Abstract

This study aims to determine the Community Agricultural System of Wewengkon Adat Kesepuhan Citorek in 1990–2021. This research method is the historical method, including; heuristic stage, source criticism, interpretation, and historiography. The research analysis uses the moral economic theory of farmers by Scott, the theory of rational farmers by Samuel L. Popkin and the theory of cultural value orientation by Kluckhohn. The results of this study show that the Citorek Kesepuhan Customary Wewengkon is located at an altitude of 500-1050 meters above sea level, a mountain which includes the Mount Halimun Salak National Park (TNGHS). There are two main rivers (Citorek River and Cimadur River) to support farming. The life of the Wewengkon Adat Kesepuhan Citorek community in 1990–2021 in implementing the agricultural system shows two characters, firstly the morale of the farmer's economy is subsistence by complying with various agricultural regulations or prohibitions (start of farming time, holidays farming, use of rice types, and tabernacles) secondly has the character of rational farmers who are open to the use of agricultural technology such as rice field plowing tools (tractors), rice grinding machines, fertilizers (urea and bungkil) and weed killer. Local traditions of the Wewengkon community's Wewengkon Adat Kesepuhan Citorek community traditions such as salametan, nabeh goong gede, ngarengkong and seren tahun have (1) cultural values, namely deliberation, religion and obedience (2) meanings, namely the relationship between humans and humans, nature, time, creation, and with himself. Abstract

This paper discusses the library in Islamic civilization. Where the library is a window of knowledge and information because that is where the user will be able to discover new things. Libraries in Islamic history occupy an important position. Its existence is a crucial part of the development and progress of Islamic science and civilization. The main function of the library in the development of Islamic civilization is first, as a place of storage; second, as education; third, as research; fourth, as a means of information; and fifth as cultural recreation. Abstract

This study aims to explain the history, development building form, and explain the function of Tjo Soe Kong Temple in Tanjung Kait. Historical methods used in research consisting heuristics, source criticism, interpretation, and historiography. The results showed that the establishment of the Tjo Soe Kong Temple was related Kongco Tjo Soe Kong to the expansion of sugarcane land. The construction was carried out by residents of Chinese descent were immigrants from Anxi district, in early decades of the 18th century to be precise in 1792, and has undergone several physical changes the building with addition of modern construction. First renovation in 1959, condition the building was made of wood, bamboo and blocks were replaced with bricks and cement to strengthen the building. Second renovation in 2018, namely repairing the roof, walls, poles, fences, and ornaments. As well as the structure of the wall construction is coated with granite which serves to add to the impression of beauty of the building without losing its original shape. Establishment of the Tjo Soe Kong Temple follows general rules of feng shui but not completely. The function of the temple building is use as a place of worship for Buddhists, center for social activities and assimilation of arts, historical marker of development of Chinese community, a place where spiritual teachings also used for recreation because it’s crowded with visitors and open to public. Addition of red bridge building with fish pond to enjoy the beautiful scenery at the Tjo Soe Kong Temple.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how much influence NCT DREAM Brand Ambassador and Social Media Marketing have on Purchase Intention with Brand Awareness as an intervening variable (Case Study on Lemonilo Product Consumers in Yogyakarta City). The population in this study was all consumers of Lemonilo products. The sample in this study was 100 respondents using the Nonprobability Sampling technique used is purposive sampling where the researcher selects the sample subjectively with certain considerations. This data was taken using a questionnaire through a google form, after the result questionnaire was collected, data processing and analyzing data was carried out using the IBM SPSS version 22 application. The results of this study show that Brand ambassadors have a positive and significant effect on brand awareness. Social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on brand awareness. Brand awareness has a significant and positive effect on purchase intention. Brand ambassadors have a significant and positive effect on purchase intention. Abstract

E-Parking adalah layanan parkir yang bertujuan untuk menyediakan tempat parkir yang aman, nyaman, dan transparan. Diharapkan dapat menerapkan tarif progresif sehingga mencegah adu mulut antara juru parkir dan masyarakat umum. E-parking direncanakan untuk mengurangi tindakan mantri penghentian yang melanggar hukum dan lubang permintaan dapat dihindarkan. Wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi digunakan sebagai metode pengumpulan data dalam desain penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Untuk survei kelayakan E-Parking dengan menggunakan hipotesis ketepatan sasaran program, sosialisasi program, tujuan program dan observasi. Berdasarkan kurangnya paparan masyarakat terhadap E-Parking melalui sosialisasi, temuan penelitian menunjukkan masih belum efektif. Meskipun petugas parkir efektif dalam menyelesaikan perselisihan pengguna, ditemukan bahwa beberapa dari mereka tidak mengoperasikan peralatan dan tidak mengetahui masyarakat. Akibatnya, tidak semua tujuan program tercapai. Meski demikian, masyarakat, Dinas Perhubungan Kota Medan, dan tukang parkir semuanya tepat sasaran. Pendampingan dan evaluasi perbaikan secara berkala telah mengikuti pemantauan program, yang telah berhasil untuk sementara. Kata Kunci: Efektivitas, E-Parking, Juru Parkir

