Abstract

Management is essentially a function of structuring all activities in education so that educational goals are achieved within predetermined policy boundaries. The concept of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is a concept for how to measure performance in each institution/company. This concept has also begun to be widely adopted by educational actors, one of which is at SMPN 1 Cangkuang, Bandung Regency. The purpose of this study is to analyze the suitability between the process of preparing the Balanced Scorecard in the Education sector, to analyze the suitability between the concept of the Balanced Score and the process of implementing the Balanced Scorecard in the Education sector, and to analyze the suitability between the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard at SMP N 1 Cangkuang, and the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard in the sector Education. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the research conducted on the BSC concept at SMPN 1 Cangkuang, Bandung Regency, found compatibility between the process of compiling the Balanced Scorecard at SMP N 1 Cangkuang and the process for compiling the Balanced Scorecard in the Education sector, the suitability between the concept of the Balanced Scorecard at SMP N 1 Cangkuang, and the process of compiling the Balanced Scorecard in the Education sector, and compatibility between the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard at SMP N 1 Cangkuang, and the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard in the Education sector. Abstract

Madrasas are part of an educational organization that organizes education with Islamic characteristics. Madrasas continue to innovate and reform in their implementation, so that they become educational institutions that have advantages and are able to compete in the midst of globalization. the performance of teachers and the culture of the madrasa organization which is reflected in aspects of values and norms that are believed to be true, attitudes and behavior of madrasa residents, as well as all habits and traditions that are internalized with existing educational programs in madrasas. The purpose of this study is to describe the organizational culture of madrasas by referring to theoretical concepts, descriptive analysis in an effort to improve teacher performance. The method in this study uses a qualitative approach. Data mining techniques through, documentation, interviews, and observation. Data is presented with a qualitative descriptive analysis. Respondents and informants in this study were madrasah heads and teachers at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Insan Cendekia Sangatta. The results of this study describe that the data that the researchers obtained from the results of observations, interviews and documentation related to the title of the study under study, namely "Madrasa Organizational Culture and teacher performance at MTs Insan Cendekia Sangatta, there are several research findings, namely Madrasah MTs Insan Cendekia Sangatta emphasizes standard aspects pedagogic competence towards professional competence, which is driven by the values of discipline and togetherness towards a culture of quality, the values developed at MTs Insan Cendekia Sangatta are more towards the goals of National Education, namely the goals and vision and mission of the institution. The process of developing the madrasa organizational culture at MTs Insan Cendekia Sangatta emphasizes religion through the goals, vision and mission of the institution and the values of the pesantren and strong will, as well as the impact of organizational culture and teacher performance at MTs Insan Cendekia Sangatta namely: teachers begin to grow the value of work discipline, a growing sense of mutual respect and appreciation, students grow in more diverse achievements both in academic and non-academic fields, the community begins to grow interest and high societal trust. Abstract

According to Teaching Human Rights published by the United Nations that human rights are the inherent rights of every human being without which it is impossible for humans to live as human beings. To create a sense of justice in protecting human rights, it is necessary to provide legal assistance (advocacy) for victims. An advocate is a yurist, a jurist from a legal scholar. So, although an expert on law but not a law scholar, then he can not be said as an advocate, but can only be said as a lawyer, it is because that the lawyer can not be from a law scholar, but he is an expert in law. The research specification used in this dissertation is descriptive research specification. There are several things that have not been carried out by advocates in fact, namely in counseling services and legal information to deceive the public about the knowledge and understanding of applicable laws or legislation. Abstract

The success of an educational institution depends on who is the manager or administrator and manager of the school, namely the principal. The existence of the principal as a leader in the supervision process. Supervision in schools is carried out by the principal who acts as a supervisor, so he must be able to carry out various supervision and control to improve teacher performance. Supervision and control are preventive measures to prevent teachers from committing deviations and to be more careful in carrying out their work as educators. Therefore, this study reveals supervision activities at the MTs Ar-Rosyidiyah school in Bandung. The results of this study are the focus of supervision activities carried out by the principal regarding teacher administration and teaching and learning process activities; Supervision activities are very helpful for teachers in solving educational problems faced by teachers when carrying out learning, and can provide motivation for teachers to always increase their knowledge to become professional teachers in carrying out learning; and Obstacles to school principals in supervision are overlapping activities and limited operational funds. Abstract

