Abstract

Mycobacterium tuberculosis which is one of the lower respiratory tract diseases. This research is descriptive, the method of collecting data from interview experience using a questionnaire/questionnaire. From the results of the study of the relationship between knowledge and attitudes of pulmonary TB patients towards the prevention of transmission of pulmonary TB disease at the Padangsidimpuan Health Center in 2022. it can be concluded that of 23 respondents, the majority of respondents were 23 respondents with sufficient knowledge and did not take steps to prevent transmission as many as 11 people (73.3%) 1 person (20%). From the results of statistical tests conducted by researchers using the SPSS program, the respondents' knowledge obtained p-value = 0.009 (p < 0.05) meaning Ho was accepted and H1 was rejected, so there was a relationship between knowledge on the Prevention of Pulmonary TB Disease Transmission at the Puskesmas Padangmatinggi. The respondent's attitude variable obtained p-value = 0.317 (p > 0.05) Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, it can be concluded that there is no relationship between patient attitudes towards the Prevention of Pulmonary TB Disease Transmission

Abstract

Anemia in pregnancy, namely hemoglobin <11gram/dl for the first and third trimesters, and <10.5 grams/dl for the second trimester. Super red dragon fruit (Hylocereus costaricensis) is one of the many alternatives used to help prevent anemia in pregnancy. Objective: To determine the effect of the combination of super red dragon fruit extract + Fe tablets on the average increase in hemoglobin in third trimester pregnant women with anemia. Objective To determine the effect of the combination of super red dragon fruit extract + Fe tablets on the average increase in hemoglobin of pregnant women in the third trimester with anemia. The results of the intervention group were the pretest hemoglobin level of 9.352 grams/dL and the post-test hemoglobin level of 10.845 grams/dL with p value <0.05, while the pretest control group had a hemoglobin level of 9.202 grams/dL and a posttest hemoglobin level of 10,635 grams/dL with a p value <0.05. There is an effect of the combination of super red dragon fruit extract + Fe tablets on the increase in hemoglobin levels

Abstract

ANC or antenatal care is services provided by health workers according to the right standard for pregnant women to check their pregnancy condition. The purpose of this research is to know the relationship between mileage, parity, and profession with the frequency of antenatal care visit according to standard in the working area of ​​Wanaraya Public Health Center, Lahat Regency 2021. This research is observational and analytic characterized with cross sectional approach. The population of this research was maternity women in the working area of ​​Wanaraya Public Health Center, Lahat Regency from January to July 2021 with total number was 45 people. The sampling technique where all of the population became sample with total number was 45 people. The statistical test with chi-square result showed that p value of mileage 0.003 (p<0.05), parity 0, 025 (p<0.05), and professions 0.001 (p<0.05). In conclusion , there was a relationship between mileage , parity, and profession with the frequency of antenatal care visite according to standard in Wanaraya Public Health Center, Lahat Regency 2021.

Abstract

Exclusive breastfeeding according to the World Health Organization (WHO) is only giving breast milk to babies, not giving additional in any form from the age of 0-6 months. Infants who are not exclusively breastfed have a 3.94 times greater risk of dying from diarrhea than those who are exclusively breastfed and babies who are not exclusively breastfed are prone to respiratory infections and gastrointestinal infections that are higher than those who are exclusively breastfed. In addition, babies who are not exclusively breastfed are susceptible to diseases related to immunity. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge, family support and support from health workers with exclusive breastfeeding for infants aged 7-12 months at the Sukajadi Health Center, Banyuasin Regency in 2021. The method in this study used a cross sectional with a population of 45 respondents and a sample of 45 respondents using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used chi square statistical test with p value value (0.05). The results of this study were from 15 respondents with good knowledge who received exclusive breastfeeding (73.3%) with p value = 0.02, meaning that there was a relationship between knowledge and exclusive breastfeeding, from 23 respondents with family support who received exclusive breastfeeding (76 ,2%) obtained p value = 0.001, meaning that there is a relationship between family support and exclusive breastfeeding with exclusive breastfeeding for infants aged 7-12 months and 23 respondents with the support of health workers who received exclusive breastfeeding (65.2%) obtained p-value = 0.02. This means that there is a relationship between health workers and exclusive breastfeeding. From this study, it can be concluded that there is a simultaneous relationship between knowledge, family support and health care workers' support for the provision of exclusive breastfeeding to infants aged 7-12 months at the Sukajadi Health Center, Banyuasin Regency in 2021. Midwives are expected to further improve services and education for exclusive breastfeeding mothers. to people who have babies aged 7-12 months. Abstract

