Abstract

Taekwondo is an unarmed martial art that emphasizes kicks, straight punches, and dynamic leg movements. Currently, taekwondo matches, especially in the kyorugi type, apply an automatic judging system through the Protector and Scoring System (PSS). PSS was first used for international sporting events in 2012 at the London Olympics to avoid misjudgments due to human vision limitations. However, these devices are still costly, so alternative options are needed. Using an Arduino and a pressure sensor could be a more affordable alternative. Arduino and smartphones can be integrated as monitoring systems to make these devices a better choice for automated assessments. The test results show that this system can provide accurate assessment results. The points the athlete earns depend on the type of attack performed. A straight kick on the body armor earns two points, while a punch earns one point. The spinning kick earns four points with the provision of two points from automatic scoring and the addition of two point manually via smartphone. Taekwondo protective devices and smartphones can communicate up to a distance of 10 meters without any barriers between the devices.

Abstract

Matrices are generally used to represent linear transformations. Matrices are discussed in mathematics courses, and in universities, there are already courses that do discuss matrices, namely matrices and linear transformations. The problem experienced with this matrix is ​​the length of time it takes for teachers/lecturers to make matrix questions and not to mention making steps to solve them. Another problem is that students find it difficult to solve problems about matrices and it is difficult to understand the steps for solving them. From these problems, the solution is to build an application that can create questions about the matrix automatically along with the answers and is equipped with the steps for doing it. The purpose of this research is to make an application for making automatic matrix questions called OTOMATRIKS and the steps for solving them. In this OTOMATRIKS application, a random number generator is applied to generate random numbers which are later needed to be entered into the matrix that will be created. The result of this study is that the Linear Congruent Method can be used to generate random numbers, and to overcome the weakness of this method where the random numbers generated have a pattern and the OTOMATRIKS application can make it easier to make matrix questions that are equipped with the completion steps.

Abstract

The web mobile aims to access data services using mobile devices connected to a cellular telecommunications network. One of the knowledge that needs to be obtained by the wider community, especially the younger generation of Islam, is knowledge of World Muslim Scientists. This World Muslim scientist himself has a very great power to influence the younger generation to be more creative and innovate accompanied by their pride in their predecessors. Information on the World Muslim Scientists Index needs to be packaged to make it attractive. Web Mobile can introduce the World Muslim Scientists Index which is interesting and attractive in delivering information. The problem in several previous studies related to application design is that the application design is not audited for its governance, so it is at risk of not being planned and managed properly. Therefore, in this study, the authors develop the design and implementation of the World Muslim Scientists Index, accompanied by a governance audit in its design using the COBIT 5 Framework method in the PO (Plan and Organize) domain. The result of this research is that the design and management of this application is already at maturity level 4, namely Manage, which means that it is well planned and managed.

Abstract

The Inventory System is an integrated inventory management information system for all agencies in order to carry out the administration of management and data collection of goods. In this case, making an Inventory system that will make work easier, as well as recording the inventory owned by the Candradimuka High School company. Because the process of recording inventory and managing Inventory data is still in the conventional way where the data for each existing Inventory is recorded and recorded in a ledger, this often causes problems, such as errors in finding the Inventory file, Inventory being confused in numbering and. The solution that needs to be done is to build a web-based Inventory information system with the PHP programming language to manage and collect data on Inventory, the system is also supported by the QR-Code feature. this feature itself is a code that can be read by a computer using QR-Code technology to help the process of searching and checking data automatically. The methodology used in developing this system using QR-Code is Rapid Application Development or often known as the RAD method, this method is often used by application developers in developing an information system. This method aims to develop applications quickly through repetition and repeated feedback. The result that will be obtained is a system that can collect inventory data and generate inventory reports with the help of a QR-Code.

Abstract

The current level of technological development is very rapid. The most prominent example is the use of websites in industry and government environments. The website provides convenience in supporting ongoing business processes and can assist work in solving problems that occur in an organization. In using the website, of course, a server is needed to process data requests or provide information to users. The XYZ Faculty at XYZ University has a virtualxyz server which contains a website that is used to support academic and administrative activities. However, the development of technology will of course be accompanied by the development of vulnerabilities or attacks against these applications. Therefore, on the virtualxyz server, it is necessary to carry out a Security Hardening process based on the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Special Publication 800-123. This is done because the virtualxyz server has never done a security check based on certain standards on the server software. The purpose of this research is to analyze the security of the virtualxyz software server to minimize attacks that occur. The results of this study can be used as a reference to strengthen the security of the server software on the virtualxyz server. The results obtained from the analysis on the server software based on NIST SP 800-123 found 6 procedures that have not been implemented on the virtualxyz server.

