Abstract

Human Resources is one element of the organization, or work unit that is very important and has an important role in organizational activities. Internal problems of the organization, company or work device, one of which is the lack of discipline of existing employees, lack of facilities that support employee productivity and inadequate space. Likewise in the Sorong Islands District, as a regional apparatus organization engaged in government services, development and community development. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline on the productivity of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in the Sorong District, Sorong Island Archipelago. Sampling was carried out using a population sample, that is, all of the population was involved to become a sample of 40 respondents. The type of research used is quantitative with simple linear regression analysis and T test. From the results of calculations using simple linear regression analysis, the regression equation is obtained as follows: Y = 17.432 + 0.505X. For the Work Discipline variable, a value of 0.505 is obtained which means that every time there is a change and an addition of one percent to the Work Discipline variable, the Productivity variable will increase by 0.505. Based on the analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that Work Discipline has a significant effect on Productivity in the Sorong District, Sorong Islands City. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the marketing strategy that has been implemented by Holdak to increase its sales volume. In this study, it was analyzed using data collection methods, namely by observation, and interviews. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out by Holdak, it can be concluded that. Holdak's marketing strategy aims to introduce Korean food in Indonesia. Holdak also designs orders using attractive but still informative designs from social media such as Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and print media such as brochures and banners. Abstract

The problem in this study is whether the provision of incentive have a significant effect on the work motivation of district employees teminabuan south sorong regency.the aim of this research is to determine whether there is an effect of providing incentives on employee motivation.the type of research used is quantitative with an associative approach.data collection techniques conducted observation questionnaires and documentation.while the data analysis technique used is simple linear regression.as for the type of data source,this research is primary data,namely data obtained directly from the source or place where the research is carried out.the population of this study were all employees of the teminabuan district amounting to 45 people.the determination of the sample is saturated sampling. Data obtained using SPSSv 24 (Statistical product and Service Solutions).the result of this study indicate that based on the result of your research at the teminabuan district office thet the provision of incentives has a significant effect on employee work motivation.this can be seen from the result of statistical calculations through partial hypothesis testing which shows that t count> t table then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze work discipline and employee performance as well as measure how much influence work discipline has on the performance of civil servants at the Department of Youth, Sports and Tourism, South Sorong Regency. The research method used is descriptive method. The subjects in this study were civil servants at the Department of Youth, Sports and Tourism, South Sorong Regency using a sample of 42 employees. The analytical technique used is simple linear regression analysis and t test with the help of SPSS 25 software to prove the effect of work discipline on employee performance. The results showed that the employee's work discipline was in the very high category and the employee's performance was in the high category. Meanwhile, based on the results of statistical tests at a significance level of 5%, the results of work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the performance of civil servants at the Youth, Sports and Tourism Office of South Sorong Regency with an R Square value of 0.559. This means that work discipline has an effect of 55.9% on employee performance, and the rest is influenced by other variables. Keywords: Work Dicipline, Employee Performance, Works Performance

Abstract

This article aims to examine the development of e-learning (electronic learning) in the last 11 years. This research was also carried out to find out trends in e-learning research, identify relationships between scientific concepts, and find out e-learning networks based on keywords (co-occurrence) and author collaboration (co-authorship). The method used in this research is descriptive bibliometric analysis, the data used was taken from 2010-2021. Data collection was carried out based on the Google scholar database with the keyword e-learning with a publication limit of 1,000 journal articles. Data collection was carried out using Publish or Perish (PoP) software as metadata. Data analysis was performed using Vosviewer software as a medium for bibliometric analysis. The results showed that in the last 11 years the number of publications on information architecture research indexed by Google Scholar has fluctuated, but in terms of quantity it has increased significantly. The highest publication growth development occurred in 2020, reaching 102 journal articles (10.2%), while the lowest publication occurred in 2019 with a total of 53 journal articles (5.3%). While mapping the development of information architecture research publications based on keywords (co-occurrence) indicates a relationship between e-learning concepts accompanied by 6 dominant clusters, although this research has not been widely researched, research in the field of e-learning can foster research opportunities with topics unrelated topics. Abstract

