indonesia is a company that has shown outstanding business performance in the last three years, and it has grown yearly. A study was conducted by distributing 40 questionnaires that became samples of company employees with work relationships and knowledge of supply chain integration, operational performance, and product quality to test these hypotheses. Furthermore, the data were analyzed with an SEM tool to test the causality relationship of the research variables. The theoretical evidence showed that product quality is positively influenced by supply chain integration for this type of company's business field. The managerial implications are to pay more attention to supply chain integration which greatly affects the company's operational performance. Meanwhile, some limitations in this study can be found at the end of the discussion.

This study is aimed at testing the influence of motivation and organizational climate on employee performance through job satisfaction and employee attachment as mediating variables. This study uses a quantitative approach that highlights the relationship or influence between research variables and tests hypotheses, using primary data collected using the survey method through questionnaires with a liker scale of 1 to 5. The population in this study is Digital Startup Employees in Indonesia. The study sample numbered 265 people. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis (Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the Lisrel 8.80 program. The results showed that motivation, organizational climate, job satisfaction, and employee attachment had a positive and significant direct influence on job satisfaction; Motivation and organizational climate have a significant positive influence on job satisfaction and employee engagement. Job satisfaction and employee engagement as mediating variables increase the relationship between motivation and organizational climate to employee performance.

The purpose of this research is to analyze and investigate the effect of the Utilization of Regional Property and the Implementation of Asset Management BLUD on Regional Original Revenue and the implications for the Security and Maintenance of Regional Property. The research method used is quantitative, survey, cross-sectional, and confirmative. Data were obtained through a survey by distributing 58 questionnaires to Echelon II, III, and IV officials and functional officials working at the DKI Jakarta Province Regional Asset Management Agency. A total of 55 respondents returned the questionnaire. SEM-PLS was used to analyze data. The study results show that the Utilization of Regional Property and the Implementation of BLUD Asset Management have a significant and positive effect on Regional Original Income; b) The implementation of the Asset Management BLUD has a significant and positive effect on Regional Original Income. Utilization of Regional Property and Implementation of BLUD Asset Management has a significant and positive effect on the Security and Maintenance of Regional Property. Moreover, Regional Original Income significantly and positively affects the Security and Maintenance of Regional Property.

This paper aims to determine the improvement of critical thinking. The development of critical thinking skills can be done through the intervention of learning models. In a study or scientific publication, previous or pertinent research is crucial. The theory and phenomena of linkages or influences between variables are strengthened by prior research or pertinent research in this regard. This article examines learning paradigms such as problem-based learning, discovery learning, and project-based learning as well as other elements that affect critical thinking. Building a hypothesis of influence between variables for use in future studies is the goal of this article. The result of this literature review article is 1) problem base learning affects critical thinking; 2) discovery learning affects critical thinking; and 3) project base learning affects critical thinking.

An essential metric for determining the caliber of education is how happy students are with their educational experience. The phenomenon of learning satisfaction is an important area of this study, particularly in the context of official schools in aviation. Cadets who go on to hold significant positions in the country's government and aviation sector receive crucial growth and training at aviation polytechnics. The publication of articles in relevant previous research will have a function as a reinforcement of theories and phenomena of relationships or influences between variables that are being studied. This study aims to produce a hypothesis of influence between variables that are used as a reference in future studies. This article is a type of literature review that raises the relationship between factors that affect student learning satisfaction, such as learning content, learning motivation, and student interaction with teachers. The results of this study are that (1) learning content has a very significant effect on learning satisfaction, (2) learning motivation affects learning satisfaction, and (3) student interaction with teachers has a very strong effect on learning satisfaction.

This study aims to analyze the exogenous variables of brand ambassador, country of origin as well as word of mouth in the endogenous variables namely consumer trust and purchasing decisions. The research object is consumers (non-members) of Herbalife Nutrition products. The type of research used is descriptive research and uses quantitative methods. The sample size is 185 respondents using a calculation based on five times the number of indicators. The data analysis method uses the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results of the study show that the variables brand ambassador, country of origin, as well as word of mouth have a significant positive influence on consumer confidence and purchasing decisions. Managerial implications in research is to increase consumer confidence and purchasing decisions.