Abstract

Ornamental plants are types of plants that are cultivated to provide additional aesthetic value. One of the commercial ornamental plants known in Indonesia is the wave of love or Anthurium plowmanii. This type of Anthurium has a high selling value because of special care, one of which is regular and not excessive water supply. One of the technologies that can help humans in automatically watering anthurium plants is the Internet of Things (IoT). ThingSpeak IoT platform connected with NodeMCU ESP8266 is used as artificial intelligence to control and determine watering time, watering automatically takes place when plants need air. This research was conducted to design an IoT-based automatic anthurium plant watering system and collect data on soil moisture and anthurium temperature from the installed IoT sensors. The method in this research is prototyping which is used to produce certain products, and test the effectiveness of these products. This IoT-based automatic watering system for anthurium plants is calibrated by making comparisons with standard measuring instruments to determine the accuracy of the sensor measurement results. The results of this study are a prototype of an IoT-based automatic watering system for anthurium plants by achieving an average level of sensor accuracy in reading anthurium plant conditions reaching 98.1% for soil moisture sensors while for temperature sensors reaching 98.8%. This research is expected to help farmers and ornamental plants communities to facilitate automatic watering process according soil moisture and temperature.

Abstract

The government, in this case the ministry of national development planning the Republic of Indonesia/national development planning agency has tried to reduce poverty in each region. With articulated the various poverty alleviation programmes, including the presence of cluster I, cluster II, cluster III and cluster IV. Social assistance programs launched by the Government, in particular the first Cluster program got more attention from the citizens of society. There are 14 poverty criteria, which became the reference of criteria for Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) in determining the poor families that eligible to receive aid from the Government. Poor and not poor membership has a value of 0 and 1, were in fact, poverty has different levels. Determination of the poverty program at this time there is a problem in terms of decision-taking which there are to many subjectivity, for example which is not poor is said to be poor in the data recording/logging. In this paper, a computerized system for determining of a poor family. The method used in this studyis developed Fuzzy Tsukamoto. Tsukamoto Fuzzy method used in the process of selection by holding against 14 criteria. Output of the system can facilitate the Management of the village in taking decisions to determine the recipients of the aid programs initiated by the Governmen. The results based on the accuracy test that has been carried out using a data sample of 7 RUTA, the results obtained are 0.568 (very poor), 0.684 (poor), 0.506 (very poor), 0.697 (poor), 0.577 (very poor), 0.609 (poor). ), and 0.625 (poor). The poverty rate (Fuzzy Results) with Recommendations (Expert Validation) show the same results or results so that the Fuzzy Tsukamoto method can be applied well in poor families in Darmaji Village.

Abstract

Data is one element that is considered important in a business. If the processing is carried out correctly and as needed, the data has high quality. High data quality can have a positive impact, that is, it can create information and knowledge to support decision-making. In fact, many organizations accumulate data without a good data storage or management system and cause the data to become large so that it is difficult to understand and produce information in it that cannot be conveyed properly which makes a decision not have a maximum positive impact. Data Quality Management (DQM) is considered to be able to assist in maintaining quality in the data and ensure that no data is lost or damaged. Quality data is obtained by one of the stages in DQM, namely data profiling, which performs the process of checking the available and stored data to determine a content structure and data quality. The research focuses on implementing the DQM module data profiling feature on the Data Governance website application. This research produces data profiling features that can help people in data processing where the modules produced are value distribution, data completeness, clustering, value similarity and data deduplication.

Abstract

The development of information technology makes all activities that used to run offline become online. The purpose of this study is to (1) Design and build a website-based Industrial Practice information system in the Information Technology Education Study Program, (2) Help students to find out information before or after Industrial Practice, (3) Assist admins in providing information, and lecturers in terms of assessment and guidance in the implementation of Industrial Practices. The development of this research uses the Extreme Programming method which has several stages, namely Requirements, Planning, Design, Coding, and Testing. The tests used in this study were internal testing, external testing and user acceptance test (UAT) testing. Internal testing uses browser testing and functionality testing, external testing uses blackbox testing and user acceptance test (UAT) testing uses iteration testing with the aim of testing the functionality of the menus in the application that are running well. The results of this study conclude that a website has been successfully built that can help study programs, both lecturers and students by 75%, (2) Assist study programs in managing student data in terms of registration of Industrial Practices and assessment of Industrial Practices, (3) The system can provide information related to the place of practice, practice scores, guidance information, and the overall average score of students who have done industrial practice.

Abstract

Home is a basic need for every human being. Each house will function as a place to live or as a place to rest and a place of protection from various outside disturbances. Based on the needs of every human being for the house, developers compete in providing houses with their respective advantages and disadvantages in order to attract consumers or buyers to buy the house, and prospective buyers are also faced with various choices, including house prices, house locations, and house models. And various choices that will affect the choice of a dream home. With the existing problems, it is necessary to design a decision support system that is designed with an incremental model. The method used in order to provide a recommendation is the weighted product method. With the existing problems, this study aims to provide recommendations for which housing to be chosen by consumers. The results obtained in this study in the form of calculations using the weighted product method, it was found that a company named PT Berkah Prosperous as a housing company had the highest preference weight value of 7.35852. With these results obtained, the first recommendation for determining the ideal housing was chosen from the company PT Berkah Sejahtera.
