As regards knowledge associated with COVID-19, most respondents were well known about the transmission (99.6%), the incubation period (93.9%), and prevention (89.5%). The perception correctly answered was wearing masks to avoid infection (91.9%), whereas the wrong one was receiving packages from abroad (72.9%). This study conclude that the level of student knowledge varied according to the type of question and the information received. Meanwhile, most of them got information from social media.

Research design. This research is an observational analytic using a cross sectional approach. Population. All families with toddlers aged 2-5 years in the village of Iraonogaila, Lahomi District. Sample. A total of 64 people using the Total population technique. Instrument. By using the Dacin and developmental pre-screening questionnaire. Data analysis. It was carried out in two stages, namely: univariate analysis and bivariate analysis. Research result. The results showed that the nutritional status was good with appropriate development as many as 39 people (60.9%), with doubtful development as many as 15 people (23.4%) and with deviant development as many as 3 people (4.7%). More nutritional status with appropriate development as many as 2 people (3.1%). Undernutrition status with dubious development was 1 person (1.6%) and with deviant development as many as 4 people (6.2%). Conclusion. There is a significant relationship between nutritional status and the development of children aged 2-5 years, namely <ɑ = (0.000 <0.05). Recommendation. It is recommended for parents to provide developmental stimulation to children and pay attention to good nutritional intake in children so that children do not experience developmental delays or deviations.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge about the dangers of smoking and smoking behavior in adolescents. This type of research is descriptive with a cross sectional approach . The sample of this study consisted of 40 people. Data were analyzed using the chi square test with a significance level of p <α (0.05). The results showed that 21 adolescents (52.5%) had less knowledge about the dangers of smoking, as many as 20 adolescents (50.0%) had smoking behavior including heavy smokers. The probability value (p value) of the relationship between knowledge about the dangers of smoking and smoking behavior is p = 0.008 or p < 0.05 . The conclusion of this study shows that there is a significant relationship between knowledge about the dangers of smoking and smoking behavior in young men in Nagori Gajing Jaya Kab. Pregnancy At the age of less than 20 years will be easier to experience complications, in the age group over 35 years is 3 times higher than the healthy reproductive age group (20-35 years). Methods: This research design is a cross sectional study. The population of this study were all mothers who gave birth at the Patut Patuh Patju Hospital, West Lombok for the period of January 1 to June 30 in 2020 as many as 2,503 people. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling, with a total sample of 345 people. Data analysis using Chi Square analysis. Results: The age of the mother who gave birth at the Patut Patuh Patju Hospital, West Lombok, was mostly of healthy reproductive age, ie 20-35 years by 72.8%. The type of delivery in the mothers who gave birth at the Patut Patuh Patju Hospital, West Lombok, the majority of mothers who gave birth normally, amounted to 60.6%. The results of the analysis obtained that the value of X2count is smaller than X2tabe1 (2.360<5.591) and the p-value of 0.307 The contingency coefficient (t) is 0.08. Conclusion: There is no relationship between maternal age and type of delivery in mothers who give birth at Patut Patuh Patju Hospital, West Lombok for the period January 1 to June 30 2016..

The population in this study was 50 pregnant women TM III, the number of samples was 30 people. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The data used is primary data. Data in univariate and bivariate analysis with Wilcoxon and Mann Whitney test. The data was processed using a computer with the SPSS program. The results of the univariate study showed that the average level of back pain in the control group at the first examination in third trimester pregnant women was 4.40 ± SD 0.828 and the second examination was 4.07 ± SD 0.799. Abstract

This study was done to analyze the inhibitory activity of green Okra Fruit fraction against Candida albicans. The green Okra fruit is originated from Cepiring, Kendal. Green Okra fruit is a vegetable that contains compounds including flavonoids, alkaloids, tannins, steroid, triterpenoids stapling that are able to provide antifungal activity. The green Okra fruit was remacerated with ethanol 80 % followed fractination with n-hexane, diethyl ether, and ethyl acetate . The n-hexane, diethyl eter and ethyl acetate Okra fruit can inhibitory activity against Candida albicans. The test method for inhibitory activity was the disc method using DMSO as a negative blank and Nystatin as a positive blank. The results obtained Okra Fruit fraction can be used as an antifungi Candida albicans and diameter zona of fraction n-hexane, diethyl eter and ethyl acetate were 15,09; 17.11, and 20,28 mm The conclusion of this study is the concentration of the fraction were directly proportional to its inhibitory power, and there weredifferences in and there were differences in antifungal activity. The active campounds contained in the diethyl eter and ethyl acetate fractions of okra fruit was positive for flavonoids, alkaloids, saponins, terpenoids and tannnis, while the n-hexane fraction contained saponins, terpenoids and tannins.

Abstract

Health services through the chronic disease management program or Prolanis is a process to determine the health condition of patients with chronic diseases regularly, glucose being one of the parameters of the examination. Glucose levels are influenced by several factors, which are age and body mass index. This study aims to determine the relationship between blood glucose levels with body mass index and age in prolanis patients at Baturraden II Health Center. This type of research is a quantitative study with a cross sectional design using a total sampling technique and the GOD-PAP (Glucose Oxidase Para Amino Peroxidase) examination method on prolanis patients at Baturraden II Health Center. The research was carried out in April 2022 and obtained the results of the examination of blood glucose levels with an average of 133.30 mg/dl, the relationship between age and body mass index respectively to blood glucose levels was p value = 0.701 and p value = 0.211. So it can be concluded that there is no significant relationship between blood glucose levels with body mass index and age in prolanis patients at Baturraden II Health Center.
