Abstract

Employee performance is very important for a business to be successful and achieve its goals. This research is urgent to do because it provides a better understanding of the factors that influence the performance of nurses at Bung Karno General Hospital, Surakarta. This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously or partially of motivation, discipline, leadership and environmental variables on the performance of nurses at the Bung Karno Regional Public Hospital, Surakarta. This research method uses a quantitative research design. The sample in the study was 80 nurses at the Bung Karno Regional Public Hospital in Surakarta who were taken using a census or saturated sampling technique. Data collection used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used statistical analysis, namely multiple linear regression test, F test, t-test, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that motivation, discipline, leadership and the environment had a significant effect on the performance of nurses at the Bung Karno Regional Public Hospital in Surakarta, both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

Susi Handayani, et al conducted a study entitled Improving Employee Performance Through Strengthening Training and Education Levels (Study at Hotel Mauve Palembang), using a sample of 43 employees of Mauve Hotel Palembang. The results showed that the training variable had a significant effect on employee performance with a tcount value of the training variable (X₂) of 2.040 > ttable 2.021, a significance value of 0.048 <0.05. Furthermore, simultaneously the level of education and training has a significant effect on employee performance with Fcount 36.678 > Ftable 3.23, the significance is less than 0.05 (0.036 <0.05). The better the level of education applied to Mauve Hotel Palembang employees, the higher the employee performance, this is shown from the coefficient that is owned by variable X1 which is positive.

Abstract

Competition, more advanced technology, and shifting customer preferences. These entrepreneurs use a variety of sales strategies to advertise their goods, including social media marketing, among other promotional techniques. The purpose of this study is to determine how social media marketing for the Erigo brand affects consumers' decisions to buy, how reviews affect those decisions, and how social media marketing and reviews together affect those decisions. This research approach is quantitative. The results of the study showed that social media marketing and reviews jointly had a big impact on sales, with social media marketing having a strong impact on reviews and reviews having a considerable impact on purchases in part. The urgency of this research stems from its potential to offer actionable insights for businesses to capitalize on social media marketing and reviews in influencing consumers' purchasing decisions. By understanding the impact of these factors, businesses can develop more targeted and effective marketing strategies, enhance their brand reputation, and stay competitive in the digital marketplace.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of OCB and job satisfaction on employee performance.The motive of this observe changed into to research the effect of OCB (Organizational Citizenship Behavior) using three dimensions, specifically altruism (conduct of supporting others), conscientiousness (behavior that exceeds the minimum conditions) and sportsmanship (capability to tolerate without complaining) at the overall performance of personnel at PT. Parsintauli Mighty Work Boja Kendal Branch.The technique used on this research is quantitative. The sampling technique used the census method. The pattern used for this observe were all personnel totaling 37 human beings at PT. Parsintauli Karya Perkasa Twigs Boja. Data analysis strategies the use of SPSS.The effects of the regression equation studies show that the affect of OCB with the indicator of altruism (X1) is zero.312, conscientiousness (X2) is zero.498 and the have an impact on of sportsmanship (X3) is 0.286. The R-Square fee acquired is zero.630 or shows a variation of 63.Zero% of Employee Performance (Y) may be explained by using the unbiased variables in the observe, whilst the ultimate 37.0% is explained through other variables outdoor this studies version.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the factors that influence behavioral intention and use behavior in e-wallet services (Gopay, Ovo, Dana, Shopee Pay) in Indonesia. The research model used is to develop the previous research model (UTAUT2) with the addition of price value, perceived credibility, and lifestyle compatibility variables. Questionnaires were collected from 300 e-wallet users in Indonesia, after which the data was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with data processing using Analysis of Structural Moments (AMOS) software. The results of the research show that performance expectancy (PE), effort expectancy (EE), facilitating conditions (FC), price value (PV), habit (H), perceived credibility (PC), and lifestyle compatibility (LC) are proven to be significant factors influencing behavioral intention (BI), which in turn significantly predicts e-wallet use behavior (UB). Meanwhile, social influence (SI) and hedonic motivation (HM) do not significantly influence behavioral intention (BI).

