Abstract

Financial performance is a description of a company's financial condition related to its financial aspects. This study aimed to determine and analyze partially or simultaneously the effect of the variables Current Ratio (CR), Debt-to-EquityRatio (DER) and Total Assets Turnover (TATO) on Return on Assets (ROA). The population in this study were pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016-2020, which were then selected using a purposive sampling technique, resulting in a sample of seven companies. The analytical method used in this study was panel data regression analysis with the requirements test, specifically the classical assumption test utilizing the EViews 9 program. The results of this study indicate that the Current Ratio (CR) has a significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA), the Debt-to-EquityRatio (DER) has no effect on Return on Assets (ROA), and Total Assets Turnover (TATO) has a significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA). This study also shows that the Current Ratio, Debt-to-Equity Ratio, and Total Assets Turnover have a simultaneous effect on Return on Assets (ROA).

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of occupational safety and health on work productivity with organizational commitment as an intervening variable in PT Socfindo Perkebunan Negeri Lama. The research is explanatory in nature and intended to explain the relation between variabels.. The Population of this research involves regular employees of PT Socfindo Perkebunan Negeri Lama. The sample consists of 78 employees taken by using proportional random sampling. Further, the data were analysed with descriptive measure and path analysis using SPSS 23. It is found that (1) occupational safety and health have a directly influenced work productivity (2) occupational safety and health directly influenced organizational commitments (3) organizational commitments directly affect work productivity. (4) occupational safety and health indirectly affect work productivity through organizational commitment.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of excellent service and image institution on student loyalty and satisfaction on LKP Fiara Computer. The data which is used in this research is primary data collected from 52 respondents. The Sampling technique in this research is a non-probability sampling technique with pusposive sampling method, and analyzed by a non path analysis. The results of this research indicate that in structure of the I simultaneously excellent service and image institution significant affect student loyalty. Partially proven that excellent service and image institution significant effect on student loyalty. In the second structure, variable excellent service, image institution and loyalty simultaneous effect on student satisfaction. Partially excellent service, image institution and loyalty have a significant effect on student satisfaction. Analysis of the determinant coefficient (R2) on the first structure seen from R Square of 39%. This figure has the influence of excellent service and image institutions in loyalty simultaneously is 39.0%, while the remaining 61%. Analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2) in second structure seen from R Square of 52.1%. The lift has the influence of excellent service, image institution, and loyalty student simultaneously is 52.1%, while the remaining 47.9% (100% - 52.1%) is influenced by other variables. Abstract

Customer satisfaction is perceived as business strategy’s key component and critical differentiation in a competitive marketplace. The recorded huge transactions per day in marketplaces can be used as useful information to evaluate customer satisfaction. A sophisticated method, such as data mining, is necessary to analyze this massive, multifaceted, and versatile empirical data generating accurate predictions. This research purported to investigate marketplace customer satisfaction as a reference to determine service and quality improvements. In conclusion this study draws two conclusive results: (1) The majority of marketplace consumers preferred the lead-time sensitive over price-sensitive; and (2) The Neural Net empirically showed as the most appropriate robust data mining technique among other techniques to predict marketplace customer satisfaction indicating by fittest accuracy, F score and ROC curve.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemsaran yang dilakukan oleh Lembaga Kursus Dan Bimbingan Belajar Hanily di Desa Cinta Makmur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode analisis SWOT (Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunity, Threat) yaitu suatu analisis yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis kekuatan dan kelemahan serta peluang dan ancaman. Analisis dilakukan dengan melakukan penilaian terhadap faktor kekuatan dan kelemahan, kemudian analisis eksternal dengan melakukan penilaian peluang dan ancaman. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa LKBB Hanily berada pada kuadran strategi yang cepat, LKBB Hanily memiliki skor kekuatan yang lebih besar dari pada kelemahannya, namun ancaman lebih besar dari pada peluang yang dimiliki oleh LKBB Hanily. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa LKBB Hanily telah mengimplementasikan empat bauran pemasaran, yakni promosi, produk, harga dan tempat dan belum menerapkan secara keseluruhan fungsi bauran pemasaran. Strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh LKBB Hanily diantaranya, melakukan promosi melalui pemanfaatan media social, personal selling, kemudian menetapkan haraga yang lebih mjrah dari pesaing serta memebrikan benefit tambahan bagi customer, sedangkan produknya hanya fokus pada bimbingan belajar untuk anak usia dini, terakhir pemilihan tempat yang dilakukan dengan mengambil tempat strategis ditengah pemukiman warga dan mudah untuk dikases. Abstract

