In the implementation of communication also allows the emergence of obstacles. Badrudin (2013) explains these barriersincluding semantic barriers, technical barriers, biological barriers, psychological barriers, and ability barriers. In conductingthis research, the writer uses qualitative research methods. The purpose of this study is to find out clearly about the barriersto the application of communication at PT. Sancho Mitra Sejahtera, Medan. Based on the level of explanation, this type ofresearch is descriptive research. Data collection methods used were structured interviews and then analyzed through threestages of activity namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The author draws researchconclusions about communication barriers at PT. Sancho Mitra Sejahtera, Medan in the marketing division there are 4types, namely: semantic barriers, technical barriers, psychological barriers, and ability barriers. Based on the research, theauthor found that In the delivery or reception of information, there has been a misunderstanding due to the use of words orsentences that are not quite right, for example between superiors and subordinates. Subordinates mistakenly respond towhat their superiors say so that they do what their superiors are asking to do. Communication problems due to poorcommunication tools usually occur with the use of memos and messengers. Subordinates experience obstacles whencommunicating with superiors because they must be more careful in talking and also more polite and reticent. Not allinterlocutors have good ability to respond to messages or information conveyed. Error responding to messages is morecommon in the use of communication in writing.

This study aims to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) at PT. Bank Mestika DharmaTbk. Capem Setiabudi, Medan. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method. Data is collected throughinterviews and it is analyzed in accordance to the analysis method proposed by Miles and Huberman. The conclusion of theSWOT analysis of deposit products at PT. Bank Mestika Dharma Tbk. Capem Setiabudi. The strength of this companyincludes owning a minimum deposit of Rp 1.000.000,-. and with a low penalty rate, it can attract customers to deposit themoney. The weakness of this company includes interest rates that are less competitive, which is lower than other banks.With a low penalty rate, customers have no difficulty with the 1% penalty unless their deposit amount is large. Theopportunity of this company is to have a promotional activity that opens opportunities for companies to attract the attention ofthe public. The better public view of banking companies and the increasing public awareness of the benefits of savingbecomes a good opportunity for banks. The location is strategic because it is located in the center of the crowd and it alsoprovides opportunities for companies because there is a possibility of being visited by the people around there. And thethreat of this company is about the banking regulations that can change at any time and increasingly become fiercecompetition conditions.

Student satisfaction is a very important aspect and needs to get special attention because the student satisfaction as adeciding for the existence and success of the college. The purpose of this research is to know how much the influence ofprice policy and quality of service (physical evidence (tangible), reliability, responsiveness (responsiveness), guarantee(assurance), empathy (Emphaty) to the satisfaction of students in the high School of Economic Sciences Eka PrasetyaMedan. The research method used in this study is a survey with a quantitative approach through descriptive analysis. Thepopulation in this study was 940 students of the High School economics of Eka Praseetya Medan with samples taken asmany as 90 people. The sampling technique used is Probability Sampling (Random Sample) with Simple Random Samplingtechnique. The results of this study indicate that in test F (simultaneous test) there is an influence of the entire free variablesignificantly against the variable tied to the value of Fcount is 7.405, with the value of Ftable of 2.21. (F count (7.405) >Ftable (2.21)) and the significant value is 0.000 < 0.05. Meanwhile, from the results of T Test (partial test), obtained the resultof service quality variable physical evidence (tangable) is 0.388, which is greater than the value of sig. 0.05 and Thitung(0.868) < tTabel (1.663), the variable reliability is 0.066 is greater than the value of sig. 0.05 and Thitung (1.861) > tTabel(1.663), the Response power variable (responsiveness) is 0.180, which is greater than the value of sig. 0.05 and Thitung(1.353) < tTabel (1.663), the assurance variable is 0.885 which is larger than the value of sig. 0.05 and Thitung (-0.145)

Breastfeeding techniques are certain measures in the delivery of breast MILK directly to infants for the importation ofBREASTFEEDING more effectively. Breastfeeding techniques are very influential for exclusive BREAST feeding.(Soetjiningsih, 2007). This research aims to determine the knowledge of mothers about the technique of good and correctbreastfeeding in Kelurahan Pijorkoling East Padangsidimpuan Sub-district year 2019, this research is descriptive, datacollection obtained through questionnaires, where samples of 40 respondents were researched based on age, education,occupation, parity and source of information. The Data is processed by editing, coding and tabulating and then analyzed andcollected in the table followed by discussing the results of the research with existing literature theory. The results of the studywere known that the majority of the respondents were less than 20 respondents (55%), the majority of the respondents wereless than 20-35 years old as many as 19 respondents (47.5%), the majority of knowledgeable respondents with no educationgraduated from elementary school and graduated with as many as 7 respondents (17.5%), The majority of knowledgeablerespondents worked as a self-employed 10 respondents (25%), and the majority of the knowledgeable respondents wereless than 8 respondents (20%). From the research results obtained respondents categorized less knowledgeable. Toimprove the knowledge of mothers on the techniques of breastfeeding positions that are good and correct in need ofcooperation between health workers with mothers to realize the baby can get breast milk in a good and correct way.

