Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan bagaimana pelaksanaan supervisi akademik berbantuan zoom meeting dan sejauhmana supervisi akademik berbantuan zoom meeting dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru pada kurikulum darurat covid-19 di SMAN 3 Sidrap dan SMAN 9 Sidrap semester 2 Tahun Pelajaran 2020/2021. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan sekolah (School Action Research), karena penelitian dilakukan untuk memecahkan masalah proses pembelajaran di sekolah. Penelitian ini menggambarkan bagaimana suatu teknik pembelajaran diterapkan dan bagaimana hasil yang diinginkan dapat dicapai.Penelitian ini mengambil bentuk penelitian tindakan sekolah (PTS) yaitu peningkatan kinerja guru melalui kunjungan kelas dalam rangka mengimplementasikan standar proses, yang terdiri dari 2 siklus dan masing- masing siklus terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu : (1) tahap perencanaan program tindakan,(2) pelaksanaan program tindakan, (3) pengamatan program,(4) refleksi. Hasil refleksi siklus I hasil pengamatan kinerja guru pada kurikulum darurat covid-19 ini sudah ada yang mendapatkan nilai A 3 orang guru, yang mendapatkan nilai B 13 guru dan yang mendapatkan nilai C tinggal 4 orang guru, semula kondisi awal yang mendapat nilai B 6 guru dan yang mendapatkan nilai C 14 guru. Karena masih ada 2 guru yang mendapatkan nilai C maka masih perlu adanya tindakan siklus II.Hasil refleksi siklus II adalahBerdasarkandata ,hasil supervisi kinerja guru pada kurikulum darurat covid-19 pada siklus II rata-rata 63 (A) Guru yang mendapatkan nilai B 3 orang dan yang mendapatkan nilai A 17 orang. Kegiatan pelaksanaan pembelajaran melalui kegiatan Supervisi akademik berbantuan zoom meeting dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru pada kurikulum darurat covid-19. Pada Siklus II ini menunjukkan meningkat dibanding hasil siklus I (B) peningkatannya 47% dan sudah tidak ada guru yang mendapatkan nilai C. maka tidak perlu dilaksanakan siklus III karena sudah terbukti peningkatan kinerja guru pada kurikulum darurat covid-19.

Abstract

Since December 2019, the COVID-19 pandemic has wreaked havoc on people's lives, particularly in the field of education. Work from home (WFH) and children learning through virtual tools are putting pressure on people all over the world to become accustomed to digital technology including internet connections. Furthermore, the COVID-19 pandemic has caused modifications in daily educational activities that students engage on a regular basis, the first is the pattern of interpersonal interaction. Changes occur unexpectedly make it increasingly challenging for learners to adjust since they are unfamiliar with the circumstances. The implementation of the whole new lifestyle, obviously, necessitates a high level of student adaptability. Learners are, certainly, able to adjust to diverse situations and conditions in accordance with the human concept of an adaptable mechanism. It was only that there are a variety of different challenges that students should overcome in order to improve their adaptation. The role of counselor as professional aid services in Guidance and Counseling for students is extremely significant in this implementation of study, considering the prevailing new normal situations.

Abstract

Feedback is the simple things but its having big influence to the students written skills. This research is aimed at feedback influence towards teacher’s written feedback 5th grade students. Three research questions were formulated in this study. (1) What types of written feedback does the teacher give on the students’ writing? (2) What categories of written feedback does the teacher give on the students’ writing? and (3) What are the teacher’s influences feedback towards student’s written skills in Indonesian subject in grade 5th?. The respondents of this study were 5th grade students of SD N 2 Dragan. This research belongs to descriptive qualitative. The main research instrument was the teacher’s influences feedback towards student’s written skills in Indonesian subject in grade 5th. The data were taken from the students‟ writing. The reseacher collected the students‟ writings that contain teacher‟s written feedback. The researcher used three instruments to gather data from the respondents: (1) Field note, (2) Questionnaire, and (3) Interview. The data analysis technique is the process of data arrangement and data categorization. In this study, the reseacher used triangulation to analyse the data.The result of descriptive analysis show that teacher‟s mostly gave feedback in direct way. Based on the third research question, it was discovered that (1) the students prefer written feedback than oral feedback (2) teacher‟s written feedback was objective, (3) teacher‟s written feedback was clear, (4) teacher‟s written feedback assisted the students (5) teacher‟s written feedback was encouraging, and (6) the students never had negative effect of the teacher‟s written feedback (7) teacher‟s written feedback did not disturb the process of writing (8) the teacher often gives feedback to the students.

Abstract

Pengaruh Penggunaan Media Audio Visual Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Tematik kelas IV Tema 1 Indahnya Kebersamaan SD N 2 Dragan, Boyolali. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. SD Negeri 2 Dragan.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) secara umum meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran tematik Tema 1 Indahnya Kebersamaandi SD N 2 Dragan, (2) secara khusus Meningkatkan hasil tematik tema 1 Indahnya Kebersamaan dengan menggunakan media audio visual siswa kelas IV SD N 2 Dragan.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD N 2 Dragan, Kecamatan Tamansari, Kabupaten Boyolali. Waktu Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli sampai dengan September 2020. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah Classroom Action Research (Penelitian Tindakan Kelas). Tindakan yang dilakukan terdiri dari empat tindakan dalam dua siklus. Tiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu planning, acting, observing, dan revlecting. Adapun kelas yang diteliti adalah siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 2 Dragan dengan jumlah siswa 20 orang.Pada penelitian tindakan kelas ini data awal yang diperoleh guru adalah perolehan nilai kondisi awal. Data awal menunjukkan bahwa nilai hasil belajar tematik tema 1 Indahnya kebersamaan masih rendah yaitu nilai rata-rata kelas hanya 56. Setelah dilaksanakan siklus I nilai rata-rata mengalami peningkatan menjadi 65. Pada siklus II nilai rata-rata naik menjadi 77. Pada siklus III nilai rata-rata naik menjadi 88. Jumlah siswa yang tuntas pada kondisi awal 30%, pada siklus I yaitu 45%, pada siklus II naik menjadi 75% dan pada siklus III menjadi 100%. Dari hasil penelitian tindakan yang dilaksanakan melalui tiga siklus, diperoleh peningkatan yang sangat berarti, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan penggunaan media audio visual dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Tema 1 Indahnya Kebersamaan pada siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 2 Dragan.

