Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah melalui supervisi klinis dapat meningkatkan keterampilan mengelola kelas pada guru kelas IV, V, dan VI di SD Negeri Dengkek 01pada semester ITahun Pelajaran 2019/2020.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tehnik observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian adalah peningkatan baik dalam pengerjaan administrasi kelas maupun dalam proses pembelajaran. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil supervisi yang dilakukan bahwa pada kondisi awal menunjukkan administrasi guru kelas IV, V, dan VI belum dikerjakan, baru absensi yang sudah dikerjakan. Sedangkan pengorganisasian kelas, ketertiban, serta keantusiasan peserta didik sangat rendah. Guru juga belum menggunakan alat peraga, layanan/bimbingan individu belum dilakukan. Disamping itu, guru belum menggunakan pertanyaan tingkat tinggi yang disesuaikan dengan kemampuan peserta didik. Pada siklus I administrasi kelas sudah dikerjakan dan guru kelihatan agak percaya diri, proses pembelajaran tidak begitu kaku. Peserta didik kelihatan tertib dan lebih antusias dalam mengikuti pelajaran. Sedangkan pada siklus II, baik guru kelas IV, V, dan VI administrasi kelas sudah dikerjakan dengan rapi, dan proses pembelajaran berjalan lebih hidup, guru lebih enjoy tidak tegang. Guru sudah menggunakan pertanyaan tingkat tinggi yang disesuaikan dengan kemampuan peserta didik. Peserta didik tidak terganggu dengan keberadaan peneliti didalam kelasnya.Dengan ukuran kuantitasguru kelas IV ada kenaikan sebesar 25,7 % yaitu 70 menjadi 88. Untuk guru kelas V ada kenaikan sebesar 22,9% yaitu 74 menjadi 91. Sedangkan untuk guru kelasVI ada kenaikan sebesar 19,1% yaitu 73 menjadi 87. Secara umum guru kelas IV, V, dan VI keterampilan mengelola kelas berhasil ada peningkatan yang signifikan. Administrasi dikerjakan dengan baik dan proses pembelajaran lebih aktif, kreatif dan menyenangkan.

Abstract

Pendidikan agama Islam memainkan peran penting dalam membina dan membentuk karakter seseorang. Salah satu tujuan dari pendidikan agama Islam adalah untuk membentuk individu yang memiliki karakter mulia sehingga mereka dapat meningkatkan iman dan pengabdian mereka kepada Allah SWT. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, dalam mengajar para pendidik harus menggunakan metode pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan perkembangan siswa agar materi yang disampaikan dapat diterima dengan baik sehingga siswa mampu menerapkannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui macam-macam metode pembelajaran dan mengetahui metode pembelajaran akidah akhlak yang tepat dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan karakter siswa karena metode yang diterapkan dalam proses pembelajaran berperan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan hal itu akan mempengaruhi pemahaman dan karakter siswa. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dan referensi yang digunakan dalam bentuk buku, jurnal, artikel dan karya ilmiah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode pembelajaran akidah akhlak yang tepat dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan karakter siswa adalah metode pembiasaan, metode keteladanan, metode tutor sebaya, dan metode Team Quiz.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to measure the effect of hard skills and soft skills towards teachers’ innovation capability in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi (Jabodetabek) which was mediated by an organizational learning and to measure the effect of teachers’ innovation capability towards their performance. Data collection was done by simple random sampling via electronic to the teacher population in Jabodetabek. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 676 samples. Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this research concluded that hard skills and soft skills have a positive and significant effect on the capability of teachers’ innovation, both directly and indirectly through mediation of the organizational learning. As well as the capability of teachers’ innovation has a positive and significant effect on their performance. This new research proposed a model for building innovation capability and teachers’ performance among teachers in Jabodetabek through enhancing hard skills and soft skills with the organizational learning as a mediator. This research can pave the way to improve teachers’ readiness in facing the education era 4.0.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the effect of transformational leadership, organizational learning and organizational structure on the teacher innovation capacity. Data collection was carried out by simple random sampling via electronic on the population of private school teachers in Indonesia. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 645 respondents in the sample. Data processing using SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study are transformational leadership, organizational learning and organizational structure have a positive and significant effect on innovation capacity. Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational learning and organizational structure. This novel research is proposing a model of building the teacher innovation capacity through transformational leadership in the perspective of learning organizations and organizational structure. This research can pave the way to improve the readiness of the teachers in Indonesia, especially the teachers of private schools to face the industrial revolution 4.0.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi dampak dari sistem dari kerja di rumah WFH (Work From Home) terhadap kinerja guru SD Dengkek 01 Pati selama masa pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian menggunakan metode Kuantitatif, Proses pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini berasal dari kuesioner online responden sebanyak 8 guru di SD Negeri Dengkek 01 Pati. Hasil dari pengolahan data dari kuesioner diperoleh kesimpulan terdapat beberapa dampak positif dan negatif pada progam WFH, dampak positif yaitu WFH membuat lebih aman bekerja karena terhindar dari penyebaran COVID-19 sebanyak 87.5%, WFH mengurangi biaya transportasi dari rumah ke sekolahan sebanyak 75% sedangkan beberapa dampak negatifnya adalah WFH membuat jenuh bekerja di rumah dengan suasana monoton sebanyak 75%, WFH mengurangi interaksi dengan teman guru dan peserta didik sebanyak 87.5%, WFH menurunkan kualitas proses belajar mengajar sebanyak 87.5% dan WFH membuat tidak fokus bekerja karena adanya interaksi dengan anggota keluarga sebanyak 87.5%.

