At present, business competition in the hospitality sector is very tight. hence, the hotel management must be competitive incompeting, management must carry out attractive promotions, also provide good facilities, so that it can influenceconsumers' stay decisions. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of promotions and facilities onlodging decisions. This research was conducted at OS Hotel Batam. The sampling technique used probability samplingtechnique with accidental sampling method, and data collection techniques used survey methods through questionnaires.The sample size taken using the Slovin formula was 288 respondents from 1026 populations. data processing methodsusing multiple linear regression method with the help of SPSS (Product Solutions and Service Statistics) version 25. The testresults prove that the promotion has a significant and positive effect on the decision to stay at a significance level of 0,000<0.05, the facility has a significant and positive effect on the decision to stay at a significance value of 0,004 <0.05 and at thesame time promotions and facilities have a significant and positive effect on the decision to stay overnight with a significancevalue of 0,000 <0.05.

Managing human resources in the organization needs to have a clear basis and direction, able to align and balance theperformance in the organization In this study aims to determine how the influence of Work Discipline and Work Motivation onEmployee Performance at Pt Matahari Department Store. The sample was determined using the Isaac formula with 110respondents, then tested the hypothesis with SPSS Version 22 application support. Work discipline variables were ofsignificance value of 0,000 ˂ 0.05 alpha value and 4.263 ˃ 1.982 on the t table value. Variable work motivation significancelevel 0.012 ˃ 0.05 and 2.544 ˃ from the t value of 1.982 table. Variable work discipline and work motivation simultaneouslyhave a positive and significant effect with a F table value of 22,100 ˃ 3.08 F table values, and sig ˂ of alpha with a value of0,000 ˂ 0.05.

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and promotion on motorcycle purchasing decisions in KawasakiPrima Batam. This research design is a type of quantitative research using a causal associative approach. The results of thestudy based on the t-test for service quality have a value of 3,217 > 1.65622 and a significance of 0.002 < 0.05 which meansthat the service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision variables, while the t test forpromotion has a value of 4.962> 1.65622 and is significant .000 < 0.05 which means promotion has a positive and significantinfluence on purchasing decisions. F test results of 19,707 > 3,94 with a significance value of .000 < 0.05, it can be concludedthat the quality of service and promotion together have a significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Women's Surgical Medical Contraception (MOW) is a method of permanent contraception in women, performed with a smalloperation to tie / clamp / cut the fallopian tubes. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between thelevel of EFA knowledge about MOW with EFA interest in MOW contraceptives. This research uses descriptive analyticmethod with cross sectional research design. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling with a total sample of 46EFAs. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The analysis used is univariate analysis and bivariate analysis with chisquarestatistical test with confidence level (95% CI) and α = 0.05. The results of this study indicate a significant relationshipbetween EFA knowledge about MOW with EFA interest in contraception MOW (Pvalue = 0.007 <2 count = 9,807α = 0.05)and (> 2 table = 5.991). The conclusion is that there is a relationship between EFA knowledge about MOW with EFA interestin contraception MOW practice of midwife Hj. R. Coal of the city of Padangsidimpuan in 2018. Thus the authors propose anumber of suggestions, namely for respondents to be able to increase knowledge and add insight about MOW contraceptionby asking health workers, reading books, watching television and so on so that EFA know about MOW contraception.

The main purpose of an investor‟s investment is to achieve a high return. And when insvestor‟s want to invest in the capitalmarket, investors will evaluate the company‟s performance to determine which shares will provide benefits. Companies withgood performance will certainly make investors more interested because the company‟s performance affects stock prices.And the manufacturing industry sub-sector chosen as the object of research is food and baverage. The purpose of thisresearch is to analyze the effect of Return On Asset (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Price Earning Ratio (PER), andEarning Per Share (EPS) on stock return on manufacturing companies in the food and baveragesub sector. Listed on theIndonesia stock exchange for the period 2015-2019. The sampling method used is purposive sampling, there are 10companies that have met the required sample criteria with a period of 5 years. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linearregression analysis using statistical applications test and hypothesis testing. Partially the results of the study indicate thatReturn On Asset (ROA) significantly influence stock return, but in the variable Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Price EarningRatio (PER), and Earning Per Share (EPS) shows that there is no significant effect on stock return. Silmutaneously theresults of the study show that Return On Asset (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Price Earning Ratio (PER), and EarningPer Share (EPS) together have a significant effect on stock return.

