Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of teacher performance in improving student achievement in the subject of moral aqidah in class VIII students at MTs. Al-Ahsan Bogor City. This type of research is qualitative research with field research methods or field research. The use of this method is carried out in accordance with the initial purpose of this study, namely to determine the role of teacher performance in improving student achievement in the subjects of aqidah morals class VIII in MTs. Al Ahsan Bogor City. Data collection methods used are observation and interviews. Then, data processing and analysis techniques were carried out using descriptive quantitative analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the role of teacher performance is quite good in improving the learning achievement of class VIII students in MTs. Al-Ahsan Bogor City. This can be seen by the existence of a good behavior is evidence that the teacher can attract the attention of students and student achievement in the subject of aqidah morality class VIII in MTs. Al-Ahsan Bogor City can be seen from the level of understanding of the lessons carried out. Keywords: Teacher Performance, Learning Achievement, Akhlak Akidah Learning.

Abstract

This research was conducted in the courtyard of Lau Dendang Village, Medan, North Sumatra. Which is carried out from October to November. This research was conducted to study the manufacture of compost using the vermicomposting method which utilizes organic waste such as rotting vegetables and to determine differences in growth rates from applying compost and water to mustard greens. The results of this study indicate that the application of compost from rotting vegetable waste has an impact on mustard plants which produce stem height, number of leaves and leaf width, in the application of water the resulting impact also develops well, but not as well as in the application of compost fertilizer. So it can be concluded that the application of compost has more influence on the rate of growth and development of mustard greens because it can increase the fertility in the soil. Abstract

This study aimed to find out a depiction of the implementation of the 2013 curriculum and its relationship with the efforts to improve students' creative thinking. This study used a qualitative approach. Data were obtained from observation and interview techniques. This study concluded that the 2013 curriculum, in all state schools, needs to continue to encourage the realization of national standard fulfillment. Preparation of learning plans and programs (Syllabus, LP: Lesson Plan) were already carried out; the explanations of learning materials were already delivered with various supporting media and methods; and learning resources were adequate such as textbooks and worksheets. Abstract

Assessment Standards are criteria regarding mechanisms, procedures, and instruments for assessing student learning outcomes. Assessment standards by educators according to BSNP include general standards, planning standards, implementation standards, standards for processing and reporting assessment results as well as standards for utilizing assessment results. The focus of this research is around the implementation of assessment standards by Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers at The National Hero Junior High School, Medan Tembung District. This research uses an interview method using descriptive and qualitative approaches to describe and analyze phonetics, events, social activities, attitudes, beliefs, perceptions, thoughts of people individually and in groups, and is supported by Library Research by collecting various references from books, journals, and supporting scientific papers.The purpose of this study is to find out how the assessment process in learning Islamic Religious Education at SMP Pahlawan Nasional to students and find out what things should be assessed from students based on the 2013 curriculum. The result of this study is that the assessment carried out by Islamic Religious Education teachers prioritizes the Affective, Cognitive, and Psychomotric aspects of these students. The Affective Aspect is more emphasized in learning, because this aspect is very important considering that the learning of Islamic Religious Education is closely related to attitude, character, and ethics. Abstract

This study aims to determine the ability of Islamic religious education teachers in preparing 2013 Curriculum Learning Implementation Plans (RPP) at SMP Nurul Hadina Patumbak. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive study method. Data collection techniques by conducting interviews with PAI teachers, observation and documentation in the form of lesson plans that have been made by the teacher. The results of this study found that the ability of Islamic religious education teachers to prepare Learning Implementation Plans (RPP) at Nurul Hadina Patumbak Middle School was categorized as good with evidence of Learning Implementation Plans (RPP) that had been made by the teacher, this can be seen from the completeness of the RPP made by the teacher concerned . Abstract

This study aims to determine the marketing communication strategy at PT. Telkom North Surabaya. This research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The sampling technique used in this study was a purposive sampling technique. The techniques used by researchers to collect data were in-depth interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out when writing the report using interactive analysis techniques. The communication process carried out by PT Telkom North Surabaya, namely in the outbound call section, there is a customer offering process offering additional service products, then the input (1-3 × 24 hour process) which will process through the system to be forwarded to the technician to carry out the installation that has been ordered to the customer via outbon call (OBC). Communication is carried out by giving greetings, conveying information and finally closing in offering additional product services. In offering additional services to OBC customers using social media such as Whatsapp, carring by phone and promotions via Instagram, and through certain pages that can only be accessed by the OBC team for additional ADD ON services. PT Telkom's OBC Telemarketing Marketing communication strategy has been effective, this is proven by the year 2022 according to Annas Kharisma (Manager Customer care PT.Telkom) PT. Telkom also obtained the first highest percentage for marketing reaching 117% ADD ON installation in Regional 5 (East Java) with the installation of more than 400 SSL (Secure Socket Layer).