Abstract

Faktor penentu terwujudnya proses pendidikan yang bermutu adalah keefektifan kepemimpinan kepada sekolah; partisipasi dan rasa tanggung jawab guru, staf dan pegawai lainnya dilingkungan sekolah; proses belajar mengajar yang efektif; pengembangan guru, staf dan pegawai lainnya yang terprogram; kurikulum yang relevan dan fleksibel dalam menghadapi perkembangan zama; visi misi dan strategi yang jelas; iklim sekolah yang kondusif; penilaian komperhensif tentang kekuatan dan kelemahan; komunikasi yang dilakukan secara efektif, baik secara internal maupun eksternal; serta keterlibatan orang tua dan masyarakat (Karwati, 2013). Tulisan ini merupakan hasil studi pustaka yang mencoba memberikan konsep dalam rangka mengembangkan sekolah yang efektif melalui peran maksimal dari kepala sekolah, melihat model kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang ideal.

Abstract

Nabi Adam AS sebagai manusia pertama di muka bumi mendapat tugas dari Allah sebagai pemegang amanah kepemimpinan. Dari Nabi Adam as, proses kepemimpinan terus berlanjut sampai kepada keturunan dan cucu-cucu beliau, bahkan sampai saat ini. Dengan demikian, kepemimpinan merupakan sunatullah yang terus berlaku di muka bumi ini. Karena itulah, dalam ajaran Islam urgensi kepemimpinan dalam komunitas muslim merupakan suatu keniscayaan. Proses kepemimpinan pada dasarnya merupakan gejala sosial, karena berlangsung dalam interaksi antar manusia sebagai makhluk sosial. Kepemimpinan tidak dapat dilepaskan hubungannya dengan situasi sosial yang terbentuk dan sedang berlangsung di lingkungan masyarakat. Oleh karena situasi social itu selalu berkembang dan dapat berubah-ubah, maka tidak satupun cara bertindak yang dapat dipergunakan secara persis sama dalam menghadapi dua situasi yang terlihat sama, apalagi untuk situasi yang berbeda dilingkungan masyarakat tersebut Meskipun kepemimpinan merupakan hal yang penting untuk dilaksanakan, menjadi pemimpin tidaklah semudah membalik telapak tangan. Untuk mengetahui lebih jauh mengenai kepemimpinan di dalam masyarakat, perlu diketahui tentang konsep dasar kepemimpinan, khususnya dalam masyarakat Islam yang meliputi: pentingnya pemimpin, berbagai sebab munculnya kepemimpinan, fungsi-fungsi kepemimpin, bentuk-bentuk kepemimpinan serta karakteristik pemimpin ideal dalam masyarakat Islam. Abstract: Prophet Adam AS as the first man on earth had the task of God as a fiduciary leadership. From Adam’s, the leadership process continues until the descent and his grandchildren, even to this day. Thus, the leadership of the laws that continue to prevail in the face of this earth. Therefore, in Islam urgency of leadership in the Muslim community is a necessity. Leadership process is basically a social phenomenon, because it takes place in the interaction between humans as social beings. Leadership can not be released to do with social situations that are formed and are taking place in society. Therefore it is always evolving social situations and can change, then none ways of acting that can be used in exactly the same in the face of two situations that look the same, especially for different situations in the community environment. Although leadership is important to be implemented, be a leader is not as easy as turning the palm of the hand. To learn more about leadership in the community, need to know about the basic concepts of leadership, especially in Islamic societies which include: the importance of leadership, for the emergence of a variety of leadership, leadership functions, forms of leadership, as well as the characteristics of the ideal leader in Islamic societies.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to measure the effect of a transformational leadership and on employees’ performance in an Indonesian manufacturer through motivation and work environment as a mediating variables. Data were collected by using simple random sampling to 851 employees population in an Indonesia manufacturer. The number of returned and valid questionnaires was 627. Data were processed by using SEM with SmartPLS 3.0. The results of the study concluded that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employees’ performance, both directly and indirectly through a mediating effect of motivation and work environment. This study proposes a model to improve employees’ performance in Indonesia manufacturers by a transformational leadership through motivation and work environment as a mediator. This study can open the way to improve employee readiness in facing industrial revolution 4.0.

Abstract

This study aimed to measure the effect of work-family conflict, job stress and social support (supervisor, peer and family support) on job satisfaction of the woman teachers of two private schools in Banten. Data collection was done by simple random sampling to 145 population of woman teachers. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 139 samples. Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded that work-family conflict, peer support and family support have significant effect on job satisfaction. Meanwhile, job stress and supervisor sopport have not significant effect on job satisfaction. This new research proposed a model for building job satisfaction among the private school teachers in Tangerang through enhancing social support and manage job stress and work-family conflict. This research could pave the way to improve woman teacher readiness in facing the era of education 4.0.

Abstract

Education is a process of building human quality. Education is carried out with various educational plans, implementation of national education standards and supervision to produce evaluations. However, the implementation of academic supervision still has weaknesses, so a comparison with clinical supervision that is more focused on improvement efforts is needed. The research objective is to analyze the factual conditions of academic supervision and to compare the effectiveness of academic supervision with clinical supervision. This research was conducted with a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of the study, the implementation of academic supervision by forming a supervision team was not in accordance with the essence of academic supervision that was carried out to develop the ability of teachers, because there were teachers who had problems in teaching and learning process that were not getting optimal treatment. The way to increase professionalism is by clinical supervision by the principal so that it can be used to find solutions to educational problems, especially the teaching and learning process. Conclusion clinical supervision is more appropriate to be applied in schools that still have problems in the teaching and learning process.