The prevalence of anemia in pregnant women is increasing every year, including in developing countries such as Indonesia. The higher the prevalence, the more complications that will be encountered such as postpartum bleeding, prolonged labor and other labor complications. Moringa leaves have a high iron content which can increase hemoglobin levels so as to prevent anemia in pregnant women. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of giving Moringa leaf tea to increase hemoglobin levels in pregnant women with anemia. This research is a quasi-experiment with pre-post test with control group design. The study was conducted in the working area of Pondok Ranji Public Health Center, South Tangerang in 2022. The sample size in the study was 40 respondents consisting of 20 intervention groups and 20 control groups taken by purposive sampling. The research instrument used an observation sheet. The analysis used is the Independent T-Test test which was previously tested for normality and homogeneity. The results of the study on hemoglobin levels before being given Moringa leaf tea an average of 9.69 and after being given Moringa leaf tea an average of 11.12 with an average difference of 1.43, in the control group examination I an average of 9.94 and examination II an average of 10.55 with an average difference of 0.61. There was a significant difference in the mean hemoglobin level between the intervention group and the control group with a significance level of 0.028 < 0.05

Abstract

Based on data obtained from The Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunization (GAVI), the World Health Organization (WHO) and the United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund (UNICEF) it is stated that at least 80 million children aged less than 1 year are at risk for suffering from Diphtheria, Measles. and Polio due to disruption of routine immunization services in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge, attitudes and husband's support simultaneously with the completeness of basic immunization for infants at the Sukajadi Health Center, Banyuasin Regency in 2022. The method in this study used a cross sectional with a population of 45 respondents and a sample of 45 respondents using accidental sampling technique. Data analysis used chi square statistical test with p value value (0.05). The results of this study were from 15 respondents who had good knowledge, 11 people (73.3%) gave complete basic immunization with p value = 0.02, from 23 respondents who had a positive attitude as many as 15 people (65.2%) who gave basic immunization complete p value = 0.02, meanwhile, from 21 respondents who received husband's support as many as 16 people (76.2%) p value = 0.001. From this study, we can conclude that there is a simultaneous relationship between knowledge, attitude and husband's support for the completeness of basic immunization for children under five at the Sukajadi Public Health Center, Banyuasin Regency in 2022

Abstract

Currently many mothers choose to give birth using the Caesarean section. The problem experienced by pre-SC mothers is anxiety about the condition of the mother and baby. Efforts that can be made to reduce anxiety in pre-SC mothers are by doing positive affirmations with a combination of full-blooded facial and aromatherapy such as lavender and chitrus aromatherapy. The purpose of this research is to find out the effectiveness of positive affirmations of a combination of face acupressure and aromatherapy on the anxiety of preoperative cesarean section patients at Sentosa Hospital Bogor This type of research is a quasi-experimental designpretest and posttest two group design. The research was conducted at Sentosa Hospital, Bogor. Data collection will be carried out on June 15 – July 15, 2022. The population of this study is patients who gave birth by sectio caesarea electively in June – July totaling 46 people with the technique of sampling technique, namely total sampling. Data were analyzed by univariate and bivariate with Wilcoxon and Mann Whitney test. The data was processed using a computer with the SPSS program. Research resultthere is the effectiveness of positive affirmation of the combination of face acupressure and lavender and chitrus aromatherapy on the anxiety of preoperative cesarean section patients (p value 0.000). And there aredifference in patient anxiety precesarean section surgery between face acupressure intervention with lavender and citrus aromatherapy at Sentosa Hospital Bogor(p value 0.000)

