Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the ability of the Indonesian nation to respond to globalization: readiness to respond to the negative and positive aspects of the impact of globalization. This type of research is Library Research, namely research through literature or literature studies. Sources of data in this study are primary data, namely books that directly discuss the ability of the Indonesian nation to respond to globalization. The data analysis technique used to obtain conclusions is descriptive qualitative by emphasizing deductive conclusions, namely how to draw conclusions from general to specific things. The conclusion of this paper is that the final conclusion in this study is that the Indonesian nation in responding to the negative and positive aspects of the impact of globalization, should be addressed proportionally because this is a good attitude as a reflection of moderate Islam. Meanwhile, the hard efforts to face the era of globalization must be that the Indonesian nation must be able to produce quality human resources, and have the ability that includes behavior, hard work, discipline, trustworthy responsibility and the like guided by the teachings of AI-Qur'an and Hadith

Abstract

Examines the views of the fuqaha of four madhhab imams and the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) regarding children born out of wedlock. More detail is the problem of biological fathers marrying children born out of wedlock. This study aims to analyze the views of four madhhab imams and the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) on the marriage of biological fathers with children out of wedlock. This research is a research that uses quantitative descriptive method. namely describing the views of four imams of different schools of thought. Hanafi and Hanabilah scholars are of the opinion that it is haram. they argue that adultery can lead to haraam such as the prohibition of besanan (mushaharah) so that the marriage of a biological father with his child is unlawful. Meanwhile, according to the Malikiyah scholars, it is halal. and according to the Syafi'iyah scholars it is lawful but makruh. They argue that adultery cannot cause haraam such as the prohibition of besanan (mushaharah) so that the marriage of a biological father with his child is lawful. The Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) argues that it is halal to marry a child born out of wedlock if it triggers the market 39 and article 100 of the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI).

Abstract

This study examines women's leadership in the perspective of Islamic law by analyzing the views of M. Quraish Shihab. In more detail, it discusses the permissibility of women to lead in the view of Islam. This study aims to analyze how Quraish Shihab views women and women's leadership. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, which describes the views of Quraish Shihab in the perspective of Islamic law. The results of this study are, Quraish Shihab has his own view about women. According to him, women have the same rights as men, including in terms of leadership, but in the perspective of classical scholars it is forbidden for women to be leaders in any case, while according to Quraish Shihab, who refers to the thoughts of moderate scholars, has a view of the permissibility of women's leadership in the public sphere on condition that does not leave her main obligation to serve her husband and to care for and educate her children. This difference of opinion occurs because the situation and conditions of the times are different, so that it affects the interpretation of the scholars in the context of the Qur'an. While Islamic law is universal, it can apply at any time according to the current conditions and culture, through the thoughts of scholars who are experts in Islamic law.

Abstract

The research problem is the low activity in the classroom in the learning process, especially in the process of activity and achievement which is still rigid. The purpose of this study was to find out by applying the Discourse Multy Representace learning model that could improve student activity and achievement abilities. This research was conducted at SMP N 1 Hinai in the 2020/2021 academic year. With the subject of 36 students. This research was formed in the CAR research. In data collection, the data obtained are student learning activity observation sheets and student learning outcomes tests. For data analysis used quantitative and qualitative data. Based on data analysis, the result of student activity (cycle I was 38.88%), while in cycle II it was (86.21%). On student learning outcomes from the pretest data obtained a score of 62.7 with 12 students who completed and 24 students who did not complete. In the first cycle posttest obtained a value of (73.19%) with a total of 8 students who completed from 28 students who did not complete. And in the second cycle posttest with a value of (94.16) with 35 students who completed and 1 student who did not complete. This shows the success of the research conducted. It can be concluded that the application of collaborating the Discourse Multi-Representation learning model with the concept sentence on the students has succeeded with what was expected. Abstract