This study aims to find out more about lobbying and negotiation strategies in fostering good relations with clients at Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Citra Abadi (CA). This study uses descriptive qualitative analysis, using non-participant observation methods. Data collection was obtained by conducting field observations and interviews as well as data from various information sources. The results obtained prove that CA is successful in lobbying and negotiating with clients in order to obtain the necessary information. Before negotiating, the CA first makes observations relating to the client as an initial plan, develops a negotiation strategy, self-introductions, discusses proposals until the negotiations reach a mutual agreement as evidenced by the cooperation signing. The lobbying and negotiation strategies carried out make the messages and suggestions conveyed by the CA therefore they could be well received and in line with the needs desired by the client. CA also applies a win-win solution negotiation strategy in overcoming problems therefore decisions or mutual agreements with clients could be realized and no party feels disadvantaged.

Abstract

This study aims to find out: how to apply online vegetable marketing strategy at Warung Ibu Yuli in the new normal of Covid-19. The method used in sampling is to use purposive sampling method, the analysis method used is qualitative descriptive analysis method using SWOT and QSPM matrix method. The results of this study showed that the final score after weighting in internal and external analysis there are 7 alternative strategies that have been obtained from the results of the SWOT matrix, namely (1)reminding the public periodically about the quality and price of Warung Sayur Ibu Yuli products, (2)expanding and adding information about the location and phone number or Whatsapp, (3)opening direct orders between and expanding supplier networks , (4) make and add innovations to the marketing done and packaging conducted, (5) the application of discount promos adjusted to the difference in the latest price increase of products, (6)continue to innovate on the service and supervise players in the same market periodically, (7)increase the number of orders from the number of requests. Each altenative is then analyzed using the QSPM matrix.

Abstract

The investors who invest will be aware of and ensure the condition of the company whether it is experiencing financial distrees or the company is in good condition. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a financial analysis of the company by looking at its financial ratios. This study aims to examine the independent variables in the form of Profitability Ratios, Liquidity Ratios and Solvency Ratios to Financial Distrees as the dependent variable. This research was conducted on the construction sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2020 with a population of 20 years. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling which resulted in a sample of 10 years. The analytical method used in this study is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing used SPSS V.21. The results showed that partially the Profitability Ratio variable had a significant effect on financial difficulties, Liquidity and Solvency Ratio variables had no significant effect on financial difficulties. Simultaneously, Profitability Ratio, Liquidity Ratio and Solvency Ratio have a significant effect on financial distrees.

Abstract

This study aims; 1) to describe Masudul Alam Choudhury and Milton Friedman version of monetary policy, 2) to describe the comparison of Masudul Alam Choudhury and Milton Friedman thoughts on monetary policy, 3) to describe the relevance of Masudul Alam Choudhury and Milton Friedman version of monetary policy to monetary policy in Indonesia. The research method used is a qualitative method with a literature review type. The results showed that; 1) Choudhury put forward the endogenous theory of money in Islam, where the central bank as the monetary authority only facilitates the circulation of the money supply volume so that the amount is accordance with actual spending and not spending demand expectation, 2) Friedman argues that money only affects inflation and does not affect economic growth, therefore monetary policy must be directed only affects at controlling inflation and not directed at influencing real economic activity, 3) The relevance of Choudhury and Friedman economic thinking regarding monetary policy on monetary policy in Indonesia can be seen from the implementation monetary policy implemented by Bank Indonesia. Abstract

Laundry business is one of the fastest growing businesses in Rantauprapat-Labuhanbatu region. The number of competitors causes the importance of getting loyal customers towards laundry. Satisfaction can be affected by quality of service, trust and consumer loyalty. This research aims to determine the influence of service quality, trust and loyalty on consumer satisfaction. Data analysis tool in this study is SPSS.22 to determine the effect between variables. The results of this study indicate that the quality of service has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction, trust has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction, loyalty has a significant positive effect on loyalty, trust has a significant positive effect on loyalty, service quality and trust have a significant positive effect on loyalty. Quality of service and trust has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction with customer loyalty as an intervening variable. The managerial implication of the research results is that Nazwa Laundry must be focused on quality of service and trust to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty Keywords: Quality of Service, Trust, Customer Satisfaction, Loyalty
