Abstract

This study aims to build a task management application aimed at laboratory assistants to plan and develop a job in one period. With this android-based application, it is easier for laboratory assistants to be able to find out more about how satisfied and comfortable the assistant is in using the application. This system is made using the Pieces method, with measurements of 6 aspects or variables, namely from the aspects of Performance, Information, Economics, Control, Effeciency, Service. The results of the analysis of the Pieces method show that the measurement of the satisfaction level of the system is laboratory assistant. With a method that produces an average value of 3.518 and is included in the satisfactory category, it can be said that the use of this application helps the laboratory during a period of being satisfied with the android-based application.

Abstract

People's needs for ordering applications are very popular in today's digital age because they can make it easier for people. One of the booking applications is a hotel booking application which aims to prevent people from having to queue to make hotel reservations and can see many hotel choices and other holiday needs in one application. Many hotel booking applications are available on the Playstore and Appstore, making people hesitant to determine the right application for making hotel reservations. The Decision Support System is applied in this study as a system for recommending the best hotel booking application. In determining the best hotel booking application recommendation, it must meet criteria such as Application Features, Payment Options, Application Ratings, Number of Users and Storage Capacity. Therefore, a Decision Support System (DSS) is needed in solving existing problems by applying the MABAC (Multi-Attributive Border Approximation area Comparison) method which can generate preference values ​​from the first ranked alternative. So that the recommendation for the best hotel booking application lies in the alternative H8 on behalf of Traveloka with a value of 0.51283.

Abstract

In the library of the Pagar Alam Institute of Technology, the process of determining the addition of a book collection is still done manually, namely by taking notes to find out what book data are often borrowed by students, so it takes a long time to find the data archive of book borrowers, to determine the addition of books can be done. seen from the data archive of student book borrowing, because book lending is still done by recording so it is still difficult for officers to find out what books are often borrowed by students. The purpose of this study is to build a system for determining the addition of books in the library of the Pagar Alam Institute of Technology with the K-Means Clustering method which produces 3 clusters, namely cluster 0 which means high, cluster 1 which means medium and cluster 2 which means low. From this study, information was obtained that there were 563 data in cluster 0 with high information, 357 data in cluster 1 with moderate information, and in cluster 2, 290 data with low information with centeroid values ​​for the number of books, namely 1.396, 1.401 and 1.421, centeroid values ​​in information 1,620, 1,627 and 1,621 and the centeroid value on the number of borrowers is 6,362, 10,429 and 2,617. The test method uses Black Box Testing in the form of alpha testing which is tested by experts in the field while database testing obtains an average value of 4, interface testing 4.07, functionality testing 3.93 and algorithm testing with an average of 4 so as to obtain an average a total of 4 and get 80% eligibility results. The results obtained from the research are the System for Determining the Addition of Book Collections in the Library of the Pagar Alam Institute of Technology using the K-Means Clustering Method.

Abstract

Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program enables universities to convert independently the programs into department courses hence those can be considered as its course credits. MBKM program guideline requires universities, specifically departments, to carefully convert MBKM program since they have to consider Program Learning Outcomes (PLO) and relevancy of courses in the conversion process. To follow the guideline, departments must explore learning outcomes of each courses and learning outcome of the programs. The job is certainly time and resource consuming. Therefore it needs to be supported by a reliable strategy and system to manage efficiently and effectively relational data between MBKM program, PLO and courses. Through these data, departments then enable to identify quickly related courses with those programs. This paper introduces a model to represent the conversion strategy. We then developed in-house application called e-OBE to implement the model to enable the departments to map PLO, MBKM program and course data efficiently and effectively. The mapping data can be used to retrieve department courses quickly in which their PLO are linked with MBKM program PLO. Finally, a recommendation based on text similarity from courses and MBKM program can be generated automatically to support department decision in the conversion process.

Abstract

The development of technology in the digital era can now be used to do business with the help of technology. The system can be visualized through UI(User Interface)/UX(User Experience). One method to do UI/UX is to use the design sprint method. With the form of system visualization, it can make it easier for Users or business actors to run a business, especially in tracking systems. The main focus of this research is to design the design of a system that uses the yield of citronella yields into petroleum design sprint. The results of the design will be tested for potential Users to get the test results from the application design that has been made. Having a tracking system in the process helps lemongrass entrepreneurs in monitoring the ongoing process. This reduces the incidence of citronella in the event of an accident or accident during the direct oil production process. In the test using the help of maze with a click error value in Scenario 1 (User tries to register) of 33.3%, Scenario 2 (User makes a harvest order) of 16.7% and Scenario 4 (User tries to add a bank account) while for Scenario 3 (User tries adding the address of the garden), Scenario 5 (User sees info about going orders) and Scenario 6 (User completes the harvest process by payment using QR) there is no click error when Usability takes place.