Abstract

Nowadays the era of information technology makes many things easy to do in the digital world, including in marketing products and searching for products. Digital marketing can be used as the main option in supporting business activities for business people. Social media is used by consumers to find information about a product that is needed or desired. Accuracy in utilizing digital marketing through social networks (social media) is able to build consumer confidence in the products being marketed. This marketing strategy is also used to build brand awareness among consumers. This study examines the effect of digital marketing on the formation of consumer brand awareness using quantitative and qualitative tests. Quantitative data was collected using a sampling technique where respondents knew and had transacted at the Chicken Coop Restaurant. The data analysis technique in this study used SPSS Version 25 software. Based on the results of a simple linear test analysis, it was found that Digital Marketing had a positive and significant effect on Brand Awareness. Qualitative test by conducting interviews with six respondents, it was concluded that digital marketing has an influence on brand awareness.

Abstract

A vector is an anthropoid that carries or transmits an infectious agent from an infectious source to a susceptible host. This study aims to understand the relationship between market sanitation and the impact of the number of flies in traditional markets. The design of this research is a qualitative descriptive research that conducts face-to-face visits and the material is in the form of a collection of observations and interviews. The results of this study indicate that there is a very large effect between the density of flies and the prevalence of diarrheal diseases. In traditional markets, among other things, there is a density of flies, namely the level of sanitation in traditional markets which can be seen from the cleanliness of the market and piles of garbage and plant residues from traders, where rot can then occur. ; Go produce an unpleasant odor to detect the presence of flies. This research concludes that there is a relationship between fly density and the prevalence of diarrheal diseases in the Pancur Batu traditional market. Therefore, it is suggested that the Pancur Batu traditional market attracts direct action from the local government to promote cleanliness and implement a clean environment. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of non-physical work environment on employees of PT. Kimia Farma Apotek Palembang. The population in this study were 74 respondents, all employees of PT. Kimia Farma Apotek Palembang. The sampling technique used a saturated sampling technique (census) with questionnaires distributed to all employees of PT. Kimia Farma Apotek Palembang and the data analysis technique used was simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between non-physical work environment on employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine role KH. Tb Arsyad spread Islam in Menes on 1915-1948. Historical methods used in research include: heuristics (data collection), source criticism, interpretation, and historiography. theory used in research is role theory by Bruce J. Biddle and Edwin J. Thomas. Results of this research conclude KH. Tb Arsyad is one of the Islamic religious from Menes Pandeglang, Banten. He lived in Tegal Menes Village and spread Islam in 1916. During his lifetime KH. Tb Arsyad is known as a man who is sincere, and has extensive knowledge. KH. Tb Arsyad spread Islamic teachings in Menes by using da'wah media by helping KH. Tb Asnawi Caringin. After the eruption of Mount Krakatu in 1838 KH. Tb arsyad finally settled and spread Islamic teachings in Tegal Menes Village, now is Cikedal. KH. Tb Arsyad fosters children and adults through basic recitation such as the introduction tajwid, learning to write Arabic letters of the Al-Qur;an, teaching of obligations that must be carried out as Muslims, as well as establishing an Islamic educational institution, namely Mathla'ul Anwar in 1916 as well as one of the a class V teaching teacher at Madrasa Mathla'ul Anwar in 1916. 1926 M name Mathla'ul Anwar was refined become Mathla'ul Anwar Linahdlatil Ulama (MALNU). His role in the Nahdlatul Ulama organization in 1928 was as one of the First Mustasyar Nahdlatul Ulama in Banten, especially Menes, and not only as a fighter in spreading Islam but also as a fighter in gaining independence.
