Due to the growing e-commerce industry in Indonesia, many e-commerce companies including Shopee are vying to increase their competitive power to acquire consumers and increase sales transactions, one of which is by using gamification strategies and discount prices. This research method uses a quantitative approach with survey instruments then described in descriptive analysis. The results showed that gamification and price discount strategies had a significant impact on Impulsivity Buying by 47.6%. Gamification strategies help direct consumer behavior patterns to spend more time using the Shopee application and to increase price discount sales conversions are given as game completion incentives to trigger impulse buying attitudes so that sales increase.

The current problem of raising capital investment is still far from expectations, while labor training has not been encouraging, this is presumably because the role of managers is still apprehensive. This study aims to determine the effect of the manager's role on labor training and labor training on capital investment accumulation, which is applied in the form of a descriptive analytical survey method, while the sample used is 39 respondents. The variables studied from each respondent are the role of managers, labor training and capital investment collection. The type of data collected is primary data. The results of the study indicate that the role of the manager has no and no significant effect on the training of the workforce. manpower training has no effect and is not significant to the accumulation of capital investment. The implication is that the role of managers needs to be intensified within the organization. The object of this research is the sample of respondents used is still limited to the business assisted by the West Java Chamber of Commerce in Bandung, therefore further research is necessary based on more varied sampling with a longer duration, in order to obtain generalizable results.

Maintaining consumer loyalty to the brand is the main important task that must be in the marketing strategy to maintain the company's sales and revenue especially if the company is e-commerce in Indonesia such as Tokopedia. This study will reveal how the influence of variable influencer marketing and Tokopedia marketing events in building consumer brand loyalty. This research method uses a quantitative approach with survey instruments then described in descriptive analysis. At the end of the study, it was shown that the results of both variable influencer marketing and event marketing had a significant impact on the loyalty of 46.3%. Further reviewed influencer marketing, influencer marketing encourages consumers to routinely review marketing events on the Tokopedia application and then marketing events also help consumers visit longer with offers at a limited time in certain product categories – certain products encourage consumers to keep using Tokopedia as an option in shopping.

This study aims to determine the effect of digital marketing training on the online digital Garage Sale community and its implications for capital investment decisions, a case study on the West Java Kadin fostered business in Bandung. The research method applied is in the form of a descriptive analytical survey method, while the sample used is 32 respondents. The variables studied from each respondent are digital marketing training, the Digital Online Garage Sale community, and capital investment decisions. The type of data collected is primary data. The results showed that digital marketing training had an effect on the Digital Online Garage Sale community. And the Digital Online Garage Sale community influences capital investment decisions. The object of this research is the sample of respondents used is still limited to the business assisted by the West Java Chamber of Commerce in Bandung, therefore further research needs to be carried out based on more varied sampling with a longer duration, so that generalizable results are obtained.

A job description is a written statement about the description of a job, its conditions, and relationships with other parts of the organization. Job descriptions are an important part of the human resource development system. Work commitment is an attitude that shows more than just formal membership, but also includes an attitude of liking the organization and a willingness to put forth a high level of effort for the benefit of the organization in order to achieve its goals. This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived risk and perceived usefulness on purchase intention with customer attitude as a mediating variable(Survey OnTokopedia consumers in the city of Padang). The type of research used in this research is explanatory research, with the research method being an explanatory survey that emphasizes quantitative methods. The sample is 170 consumers who shop online at Tokopedia in the city of Padang. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The data analysis method used Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results showed that perceived risk had no significant effect on purchase intention. Perceived usefulness has no significant effect on purchase intention. Perceived risk has no significant effect on customer attitude. Perceived usefulness has a significant effect on customer attitude. Customer attitude has a significant effect on purchase intention. Perceived risk has no significant effect on purchase intention mediated by customer attitude. Perceived usefulness has a significant effect on purchase intention mediated by customer attitude.

Financial performance in a bank can be measured by return on assets. Return on assets can be used to measure the effectiveness of a company in achieving profits by utilizing its assets. This study aims to determine the effect of NPL, LDR, CAR, Bank Size, and BOPO on financial performance. This study also aims to determine the effect of the Covid-19 pandemic before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research was conducted on banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2016 – 2020. The sample was determined using the purposive sampling method and the number of samples selected was 37 banks. The data collection used is secondary data. The data analysis technique used is Penel data regression analysis. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that the first hypothesis is found that credit risk has a negative and significant effect on financial performance. The second hypothesis finds that liquidity risk has a negative and insignificant effect on financial performance. And the third hypothesis is that it is found that capital has a negative and significant effect on financial performance. The results of the fourth test of the four control variables have a positive and significant effect on financial performance, the fifth hypothesis has a negative and significant effect on financial performance. Subsequent research results from 37 banks showed that CAR had differences in financial performance before and during the COVID-19 period, while NPL, LDR, Bank Size.

This study aims to analyze whether MSMEs in Pariaman City have implemented digital technology-based financial management and whether MSMEs in Pariaman City have utilized financial technology (fintech) as well as how financial management is and to what extent is the use of financial technology (fintech) in MSMEs in Pariaman City. The data in this study were taken through direct observation of MSME actors, interviews and distributing questionnaires to 99 respondents who are MSME actors or owners. The 99 respondents who were sampled from this study were calculated using the Slovin formula from a total of 8,840 SMEs as of January 2022 in Pariaman City. The questionnaires were distributed using the Guttman scale with two intervals, namely Yes and No. The results of this study indicate that the majority of MSMEs have not implemented good financial management digitally as seen from the indicators of budget planning, recording and reporting. As for the use of fintech, the majority of MSMEs have used fintech personally but have not used fintech in running their business.

This study aims to determine the effect of accessibility and destination image have a positive and significant simultaneous effect on the intention to revisit the Batu Malin Kundang tourist attraction at Air Manis Beach Padang. The sample was selected using the incidental sampling method. The sample used was 30 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire, while the data analysis method used validity and reliability tests, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression analysis and statistical tests (T test, F test and coefficient of determination). The results showed that the accessibility variable on the intention to revisit the Batu Malin Kundang tourist attraction at Air Manis Beach Padang with a Tcount value of 3.199 at a significant level of 0.004 <0.05, so it can be concluded that the first hypothesis is accepted, the results of the study show that the destination image variable towards intention to return to Batu Malin Kundang tourist attraction at Air Manis Beach Padang with a tcount value of 3.338 at a significant level of 0.002 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that the second hypothesis is accepted, the results of the study indicate that the variable accessibility and destination image simultaneously affect the intention to revisit at Batu Malin Kundang tourist attraction on Air Manis Beach Padang, the value of Fcount = 27.232 with sig = 0.000 <0.05. The results of calculations using the SPSS V23 program can be seen that the coefficient of determination R2 = 0.669. This means that 66.9% of revisit intentions can be explained by accessibility variables and destination image, while the remaining 33.1% value of revisiting intentions is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of lifestyle, financial knowledge, and financial attitudes on financial management behavior. This research approach is quantitative. Collecting data using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The population comes from 128 active Polytechnic Superior LP3M. The sampling technique used was total sampling where 128 students were used as research samples. The results showed that either partially or together lifestyle, financial knowledge, and financial attitudes have a positive and significant effect on finance management behavior in Politeknik Unggul LP3M Students. However, the variable with the strongest significance value in influencing finance management behavior in Politeknik Unggul LP3M Students is financial attitude.