Abstract

This article or writing aims to find out the role of students in realizing UIN North Sumatra as a civilized campus with case studies at the Faculty of Syari’ah and Law, State Islamic University of North Sumatra. The problems in this article are focused on students' views of UIN North Sumatra as a civilized campus and indicators that become references and the role of students in realizing UIN North Sumatra as a civilized campus. This research method uses qualitative research. Observation data collection techniques and direct interviews with interviewees with interview locations at the Faculty of Syaro’ah and Law. After the data is collected, analyze the data by using data reduction, presenting the data and concluding. The results of the study show that UIN North Sumatra is a less civilized campus. It is said so, because there are still many things that must be improved to realize UIN North Sumatra as a civilized campus. One of the things that must be applied is in terms of dressing in the campus environment which must be in accordance with Islamic law. Abstract

This research is about how the relationship of muhadhoroh activities of students to communication skills. This research was conducted at Ar-Ridho Sentul Modern Islamic Boarding School. The problem of this research is how muhadhoroh activities on students, how communication skills on students and how is the relationship between muhadhoroh activities on communication skills. The purpose of this study was to determine how muhadhoroh activities on students, how communication skills on students and how the relationship between muhadhoroh activities on communication skills. The method used is quantitative descriptive, the data collected is obtained from the results of the questionnaire, the results of the study state that: The relationship of muhadhoroh activities of students to communication skills is 53.3%. The results of these calculations through the determination test analysis (KD) = r2 x 100% or 0.533 x 100% = 53.3%. In addition, in the calculation results through the significance test analysis Fcount (60.439) > Ftable (3.175) with Sig. (0.002) < ɑ (0.05), then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Abstract

Self-confidence is a very important aspect, especially in the student learning process, with confidence there will be a process of change in students not only in learning outcomes but also in student behavior and attitudes, namely courage, activeness, and student self-actualization during the teaching and learning process. Building a confident attitude needs to be supported by several things, especially the family environment (parents). This study describes how the role of parents in giving appreciation to foster self-confidence in children in home education. This study aims to determine how the role of parental appreciation in building children's self-confidence and what factors hinder and support efforts to build children's self-confidence. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. The data was validated using the data source triangulation technique (combined observation, interview, and documentation). The sources and informants in this study are teachers, students, and parents of students. The results stated that parental appreciation acts as a motivation for children to be enthusiastic about learning, as an increase in children's creativity, and as an increase in children's independence. Factors that act as supporters and inhibitors are, cooperation between parents and children, mutual openness and understanding between parents and children, parents’ educational background, economic background, environment, free time that parents provide, parents' busyness, and fulfillment of children's needs by parents. Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of inflation and Covid 19 on the Islamic interbank money market and prove the validity of the fisher effect theory on the Islamic interbank money market in Indonesia. This study uses secondary data, namely time series data from the Islamic interbank money market and Inflation in Indonesia during the period January 2018 to November 2022. Meanwhile, the model used in this study is the Error Correction Model (ECM). The results showed that simultaneously in the long term and short term, inflation and Covid 19 variables had a significant effect on the Islamic interbank money market in Indonesia. Meanwhile, partially in the long term, the inflation variable has a positive and significant effect on the Islamic interbank money market. Covid 19 variable has a negative and significant effect on the Islamic interbank money market. In the short term, the Covid 19 variable has a negative and significant effect on the Islamic interbank money market in Indonesia. This study proves the existence of fisher effect on the Islamic interbank money market in Indonesia. Keywords: Islamic Interbank Money Market, Fisher Effect Theory, Covid 19

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and examine the effect of management compensation, firm age, sales growth, capital intensity and leverage on tax avoidance. In this study, tax avoidance is proxied using the Effective Tax Ratio (ETR). The data source used in this study uses secondary data in the form of company financial reports that have been published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population in this study are all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2021 period. The method of determining the sample used in this research is purposive sampling method. The samples used in this study were 72 manufacturing companies that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression which shows the results of the study that the variables of management compensation, capital intensity and leverage have an effect on tax evasion, while the firm age and sales growth variables have no effect on tax evasion. For future researchers who wish to conduct further research related to tax avoidance, it is better to add and extend the research period and add research objects to provide better results.
