Abstract

The Family Hope Program (PKH) is a conditional cash transfer program for low-income families. The requirement is to be actively involved in education and health. The Family Hope Program in Indonesia was implemented in 2007 to alleviate poverty and prosper low-income families. This research and journal article aims to determine the impact of PKH on family welfare and see if there is a reduction in the poverty rate after the government realizes the Family Hope Program. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Collecting research data in the form of observations, interviews and documentation with PKH Facilitators and PKH beneficiary families (KPM) Kerasaan I Village, Pematang Bandar District, Simalungun Regency. The results of the study show that the impact of PKH on beneficiary families, including the cash provided, can meet family consumption or needs and help the economy of PKH beneficiary families. Program implementation can reduce poverty in Kerasaan I Village. The percentage of poor people in September 2021 was 0.14% and decreased in March 2022 to 0.02%. The limitation of the research is the impact of PKH on family welfare and wanting to examine whether there is a decrease in the percentage of poverty in Pematang Bandar District or more precisely in the Kerasaan I Village. The practical implication of this research is to provide information to the government that PKH can increase the welfare of low-income families. Its social meaning is to provide an overview to the government and the community that the implementation of social assistance programs, one of which is the Family Hope Program, can reduce the poverty rate in Kerasaan I Village, Pematang Bandar District. The purity of this research is supported by the Kerasaan I Kelurahan PKH Facilitator who helps the community get out of poverty through a family capacity building meeting program (P2K2) which is held every month. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe how students of Islamic communication at the Faculty of Da'wah and Communication at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra use the media to foster an attitude of religious tolerance. Experts are interested in exploring this because virtual entertainment is increasingly modern, causing ministers to use new media to convey da'wah, where the target is young people, to be honest, students. Students who are supposed to be problem solvers hope that students are able to follow and apply firm resistance in public activities. The Faculty of Dakwah and Communication at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra is recruiting a number of communication and broadcasting majors for the 2022–2023 academic year and even semester for this qualitative study which uses a field analysis approach. Evidenced by the many students who re-uploaded Habib Ja'far's videos to their social media, students chose the YouTube channel to stop writing as a channel for listening to Islamic lectures because Habib's nature is calm, peaceful, and right on target. The research findings show that if students care about understanding religious tolerance, they also like to use the YouTube platform to listen to Islamic lectures. The obstacle experienced due to teaching through virtual entertainment is the problem of correspondence, because several parties cut the dai's recording and then changed it to create a new problem (slandering the dai's name). Abstract

This study aims to determine the legal arrangements related to vandalism in the criminal law code (KUHP) in Indonesia, the social, economic and environmental impacts of vandalism in the public environment, law enforcement against acts of vandalism in the public environment, as well as a comparison of legal arrangements and handling cases of vandalism in Indonesia with other countries. The results of this study reveal that legal arrangements related to vandalism in Indonesia involve the creation, implementation and enforcement of legal rules that regulate the relationship between individuals, groups and institutions in society. The Indonesian Criminal Code (KUHP) provides relevant articles to deal with acts of vandalism, with a variety of sanctions depending on the circumstances of the case. Acts of vandalism in the public sphere have broad and complex impacts in social, economic and environmental aspects. Socially, vandalism disrupts social harmony and undermines community values. From an economic perspective, vandalism causes significant financial losses for owners of damaged facilities. In the environmental aspect, vandalism affects public awareness of environmental protection. The effectiveness of law enforcement against vandalism still requires improvement in terms of investigations, fair court decisions, and community cooperation with law enforcement officials. Doodling is classified as vandalism because it is against the law and has widespread negative impacts, including social, economic and environmental impacts. Abstract

Basically, Islamic religious instructors have a very important role in society and empower themselves as Islamic religious instructors to show successful they are in counselling and guidance to community. Religious instructors are also the leading sector of Islamic community guidance, which has duties or obligations that are quite heavy, broad and the problem they face are even more complex. Islamic religious instructors are certainly not alone in carrying out quite heavy mandates, they must act as motivators, facilitators and, catalysts for Islamic da’wah in public. Indonesia, as a vast nation, encompasses a diverse range of religious beliefs, such as Islam, Christianity, Hinduism, Buddhism, and various other faiths. Consequently, fostering interreligious tolerance becomes imperative in ensuring social stability and safeguarding society from ideological pressures. Differences in religious beliefs is also a motivating factor not to bring each other down, to belittle one another each other tolerance is an attitude of mutual respect related to inter- religious relations and also freedom of and worship in society. One of the benefits of tolerance is that it makes it easier to realize unity and unity in the face of existing differences so that life will be comfortable and peaceful even in the midst of differences. Abstract

Basically, in order to get employees who have good performance, a company must make efforts to meet the needs of employees. An agency or company needs to properly control the career development of its employees and avoid work frustration which can lead to decreased employee performance in the company. This study aims to look at efforts to develop employee careers, and the method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of this study were several employees who worked at an automotive company in the city of Medan, taken using a purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that employee career development is very promising and so far the employee career development has been quite good in the company. The process of career development in this company is from promotions, job transfers and promotions to the employees concerned. Following up on the findings in this study, the career development of employees of one of the automotive companies in the city of Medan is measured by supporting factors, namely skills, educational background, training, opportunities for development and employee work experience. Abstract

