Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of self-control on truancy behavior of students. Self-control which is an individual's ability to read the situation himself and his environment. Students in a school have different characteristics. One of them is about truancy behavior. The results showed that there was an influence between self-control and school stress on bullying behavior, so that students. There was a decrease in truancy behavior at school after being given group counseling.

Abstract

Masa remaja merupakan masa yang sulit bagi setiap individu yang mengalaminya. Masa remaja adalah masa yang penuh dengan “badai dan tekanan jiwa”, yaitu masa di mana terjadi perubahan besar secara fisik, intelektual dan emosional pada seseorang yang menyebabkan kesedihan dan kebimbangan (konflik) pada yang bersangkutan, serta menimbulkan konflik dengan lingkungannya. Merujuk pada perubahan emosinal yang terjadi dalam diri remaja bahwa seyogyanya remaja haruslah memiliki kemampuan untuk dapat memotivasi diri sendiri dan bertahan mengahadapi frustasi, mengendalikan dorongan hati dan tidak melebih-lebihkan kesenangan, mengatur suasana hati dan menjaga agar beban stress tidak melumpuhkan kemampuan berpikir, berempati dan berdoa.Segala konsep tersebut ialah menjadi dasar dari kecerdasan emosional yang dimiliki oleh individu.Remaja dengan pengelolaan kecerdasan emosional yang rendah maka akan menimbulkan output yang kurang baik pula terhadap dirinya sendiri hingga lingkungan sekitarnya.Blibiotherapymerupakan salah satu layanan bimbingan dan konseling yang dirasa efektive dalam meningkatkan kecerdasaan emosional.mendampingi individu yang tengah mengalami emosional yang berkecamuk karena permasalahan yang dia hadapi dengan menyediakan bahan-bahan bacaan dengan topik yang tepat atau sesuai.

Abstract

Tujuan penelinitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Motivasi Kepuasan Kerja dengan Kecerdasan Emosional dan Motivasi Kerja Guru. Motivasi yang merupakan suatu proses dimana kebutuhankebutuhan mendorong seseorang untuk melakukan serangkaian kegiatan yang mengarah ke tercapainya tujuan tertentu. Tujuan yang jika berhasil dicapaiakan memuaskan atau memenuhi kebutuhan-kebutuhan tersebut. Untuk cara bangkit kembali motivasi kerja sepeerti 1. Mengerti tujuan diri sendiri, 2. Berpikir positif dan bersyukur, 3. Beripenghargaan untuk diri sendiri, 4. Cintai pekerjaan kita, 4. Jangan taku dan ragu, 5. Dan ingat diluar sana masih banyak yang menganggur Teknik untuk analisis data digunakan teknik korelasi Kendall Tau-B dengan menggunakan alat bantu program SPSS IMB Statistics for windows 20.0.

Abstract

Dewasa ini isu mengenai pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap self-regulated learning menarik untuk diteliti. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap self-regulated learning mahasiswa BK UKSW. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Kausal komparatif yang dilaksanakan di Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik regresi linear sederhana menggunakan alat bantu program SPSS IMB statistic for window20.0.

Abstract

Nowadays, the issue regarding the effect of online games on student motivation at SMK Terpadu Al Mustaqim Timpik is interesting to examine. This study aims to describe the effect of online games on student learning motivation. This descriptive study took 50 online games for students at SMK Terpadu Al Mustaqim Timpik. Data was collected through a distributed research questionnaire that matched the criteria, namely active users of online games. In this study using quantitative research. The data analysis technique used in this research is using the SPSS software program for Windows Realease version 20.0 to process statistical data. The results of the study indicate that there is a motive that is the driving force for playing online games for students at SMK Terpadu Al Mustaqim Timpik. The tendency of online game players to experience addiction symptoms when viewed from the intensity and frequency of playing more than an average of 5 days a week and playing for more than an average of 5 hours a day, it is concluded that the addiction experienced by online game players reaches the maniac game stage for students. at SMK Terpadu Al Mustaqim Timpik.

