Abstract

Several previous research found that leadership style had a positive influent on employee performance, while the gender of the leader had no influent. Recently, there has been no research conducted to examine the effect of leadership style and leader gender on employee performance in a semi-military environment, where military leaders are often seen as having a distinctive leadership style. This research aims to determine whether the leadership style and gender of the leader influence the performance of employees in the Military Court III-12 Surabaya. This research was conducted through a quantitative approach. Respondents are the population of the Military Court III-12 Surabaya. The results of the study indicate that the leadership style and gender of the leader have a positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Cooperatives are an appropriate forum to fight for the interests of members from both the legal and government aspects. Through these efforts, the members of the cooperative live in peace and use the functions of the Village Unit cooperative as a whole. With the success of the KUD in facilitating farmers in providing what they need and the farmers being successful in their business, the farmers will invest their funds to create new gardens, which will automatically require new workers in addition to the existing workforce to maintain existing gardens in the business field. This study aims to determine the role of the Sumber Sustenance Village Unit Cooperative in improving the economic standard of living of the community. This study uses data collection techniques with interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the study, that the role of the Sumber Rezeki Village Unit (KUD) cooperative can implement its cooperative role. With the existence of the Sungai Putih Village farmer's economic cooperative, it can realize income, equitable prosperity and improve the member's economy and meet secondary needs.

Abstract

Universities have a duty to provide quality education by constantly improving the quality they have. This study aims to analyze the factors of physical infrastructure and sharia marketing to the number of new student admissions and strategies to increase the number of students enrolling in the Global Institute of Technology and Business (Global Institute). The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The data processing and analysis techniques used in this study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), descriptive analysis, and SWOT analysis. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that physical infrastructure has a positive effect on decisions but not significantly on the decision to choose college, while Sharia marketing has a positive and significant effect on the admission of new students. Strategies toincrease the number of students enrolling in the Global Institute include having an extensive network of cooperation with the business world and industry for internships or working both at home and abroad, the implementation of affordable tuition fees with a payment scheme can be paid in installments, the possession of a curriculum that is able to adjusting to the development of the business world and industry, improving the quality of human resources both in terms of formal and non-formal education, and making continuous improvements and maintenance of facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

The development of an increasingly changing era requires knowledge of change itself. In the world of work, knowledge of work is needed, not closing the possibility, but this possibility continues that the life of the world of work requires knowledge and to complete work quickly and precisely. So that knowledge sharing has an important role for nursing paramedics in hospitals. This study aims to develop mediation of job satisfaction, knowledge sharing, organizational citizenship behavior and employee performance. The unit of analysis studied was a private hospital in Ambon city, with the respondents being nursing paramedics. The sampling technique is purposive sampling where nursing paramedics have worked for more than 2 years. The analytical method used is PLS with Software Program SmartPLS vs 3.0. The results of the study prove that there is a positive and significant effect of knowledge sharing on employee performance, organizational citizenship behavior has a significant positive effect on employee performance. there is a positive and significant effect of knowledge sharing on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior has a significant positive effect on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has no significant effect on employee performance. Suggestions for further research can continue this study by developing deviant behavior in service practice in hospitals.

Abstract

This study aims to estimate the effect of liquidity as measured by Current Ratio (CR), solvency as measured by Current Liabilities Inventory (CLI), activity as measured by Total Assets Turnover (TAT), profitability as measured by Net Profit Margin (NPM), sales growth ( SG), and firm size (FZ) on profit growth (PG) with share price (SP) as the intervening variable. The research population is 62 basic and chemical sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2017-2021. The data estimation method uses smart PLS SEM. Empirical findings show that the ratios of CR, CLI, TAT, NPM, SG, FZ and SP do not affect the company's PG. Then CLI, NPM and FZ have a significant effect on SP and CR, TAT and SG are factors that do not affect SP. SP does not mediate CR, CLI, TAT, NPM, SG and FZ in their effect on PG. The results of this study imply that an increase in company profits can be achieved if the company operates efficiently in order to encourage higher growth.

Abstract

One of the education and training in the environment of Civil State Apparatus, which is the pre-service training aimed for civil servant candidates who need to obtain post-training review, because it is an effective application, andit is certainly sustainable from the knowledge and skills which have been obtained after training.The aim of this study is to understand characteristic aspects of learners, training design and work environment in affecting learning transfer of the alumni of Pre-service Training Class III in East Java. The method of the study uses qualitative approach with indepth interview toward 5 informants who have enrolled in the training in 2015 and 2016. The result of the study shows that (1)motivation and self-efficacyare characteristic factors of learners which can be intervened, with the learners can be conditioned by goal setting, which is by the existence of a value internalization process and verbal persuasion which later can boost the learners’ motivation and self-efficacy, (2) the training intervention does not stop only on the variables of learning outcome and retention, but it is integrated to enter the area of transfer condition (transfer outcome).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the efforts of craftsmen and the community in maintaining the sustainability of the small bead industry in improving the welfare of the community. This type of research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. The research was conducted at the center of the beading industry. The data collection technique is based on observation and interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses qualitative data analysis with the steps of the Miles and Huberman model. Test validity with Triangulation. The results of this study are 1. Efforts made by craftsmen in maintaining the sustainability of the beading industry, namely by maintaining aspects: marketing, maintaining quality and quality, consumer trust, regeneration of bead craftsmen, surrender and trust in the one who makes God Almighty. . 2. Contributions for craftsmen (entrepreneurs and workers) of Gudo beads are in the form of increasing welfare, namely sufficient income, so that craftsmen are able to meet their daily needs (clothing, food and boards) and send their children to higher education, facilitated health. .

Abstract

Platform media sosial memungkinkan merek dan perusahaan untuk berinteraksi dengan konsumen di saluran yang mereka pilih, kapan pun dan kapan pun mereka mau. Streaming langsung adalah salah satu aspek media yang dikembangkan organisasi untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan pelanggan. Penelitian kami terhadap 96 pengguna fungsi streaming langsung mengungkapkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara statistik pada variabel Niat Beli dan Akuisisi Pelanggan. Hipotesis dan kerangka teoretis kami didukung oleh temuan penelitian ini. Keterlibatan pelanggan dalam sesi streaming langsung dapat memengaruhi niat konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian karena penjual mendorong produk berdasarkan permintaan pelanggan. Dengan kata lain, pelanggan yang secara aktif berpartisipasi atau berkontribusisesi promosi streaming langsung lebih puas dan akhirnya berpengaruh pada niat pembelian. Aktivitas keterlibatan pelanggan adalah strategi untuk mendapatkan pelanggan baru atau menciptakan akuisisi pelanggan.

Abstract

Satisfaction is the most meaningful element for a company engaged in services, because with appropriate satisfaction it will be able to create new customers and retain existing customers. So we need the right steps for the company in order to increase customer satisfaction through the factors that support it. This study aims to determine the effect of facilities and service quality on patient satisfaction at the Noeranny Maternity Clinic. The analytical technique used to analyze the effect of the variables in this study was multiple regression analysis, t test and F test. The population used was patients who visited the Maternity Clinic Noeranny Bandung. The sample obtained is 100 respondents. The results showed that the facilities and service quality, either partially or simultaneously, had an effect on patient satisfaction. Based on the results of the study, the Noeranny Maternity Clinic must always pay attention to the facilities provided by updating the facilities and infrastructure at the clinic, then providing maximum service quality by continuing to provide comfort and safety to patients so that they can give a positive impression on patients.
