The data analysis method used is quantitative analysis. significant test through (t-test), using simple linear regression and coefficient of determination (R2). The population in this study are all consumers who use HP Samsung at Cellular Online Counters. The sample is 82 respondents. Primary data were obtained through interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. From the results of data processing simple linear regression analysis using the SPSS for windows version 25 program, the regression equation Y = 5.577 + 0.837X, the regression coefficient value of 0.837 means that every time there is a change and an addition of one percent in the Samsung HP quality variable, the Consumer Demand variable will increases by 0.837 if the quality variable of Samsung HP is zero, then Consumer Demand has a value of 5.557. In the coefficient of determination test, R square is 61.3%, meaning that the quality of Samsung's cellphones has an effect on consumer demand by 61.3%, while the remaining 38.7% is influenced by other factors not analyzed in this study. The results of the t test, where t count 11.262 > t table 1.6641, it can be said that the quality variable of Samsung HP has a positive and significant effect on consumer demand. Abstract

So far, the quality of human resources in the delivery of education is still felt, this is indicated by low teacher performance, teachers who lack mastery of teacher competencies, especially teacher pedagogic competencies, and the teaching methods used by teachers have not varied. Conditions like this should not be allowed to continue, because it will harm the entire community and the nation's children. By increasing the quality of education, the quality of the best graduates in education will also increase. So the role of the school principal is very active in improving a teacher's competence, so that the quality of education is no longer in the spotlight. This type of research used qualitative research to determine the Role of Principal Leadership in Improving Teacher Pedagogical Competence at Baradatu 1 Public Middle School. Qualitative research is a type of research in which the discovery procedure is carried out without using statistical or quantification procedures. In this study to obtain the right data and information, the researchers used several techniques in data collection, namely interviews, observation, and documentation. To achieve trustworthiness, credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability techniques related to the data collection and analysis process are used. Based on the results of the study, the strategy applied by the principal in improving the pedagogic competence of teachers at Baradatu 1 Public Middle School was to use the facility strategy. Where this strategy is more directed to the needs of teachers in the form of training or seminars, communication, and MGMP. The principal's strategy plays a very important role in improving teacher pedagogical competence so that the success of the teaching and learning process in schools can be achieved properly through the training held for teachers. Abstract

The research was conducted to achieve the goal of analyzing the lesson study process as an effort to guide teachers in improving teaching quality. The research method was carried out in a descriptive qualitative manner through direct observation or observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the interviews that have been carried out and the documentation that has been carried out on lesson study planning, it was found that there were several obstacles experienced by the model teacher when teaching, including not being confident in teaching, little experience, lack of mastery of teaching techniques and the use of methods and media used in monotonous learning, as well as unfinished assessment techniques. Besides this, the observer or senior lecturer has suggestions for improvement in the form of selecting methods that vary according to the topic, using innovative media, and assessments that focus on process assessment. At the implementation stage, it was found that the model teacher had carried out the lesson according to the previously agreed plan with the observer lecturer. However, regarding its implementation in the classroom, there are still some weaknesses that must be corrected, such as the use of learning media and technology, as well as the ability to present material during lecture sessions. As the next stage, namely the reflection stage, an FGD was carried out which resulted in improvements for the planning and implementation of the next stage. Abstract

The aim of the research was to see the differences caused by planting oil palm, areca nut, coffee and forest plantations. While the benefits to be achieved are to be able to make preventive recommendations so that the properties of peat soil will always be stable and peat soil can be used sustainably. The research was conducted in a field survey using Proportional Random Sampling Method on oil palm, areca nut, coffee and secondary forest soils. Samples were taken from each plant as many as 20 samples. Data were analyzed on land planted with oil palm, areca nut, coffee and forest soil. To see the differences in the physical properties of the soil, peat thickness, peat water level, organic matter content, c-organic content, r volume weight, water content in the Unpaired Median Value Test at the 5% level (Steel and Torrie, 1995). From the research results, the unpaired mean test results for oil palm, areca nut, coffee and forest soil were obtained at the depth of peat soil on oil palm plantations, which was significantly different from the depth of peat soil on areca palm, coffee plantations and with coffee plantation soil and forest soil. The organic matter content for pinnag and forest plants is the same, but significantly different for oil palm and coffee plants. Meanwhile, C-oganic levels differed between oil palm, areca nut, coffee and forest plants. The volume weight is significantly different from the volume weight in areca palm, coffee and forest plantations. The soil water content in oil palm plants has the same water content as coffee and is significantly different from that of areca nut and forest plants. The conclusion is that the physical properties of the soil on coffee plants are almost the same as forest soil. Keywords: Physical Properties, Status Physical Properties, Planting

Abstract

Learning Arabic is closely related to information and communication technology literacy. Specifically, learning maharat al-kalam (speaking skill) has strong relevance to the use of audio-visual media. This article studies the development of audio-visual teaching language in learning it for second-semester students of the Arabic Language and Literature Department, Faculty of Adab and Humanities, UIN Alauddin Makassar in 2022. The data collection lasted for six months through observations, interviews, and documentation guided by instruments in the form of guidelines for each technique. Sometimes one type of data is searched using the three techniques at once, and sometimes it is done separately. The collected data is then classified, systematized, and analyzed based on theoretical guidance. The development of teaching materials using audio-visual in learning it faces various obstacles and problems. IT literacy is still low for lecturers, so it is necessary to improve multimedia and lecturers' IT competence and literacy to support the use of audio-visual media practiced by native speakers in developing teaching materials for the maharat al-kalam subject. The others consist of the lack of mufradat, the lack of student knowledge about sentence patterns, input (students) from high school and vocational school do not have basic knowledge of Arabic, and the lack or unfavorable support for the Arabic language environment.