Abstract

Population growth rate prediction is a process of estimating the population in the future. Predictions are made so that the government can prepare strategic steps in anticipating the negative impact of an uncontrolled population increase. The research data is the population of Karawang Regency from 2011 to 2020. Backpropagation and Hybrid ANFIS are the models used in this study. The purpose of this study was to determine the RMSE value and scatter data formed from the results of the ANFIS Backpropagation and Hybrid training models in predicting population growth rates in Karawang Regency. In addition, this study is intended to determine the level of accuracy of the two models. The research step begins with research data validation, preprocessing, training and testing, as well as accuracy testing. Accuracy testing uses the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) method. Backpropagation and Hybrid models in predicting the rate of population growth have worked well. This can be seen from the training results of the two models. Backpropagation model has the best RMSE of 0.0328 and Hybrid has the best RMSE of 0.021884. The results of the analysis of the accuracy of predicting population growth rates for 2019 and 2020 that have been carried out, both models have a good level of accuracy. Backpropagation has an average accuracy rate of 84.76%, while the Hybrid model has an average accuracy rate of 93.71%. Based on the results of accuracy testing, the Hybrid model has a better level of accuracy than the Backpropagation model.

Abstract

Technology modernization is developing so fast that people have become dependent on it. Technology has a major impact on human life. It plays a larger role in the life of a wider community, especially in education, where it plays a role as a knowledge provider. The information system is an integrated unit of information technology and an activity to support operations and management to use the technology. One of the information systems used in education is the Research and Community Service Information Base (BIMA). BIMA is an information system that reports research activities such as planning, implementation, and reporting. BIMA implementation is within the Academic Community of the Telkom Purwokerto Institute of Technology. However, BIMA still has several problems with the infrastructure and systems, creating dissatisfaction when users access it. Based on these conditions, an analysis of user satisfaction with BIMA is needed. This study uses the EUCS, Delone Mclean, and Self-Efficacy Model Integration. This study analyzes user satisfaction levels and determines which factors significantly affect BIMA user satisfaction. The testing technique used is SEM-PLS. Based on the test results, there are five variables with a significant effect. Information Quality, System Quality, and Self-Efficacy significantly affected User Satisfaction. Technical Support significantly affected System Quality, and System Quality variables significantly affected Information Quality. One hypothesis has no significant effect on User Satisfaction, namely the Technical Support variable with p-values > 0.05, which is 0.478 and the t-statistic value <1.64, which is 0.032.

Abstract

The problem that is the main focus of this research is the lack of interesting interactive multimedia-based educational information media as a provider of information about venomous animals. This information should also be a concern because these venomous animals are very dangerous, especially for children who still lack information about this. The aim of this research is to become a source of educative information to the public, especially children, about venomous animals as attractive as possible and easy to use. Interactive multimedia is one solution to this problem. The Multimedia Development Life Cycle method is used as a guide in building interactive multimedia with the stages of Concept, Design, Material Collecting, Assembly, Testing and Distribution. From the results of testing in alpha testing all the features in this interactive multimedia can run well. With the results of beta testing on 30 respondents, they get a rating of 4.54 out of 5, so this interactive multimedia is very good and suitable for use as an educative information medium about venomous animals.

Abstract

Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BKAD) of Banyumas Regency is an agency under the auspices of the regional central government of Banyumas Regency. BKAD Banyumas Regency has various types of Kartu Inventaris Barang(KIB) which are still not well managed, namely KIB office equipment and machines and make it difficult to procure office equipment, so a decision support system is needed to predict the proposed procurement of office equipment and machines. This prediction is made with the aim of facilitating the asset sub-sector in particular in carrying out the task. This prediction has benefits in implementing the replacement of office equipment and machines that can be managed properly according to employee needs so that employee performance is maximized. Methods of data collection using survey methods, literature, and interviews with members of the asset sub-sector. The data processing method in this report uses a quantitative method with the C.45 algorithm. An analysis of the prediction of proposing office equipment and machines using the C.45 algorithm with the help of the Rapidminer Application is able to provide results in the form of a decision tree that can be used by members of the asset sub-sector in making decisions. Based on the predicted results for proposing the procurement of office equipment, all equipment whose year of purchase/procurement was less than or equal to 1998, equipment in damaged condition with a year of purchase/procurement of more than 1998, equipment made of plastic/ebonite and plastic in poor condition with year of purchase/procurement more than 1998.

Abstract

Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BKAD) of Banyumas Regency is the implementing element of the regional government in the areas of regional taxes, financial management and assets led by a Head of Agency who is located under and is responsible to the Mayor through the Regional Secretary. Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BKAD) of Banyumas Regency. has various types of Kartu Inventaris Barang (KIB) which are still not well managed, namely office equipment and machines, so a decision support system is needed to predict the removal of office equipment and machines. The use of data mining is done to help find out what equipment and machines are still suitable for use or not suitable for use every year in an institution. Data collection that is not careful in managing data can cause the allocation of funds not to be focused on replacing goods that are no longer feasible. Searching for information on datasets can be done with one of the Data Mining methods, namely the Naïve Bayes Algorithm using RapidMiner tools. The data set consists of 24 records with 3 attributes, namely the year of purchase or procurement, materials and conditions. The dataset is processed using the Naive Bayes algorithm and tested using a confusion matrix. An accuracy value of 100% is obtained which is categorized as a good classification.