Principal leadership is an effective factor that can encourage schools to realize the school's vision and mission, goals and objectives through school programs that are implemented in a planned and gradual manner. Therefore school principals are required to have adequate abilities, both professional knowledge, instructional leadership, administrative skills, and social skills to improve school quality. In this study the approach taken was a qualitative approach, because qualitative research is research that intends to understand the phenomenon of what is experienced by research subjects, for example, behavior, perceptions, motivations, actions and so on, holistically and by means of descriptions in the form of words. words and language, in a special natural context and by utilizing various natural methods. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded as follows: 1. The principal's strategy in improving teacher performance at SDN 1 Sangkaran Bhakti by implementing strategies includes: a. improve discipline, b. provide motivation, c. giving awards, d. open, e. kinship and f. discussion. 2. The obstacles experienced by the principal in improving teacher performance at SDN 1 Sangkaran Bhakti include: a. limited facilities, b. teacher commitment is not good, c. the teacher performs other businesses that sometimes interfere with his official duties, and d. mastery of the material. Abstract

As a 21st century teacher, supervising teachers are required to have digital competence. Digital competence is the ability of a teacher to use information and communication technology based on pedagogical principles so that it has implications for methods in educating. This study wants to see the digital competencies possessed by supervising teachers. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with a research sample consisting of 30 supervising teachers under the auspices of the Ministry of Religion of Rejang Lebong Regency. The data collection technique used a closed questionnaire which tabulated the responses to each item. The results of the tabulation are made into the average of the answers in each aspect. The results showed that the digital competence of teachers was in the medium category, where 40% of the responses were in the medium category. For this reason, supervising teachers need to be even more active to improve digital competence in the 21st century. Abstract

High reading ability is needed in higher education level. In the digital era, the number of digital-based reference books provided by lecturers to convey subject matter, forces students to improve their reading skills to be more effective in learning activities. Although the reference books are intended so that students can study well, not all reference books can be digested well by students. Especially with reading materials outside the scope of learning that are widely available and contain information and interesting content for students, so students are required to plan their reading activities well. The purpose of this study was to see the quality of students' skills in reading lecture materials. This research was conducted with a quantitative descriptive method. The research population is all students of the Guidance and Counseling Study Program of IAIN Curup for the 2021/2022 academic year. The number of samples is 30 people. Data were obtained through a questionnaire. The data were analyzed with the help of SPSS version 16.0 program. The results showed that the quality of students' skills in reading lecture materials in the digital era was in the poor category. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the land and building tax management system in rural and urban areas, its effect on local revenue in Tambrauw Regency and the inhibiting factors that affect the management of PBB in increasing PAD in Tambrauw Regency. This type of research is field research using a descriptive qualitative approach, namely explaining the management of rural and urban land and building taxes at the Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency of Tambrauw Regency by conducting interviews, observations, and document review. This research was conducted at the office of the Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency, Tambrauw Regency. This study uses primary and secondary data types. The results of the study indicate that the Regional Tax and Levy Management Agency of Tambrauw Regency in managing rural and urban land and building taxes to increase local revenue based on three management functions, namely planning, implementation, and supervision has not been maximized, and the inhibiting factors that affect the management of PBB in increasing PAD in Tambrauw Regency, piled on obstacles that occur because it is known that there are two inhibiting factors, namely internal and external factors, namely as follows: a) Internal, namely regulations (Perda, Perbup, SOP) that are not yet good and incomplete, limited supporting facilities, such as operational vehicles, and performance of ASN OPD BPPRD that is not yet maximal, b) External, namely coordination between OPD and other stakeholders that is not yet effective, understanding of taxpayers is low, and commitment and coordination of regional leaders is weak.
