The changes in behavior patterns and consumer needs due to the development of technology and information flow makes more practical behavior which means consumers need speed and accuracy in meeting their needs. This led to the ever-changing e-commerce model developed with more modern packaging of technology and information. People in general mention that e-commerce is the answer to the speed and accuracy of fulfillment ofneeds wheree-commerce offers one of its competitive advantages is removing the concept of space andtime. The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the influence of privacy, security, and trust on the intention of shopping online in Shopee.co.id bothpartial and simultaneous and know and analyze which independent variables have the dominant effect on the intention of shopping onlineinShopee.co.id.The type of research used in this study is explanatory research with survey method and the number of samples in this study as many as 220 respondents. The sampling technique is obtained using accidental sampling method. The data source uses primary data and secondary data i.e.literature and updated data from the internet. While the data analysis technique used the quantitative analysis using analysis throughSPSS software, by Linear Regression Analysis.From the results of the study by multiple linear regression analysis using F-test, it can be concluded that privacy variables, to security, and trust has a simultaneous influence on the variable intention of shopping, then the results of the analysis of t-test can beconcludedvariable of privacy, security, and trust partially significant effect on the variable intention of shopping, and based on the results of the coefficient of regression, it can be found the variables that have a dominant effect on the intention of shopping online in the Shopee.co.idis a security variable.

his research begins with the importance of participation in development programs that use limited stimulant funds and from the perspective of development effectiveness. The objectives of this study are: 1) To explain the scope of community participation in the planning and implementation of Improving the Quality of Unfit for Living (PK-RTLH) in Payakumbuh. 2) Analyze possible factors and barriers to participation in the implementation of the Improving the Quality of Unfit for Living (PK-RTLH) program in Payakumbuh. When the research was conducted in January to February 2020. This research was conducted in Payakumbuh City by taking the location in the West Payakumbuh District (Payolansek Village, Padangtangah Balainanduo Village ), Kec.observations of Lampasi Tigo Nagari ( Koto Panjang Dalam Village), North Payakumbuh District (Tigo Koto Diateh Village) and South Payakumbuh District. This study uses a qualitative method. The research informants totaled 22 people consisting of 17 key informants and 5 regular informants. Key informants are recipients of PK-RTLH program assistance, while regular informants consist of 2 facilitators , 1 head of the Housing and Settlement Office , 1 head of the village and 1 person from Niniak Mamak. Based on the results of the research, the forms of community participation in planning to improve the quality of houses for rehabilitation of unfit for habitation are; a) Formation of aid recipient groups ; b) Opening of the beneficiary account number ; c) Utilizing local resources while taking the form of participation in the implementation of the Program for Improving the Quality of Unfit for Living : a) Participation in the form of personnel assistance ; b) Participation in the form of material assistance; c) Participation in the form of skills or expertise. Factors that me Could masyar AKAT to participate include factors intrinsic and e kstrinsik . Intrinsic factors consist of: a) kinship ties; b) the desire to live a decent life . As for extrinsic factors, namely a) group cohesiveness; b) free time. In participation, there are also factors that hinder society from participating, namely: a) Economic factors; b) The influence of modernization so that individualism appears; c) Program information does not reach all elements of society.

The implementation of the Family of Hope Program in the city of Makassar encourages cooperation between agencies in each region to realize the goals of the vision and mission of unity in overcoming poverty in the city of Makassar. policy actors, it must be ensured that the implementation of policies is effective and efficient, and they can understand or develop their knowledge with extraordinary skills. This research is carried out by in-depth interviews, documentation and observation. Data reduction techniques to analyze data and Draw data conclusions, focus actor preference is an option to develop actor knowledge that is able to motivate the community directly with poor families, it is hoped that the knowledge possessed by actors can affect the poor, so that it can get out of line poverty, by using the ability to have, as well as the implementation of government policies As set out in the guidelines as mandatory obligations, such as attending family capacity building meetings by studying learning modules such as childcare education, becoming more parents, and managing finances with the implementation of these tasks actors there are two keys to success in the preferences of policy actors such as improving good (competent) performance, succeeding in increasing the motivation of beneficiary families (KPM) so that they avoid the poverty line.

For the village government, the use of information technology for village-level financial management is becoming a new aspect of its duties and functions, one of which is finance. In order to support the effectiveness of e-government-based financial management through SISKEUDES, the government issued regulations in the form of Regulation No. 20 of 2018 on Rural Financial Management by the Minister of the Interior. The purpose of the siskeudes app is to achieve responsible and transparent village governance. This study uses qualitative and descriptive methods. This research uses the theory of organizational effectiveness in the application of organizational e-government by examining three indicators, namely structure, process and results. The results show that there are still differences in the application of e-government, so e-government fails to operate effectively.

