Abstract

Penulisan makalah ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peranan sosiologi hukum dalam meningkatkan kemampuan dan analisis efektivitas hukum pada masyarakat Kota Pematang Siantar. Metode penulisan menggunakan metode library research. Dari pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa sosiologi hukum dapat meningkatkan kemampuan-kemampuan bagi pemahaman terhadap hukum didalam konteks sosialnya. Penguasaan konsep-konsep sosiologi hukum juga dapat memberikan kemampuan untuk mengadakan analisis terhadap efektifitas hukum dalam masyarakat baik sebagai sarana pengendalian sosial maupun sarana mengubah masyrakat agar mencapai keadaan-keadaan tertentu. Sosiologi hukum juga memberi kemungkinan-kemungkinan serta kemampuan untuk mengadakan evaluasi terhadap efektifitas hukum dalam masyrakat

Abstract

Penulisan makalah ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh struktur modal terhadap rulai perusahaan. Metode penulisan menggunakan metode library research dimana pembahasan pada penulisan ini didasarkan pada hasil-hasil penelitian terdahulu yang digunakan untuk menjawab pennasalahan pada tulisan ini. Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which profit (X1), cash flow (X2) and liquidity (X3) affect financial distress (Y). This research was conducted on LQ45 companies listed on the Stock Exchange with 45 members of the population and obtained 31 samples with the observation year 2015, 2016, 2017 so that 93 samples were obtained using secondary data.This study uses a logistic regression model. To collect data used observation and documentation methods, processing data using SPSS 23.The results showed that earnings (X1) and cash flow (X2) did not affect financial distress (Y), while liquidity (X3) had an effect on financial distress (Y).

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to find out:thedifferent effect between two stay two stray and expositoryinstructional strategy toward English learning achievement.The population of this research was all student ofGrade VIII, State Junior High School of Medan of ten classes. The sampling technique applied was clusterrandom sampling taught with two stay two stray instructional strategy and the student taught with expositoryinstructional strategy. The instrumen used to measure the English learning achievement was a multiplechoice.The normality test used liliefors and the homogeneity test was Fisher test and Bartlett test. The dataanalysis technique was Analysis of Variance with two-way at the level of significance followed byScheffe test.The research findings were: on average the students’ English learning achievement taught withtwo stay two stray instructional strategy was X  28.14 which was higher tahn the average the students’English learning achievement taught with expository strategy, which was X  27.07 , with Fcount = 35.08 >Ftable 3.96.Based on the data analysis result, it can be concluded that the implication is that theimplementation of two stay two stray and expository instructional strategies should be in accordance with thesocial interaction. It also suggested that teachers who plan the implement the instructional strategy shouldknow the characteristics of students’ social interaction.

Abstract

This study aims to study the differences between competency, compensation and work competencies towards teachers at the Medan Institute of Technology. This research uses quantitative research methods with explanatory research types using primary data and secondary data. The population in this study was the teaching staff of the Medan Institute of Technology and 88 people were used as research samples.The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and partial using SPSS 24.0. The results of the regression analysis show that of the three independent variables included in the regression model (competence, work compensation and coordination), the competency variable is significant at 0.014 so that it can be concluded related to competence to teaching staff performance (hypothesis 1 is accepted). The compensation variable which has a significant value at 0.260. Cannot be approved. No one agrees to the performance of the teaching staff (hypothesis 2 is rejected) and the work discipline variable which has a significant value at 0.003. It is expected to be concluded also as a work discipline that can improve teacher performance (hypothesis 3 is accepted).The results of the study show that competence, compensation and work discipline are both positive towards the performance of the teaching staff. This is evidenced by the results of the regression test which obtained a value with a probability of 0,000 smaller than α (α = 0.05) so that competency, compensation and work discipline can be approved positively on the performance of the teaching staff. Then the fourth hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in comprehension of students' learning and learning activities in the material of the story of the prophets and apostles after applying the cooperative learning model type student team achievement division in class IV 138339 Public Elementary School Tanjungbalai 2017/2018 school year. This research is a classroom action research in two cycles. The research subjects were fourth grade students of 138339 Public Elementary School Tanjungbalai 2017/2018 learning year which amounted to 37 students. Data on student understanding is obtained through tests while student learning activity data is obtained through observation sheets. Data is processed by being described as a percentage using the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) reference. The results of the study show; 1) student understanding increases by applying the cooperative learning model of the achievement division student team in Formative I and Formative II showing an average of 68 and 82, from the data it shows complete compliance with KKM with classical completeness of 46% and 86% or classical completeness achieved at Cycle II with an increase in classical completeness by 40%; 2) student learning activities increase by applying cooperative learning model type student achievement division division in Cycle I, among others, writing and reading 37%, working on 33% LKS, asking fellow friends 17%, asking teachers 7%, and which is not relevant to activities teaching and learning 6%. While Cycle II includes writing and reading 36%, working on LKS 36%, asking fellow friends 21%, asking teachers 4%, and which are not relevant to those that are not relevant to teaching and learning activities 3%

Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement in reading skills of students' understanding and learning activities in learning Indonesian after applying the KWL (Know, Want, and Learned) method in the fourth grade of SD Negeri 138436 Tanjungbalai 2017/2018 school year. This research is a classroom action research that is carried out in two cycles with two meetings each cycle. The subjects of the study were fourth grade students of SD Negeri 138436 Tanjungbalai in the year 2017/2018, which amounted to 20 students. Data reading skills were obtained through tests while learning activity data was obtained through observation sheets of student learning activities. The results of the study indicate that; 1) students' reading comprehension skills increase by applying the KWL method in Formative I showing an average of 60 with 40% calcical completeness and Formative II showing an average of 81 with 85% classical completeness or an increase in classical completeness by 45% and achieving success criteria research; 2) student learning activities increase by applying the KWL method in Cycle I writing activity 38%, reading 31%, discussion 21%, asking 5%, and which are not relevant to teaching and learning 5% while in Cycle II activity writes 31%, reads 36 %, 21% discussion, asking 9%, and which is not relevant to 3% teaching and learning activities.

Abstract

The object of research is currently at PT. Benua Asia Indonetwork Medan object selection is causedby a decrease in employee performance. Employee performance is the contribution that employees give toorganizations or companies. Employee performance that is not good will directly reduce the company'sperformance and the stability of the company. The problem of employee performance needs to be addressedproperly, otherwise it will disrupt the stability of the company. Communication is a process in which someoneor some people use information to connect with the environment and other people Job stress is a feeling ofstress experienced by employees in the face of their work. Job stress is something that often occurs inemployees when performing tasks assigned by the leader. The theory used in this research is humanresource management theories relating to communication, work stress and performance. The researchmethod is a quantitative approach. The data testing technique uses a saturated sampling formula. Methodsof collecting data by conducting interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. The analytical methodused is multiple linear regression, the coefficient of determination of the test simultaneously (Test-F) andpartially (Test-t). The population used is employees of 76 people and the number of samples used is 76people. The results showed that communication and work stress simultaneously and partially had asignificant effect on performance with a coefficient of determination 28% and the remaining 72% wasexplained by independent variables that were not examined such as leadership, discipline andcommunication. With the value of Fcount> Ftable (15,557> 3,12) and the value of t test t count>communication variable table (2,084> 1,993) and work stress variable (4,523> 1,993). Thus workcommunication and stress have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

Job satisfaction that has not been fulfilled due to poor working environment and unfavorable employee competency level. PT. Dewa Rencana Perangin-angin is engaged in the agribusiness of oil palm plantations. The research method uses a quantitative approach, the type of research used is quantitative descriptive. Data collection is done by interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression. The population used is all employees totaling 184 people. Determination of samples in the study using Slovin formula by taking 126 people as a sample, where 30 people will be used to test the validity and reliability of research instruments and the remaining 96 people made the study sample. The results showed that physical and competence work environments simultaneously and partially had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction with determinant coefficient values of 0.109 or 10.9%, while the remaining 89.1% were influenced by other independent variables not examined. The conclusion of the study is that simultaneously and partially the physical work environment and competence have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Gods Plan for the War of the Winds.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the increase in student learning outcomes and activities in the material of plant parts by applying the field trip learning method in class IV 134417 Public Elementary School Tanjungbalai 2017/2018 school year. This research is a classroom action research that is carried out in two cycles with two meetings each cycle. The research subjects were grade IV students of SD 134417 Tanjungbalai in the 2017/2018 school year, totaling 32 students. Learning outcomes data were obtained through tests while learning activity data was obtained through observation sheets of student learning activities. The results of the study indicate that; 1) field trip learning methods can improve student learning outcomes, as evidenced from the results of the classical completeness test students rose from Cycle I by 59% to 88% in Cycle II, so that they successfully provide completeness of classical learning outcomes and achieve established research success criteria; 2) field trip learning methods can improve student learning activities, as evidenced by observers observations in Cycle I writing and reading activities 38%, working on LKS 36%, asking fellow friends 8%, asking teachers 14%, and which is not relevant to KBM 4 %. Whereas in Cycle II the activity of writing and reading 33%, applying 40% LKS, asking fellow friends 18%, asking the teacher 6%, and those that are not relevant to KBM 3%.