Shopee is one of the marketplace applications that have features for buying and selling transactions. This online or onlineshop business system is an activity carried out by the seller and buyer by not directly or not face to face but through theinternet by displaying or displaying the products that have been provided. and interested buyers or who visit the website ofthe online store this research aims to find out and explain how the influence of product diversity, quality and customersatisfaction on purchasing decisions. The population in this study is all consumers or people of the sagulung district of BatamCity who have made purchases at Shopee And the sample in this study was 383 people using purposive sampling with thetechnique of taking data by distributing questionnaires and processed through the application of SPSS 22. Data analysisused descriptive analysis and linear regression. Testing was obtained using n t test with 1984 product diversity variable witha significance value of 0.048 <0.05, and the quality variable of 2.887 with a significant value of 0.004 and for customersatisfaction of 5.056 with a significant 0.000 <0.05 and the f test to determine the effect simultaneously obtained F count of56,390 <2.62 in the table, sig value 0,000 <0.05, which means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Which consists ofproduct diversity, quality and customer satisfaction variables has a significant effect on purchasing decisions at onlineshopee proven to be true.

The tourism industry is growing, it needs help from the hotel industry to take part in providing tourism trips. The hotelprovides, services, food, drinks, other facilities provided. Likert scale, and researchers used a questionnaire. The methodused in this study was multiple linear regression. The population in the study was visitors of the Kaliban hotel in the July-December 2020 period looking for 1,203. Some of the research used in the discussion of this thesis uses Slovin researchwhich obtained 300 respondents. The t test results of the quality variables are related to positive partial which has a positiveinfluence on customer satisfaction can be seen from the test with the tcount obtained at 9,750 ≥ t table 1,968 and for thesignificance value obtained 0,000 ≤ 0.05. Variable quality of service and multan facilities have a positive and significantincome to customer satisfaction, as evidenced by the results of the f test that is processed with a calculation value of453,415 ≥ ftable 2.63 and the value of sig obtained 0,000 ≤ 0.05 can be used as a variable of service quality and positivefacilitation and significant for customer satisfaction.

Tax is one of the biggest sources of state revenue to finance development activities. However, the low level of taxcompliance in meeting tax obligations in Indonesia especially KPP Pratama Medan Kota, the realization of tax revenue didnot reach the target set. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of tax audits, tax knowledge and taxemployee services to improve taxpayer compliance. This research uses an associative approach with the number ofregistered taxpayers population and submits Annual Tax Return in KPP Pratama Medan Kota in 2016 as many as 61,758.The sampling technique uses a random sample with the Slovin formula and the number of samples is 100 respondents.Data sources using primary data and data collection techniques using surveys and literature. Data analysis techniques usedmultiple linear regression, which was previously tested for validity, reliability, classic assumption and hypothesis testing. Theresults showed that the tax audit did not significantly influence the compliance of individual taxpayers. Knowledge of taxationhas a significant effect on taxpayer compliance in KPP Pratama Medan Kota. Knowledge of taxation has a significant effecton taxpayer compliance in KPP Pratama Medan Kota. Tax audits, tax knowledge, and services of tax officers together havea significant effect on taxpayer compliance in KPP Pratama Medan Kota.

The main objective in this research is to find out partially and simultaneously the quality of service and promotion ofpurchasing decisions. The population and sample in this study were all customers who visited the Carrefour Kepri MallBatam from January 2019 to December, totaling 70,498 customers who visited. Furthermore, the sample withdrawaltechnique uses a random sample samling. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire questionnaire with a Likert scale.Data analysis with multiple linear regression analysis. Current technological advances emphasize humen needs, technologies that provide the needs that support the informationtechnology community that are carried out to assist in making business. Online business is very much needed in theactivities of buyer in their daily lives. This study discusses site product quality, service quality, cunsumer confidience inbuying interest on e-commerce sites. The sampling method used is non probability sampling method with accidentalsampling technique. The date collection method uses questionnaire, the sample used in this study amounted to 100respondent who conducted transactions in Bukalapak stores. The date collected in this study were analized by linear multipleregression analysis with the help of SPSS (statistical product and service solution) versi 25. Results Bukalapak, relatedservice quality and significant on buying interest on e-commerce sites, Bukalapak consumer confidence, and significant onbuying interest in the study. On the e-commerce site Bukalapak. product quality, service qulity, consumer trust together havea significant interest in buying interest on the Bukalapak e-commerce site.