This study aims to identify the accountant's role in the application of green technology in the context of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s). The methodology used in this study was a qualitative method with a literary approach as the foundation for information relating to the Sustainable Development Goals, accountants, and green technology to improve and build human civilization. Changes and developments have persisted to this day. From technological developments to the economy to the standard of living of the people. The development of the world today focuses on the sustainability of environmental protection programs. All existing fields, including health, education, and business, are directed towards sustainability and environmental protection. Green technology is a recent trend that supports environmental sustainability. All industries, even the one usually known as accounting, must use green technologies. The achievement of the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s) program and the role of accountants in day-to-day operations are both discussed in this paper. Abstract

This study aims to determine the development of human resources in improving the work ethic of village officials in Karang Sari Village, Lampung. The respondents in this study were 10 village officials, namely the village head, village secretary, finance head, general and planning head, village operator, six n g operator, government section, welfare section, hamlet head, and service section. The data collection methods used were observation, interview, and documentation. The collected data were analyzed descriptively by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of research conducted by conducting interviews show that human resource development in improving the work ethic of village officials in Karang Sari, Lampung is good but still requires improvement, indicated by work rotation in Karang Sari village has not been implemented, but it does not rule out the possibility of work rotation, pre-work instruction training is always held once a year, internships at the village office are always open to the public, briefings at the village office are often carried out and almost every week, and there are temporary assignments for certain parts. For the obstacles to human resource development in improving the work ethic of village officials in Karang Sari, Lampung, namely the unpreparedness and lack of knowledge of human resources so that there has been no work rotation, lack of responsibility and discipline at work so that the implementation of pre-work instructions is disrupted, neglect and lack of attention and socialization in internship activities, lack of understanding possessed by village officials and a monotonous mindset in the briefing process and the lack of knowledge and low quality of human resources in the temporary assignment process. Abstract

Since modern da'wah was implemented in new media, da'wahtainment designs have long existed in people's lives, and various responses have emerged. This dakwahtainment affects religious harmony in addition to Muslims. However, the practice of preaching in new media in an effort to achieve religious harmony has received very little research attention. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the extent to which propaganda can serve as a substitute for fostering tolerance and reducing conflicts between religions. This study employs a quantitative approach by distributing a questionnaire to 272 religiously diverse respondents from various Indonesian cities participating in the study. The data demonstrate that Dakwahtainment significantly improves the Religious Harmony variable. The fact that the Dakwahtainment variable has a positive coefficient of 0.382 indicates that it influences the Religious Harmony variable positively. Abstract

Starting in 2015, villages get a new budget source, namely the Village Fund, which comes from the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBN). Each village will receive an additional budget in the form of village funds which will be received in stages. Village funds are calculated based on four factors, namely population size, area size, poverty rate and geographical difficulties. Village funds are prioritized to fund community development and empowerment. Village funds have a very important role in improving the village economy, increasing village income and reducing the number of poor people, including education, health and income. This research is a field research method or field research, namely research on data and information sourced from field data obtained by conducting observations and interviews in Kalowang Village, Gayam District which is then analyzed using the descriptive analysis method using primary and secondary data. The data obtained is processed in such a way thereby providing systematic data. The management of Kalowang village funds is in accordance with the principles of Islamic economics, all of which are packaged in the nature of the prophet, namely by applying the concept of sidiq, right, the basic value is integrity. Abstract

In the treasures of exegesis there are several known styles of interpretation, namely the fiqh style, the adab ijtima'i style, the Sufi style, the philosophical style, the Lughawi style, and the scientific style. The latter is a style that is widely considered controversial, is half-heartedly accepted among interpreters and has even been criticized by many scholars. In simple terms, the style of scientific interpretation can mean interpretation of the Koran using scientific methods or interpretation by presenting scientific facts in interpreting the Koran, scientific interpretation can also be in the form of exploring scientific phenomena in the Koran to produce new theories, or scientific interpretation as mentioned by Farmawi. is an interpretation that is present and used to support the interpretation of the Koran itself. All of these models of understanding scientific interpretation are considered to be able to degrade the verses of the Koran to become profane because they seem to be subject to limited scientific conceptions, moreover the authors of these scientific interpretations are mostly not considered religious experts so that the validity of their interpretations is doubtful. However, among the many criticisms, there is a scientist who refutes these criticisms in his scientific interpretation book, he is Prof. Zaghlul an-Najar a geologist from Egypt who also wrote scientific interpretations of Kauniyah's Verses. The method in this study is a qualitative-descriptive method which seeks to present an overview of Zaghlul's answers to the many criticisms of scientific interpretation, the approach taken is text analysis. The results of this study reveal Zaghlul an-Najjar's criticisms and answers on the rejection of scientific interpretation and states that scientific interpretation is one of many forms of interpretation.
