Abstract

Not the losses it produces, but the failure to maintain cash flow available, is the issue that can result in bankruptcy. Slower than the decline of conventional commercial banks, which was 77.49%, was the decrease of Islamic commercial banks, at 70.13%. This may occur because the borrower finds it challenging to repay the debt, whether out of malice or for other factors beyond the borrower's control. With NPF serving as an intermediary variable, the goal of this study was to ascertain the impact of Musyarakah and Murabahah funding on BSI liquidity. Quantitative SPSS research is employed in this study. 20.0. While for Bank Syariah Indonesia, liquidity is the independent variable (y) and irregular financing is the intermediate variable (z), the effect of murabahah financing (x1) and musyarakah (x2) is the independent or dependent variable. OJK-BSI statistics for the entirety of Indonesia are used in this study as a sample. The study's findings include: 1) that financing through murabaha does not significantly affect the rise in the NPF ratio from 2020 to 2022; 2) that financing through musyarakah does not significantly affect financing the NPF ratio from 2020 to 2022; 3) that financing through murabaha is positively related to liquidity but does not significantly affect liquidity; 4) that financing through musyarakah has a positive relationship with liquidity but does not significantly affect liquidity; and 5) that non-performing financing does not Key words: Murabahah Financing; Musyarakah Financing; Liquidity; Non Performing Financing

Abstract

Living as one is the fantasy of all animals on the planet. However, religious people in the North Tapanuli Regency of North Sumatra, as well as other human beings, are subject to social conflict due to a variety of factors. In this manner, there should be a work to make agreement in the existence of strict individuals. The Indonesian Ulema Council of the North Tapanuli Regency in North Sumatra has worked to improve communication between the various religious communities in the North Tapanuli Regency in North Sumatra in order to foster a peaceful and harmonious religious environment. This is why the study titled "Leadership Management of North Tapanuli Mui in Fostering Muslims Among a Non-Muslim Majority Population" is deemed necessary. This kind of examination is field research (field research), while the idea of this exploration is distinct subjective, the information wellsprings of this examination are essential and auxiliary information. Primary data were gathered from daily administrators, members of the Commission for Religious Harmony, the Chairman of the Ukhuwah Islamiyah Commission, and members of the Commission for Interreligious Harmony. In the meantime, pertinent previous research results and journal books served as sources of secondary data. Interviews, observation, and documentation are all methods of data collection. Deductive thinking methods are utilized for the data analysis, which begins with generalizations before drawing more specific inferences. The study's findings demonstrate that the Indonesian Ulema Council of North Tapanuli Regency, North Sumatra's efforts to foster Muslims in North Tapanuli Regency, North Sumatra, including planning, organizing, monitoring, and evaluating aspects, have been successful. The inside improvement program for Muslims utilizes steps and strategies pointed toward making amicability among Muslims. Encouraging Muslims and non-Muslims by building social-strict relations, building social-instructive relations, building socio-political relations and building financial relations. Abstract

Creativity is the ability in a person to form and provide novelty in the form of ways, ideas and ideas that can benefit the person himself and the surrounding environment. Independent nature, skills and also the ability to solve problems are emphasized in children's creativity. The formulation of the research problem this time is "How to develop children's creativity by using a color image creation using colored thread by children aged 5-6 years at RA Muslimat Al-washliyah Simangalam, South Kualuh District, Labuhan Batu Regency, North Sumatra?”, The purpose of this research is to develop children's creativity through a color game using thread media at the age of 5-6 years at RA Muslimat Al-ashliyah Simangalam, South Kualuh District, Labuhan Batu Regency, North Sumatra. This study uses descriptive qualitative research in which the research subjects are teachers and also students in class B. The data collection tools that the authors use in this study are observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion that the researchers did for one month at RA Muslimat Al-washliyah Simangalam, South Kualuh District, Labuhan Batu Regency, North Sumatra in developing the creativity of students through color games that are mediated with colored threads when carrying out learning activities and playing with threads in activities carried out to develop creativity in children. at the end of the activity developing children's creativity using these threads is considered effective because there are more children who develop according to expectations than children who have not yet developed. Abstract

Thisexpects to decide the impact of spring up book media on visual spatial insight of youth at RA Al-Khairiyah, jln. T.S.Mohd. Chapter No. 52: Pantai Gemi Kec Kab Stabat Langkat. Classroom action research employing a qualitative method is this kind of research. The subjects in this study were youngsters matured 4-6 years with a sum of 20 kids comprising of 7 young men and 13 young ladies. Interviews, observation, documentation, and tests are used to collect data. The subjective legitimacy test procedure in this review utilized source triangulation and specialized triangulation. The consequences of this study show that the utilization of spring up learning media can work on kids' Visual and Spatial Knowledge in concentrating for 12-14 minutes, retelling in a straightforward way. According to this description, children aged 4-5 at RA Al-Khairiyah, jln can benefit from using pop-up learning materials to improve their spatial and visual reasoning skills. T.S.Mohd. Abstract

