Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial literacy, personnal interest and enviromental on the interest milenial generation to invest by financial technology. This type of research is quantitative. The population of this study were students of the Accounting Study Program of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhadi Setiabudi University with the sample criteria of active student and those who were or had taken capital market and financial management course. Data collection in this study using the questionnaire method. Instrument testing was analyzed using validity test and reliability test. Data analysis techniques used in this study by SmartPLS. The result showed that financial literacy, personnal interest and environment had a positif significant effect on investment interest by financial technology.

Abstract

In March 2020 covid-19 was found in Indonesia, one of the government's covid-19 countermeasures was PPKM (enforcement of restrictions on community activities) which caused most of the sales to decline from various sectors, one of which was the sale of contraceptives, PT. Bintang Semesta Farma Bandung which has decreased from 2019 to 2020 and has increased in the new normal period in 2020 to 2021. The research method used is a quantitative method, namely processing and manipulating raw data regarding useful information. In 2019 or before the Pandemic, total sales reached Rp. 6,883,809,682. During the Pandemic or in 2020, the total sales value decreased to Rp. 5,774,344,378 or decreased by 16%. Meanwhile, in 2021 or in the New Normal period, resale has increased and touched the figure of Rp. 9,679,671,921 or an increase of 68%.3. There is a strong and significant positive relationship between Sales of Contraceptive Devices and the Confirmed Number of Covid-19 (r0.674), sales of contraceptives increased in line with the increase in the number of confirmed Covid-19 in 2020

Abstract

The capital market is one of the drivers of a country's economy, the condition of a country's capital market is strongly influenced by various factors, namely internal and external macroeconomic conditions that affect the country. , the Dow Jones Index and the price of gold against the Stock Price Index (JCI), during the 2018 observation period quarter I - 2021 Quarter IV, either partially or simultaneously. The data used in the form of secondary data obtained through the website of Bank Indonesia and idx. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with a significance level of 0.05. The conclusion of this study is that in the period, the exchange rate of the Rupiah against the United States Dollar, the Dow Jones Index and the gold price partially had a significant effect on the JCI. Meanwhile, the BI interest rate has no effect on the JCI. In addition, it was found that the R-square value was 87.7%. This means that 87.7% of all observations show that the independent variable is able to explain the variation of the dependent variable, the remaining 12.3% (obtained from 100% - 87.7%) is influenced by other factors that are not visible in the model or the error..

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline on west Cikarang sub-district employees and work motivation on West Cikarang sub-district employees. The scope of this study is to test the influence of work discipline and work motivation on employees of the West Cikarang sub-district. Data collection techniques include observation, dissemination of questionnaires and literature studies. The type of research used is with a quantitative approach. The analytical methods to be used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis and hypothesis test. Sampling in this study used a saturated sample technique. The results showed that work motivation had a negative effect not significantly on employee performance while work discipline had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees in West Cikarang sub-district.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine tha relationship between e-service quality, e-recovery service quality, e-satisfaction toward online repurchase intention and e-loyalty as a mediating variable (Study on Shopee Users in the New Normal Era in West Sumatra). The sampling in this study is 234 respondent using purposive sampling technique. The result showed that e-service quality and e satisfaction had a significant effect on e-loyalty, e-recovery service quality had no significant effect on e-loyalty, e-loyalty has a significant effect on online repurchase intention, e-service service quality has no significant effect on online repurchase intention. E-recovery service quality has no significant effect toward online repurchase intention, e-satisfaction has a significant effect toward online repurchase intention, e-service quality had a direct effect toward online repurchase intention and mediated by e-loyalty. E-recovery service quality has no direct effect on online repurchase intention through e-loyalty as a mediating variable. E-satisfaction has a direct effect on online repurchase intention through e-loyalty as a mediating variable.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the moderating role of gender in the relationship between financial literacy and financial behavior, as well as the relationship between financial literacy and entrepreneurial intention. Data were obtained from 164 final year students who voluntarily acted as respondents. With a quantitative approach, the data that has been obtained is then analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that gender differences among students moderate the relationship between financial literacy and financial behavior, as well as the relationship between financial literacy and entrepreneurial interest. In addition to theoretical contributions, practical contributions from this research can be applied by stakeholders to foster intention to be entrepreneurs among students.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors that affect corporate income tax payable on property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The independent variables used in this study consisted of Debt Equity to Ratio, earnings management, and operational costs. The population used in this study are companies engaged in the property and real estate sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2021 period as many as 729 companies. The total sample used is 11 companies using purposive sampling as a method for sampling. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression which includes descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that partially the Debt Equity to Ratio variable and operational costs have a significant effect on the corporate income tax payable. Meanwhile, earnings management variable has no significant effect on corporate income tax payable. The independent variable explains that 51.6% can affect the corporate income tax payable, while 58.4%, the rest can be influenced by other factors not discussed in this study. In addition, simultaneously the three independent variables in this study can affect the corporate income tax payable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relations between Tax Planning, Deferred Tax Assets and Deffered Tax Expense on Profit Management in consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2018-2021 period. And to find out if there are problems with profit management that affect consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The methodology used is Multiple Linear Analysis, Coefficient of Determination, T-Test, and F-Test. It is concluded that this research has a significant effect on Tax Planning on Profit Management, while Deferred Tax Assets and Deferred Tax Expense have no effect on profit management. Simultaneously Tax Planning, Deferred Tax Assets and Deferred Tax Expense have a significant effect on profit Management.

Abstract

Companies require information technology to assist their operational tasks, such as in the banking sector. PT. Penkalis Sridanta As a provider of labor, money is one of the most crucial aspects of the business. Existing Information Technology in the financial sector is unable to maximize the company's performance, particularly in the handling of financial data, due to current issues. To maintain optimal Information Technology management, it is necessary to measure the current level of Information Technology governance and compare it to the level required by the organization, particularly in the financial industry. This assessment relates to the APO (Align, Plan, and Organize) domain of COBIT 5, with a particular emphasis on the APO01 (Manage the Information Technology Management Framework), APO02 (Manage Strategy), and APO06 (Manage Budget and Costs) sub-domains. Service Contracts), APO12 (Manage Risk). The conducted maturity level assessment reveals that the organization, particularly in the financial sector, is still at level 3 (Defined), with level 4 as the aim (Managed).

Abstract

This study aims to see the influence of souvenir authenticity, satisfaction and co-creation of experience on place attachment with memorable shopping experiences for tourists who buy rendang souvenirs in Payakumbuh city. The population is all tourists who visit and buy rendang in Payakumbuh city. The sample criteria are respondents who have visited Payakumbuh city and purchased rendang within the last 6 months. The number of samples in the study 160 respondents. Hypothesis testing using statistical analysis with one tailed. The hypothesis is accepted if the t-statistic value is > 1,65 and the significance value is < 0,05. The results show that souvenir authenticity and satisfaction have an influence on place attachment. Meanwhile, co-creation has no effect on place attachment. Souvenir authenticity, satisfaction and co-creation of experience have an influence on a memorable shopping experience and memorable shopping experience have an influence on place attachment.