Abstract

A novel survey instrument was developed to evaluate the motivations of teacher educators for entering the profession, as well as the relationships between teacher guidance and counseling with Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan in ajatappareng region. We identified four reasons using data from 102 teacher educators educating in-service teachers: professional goals, social contribution, escape routines, and coincidence. While escape routines is a 'push' element related to emotional tiredness in teachers, career goals are a 'pull' factor related to job satisfaction in teacher educators. The measure can be used for self-evaluation in the recruitment of teacher educators.

Abstract

The study aims at discovering the description of students’ career plan at MAN 2 Model Makassar before and after the treatment and examining whether direct modeling has influence on students’ career plan at Man 2 Model Makassar.The type of this study was quantitative research with experiment research. Samples were chosen by employing random sampling technique with drawing method. Data collected were conducted by using two instruments, namely career plan scale and observation. Data analysis employed descriptive data analysis and inferential data analysis. The results of the study reveal that (1) the level of career plan of grade XI students at MAN 2 Model Makassar before being given the treatment in this case the direct modeling was in medium category. However,after being given the treatment,the level of career plan improved or was in high category,(2) the implementation of direct modeling gave influence in improving students’ career plan, meaning that when the direct modeling was applied, it would help improving the students’ career plan at MAN 2 Model Makassar.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of educator certification on the performance and professionalism of PAI Teachers at State High Schools in Enrekang Regency. The research method is a descriptive-analytic descriptive method to see the effect between the independent and dependent variables. This research is survey research. The population is all PAI teachers of State Senior High Schools in Enrekang Regency who are already certified. The proportional stratified technique does sampling. Determination of the sample using accidental sampling. Data collection techniques used were questionnaire, interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis using descriptive analysis and inferential statistics using the SPSS 22 program. The study results showed that PAI teachers of State Senior High Schools in Enrekang District who were already certified thought that certification was quite decisive in increasing teacher performance. Their level of performance is in a good category, so the proposed hypothesis turns out to be proven. The research implies that the Educational Personnel Education Institution (LPTK) as the certification implementer needs to review the training system used so far, such as the allocation of time, more practical training methods, the determination of resource persons for training facilities and infrastructure. The PAI teachers of the State High School in Enrekang are expected to be more creative in improving performance because the provision of educator certificates only supports more self-improvement.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan siswa dalam berbahasa Inggris melalui metode sosiodrama di kelas X MAN 1 Medan.Pendekatan yang dilakukan pada penelitian dengan pendekatan secara teoritis. Teknik Pengumpulan data adalah melalui data kualitatif yang diperoleh dari observasi, maupun pengamatan. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menganalisa data dalam bentuk narasi cerita dan tidak menganalisisnya dengan menggunakan rumus statistika. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode sosiodrama pada materi memperkenalkan diri sendiri untuk orang lain sudah mendapatkan peningkatan ketrampilan siswa dalam berbahasa inggris.Peningkatan ketrampilan siswa dalam berbahasa inggris sudah terlihat peningkatannya dan siswa sudah mampu mengidentifikasi simple present, personal pronouns, objective pronouns, possessive pronouns. Meningkatnya kemampuan siswa dalam berbahasa inggris dan meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di MAN 1 Medan.

Abstract

Penelitian Tindakan Kelas bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa mengenai materi rangkaian kapasitor bidang studi Fisika dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) di kelas XII MIA-3 MAN 1 Medan. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XII MIA-3 dengan jumlah 43 orang siswa. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari II siklus, siklus I dan siklus II. Sebelum dilakukan tindakan pada siklus I peneliti melakukan pre test untuk mengetahui aktivitas dan hasil belajar Fisika siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain PTK dengan penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL). Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan tes dan observasi. Untuk mengetahui perubahan hasil belajar Fisika siswa. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan persentase analisis kualitatif. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh bahwa pada saat pre test terdapat sebanyak 11 orang siswa (25,5 %) mendapat nilai tuntas belajar dan 32 orang siswa (74,5 %) mendapatkan nilai tidak tuntas belajar dengan nilai rata-rata 67,8. Pada siklus I diperoleh 23 orang siswa (53,4 %) mendapatkan nilai tuntas belajar dan 20 orang siswa (46,6%) mendapatkan nilai tidak tuntas belajar dengan nilai rata-rata 73,5. Dan Pada siklus II diperoleh 36 orang siswa (83,7 %) mendapatkan nilai tuntas belajar dan sebanyak 7 orang siswa (16,3 %) mendapatkan nilai tidak tuntas belajar dengan nilai rata-rata 79,2 Dengan demikian, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar Fisika siswa mengenai rangkaian kapasitor di kelas XII MIA-3 MAN 1 Medan Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019.