Human resources are the main key to the successful of a company’s operationtional, so companies must maintain stabilityand improve employee performance to focused to achieved the company’s goals, particularly in property and real estateindustry which is growth by millennial generation demand. Human resources who can work professionally and consistentlyare expected to be able to produce high performance. Employee performance can be influenced by divison of work which isreflected in the division of work type and work field, work discipline is reflected by company's rules and work experience fromduration of work in an occupation. This study aims to examine the effect of division of work, work discipIine and workexperience on the employeesperformance of PT. Citra Buana Prakarsa. This study uses a purposive sampling method todetermine the number of samples. The research sample consisted of 200 employees of PT. Citra Buana Prakarsa. Data wascollected by distributing questionnaires directly and analyzed using SPSS version 25. T test result that division of work, workdiscipIine and work experience significantly influence on empIoyee performance. F test results show that division of work,work discipIine and work experience together affect the empIoyee performance.

This study aims to determine how much influence of Brand and Distribution of Customer Loyalty at PT. Central BearindoInternational Medan. The research methodology used is quantitative descriptive method, the unit of analysis in this researchis PT. Central Bearindo International and its observation units are customers at PT. Central Bearindo International.Population in this research is customer at PT. Central Bearindo International totaling 55 customers. The technique ofdetermining the number of samples used in this study is a sampling technique saturated and totaling as many as 55customers. The research method used is the technique of data collection through library research and field researchconducted systematically based on research objectives. The method of analysis used to solve the problem and prove thehypothesis is by descriptive analysis, regression analysis. This analysis includes: validity and realiability, classic assumptiontest, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing through t and F test, and test of coefficient of determination (R2).From the analysis obtained regression analysis Customer Loyalty = 2,536 + 1,143 Brand - 0,026 Distribution + e The resultof determination coefficient test (R2) shows that 90,4% Customer Loyalty variable influenced by Brand and Distributionvariables, while the rest equal to 9,6% other factors or variables outside of models such as advertising, price, and others notaddressed in this study. F test results show that Fcount> Ftable is 245,609> 3.18 which means independent variables (Brandand Distribution) simultaneously affect the dependent variable (Customer Loyalty). While t test indicate that Brand variablehave positive and significant influence to Customer Loyalty at PT. Central Bearindo International where tcount 19,458> ttable1.674 and Distribution variable has no effect and not significant to Customer Loyalty at PT. Central Bearindo Internationalwhere tcount -0,367 < ttable 1.674.

This research aims to test the influence of quality of service and workload on the quality of service Hotel Inna Parapat. Thetype of research used is quantitative research. The study used the census method with the questionnaire instrument, thesampling technique in the study using probability sampling technique using total sampling, so that the sample was 75 people.Processing techniques and data analysis using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, descriptive analysis,cross tabulation, multiple linear regression analyses, and coefficient of determination analysis. The results showed thatindividually the quality of service significantly affects the guest's satisfaction and the workload is significant and is a dominantvariable towards guest satisfaction. The results of the test are jointly quality of service and workload significantly affect theguest satisfaction of Hotel Inna Parpaat. The value of RSquare is 0.719 or 71.90%, which means that the research variablesgive contribution or contributions very large in explaining about the quality of service Inna Parapat Hotel for 71.90% while therest is 28.10% influenced by other factors outside this research.

The development of communication technology in Indonesia is increasingly sophisticated in the lives of people who use itand cannot be avoided. By paying attention to the promotions given to customers and the good quality of products given bythe company to customers so that customer satisfaction is created. This study aims to determine the effect of promotion oncustomer satisfaction, the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction and the effect of promotion and product qualityon customer satisfaction and the object of research is PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia. The test is carried out using the classicassumption test, the influence test and the partial hypothesis test with the t test and simultaneously with the f test. Theresults of the study stated that partially the promotion had a significant effect on customer satisfaction and product qualityhad a significant effect on customer satisfaction and simultaneously promotion and product quality together had a significanteffect on customer satisfaction of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia products.

This study was conducted aiming to determine the effect of Liquidity, Efficiency and Bank Size on Profitability at CommercialBanks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The method used to determine the sample is the purpose sampling method,namely the method of collecting samples with certain criteria. The study population consisted of 11 banks listed on theIndonesia Stock Exchange. Secondary data is data used in this study in the form of financial statements for the period 2015to 2016. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. Data analysis used Statistical Package for Social Sciences(SPSS) version 20. The normality test results showed that the data used in this study were normally distributed. Based onthe multicollinearity test, the autocorrelation test and the heterokedasticity test found no variables that deviated from theclassical assumptions. Partially, the T Test shows that the liquidity variable has a negative and significant effect onprofitability, the efficiency variable has a negative and significant effect on profitability, while the size of the bank has anegative and not significant effect on profitability. But the F Test results show that these variables have a significant effect onprofitability and this research is worthy of research.

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of ROA, DER, PER, and PBV on Stock Returns either partiallyor simultaneously. To test and analyze the effect of earnings growth on Stock Return. To test and analyze the effect of ROA,DER, PER, PBV on profit growth both partially and simultaneously. To test and analyze the effect of ROA, DER, PER, PBVpartially on Stock Return with Earnings Growth as an intervening variable. The analysis technique used in this study isquantitative data analysis, in practice the research data processing is using SPSS statistical software .Based on the results of ROA and PBV research partially significant effect on Stock Return, while DER, PER partially doesnot significantly influence Stock Return. However, ROA, DER, PER, PBV simultaneously influence the Stock Return. ROAand PER partially have a significant effect on earnings growth, while DER, PBV partially has no significant effect on earningsgrowth. However, ROA, DER, PER, PBV simultaneously influence the profit growth. Partial earnings growth has nosignificant effect on stock returns. Earnings growth is not an intervening variable between the relationship of ROA, DER,PER, and PBV variables with Stock Return.
