Abstract

The problem in this research is that there is no performance measurement in the work unit of the Adisutjipto Institute of Aerospace Technology (ITDA). This study aims to design a performance measurement instrument to measure performance in the ITDA work unit. The method used in designing the performance measurement instrument is the balanced scorecard and Objective Matrix (OMAX) method. The results obtained from this study, there are 7 Performance Indicators (IK), namely, the percentage increase in the budget, the percentage of budget absorption, the user/customer satisfaction index, the number of complaints,, the percentage of the implementation of the work program against the planned work program, percentage of conformity of work carried out with existing job description documents, and job satisfaction index. This research also produces worksheets/performance measurement instruments that can be used to measure the performance of work units in ITDA. Based on the worksheets/performance measurement instruments, it was obtained that IK 1 was good, IK 2 was very good, IK 3 was good, IK 4 was moderate, IK 5 was very good, IK 6 was very good, and IK 7 was good. Overall good performance score.

Abstract

The author's purpose is to research to determine the effect of Green Products on Buying Decisions, determine the effect of Green Products Buying Interest, determine the effect of Buying Decisions on Buying Interest, determine the effect of Green Products on Buying Decisions mediated by Buying Interest in the New Normal Period Case Study on MSME Consumers East Binjai District. The approach used in this study is associative. The population in this study is the Consumers of SMEs in the District of Medan Timur. While the sample that meets the criteria for sampling the withdrawal of observations made is 100 people using non-probability sampling. The data collection technique in this study uses a questionnaire technique. The data analysis technique in this study uses Path Analysis, Partial Least Square (PLS). Data processing in this study using the SmartsPLS 3.0 software program. the results of testing the first and second hypotheses show that the Green Product on Buying Decision and Green Product on Buying Interest in the New Normal Period Case Study on MSME Consumers in East Binjai District is accepted. In the third and fourth hypotheses, Buying Decisions on Buying Interest and Green Products on Buying Decisions are mediated by Buying Interest in the New Normal Period.

Abstract

This study aims to see how the people of Medan complied during the Covid-19 pandemic in fulfilling their tax obligations. In terms of tax compliance, the author assesses the aspect of awareness and also the services provided by the Medan City Government. This study took samples from the Medan City Primary Tax Service Office with a total sample of 100 people. By using the Multiple Linear Regression data analysis technique. The results of the study found that taxpayer awareness has an effect on tax compliance and services affect tax compliance. Simultaneous testing produces awareness results and also services have a simultaneous effect on compliance with paying taxes during the covid 19 pandemic in Medan City.

Abstract

Bandung is a tourism city with a wide variety of handicraft products that attract tourists. This study aims to determine the relationship between creativity and product innovation on consumer satisfaction of generation Z and millennials. In this study, 110 questionnaires were distributed online to consumers in the city of Bandung, West Java. The data obtained were then processed using multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS 25 software. The results of this study indicate that there is a direct influence between creativity and consumer satisfaction. In addition, product innovation was also found to have an effect on consumer satisfaction. The results in this study obtained a score of 54.2%, this score indicates that there is an influence between the variables of creativity and product innovation on customer satisfaction. This study is proposed to emphasize the importance of creativity and innovation skills in product development, especially in the handicraft industry in the city of Bandung

Abstract

The business environment is an important factor that will affect the running of a business. Changes in the business environment occur at various scales. There are times when this change so massively affects the business environment, so it is called a mega shift. Mega shifts that occur sometimes are in different time spans, but sometimes coincide. One of the mega shifts that occur is an increase in the leisure economy where people, especially the millennial generation, prefer experience-based economic activities. This study aims to determine the effect of information technology on employee performance, the effect of work facilities on employee performance, the effect of the use of information technology and work facilities on employee performance and employee performance mediating the effect of using information technology and work facilities on operational performance. The research method used is a survey of 116 respondents. Quantitative data processing method using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis using Smart PLS 3.0 tool. The results show that (1) Information technology has an effect on employee performance in coffeeshops. If information technology increases, it will be followed by an increase in employee performance, (2) Work facilities affect the performance of employees in the coffeeshop. If work facilities increase, it will be followed by an increase in employee performance, (3) Information technology and work facilities have an effect on employee performance in coffeeshops. If information technology and work facilities increase, it will be followed by an increase in employee performance, (4) Employee performance mediates the effect of the use of information technology and work facilities on operational performance.

Abstract

Human resource development program is a force that is expected to create new nuances in an effort to improve work performance, one of which is the provision of compensation, where this can motivate employees to improve their performance. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on the performance of lecturers and employees at the Madura University. Compensation itself is generally divided into direct and indirect compensation. But it can be expanded further into salaries, benefits, incentives and facilities. These variables that want to reveal their influence on the performance of lecturers and employees of the Madura University. The method in this study is a quantitative method using multiple linear regression. The results of the study found that incentives and facilities had a significant effect on the performance of Madura University lecturers and employees. Meanwhile, salary and benefits have no significant effect.

Abstract

Commitment escalation is a decision making to increase or expand commitments in a particular project or investment even if the project or investment indicates failure. This research aims to obtain empirical evidence from the influences of adverse selection and negative framing on the tendency to escalate commitments. This study used a 2x2 factorial experimental design with a case instrument. Participants in this study were S2 students in the Master of Management and Master of Accounting programs as proxy managers selected with purposive sampling techniques. This study has taken 72 Financial Management and Management Accounting courses. The analytical technique used ANOVA two ways. The results indicate that adverse selection affects the tendency of commitment escalation. In addition, this study also proves the tendency for escalation of commitments influenced by negative framing

Abstract

This study has a purpose, namely to examine the effect of human resources development, work engagement and organizational commitment on the performance of Analysts and Sales Assistants of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Areas of West Sumatra, Riau and Riau Islands. The data analysis method used in this research is using the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) method. The research data processing was carried out using the SmartPLS 4 application. The results showed that: 1) Human resources development has a positive and significant effect on performance of analysts and sales assistants of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Area of ​​West Sumatra, Riau and Kepri, 2) Work engagement has a positive and significant effect on the performance of analysts and sales assistants of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Area of ​​West Sumatra, Riau and Riau Islands, 3) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of analysts and sales assistants of PT. Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the performance of the state civil apparatus (study of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Bulukumba Regency) to describe and analyze the factors that influence the performance of the state civil apparatus at the population and civil registration office of Bulukumba Regency. This research was carried out at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Bulukumba Regency. This type of research is a qualitative research to analyze events in the field and match the existing theory with a case study approach. Data collection techniques are through observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed: The performance of the State electoral apparatus in the Population and Registration Service of Bulukumba Regency as seen from the elements: Productivity, Service Quality, Responsiveness and Accountability has looked good. encourage the creation of performance providing opportunities for subordinates, competence, commitment and motivation factors can support so that the performance of the state civil apparatus in the future can be improved.”

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the efforts of craftsmen and the community in maintaining the sustainability of the small bead industry in improving the welfare of the community. This type of research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. The research was conducted at the center of the beading industry. The data collection technique was based on observation and interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used qualitative data analysis with the steps of the Miles and Huberman model. Test validity with Triangulation. The results of this study are 1. Efforts made by craftsmen in maintaining the sustainability of the beading industry, namely by maintaining aspects: marketing, maintaining quality and quality, consumer trust, regeneration of bead craftsmen, surrender and trust in the one who makes God Almighty. . 2. Contributions for craftsmen (entrepreneurs and workers) of Gudo beads are in the form of increasing welfare, namely sufficient income, so that craftsmen are able to meet their daily needs (clothing, food and board) and send their children to higher education, facilitated health. .