The Implementation of Audio Visual Learning Media in Improving Learning Understanding of Al Quran Hadith in Class VII MTs Students. Private Tarbiyah Waladiyah Pulau Banyak. The problems found in the research location were: 1). The learning and teaching process in madrassas, teachers in the field of study of Al-qur'an hadith have not involved students directly with the digital Al-qur'an application from the subject matter of the Al-qur'an hadith study area taught so that students have not been trained in solving various field problems study of Al-qur'an hadith. 2). The unavailability of media that supports learning and teaching activities of Al-quran Hadith in madrasas. The focus of this research is that the researcher focuses on the application of Audio Visual Media and the efforts made by the teacher in the Al-quran Hadith study field to improve students' reasoning abilities. 1). The influence of digital Al-quran-based Audio Visual Media on students' reasoning abilities in the concept of understanding and memorizing Al-quran verses by students of the Tarbiyah Waladiyah Island Many Private Tsanawiyah Madrasah is significant, namely the application of the model helps students to better understand the subject matter. 2). Improved reasoning skills of students on indicators of creative thinking, flexible thinking, original thinking, and detailed thinking after the application of Audio Visual Media to students of Tarbiyah Waladiyah Island Banyak Madrasah Tsanawiyah. 3). Student activities when applied to Audio Visual Media in the Al-quran hadith study at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Tarbiyah Waladiyah Pulau Banyak, students responded well. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Innovative learning methods on learning styles in Aqidah Akhlak lessons for eighth grade students of MTs Darul Arafah Pangkalan Berandan. This research method uses quantitative data analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. Innovative learning is learning that provides more opportunities for students to construct knowledge independently and mediated by peers. Based on the results of research and data analysis, it can be concluded that the Innovative learning method at MTs Darul Arafah Pangkalan Berandan has an average result of 36.33, a median of 36.5, a mode of 37, a variance of 24.95 and a standard deviation of 4.99. acceptable with a significant limit of tolerance. Learning Styles of students at MTs Darul Arafah Pangkalan Berandan have an average result of 47.9, a median of 48.5, a mode of 47.6, a variance of 9.40 and a standard deviation of 3.06. acceptable with a significant limit of tolerance. There is a significant effect between Innovative learning methods in improving the learning styles of students at MTs Darul Arafah Pangkalan Andan with the results Fcount = 31.15 and Ftable (1.28) (0.01) = 7.56 which can be concluded Fcount≥Ftable by accepting Ha and rejecting H0 with a regression line equation of (Y= ) 45.57+0.06X.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to find out whether there is an increase in fiqh learning outcomes through the implementation of the power of two strategy for class VIII students at MTs Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah Tanjung Pura. This research method is by using a classroom action research approach. The data obtained from research through observation, tests or by using other strategies. The conclusions that can be drawn from this paper are student responses after the implementation of The Power Of Two learning strategy about improving Fiqh teaching and learning outcomes in the material of raising assets outside zakat for class VIII students at MTs Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah Tanjung Pura at the pre-test stage with an average value class 57.93 with the number of students who completed as many as 6 people with a percentage of 20.68% and students who did not complete as many as 23 people with a percentage of 79.31%, then after applying the power of two strategy there was an increase in the first cycle as many as 17 students completed with a percentage of 58.62% and as many as 12 students did not complete with a percentage of 41.38%. Because it has not met the researcher's target, it is continued in the second cycle. In the second cycle, there was an increase of 25 students who completed with a percentage of 88.20% and as many as 4 students did not complete with a percentage of 13.80%. Abstract