As implemented by PT Aquafarm Nusantara, which offers cash and salary bonuses to workers who meet production goals. The organization's prize framework depends on assessing representative execution, with the expectation that giving honors to all workers will rouse them to work better. PT. Aquafarm Nusantara is a company that raises and cares for fish. Better Normally Tilapia, which is created for homegrown and global business sectors, is the organization's top notch item. PT. Aquafarm Nusantara employs registered representatives from nearby cities in its operations in North Sumatra and Central Java. considering the repercussions of the meeting with HRD that was led by a scientist at PT. Aquafarm Nusantara has various issues, including numerous workers who keep on overlooking organization approaches. as well as the quantity of representatives whose result isn't as per organization objectives. Abstract

BPJS is a public legal entity that is specifically assigned by the government to administer health care insurance for all Indonesian people, especially for the poor so that with the existence of BPJS for health, it is hoped that it can increase equity for all levels of society to access health services easily and not just prioritizing only those who are financially able. The high and low quality of public health is closely related to several supporting factors which include environmental factors, community behavior, and the level of health services which are interrelated between one problem and another. The purpose of this study was to see how the Bromo Health Center, Medan Denai District, implements services for recipients of contribution assistance (PBI) and what are the obstacles to implementing contribution assistance recipients (PBI). The research method that will be used in this study is an observational research method with a cross sectional approach which will be carried out in Medan City in 2022. From interviews with interviewees and BPJS participants it is clear that health services for BPJS PBI users at the Bromo Health Center, Kec. Medan Denai based on Presidential Regulation Number 62 of 2020 concerning Health Insurance Amendments to Presidential Regulation Number 82 of 2018 concerning Health Insurance have not run optimally. Abstract

Framework is a group of parts or components that collaborate with each other to achieve a goal. In planning the educational and learning framework and the instructive and preparatory strategies made in the modern and military fields. The idea is reason to recognize the target of the framework. The reason is that frameworks can be regular and human. Training is more centered around character styling and improvement. While preparing emphasizes the development of training abilities carried out in a school climate, while the use of preparation is largely based on a modern climate. In this way, the standards of learning are guidelines for educators in implementing successful learning conditions. There are two attributes of the show framework approach, in particular the teaching and developing framework and experience approach to make it simple for students to learn. Abstract

This study aims to identify how to create creative ideas in an Islamic perspective. In this modern era, creative ideas are important to study because they are useful in many ways, one of which is from an Islamic perspective. Creative ideas can have a positive influence in an Islamic perspective and have an important role, one of which is in the field of da'wah, creative ideas can create creative da'wah so that it can attract the attention of the da'wah object to the da'wah delivered. In this study using a descriptive qualitative research approach with data collection techniques using literature study techniques. The results of this study are that readers can apply creative ideas in an Islamic perspective, one of which is preaching by using creative ideas and can apply examples of creative preaching. Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of dynamic ambidexterity in the effectiveness of leadership and organizational support for problem solving in the home industry of Mr. Sukir Wedoro Village. This research method uses quantitative methods. The population in the study was about 40 employees located in Wedoro, East Java. In this study, using primary data by distributing questionnaires to each employee in the home industry. For data testing carried out using validity tests, reliability tests, respondent characteristics, normality tests, multicholinearity tests, heterochedasticity tests, linear regression analysis, hypothesis test (Partial Test, Simultaneous Test), and coefficient of determination. The data were processed using multiple linear regression analysis after testing for validity and reliability. (1) Leadership Effectiveness has no positive and significant effect on Problem Solving, (2) Dynamic Ambidexterity has a positive and significant effect on Problem Solving, (3) Organizational Support has a positive and significant effect on Problem Solving. This research contributes to understanding the Role of Dynamic Ambidexterity In Leadership Effectiveness And Organizational Support Towards Problem Solving. Based on the results of the analysis, not all variables have a positive and significant effect except for the Leadership Effectiveness variable does not have a positive and significant effect on Problem Solving. In addition to the Leadership Effectiveness variable, other variables such as the Dynamic Ambidexterity variable and the Organizational Support variable have a positive and significant effect. This research was only conducted in Mr. Sukir's industrial home in Wedoro village. Therefore, the collected data has a low normal level value. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine if students' intentions to comply with tax laws are influenced by their participation as tax volunteers and comprehension of nga. The descriptive, quantitative method is used in this study. Google Form-linked questionnaires were distributed for data collection. Students in Yogyakarta who had participated in the tax volunteer program and those who had not participated in the program were the samples used in this study. There were 111 respondents in total. In this study, convenience sampling, a non-probable sampling method, was used for sampling. A multiple linear regression model was used for the data analysis. The findings demonstrated that tri-nga comprehension influenced tax compliance intentions and student participation as tax volunteers had a positive effect on tax compliance intentions. Then, at that point, according to the consequences of the coefficient of assurance (R2) of 0.713 or 71.3% it tends to be reasoned that understudy supports in becoming assessment volunteers and comprehension of tri nga influences charge consistency aims by 71.3% while the excess 28.7% is affected or made sense of by different variables not involved with this model.