In the teaching and learning process the teacher is seen as having a very important role in helping students to develop their potential in cognitive, affective and psychomotor abilities, the teacher also seeks to arouse curiosity, encourage independence and accuracy of intellectual logic, and create conditions for success in study. Teacher performance can be seen and measured based on competency specifications/criteria that must be possessed by each teacher. can be displayed through the mastery of pedagogic, professional, personality and social competencies. Considering that the principal's leadership and work motivation on teacher performance provides a correlation, it is suggested at the Permata Gemilang Integrated Islamic Middle School, that teachers can improve performance as can be seen from their responsibilities in carrying out the professional duties they carry out, their obedience and loyalty in carrying out teacher duties as teachers. Abstract

The concept of the Balanced Scorecard has been widely implemented in various business fields, both goods and services, so that by studying this concept the reader can understand the meaning, purpose, benefits, factors that are the key to the successful implementation of the Balanced Scorecard. The purpose of this study is to implement the Balanced Scorecard at SMK NEGERI 6 Garut. This research method uses a qualitative approach with library research methods, both in books, articles, journals, or online media which discusses the analysis of educational management standards accompanied by field studies using interview techniques and descriptive surveys using simple questionnaires. The Balanced Scorecard in business functions to provide guidance in determining the objectives and measures of the Scorecard, obtaining commitment from project participants and clarifying the framework for implementation, and the management process that must be carried out after the initial scorecad preparation. In business, it is a management tool used to boost an organization's ability to multiply performance. Abstract

Talking about education cannot be separated from the term quality. The quality indicator itself can be measured by supervision activities that can be carried out by the principal as the head of the institution in the school he leads. The role of the school principal is being able to make breakthroughs in terms of managing teacher performance and to increase teacher professionalism. The research chosen by the author is library research or library research, namely research that utilizes library sources which is carried out by tracing and examining primary and secondary literature on books on academic supervision, the role of the school principal, building a climate of cooperation and other scientific essays. The success of school principals and school committees in improving teacher performance is very dependent on management supervision which includes the stages of preparation, implementation, evaluation and follow-up. The ability of school principals to build a climate of good cooperation with school committees will make it easier for their institutions to achieve common policies and goals in terms of controlling the quality of education in their institutions on an ongoing basis. This article aims to describe the management of school principals' academic supervision and to analyze the role of school principals and school committees in improving teacher performance. Abstract

The education system in Indonesia nationally has standards in its management. In general, education management standards are made to standardize the quality of management in schools/madrasas. However, it is specifically necessary to analyze each point in order to develop the quality of education services in schools/madrasas that implement it. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational support, emotional maturity and work motivation on the affective commitment of employees at the fire and rescue service in the city of Yogyakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach method. The population in the study amounted to 103 employees. Sampling by Accidental Sampling. Data were analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression equipped with the classical assumption test, T test and F test. The results showed that the Organizational Support variable had a positive and significant effect on Affective Commitment (Y), as evidenced by the results of the t test, which obtained a t count value of 2.263 > t table 1.675 and significant 0.028 <0.05. Then the variable Emotional Maturity (X2) has no significant effect on Affective Commitment (Y), as evidenced by the results of the t test, namely the t count value is 0.734 < t table 1.675 and is significant 0.467 > 0.05. And the variable Work Motivation (X3) has a positive and significant effect on the Affective Commitment variable (Y), evidenced by the results of the t test obtained t count 2.320 > t table 1.675 and significantly 0.025 <0.05. And simultaneously Organizational Support, Emotional Maturity and Work Motivation have a significant effect on Affective Commitment with α = 0.05. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of e-service quality, e-trust, on e-loyalty: e-satisfaction as an intervening variable in the online shopping application, Shopee. The population used in this study are consumers or product buyers from the online shopping application Shopee in the city of Yogyakarta. This study uses a type of questionnaire that uses the Google form as a research tool. The research method used is purposive sampling technique. The sample used was 126 respondents. The data obtained from the questionnaire were then processed and analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression analysis with model accuracy (classical assumption test), hypothesis testing using the partial test (t) and determination test (R2) using the SPSS 25 program. The results in this study indicate that the variable e-service quality has a positive and significant effect on e-satisfaction, e-trust has a positive and significant effect on e-satisfaction, e-service quality has no positive and significant effect on e-loyalty, e-trust has no positive and significant effect on e-loyalty, e-satisfaction has a positive effect on e-loyalty, e-satisfaction has a positive and significant effect as an intervening variable the effect of e-service quality on e-loyalty, and e-satisfaction has a positive and significant effect as an intervening variable the effect of e-trust on e-loyalty .