Implementation of the Discovery Inquiry method in improving students' thinking skills in learning Islamic religious education for students of Tunas Mandiri Private Junior High School Tanjung Pura. This study uses quantitative research methods. The location of the research was carried out at the Tunas Mandiri Private Junior High School, Tanjung Pura District, Langkat Regency. The implementation of this research was carried out from April to June 2021. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of Discovery Inquiry in improving students' thinking skills in learning Islamic religious education for students of Tunas Mandiri Private Junior High School Tanjung Pura, Langkat Regency, whether there is a significant relationship significant. To prove this, the author conducted a study on the title. This research was conducted on 30 students of Tunas Mandiri Private Junior High School Tanjung Pura which were used as research samples. Data collection tools are library research, observation, questionnaires and interviews. The results of the questionnaire were processed by tabulating the data to determine the frequency. Based on the discussion of the research results in this thesis, it can be seen that the implementation of the Discovery Inquiry method for students of Tunas Mandiri Private Junior High School Tanjung Pura is very good (70%). Meanwhile, students' thinking ability in learning Islamic religious education for students of Tunas Mandiri Private Junior High School Tanjung Pura is good (73.3%). The results of the tabulation calculation between the implementation of the Discovery Inquiry method on students' thinking abilities in learning Islamic religious education for students of Tunas Mandiri Private Junior High School Tanjung Pura with a moderate or adequate level of significance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study: To determine the application of the Quantum Teaching model in learning activities in the field of study of Al-Qur'an Hadith in MTs. Personal Exemplary Gebang. To determine the ability of students' understanding of learning the field of study of the Qur'an and Hadith in MTs. Personal Exemplary Gebang. To find out the application of the Quantum Teaching model in an effort to improve students' understanding of learning the field of study of the Qur'an and Hadith in MTs. Personal Exemplary Gebang. This research is a descriptive qualitative research, namely the data collected in the form of words and descriptions. According to Lexy J Moleong that "qualitative research is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observed behavior". While descriptive research is a form of research that aims to describe or describe existing phenomena, both natural phenomena and phenomena engineered by humans. The results of the study show that: (1) The application of the Quantum Teaching model to Al-Qur'an Hadith subjects has been maximally applied in relation to the implementation of learning during the COVID-19 pandemic which requires online teaching and learning activities. So that learning using Quantum Teaching is very appropriate to be applied in MTs. Private Exemplary Gebang; (2) The ability to understand student learning in the field of study of the Qur'an and Hadith in class VII MTs. The Gebang Private Example has been implemented optimally with the efforts of teachers in the field of study in improving students' understanding abilities in learning; (3) The application of the Quantum Teaching model in improving the ability to understand the learning of the Qur'an and Hadith in class VII MTs students. The Gebang Private Example has been implemented well and there has been an increase since the beginning of the pre-meeting, namely the number of students who got a complete score, namely 29.7% of students who got a complete score in the Qur'an Hadith field of study, at the first meeting it increased to 46% of students who completed activity. study the Qur'an Hadith on the material to understand the short surah of the Qur'an. At the second meeting the level of completeness of students in learning Al-Qur'an Hadith was 78.3% for class VII MTs. Personal Exemplary Gebang. Then analyzed from Meeting III, student completeness reached 100%.. Private Exemplary Gebang can be increased through the application of the Quantum Teaching model.

Abstract

The purposes of this study are 1) To determine the learning interest of X MAN 1 Langkat students in the subject of Islamic Cultural History, 2) To determine the use of the talking stick method in teaching and learning activities in the subject of Islamic Cultural History for Class X MAN 1 students. Langkat, 3) To find out the increase in learning outcomes of Islamic Cultural History by using the talking stick method in the subject of Islamic Cultural History for class X students of MAN 1 Langkat. Students' interest in learning at MAN 1 Langkat class X in the SKI subject is very good and has increased after conducting research for two cycles. The use of the talking stick method in this study is online or online learning during the implementation of the second cycle, but it can increase student interest in learning well. In the learning process in cycle II the teacher changes the use of the method because the school implements online learning, but it still produces satisfying student interest in learning because the researcher or teacher always motivates and facilitates student learning activities. The use of the talking stick method can increase student interest in learning at MAN 1 Langkat class X in SKI subjects, which can be seen from the increase in each cycle. The use of the talking stick method with the percentage of students who completed learning in cycle 1 was 58% and cycle II was 84% ​​or an increase of 26%. There was an increase in student learning outcomes in cycle 1 by 68% and cycle II 81% which experienced an increase of 13%. . And the average increase in the percentage of teacher activity in the application of the talking stick method in cycle 1 was 78% and in cycle II was 81% or an increase of 3%.
