The following research discusses the role of distributive justice, procedural justice and interactional justice on affective commitment. Both procedural justice, distributive justice and interactional justice can be a factor in the occurrence of affective commitment to employees of PT G&N WOODS CRAFTINDO. The population of this research is all employees of the company with a total of 43 employees, in which the sampling uses a saturated sample. The data collection technique used in this research is a questionnaire or also called a questionnaire. The test instrument used in this research is the validity test and the reliability test. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test. Test of linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing used in this research is t test and f test. And the results of this study indicate that distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice have a positive and significant effect on employees' affective commitment. According to the results of a literacy survey conducted by the OJK, the level of literacy and public understanding of Islamic financial products and services is still low, even though in order to properly implement sharia principles, practitioners of Islamic financial institutions (LKS) need to have good Islamic financial literacy, especially employees of institutions. Islamic finance because apart from being a service provider, it also plays a role in educating customers in understanding the products offered. This is the background of the author to analyze how the level of Islamic financial literacy of employees of Islamic financial institutions and the factors that influence it. This research was conducted at KSPPS Baytul Ikhtiar. The population in this study was 367 with a sample of 232 respondents. Data collection techniques were taken by survey method through two instruments, namely questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis carried out was descriptive analysis, data quality test, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the level of Islamic financial literacy of KSPPS Baytul Ikhtiar employees is in the medium category, the financing aspect is in the high category, and the basics of Islamic finance is in the medium category. in the aspect of savings, insurance and sharia investment into the low category. From the results of Multiple Linear analysis, the variables of religiosity and gender have no effect on Islamic financial literacy. Variables of work experience, education level and Islamic Financial Training have a significant effect on Islamic financial literacy. Then the results of the simultaneous test (F) show that the variables of religiosity, gender, work experience and education level together have a significant effect on Islamic Financial Literacy for Baytul Ikhtiar KSPPS employees. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work environment and compensation on job satisfaction of employees at PT. Mekar Abadi Sentosa Jombang. This research method uses quantitative research where the dependent variable is job satisfaction and the independent variable in this study is the work environment and compensation. Sampling used quantitative methods with saturated sampling technique and data analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results of the analysis of this study that the work environment and compensation have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees at PT. Mekar Abadi Sentosa Jombang. The results of the discussion of this study explain that the better the work environment and compensation, the higher the job satisfaction. This study aims to determine the role of social media in building adolescent akhlakul karimah. This is considering that teenagers in Indonesia have experienced a decline in terms of akhlakul karimah. With the decline in the morals of these teenagers, the community becomes uncomfortable with the behavior of these teenagers. The method in this study used qualitative data collection techniques using interview and observation techniques. The results of this study are that the role of social media in shaping adolescent akhlakul karimah is very important in order to create community comfort. With information about akhlakul karimah posted on social media it is able to create a harmonious life between communities and prevent misunderstandings from occurring that cause commotion in the environment. Financial literacy refers to the skills and measurements of objective information and individual knowledge related to personal financial management and decision making. The complexity of financial instruments and the development of information technology increase the interest of students in investing, the unit of analysis of which is the students of Muhammadiyah Palopo University. Primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires, in which 82 respondents participated. The data analysis technique is multiple regression linear analysis. This study shows that financial literacy and financial technology influence investment interest. As for the financial technology variable, it does not have a significant effect on investment interest of Palopo Muhammadiyah University students. Financial inclusion is the availability of financial public service products according to the needs and possibilities of the financial public. The development of digital technology has affected many industries, including the financial sector. One of the most popular technology-based financial services is digital payments. This financial technology is expected to increase financial inclusion. The purpose of this writing is to obtain information about the impact of financial literacy on financial inclusion, using the digital student payment service Shopee Pay as a research object. The data used in this study are primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to management students at Muhammadiyah University of Palopo. The method of analysis is simple regression using SPSS2020. Companies with positive corporate value trends are definitely attractive to investors. This is because a high company value indicates the level of prosperity of shareholders. Many things can affect the value of the company. This study aims to determine whether profitability, solvency, and inflation affect firm value. In this study there were 84 property and real estate industry populations listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019 to 2021, and from the mixed sample results, 60 sample data were obtained. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that firm value is simultaneously influenced by profitability, solvency and inflation. Profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value while solvency and inflation partially have no effect on firm value. Keywords: Firm Value; Profitability; Solvency; Inflation

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of company size, profitability, liquidity, capital structure, and firm value. The population in this study is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2018 and 2021 and consumes beverages in the food subsector. Using a purposive sampling strategy, this research model generated 48 sample data from 12 companies chosen as samples. ROA is used as a proxy for profitability by dividing net income by total assets. The proxy for liquidity is the current ratio, which is the ratio of current assets to current liabilities. The DER proxy, which is the formula for total debt divided by total equity and company size using natural logarithms (total assets), and the PBV, which is the market price per share divided by book value per share, are utilized in the capital structure. Using SPSS (Statistics Product and Service Solution) and assistive technology, multiple linear regression analysis models are utilized for hypothesis testing. Firm value is positively impacted by profitability, liquidity, and firm size, according to the findings of this study, whereas firm value is negatively impacted by capital structure. Many factors support the success of an educational institution, including educational administration which is an important point, because it must be planned, organized, managed, monitored and evaluated properly. The important role of lecturers in determining the curriculum is part of higher education administration, including the Arabic language teaching curriculum. This paper aims to describe the role of Arabic lecturers in the administration of higher education and the Arabic language learning achievement of Arabic language education study program students. Based on data collection techniques whose sources are from the literature in the form of journal articles, books, modules, and other documents that support research data, this type of research is library research without any field research. Data were analyzed using inductive techniques, namely trying to find categories based on the data collected. So that the categories will appear after the data analysis process is carried out, then the data is presented descriptively. The results of this study are that there are several roles of lecturers in educational administration that are important in the development of student Arabic learning achievement, including lecturers acting as educators and teachers, facilitators, evaluators, managers, moral and character mentors, administrators, and also play a role in developing potential and student talent. It can be concluded that students are in a position as students who are taught, directed, guided, managed, motivated, facilitated, evaluated, and stimulated by their potential and talents so that they can become students who excel, are qualified, and are useful in their lives. In the view of Islam, it does not prohibit women who want to play a role in the public space. In KHI, the iddah has been regulated, whereas in modern times it has become a problem for career women who must continue to be active even during the iddah period because these women have to provide for their family. From this this research will discuss the existing construction so that it can be relevant for women who are will run it especially for career women. And questions began to arise as to why the iddah provision greatly discriminated against women, especially career women and how this construction was discussed by KHI and what kind of feminist scholar KH Husain Muhammad was in interpreting women's role in the public world, and this is a type of normative legal research examining written law from historical aspects. which we will use in this journal, and this research. If we look at the data source used in this type of library research, the results obtained by the author are that some scholars are of the opinion that career women may leave the house, if in an emergency and what is meant by this emergency, ulama' ushul fiqh such as Wahbah al-Zuhaili which interprets the meaning of emergency as an urgent need that must be taken care of. a woman whose husband has died, then she has to feed her family, then she is allowed to leave the house, because she is in an emergency.