Abstract

Interaksi sosial yang diajarkan sejak kecil membuat manusia mengetahui cara hidup bermasyarakat, belajar akan peran yang akan menjadi identifikasi dirinya, dan juga memperoleh berbagai informasi. Covid-19 memaksa orang orang untuk merubah pola interaksi yang pada awalnya secara luring namun berubah menjadi daring atau secra online (dalam jaringan). Pergeseran ini memaksa semua orang untuk lebih sering menggunakan gadget dan internet dalam melakukan interaksi, mulai dari bekerja Work From Home (WFH) hingga belajar online dirumah. Dari sekian banyak kelebihan yang ada pada smarphone, sebenarnya banyak sekali dampak negatif yang bermunculan. Penggunaan smarphone secara berlebih dapat memengaruhi proses transaksional tersebut. Seringkali interaksi dan komunikasi yang dinamis dan adanya timbal balik tersebut menurun kuantitas dan kualitasnya pada interaksi tatap muka. Fenomena yang terjadi tidak jarang individu lebih memilih memainkan atau menggunakan smarphone pada saat ditengah-tengah suatu kegiatan atau sosialisasi dengan orang-orang disekitarnya. Perlunya peran orang tua dan sekolah untuk mendampingi individu khusunya anak-anak dalam intensitas pemggunaan smartphone agar individu terhindar dari dampak buruk kencanduan smartphone khususnya bagi aspek interaksi Sosial

Abstract

Students' creative thinking skills are competencies that must be developed to face the future in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. The research was carried out on the third semester students of Nonformal Education at the University of MUhammadiyah Enrekang. The purpose of student and lecturer activities during the lecture process with a scientific approach is to describe students' creative thinking skills through a scientific approach. This study uses a critical review through field research. The instruments used in this study were student and lecturer activity observation sheets during learning and student creative thinking test sheets. The results showed that there was an increase in students' creative thinking skills with a percentage of 70% in the initial stage to 76% in the second stage, lecturer activity also increased from 79% in the first stage to 81% in the second stage. Meanwhile, student activity increased from 75% in the first stage to 78 in the second stage. Based on the results of this study, lecturers are advised to apply a scientific approach to develop other competencies needed in the era of society 5.0.

Abstract

Muhammadiyah education is an Islamic da'wah movement that from the beginning voiced anti-Tahayul Bid'ah and Churafat, which is commonly abbreviated as TBC, to be the main pioneer in inviting Muslims to only return to the Koran and Sunnah in matters of faith and worship. By keeping away from heretical practices of worship or acts of worship that are not religiously guided. In the case of Muhammadiyah, it uses the anti-bid'ah paradigm by defining bid'ah in all worship activities that require the kaifiat kaifiat as separate. That Bid'ah is a pattern and procedure that resembles the guidance of the Shari'a with the intention of worshiping Allah excessively, or pursuing excessive obedience and obedience and without guidance from Allah and His Messenger, that is what Muhammadiyah sees as heresy.

Abstract

This research discussed about the teaching of languages to speak Indonesian well and correctly through speaking aspects and language elements in various contexts. This research focused the researcher was intrigued to carry out an experiment on the learning-teaching strategy of pragmatics and to know the students’ achievement level in Indonesian who were taught by using pragmatics and those who were taught without using pragmatics, particularly the first semester students of Muhammadiyah University of Enrekang. The research was an experimental research whose samples consisted of 55 students taken by using random sampling out of the population whose number was 578 students. The scientific fact found in this research showed that the learning-teaching strategy of pragmatics is one of the approaches that can be taken into consideration to be developed and socialized to Muhammadiyah University of Enrekang lectures. The results of the research showed that there is a difference in the students’ learning achievement in Indonesian between those who were taught by using pragmatics and those who were taught without using pragmatics. The data for the students’ learning achievement in Indonesian were collected by using the instrument in the form of a test carried out before and after the treatment. Those data were analyzed by using descriptive and inferential statistic analysis. Most of the functions used of the originality of this study of the learning-teaching processes of Indonesian in general and the students’ learning achievement in Indonesian in particular can be maintained and promoted in the effort of making the students fluent and familiar with the use of Enrekang daily.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 menciptakan berbagai perubahan dalam hidup mulai dari Sosial distancing, memakai masker, WFH (Work From Home), dan pembelajaran sekolah via daring. Bimbingan konseling yang pada mulanya dilakukan secara luring atau bertatap muka langsung antara konselor dan peserta didik sekarang harus dilakukan secara daring. Disaat ini e-counseling menjadi salah satu solusi yang banyak dipakai pihak sekolah dalam proses pelayanan bk di sekolah. E-Counseling adalah konselor dan klien berkomunikasi melalui perangkat yang terhubung jaringan internet guna menyelesaikan masalah klien. Dengan adanya e-counseling proses pelayanan bk di sekolah masih bisa dilakukan tanpa bertemu secara langsung.
