Abstract

This research aims to perform clustering of disease data based on patient age using the K-Means method at the Tlogomulyo Community Health Center in Temanggung Regency, which faces challenges in managing irregular health data. As a primary healthcare centre, the health facility requires data analysis to identify patterns or groups of diseases based on age. The K-Means clustering method is employed in processing patient data to understand the distribution of diseases and aid decision-making regarding prevention, treatment, and healthcare planning. The clustering results reveal two clusters where the first cluster is dominated by scabies cases in the 10-20 age group, while the second cluster exhibits a high prevalence of Acute Respiratory Infection (ARI) in patients around the age of 51. Evaluation using the Silhouette Coefficient indicates that forming 2 clusters is the most optimal, with a value of 0.44. These findings provide crucial insights for the development of more effective disease management strategies based on the characteristics and health profiles of each cluster at the Tlogomulyo Community Health Center.

Abstract

Along with the high amount of rainfall in Bekasi -West Java, floods have started to inundate several areas of Bekasi , one of the causes is the high rainfall factor. According to (Regional Disaster Management Agency) BPBD, the most flood points are in the Bekasi area, causing several activities of the surrounding community to be disrupted, transportation hampered, and also the emergence of disease problems such as skin diseases, diarrhea, and so on. The problem of flooding is a shared responsibility that requires a solution. also the role of technology to help facilitate the provision of information to the public regarding flood-prone areas in the Bekasi area. One technique that can be used is using the K-Means Clustering Algorithm to group flood-prone areas. The flood dataset was processed using the RapidMiner application, for the dataset taken to carry out this analysis from January to December 2022, there were 24 data from areas affected by flooding from various sub-districts and villages in the city of Bekasi. The results of the research produced 3 clusters, namely, the high flood, medium flood and low flood categories, which received a Davies Bouldin index value of -0.452.

Abstract

In recent years, smartwatches have become popular in the mobile technology market. However, with various smartwatch models and brands available, prospective buyers often need help choosing the right product due to specifications that require technical understanding and expert opinions. Therefore, a recommender system is needed to assist prospective buyers in choosing the appropriate product. Several studies have been conducted on conversational recommender systems. However, the recommender systems used only provide recommendations based on technical specifications alone, so the recommendations given are less personalized. Therefore, we develop a conversational recommender system for smartwatches using ontology that considers the functional needs of users to produce customized recommendations. In this study, we have successfully built and evaluated this system using recommendation accuracy metrics and user satisfaction. The evaluation results show an accuracy of 86.67% and positive user feedback. This indicates that our system is accurate, easy to use, and well-accepted.

Abstract

The development of the automotive industry in Indonesia is increasing, especially in automobiles. Due to the increasing number of car brands in Indonesia, it is difficult for users to decide which car suits their functional requirements. Therefore, to overcome this problem, we propose a ontology-based Conversational Recommender System (CRS) using Collaborative Filtering. CRS as a framework aims to have users interact with the system so that the system obtains information related to users functional requirements, ontology-based aims to organize domain knowledge with specific concepts, and Collaborative Filtering improve the accuracy of recommender products in developing recommender systems. The evaluation results include system performance with 85.39% accuracy and user satisfaction getting positive feedback from various factors. This shows that the car recommender system is effective and efficient in providing recommendations according to the functional requirements of users.

Abstract

Human resources are productive individuals who work as drivers of an organization needed for operational activities in it. PT. Citra Baru Perkasa is a private company that manages human resources, so it is not uncommon for problems to occur in its management, in this case to assess employees who receive promotions at PT. Citra Baru Perkasa which is carried out every 1 year, there are several problems that occur in the process of assessing and selecting employees receiving promotions, namely when the assessment process of promoted employees carried out by managers still uses questionnaire paper and in the process of calculating the assessment is only determined from the average value on each criterion, this makes the calculation look inaccurate and less accurate. Based on the existing problems, a solution was obtained by building a decision support system using two methods, namely Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) and Weighted Product (WP), The purpose of building this system is to help reduce errors and simplify the assessment process. The results of this study showed that one of the employees of PT. Citra Baru Perkasa is eligible for promotion. This is based on the calculation results using both methods, namely an employee named Kurniasari who has a value of 1 using the SAW method and 0.210 with the WP method.

Abstract

The lecturer performance evaluation decision support system aids the Quality Control Bureau (BPM) in establishing the lecturer performance index (IKD). It employs the Complex Proportional Assessment (COPRAS) method for this assessment. COPRAS facilitates the analysis of diverse alternatives, estimating their utility levels by considering attribute values within intervals, enhancing precision and efficiency in decision-making. The regular evaluation of lecturer performance at the university is pivotal for the continual enhancement of their quality. Thus, a decision support system is imperative to streamline processes and minimize errors in rapidly and accurately computing system data, employing the Complex Proposal Assessment (COPRAS) method. The examination outcomes consistently recognize alternative A4, as the optimal alternative for exemplary lecturer performance, achieving a perfect score of 100.