This study analyzes business performance in the context of product innovation which is influenced by entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation. Based on the results of the path analysis, it shows that product innovation is an intervening variable on the variable of competitive advantage. The results also show that entrepreneurial orientation does not have a significant effect on product innovation while market orientation has a significant effect. Entrepreneurial orientation and product innovation have a significant effect on business performance, while market orientation has no significant effect.

The concept of Public Private Partnership (PPP) has proven to be more efficient and effective in public services in the tourism sector, and benefits from regional revenue (PAD), and can help the government to deal with limited resources in tourism development. This study aims to determine how the model and the success of the Public Private Partnership (PPP) in tourism development in North Toraja Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation and documentation study. Data processing and analysis techniques are carried out at three stages, namely: data reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions. The informants in this study were as follows: (a) the Department of Culture and Tourism of North Toraja Regency; (b) Owner / Manager of Ke'te Kesu ' and Lempe Negeri Above the Clouds Tourism Object; (c) Visitors / Community. The results showed: (1) Equity shows a cooperation sharing agreement that has an impact on the receipt of fees and tourism services; (2) Effectiveness, government-private cooperation runs effectively to attract revenue (retribution) and provide services to visitors or tourists; (3) Efficiencies, public-private cooperation shows that the use of resources in the development of tourist objects is proven to be more efficient by implementing public-private cooperation; (4) Exportability shows the government gets a high risk of demand to meet the needs of tourist objects and compensation to communities affected by the construction of tourist attraction facilities and infrastructure. The life cycle contract (LCC) model in the cooperation agreement (MOU) between the private sector and the government shows that it is the private sector that initiates development in tourist destinations. The private sector becomes the owner of a tourist attraction that carries out development starting from design, build, finance, and maintenance at an early stage before any cooperation with the government.

The purpose of this study is to contribute to the Islamic Hospital of Garam Sumenep - Kalianget related to standard operating procedures for procurement of goods and services that are not yet owned or already owned but still need improvements. Standard operational procedures for procurement of goods and services are useful for regulating the implementation of the entry and exit of goods and services and to ensure the smooth and clear mechanism of procurement of goods and services. In addition to standard operational procedures, internal control also functions as a tool to assist management with the aim of achieving a more efficient and effective work mechanism. The research method used by researchers is qualitative with a direct observation approach at the Islamic Hospital of Garam Sumenep - Kalianget. The research team hopes that the standard operational procedures for procurement of goods and services created by the research team can help the Islamic Hospital of Sumenep - Kalianget Garam in managing hospital goods and services both in the short and long term.

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, company activity, liquidity, and asset structure on the capital structure of consumer goods companies listed on the IDX. The sample used in the study was 32 companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2019 period. The independent variables in this study are profitability, company activity, liquidity, and asset structure. Meanwhile, the dependent variable is capital structure. The approach method used in this study is quantitative method. Judging from the results of this study that partially profitability has no and insignificant effect on capital structure, while company activities partially have a positive and significant effect on capital structure. and liquidity partially has a negative and significant effect on the capital structure, while the asset structure partially has no and insignificant effect on the capital structure. Simultaneously, profitability, company activity, liquidity, and asset structure have a significant and significant effect on capital structure.Based on the research results prove the value of the adjusted r squre () equal to 0.278 or 27.8%. This means that all independent variables are influenced by a number of 27.8% while 72.5% of the excess is influenced by variables outside the research.

Purchasing decisions are very important in marketing. Users who fail in deciding theirpurchase, this is found by several factors. This study aims to see the effect of Experimental Marketing, Perceived Quality and Advertising on purchasing decisions for users of Wardah Cosmetics productsin Kadipaten District. The method used in this research is a survey method with descriptive and verification approaches. The population in this study were unknown users of Wardah Cosmetics productsin the Kadipaten District, so the sample in this study used simple random sampling of 100 people. The type of data used is primary data obtained from question naires that are collected for all samples. The data analysis used descriptive analysis and regression analysis including classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination and model feasibility test. Hypothesis testing using the t test. The results of descriptive analysis show that Marketing Based on Experience, Perceived Quality,Advertising and purchase decisions have good criteria. The results of the verification analysis show that partially the Experimental Marketing, Perceptions of Qualityand Advertising have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for users of Wardah Cosmetics productsin Kadipaten District.

The purpose of this study was to determine how the implementation of the voter list updating policy at the General election Commission (KPU) of Sidenreng Rappang Regency so that it can obtain an overview of the extent of the influence of the policy in producing a quality voter list. The theory used is the implementation theory developed by Merilee S. Grindle. which states that policy implementation statements are determined by policy and policy context. Furthermore, it is carried out form each stage of the existing program. The study used a qualitative research with as many as 10 people, namely from the General Election Commission Sidrap commissioner, the General Election Supervisory Agency commissioner Sidrap, officials from the population and Civil Registry Service as well as the community.
