Abstract

Current social reality produces a conclusion that the purpose of education is inseparable from employment. Therefore, the feasibility of Indonesian education needs to be considered in terms of the benefits obtained by its graduates. Management Discipline has a formula regarding profit and loss. This formula can be adopted in education management. Furthermore, in this study this formula is referred to as a cost and benefit analysis. Adoption of this formula requires a reinterpretation of all the components in it. Net benefit (NB) is the result of reduction and direct benefit and indirect benefits with costs (C) and depreciation (D). This research uses research and development methods Data collection was carried out by interview method and questionnaire. Sampling is carried out by random sampling technique The results of this calculation are then consulted with the range that has been made in the form of a percentage. The trial conducted on the feasibility of education at STAINU Temanggung University showed that the educational feasibility level at the faculty was 29.72%. This means that the university has an  enough feasible meaning in implementing education if analyzed from a cost and benefit analysis

Abstract

This paper aims to discuss varied dictions that emerge towards different social status in Sasak community. By using purposive sampling technique, several Sasak speakers who have diverge social status in community were taken as the sample. Data of this study were gathered through ethnographic observations and interviews, and then analyzed using ethnography of communication and analysis of interaction. The research finding showed the mostly found diction forms of Sasak language are pronominal persona marking. Sasak speakers tend to use high Sasak (base alus) when speaking with someone who has honorific title such as menak or hajj. However, if the relationship is intimate, the Sasak diction will be switched into plain Sasak (Sasak jamaq) even to those having honorific title. The intimate relation among family can break the use of high Sasak (base alus), especially for hajj, but it rarely happens among close friendship. Conversely, the high Sasak (base alus) or vernacular Sasakized Indonesian is used in order to save face in the interactions among stranger.

Abstract

Cosmetic choice for Muslimah is not as simple as we think because it relates to the looks, aesthetics, exposures, and hopes. This study aimed to determine the construction of Muslimah choice in the purchase of cosmetics. The study was conducted by using direct experiments to Muslimah. The experiments were conducted in a controlled environment, where the female respondents were divided into nine groups, with three levels of income and three levels of knowledge about halal cosmetics. This procedure results in more accurate measurements because the variables are controlled by the researchers. The results indicate that there is difference of consumer choice construction between knowledge level and income level. The variable of knowledge level gives a better influence in purchasing decision of halal cosmetics product compared with variable of income level. Different treatments in the provision of halal product information tend to influence consumer purchasing decisions with lower income levels compared with high income consumers.

The type of research used is the QUASI experiment. This study was conducted at MTS Putri NW Narmada 2018/2019 school year. The population in this study is all students of MTS Putri NW Narmada. Sampling techniques using Cluster Random Sampling, the sample used is Class VII F. Data collected with tests and tested with ANAVA one way. The results of the study stated that: Students with auditory, visual, and kinaesthetic learning styles have different mathematical problem solving skills. To further need a further test post Anava with Scheffe method. From the average comparison test results The average between the row and the column obtained the conclusion as follows: (1) in a double-comparison test between students with visual and auditory learning style of Ho received. Because Ho is accepted, students who have a visual and auditory learning style have the same problem solving skills. 2 In the double comparison test between students with auditory and kinaesthetic learning style is accepted by Ho. Since Ho is accepted, students with kinaesthetic and auditory learning styles have the same problem solving skills. 3 In the double comparison test between students with visual and kinaesthetic learning Styles Ho was rejected. Because Ho is rejected, there is a difference in problem solving skills between students with kinaesthetic learning style with students of visual learning style.