Abstract

Blockchain is an emerging technology that is already finding applications in various sectors of economy, governance and trade, due to its attractive features of transparency and auditability. Digital marketing and advertising, i.e., the promotion of goods and services via digital media is currently a multibillion-dollar market with an increasing growth rate and crucial to the global economy. The potential of blockchain technologies for digital marketing applications has been recognized the last few years by both researchers and practitioners in this sector but, at the same time, large scale commercial applications have yet to be developed. This review, after briefly addressing the major challenges of the digital marketing ecosystem and the fundamental components of blockchain technologies, critically reviews academic works published the last 5 years in this field and highlights the current status, research topics and frameworks suggested. This studies is motivated by means of the existence of problems in the shape of gap phenomena within the form of discrepancies inside the outcomes of the evaluation regarding the path of the connection among the independent variables of the observe which encompass the preceding 12 months's audit opinion, company length, liquidity, profitability, and solvency with the dependent variable going problem audit opinion in manufacturing organizations listed on the Stock Exchange Indonesian Securities in 2016- 2020. This examine targets to observe the impact of the preceding year's audit opinion, enterprise size, liquidity, profitability, and solvency on going difficulty audit opinion in manufacturing groups listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The studies was conducted with a quantitative research approach. This form of studies is descriptive research. The population in this research is one hundred sixty businesses and the full pattern is 32 manufacturing businesses listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016-2020. The variables associated with this studies are the preceding 12 months's audit opinion, company length, liquidity, profitability, and solvency and going difficulty audit opinion in production groups. Data analysis technique the usage of logistic regression. The outcomes showed that there has been a significant effect on the preceding year's audit opinion, profitability, and solvency variables on going issue audit opinion in production agencies, whilst the enterprise size and liquidity variables had no significant effect on going subject audit opinion in manufacturing companies listed at the Stock Exchange. Abstract

The performance of Sebelas Maret University educational staff is needed to facilitate activities on and off campus. This study aims to determine the effect of remuneration, work motivation, work discipline, and employee satisfaction on employee performance at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Sebelas Maret University. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The population in the study was 51 staff members of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Sebelas Maret University, all of whom were taken as research samples using a total sampling technique. Data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used statistical analysis, namely multiple linear regression test, F test, t-test, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that remuneration, work motivation, work discipline, and employee satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Sebelas Maret University.

Abstract

Along with the increasingly complex and broad scope of research implementation in tertiary institutions, so the development of a research and community service management system based on information and communication technology. The system is called the Research and Community Service Management System. The purpose of this study was to determine the perceived usefulness (PU), perceived ease of use (PEU) and behavioral intention (BI) of research lecturers who use the Research and Community Service Management System at a private university in Java, Indonesia and to determine the perceived influence usefulness (PU), perceived ease of use (PEU) on behavioral intention (BI) in research lecturers who use the Research and Community Service Management System in one of the Private University in Java , Indonesia . This research is a quantitative study using descriptive data analysis and multiple linear regression. The respondents in this study amounted to 66 research lecturers using the Research and Community Service Management System at a private university in Java, Indonesia using a simple random sampling method. The results of this study indicate that perceived usefulness (PU) is at 72.95% in the "high" category, perceived ease of use (PEU) is at 69.92% in the "above average" category, and behavioral intention (BI) is at a percentage of 70.5% in the "high" category, as well as perceived usefulness (PU) and perceived ease of use (PEU) partially and jointly affect behavioral intention (BI) in research lecturers using Research and Community Service Management Systems in one of the Private University in Java , Indonesia

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the extent of the influence of green marketing and product knowledge in influencing the purchase decision of compost fertilizer from Dinas Lingkungan Hidup (DLH) of Tegal Regency. This research method uses a non probability sampling technique with incidental sampling method, the sample used was 100 respondents. The analysis technique used is Multiple Regression Analysis and t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The results of the study based on the t test obtained by Green Marketing on purchasing decisions, the tcount value is 8.290, which means tcount> ttable, namely 8.290> 1.661 with a sig value. 0.000 <0.05 means H1 is accepted. Product Knowledge on purchasing decisions obtained a tcount value of 5,288 which means tcount> ttable, namely 5,288> 1.661 with a sig value. 0.000 <0.05 means H3 is accepted. The results of the F test obtained an Fcount value of 114.927, meaning that Fcount> Ftabel or 114.927> 2.689 with a sign value of 0.000 <0.05, which means H3 is accepted. Green Marketing and Product Knowledge have a positive and distributed effect simultaneously on consumer purchasing decisions for compost fertilizer from the Dinas Lingkungan Hidup (DLH) Tegal Regency.