Abstract

Angka kejadian kecemasan pada ibu hamil dalam menghadapi persalinan di Indonesia pada tahun 2019 sebesar 28,7%. Sedangkan pada tahun 2020 mengalami peningkatan sebesar 48,7%. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektivitas aromaterapi lavender dan Teknik relaksasi nafas dalam untuk mengurangi kecemasan menghadapi persalinan pada ibu bersalin kala I fase laten di PMB K Kota Bogor tahun 2022. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pretest-posttest With Control Group Design. Sampel penelitian ini adalah sebagian ibu bersalin yang berkunjung ke PMB K pada periode April sampai Juli tahun 2022 yaitu sebanyak 30 orang. Instrumen penelitian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SAP penggunaan diffuser dan teknik rileksasi nafas dalam, serta kuesioner HARS (Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale). Hasil uji statistik Independent T Test menunjukkan nilai p value sebesar 0,001 ≤ 0,05, berarti adanya pengaruh sebelum dan sesudah diberikan aromaterapi lavender dan teknik relaksasi nafas dalam untuk mengurangi kecemasan menghadapi persalinan pada kelompok intervensi kala I fase laten di PMB K Kota Bogor tahun 2022. Kesimpulan adanya pengaruh sebelum dan sesudah diberikan aromaterapi lavender dan teknik relaksasi nafas dalam untuk mengurangi kecemasan menghadapi persalinan pada kelompok intervensi kala I fase laten di PMB K Kota Bogor tahun 2022. Saran ibu bersalin yang mengalami kecemasan dalam menghadapi persalinan kala I fase laten diharapkan dapat menggunakan aromaterapi lavender dan tehnik nafas dalam sebagai terapi alternatif untuk mengurangi kecemasan. Abstract

Tantrum temper is an uncontrolled outburst of emotions or anger caused by an unpleasant atmosphere the child feels, is a disorder of behavior in preschoolers, which is part of the emotional development process of the child. Factors causing temper tantrums are physiological, psychological, parental (communication and parenting) and environmental factors. Effective communication is one of the appropriate handling measures in reducing the incidence of temper tantrums in preschool children. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of parental communication with temper tantrums in preschool children (ages 3-6 years) in Paud Buah Hati Bunda and Negeri 01 Sitiung in 2020. The research method used Observational research is Analytical Inferential Hypothesis. The sampling technique used is total sampling with a population of 92 respondents and a total sample of 50 respondents. Analysis of the data used chi square test using SPSS. The results showed that out of 38 people (76%) of respondents the communication between parents was quite large, 34 people (68%) were at risk of temper tantrums and a small portion of 4 people (8%) were not at risk of temper tantrums. Based on statistical test results obtained, p value = 0.000 = 0.05. So that it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between parental communication with temper tantrums in preschool children (ages 3-6 years) in Paud Buah Hati Bunda and Negeri 01 Sitiung in 2020. It is hoped that the results of this study will be able to communicate well using effective communication and knowing how to deal with temper tantrums

Abstract

Performance is the result of a person's work as well as a benchmark to determine the results or achievements of a person's work or tasks assigned to the employee. An important factor that must be considered to improve performance is compensation. Compensation is very important for nurses because compensation is everything that nurses receive in return for their work. The things that need to be measured from compensation are direct financial compensation, indirect financial compensation and non-financial compensation. This study aims to determine the relationship between compensation and nurse performance. This type of research is an analytical study with a cross sectional approach, a sample of 39 people, the sampling technique is saturated sampling, the measuring scale in this study is the Guttman scale. The analysis used is univariate analysis and bivariate analysis. Data analysis used chi-square test. The results are as follows: direct financial compensation P (0.012) indirect financial compensation P (0.022) and non-financial compensation P (0.001). Each of these variables shows direct evidence of nurse performance, financial compensation directly with performance (p<0.05=0.012) on financial compensation indirectly with performance (p<0.05=0.022) on non-financial compensation with performance (p <0.005 = 0.001) then there is a significant relationship between compensation and the performance of nurses at the Muhammadiyah Medan Hospital in 2022. Compensation is related to the performance of nurses, so it is expected that respondents can improve their performance in hospitals
