Abstract

Perilaku membolos merupakan perilaku tidak masuk sekolah, meninggalkan sekolah ataupun jam pelajaran sebelum usai yang dilakukan tanpa mendapatkan izin dari sekolah yang dapat disebabkan karena factor pribadi, keluarga, ataupun sekolah. Fenomena yang ada pada siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Tegaldlimo menunjukkan terdapat beberapa siswa yang melakukan perilaku membolos yang tinggi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui konseling individual menggunakan pendekatan behavior dengan teknik self management dapat mengatasi perilaku membolos pada siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Tegaldlimo. Jenis penelitian adalah pre eksperiment dengan desain penelitian one group pre test-post test design. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Tegaldlimo yang memiliki tingkat perilaku membolos yang tinggi. Pemilihan subjek dilakukan melalui rekomendasi dari guru pembimbing dan terjaring 6 siswa, diantaranya adalah GP, NR, ES, JP, EF dan DG. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan inventori. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis data deskriptif persentase dan uji wilcoxon. Hasil pre test menunjukkan terdapat 6 siswa yang memiliki perilaku membolos dengan kategori tinggi. Setelah dilakukan konseling menggunakan pendekatan behavior dengan teknik self management, 6 siswa tersebut menunjukkan hasil pos test yang menurun yaitu perilaku membolos berada pada kategori rendah. Berdasarkan hasil pre test dan post test yang ada menunjukkan adanya perubahan perilaku siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Tegaldlimo yang mengalami penurunan perilaku membolos setelah dilakukan konseling individual menggunakan pendekatan behavior dengan teknik self management. Berdasar hasil penelitian, peneliti memberikan saran a) Untuk pihak sekolah, diharapkan tidak menggunakan tindakan kekerasan ataupun hukuman untuk mengatasi masalah perilaku membolos, b) bagi guru pembimbing, diharapkan dapat memberikan layanan bimbingan dan konseling terutama layanan konseling individual menggunakan pendekatan behavior dengan teknik self management sebagai upaya dalam mengatasi perilaku membolos.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan berinteraksi sosial siswa kelas VIII SMP N 1 Banyuwangi melalui implementasi bimbingan dan konseling analisis transaksional. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan eksperimen pretes-posttest group design. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan program SPSS 16.0. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa; (1) besaran efektifitas implementasi bimbingan dan konseling analisis transaksional dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berinteraksi sosial = -13,928, signifikansi pada p<0,01. (2) besaran perbedaan dengan analisis antara kelompok eksperimen dengan kelompok kontrol = 9,138, signifikansi pada p<0,01.Hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa; (1) implementasi bimbingan dan konseling analisis transaksional efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berinteraksi sosial siswa. (2) terdapat perbedaan kemampuan beriteraksi sosial secara signifikan antara kelompok eksperimen dengan kelompok kontrol, kelompok eksperimen menunjukkan lebih tinggi kemampuan berinteraksi sosialnya dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bahwa layanan konseling kelompok dapat meningkatkan self esteem siswa. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah self esteem siswa yang rendah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pre-eksperimental dengan one-group pretest-posttest design. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 7 siswa yang memiliki self esteem rendah. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala self esteem. Hasil analisis data dengan uji Wilcoxon, dari hasil pretest dan posttest self esteem siswa menunjukkan bahwa z hitung = -2,371 < z tabel = 1,645, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Kesimpulannya adalah layanan konseling kelompok dapat meningkatkan self esteem siswa pada siswa kelas XI SMK Muhammadiyah 2 tahun ajaran 2018/2019.

Abstract

Research was conducted to determine the relationship between lifestyle and conformity with consumptive behavior in adolescents in Banyuwangi. Consumptive behavior is behavior that is no longer based on rational considerations, but because there is a desire that has reached a level that is no longer rational. Lifestyle is the way a person lives his life which includes activities, interests, and opinions. Conformity is the change in attitudes and behavior of individuals in accordance with the rules formed by the group so that individuals can be accepted and maintained in the group. This type of research is quantitative research. Subjects in the study were 198 teenagers. Data collection methods use three scales, namely consumer behavior, lifestyle and conformity. Analysis of the data used is regression analysis. The results showed that there was a relationship between lifestyle and conformity with consumptive behavior in adolescents in the city of Banyuwangi with r = 0.898 and p = 0.000. Then from the results of the stepwise regression analysis the results show that there is a relationship between lifestyle and consumptive behavior with beta = 0.058, t = 2.268, and p = 0.028. Then in conformity with consumptive behavior there is a relationship with beta = 0.967, t = 35.456, and p = 0.000.

Abstract

This research was conducted at MTs. Negeri Banyuwangi in the 2017/2018 school year where motivation for achievement is still low. The purpose of writing this guidance counseling action research is to find out whether information services can increase student achievement motivation. Data collection methods are questionnaires and observations. The data analysis method is descriptive. The results obtained from this study are information services can increase student achievement motivation in following the teaching and learning process. From the results of descriptive data analysis also showed an increase in students' understanding of the importance of having achievement motivation so that their motivation can be increased, ranging from 26.56% to 43.69% with a high category. The conclusion obtained from this study is that information services can increase student achievement motivation in following the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

This research aims to help deal with the identity crisis experienced by VIII grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Banyuwangi. The research carried out is a guidance and counseling action research in which the research was carried out in two cycles. The subjects consisted of five classes, each consisting of 30 students so that the total number was 150 people. There are nine students who show the behavior of adolescents who experience identity crisis seen based on the percentage of the results of the questionnaire and direct observation, and the nine students are given the form of cognitive behavioral counseling. In this study, in the first cycle an increase was obtained, but only two students achieved criteria above 80%, while seven students had not achieved a significant improvement. So that the second cycle is held, the overall student reaches an increase of up to 80% and above. The results of the analysis showed that the effort to overcome the identity crisis experienced by students by using cognitive behavioral counseling services in eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Banyuwangi, there was a change in student behavior toward more positive individuals and groups

Abstract

This study aimed to obtain the implementation of group counseling and self-confidence condition students with the application of group counseling withtechniques assertive training for increase the confidence of junior high school students, and know the effectiveness of the implementation of group counseling withtechniques assertive training to increase student confidence. This research is an experimental research that is a way to find a causal relationship between two factors that are intentionally caused by researchers by reducing other factors that can interfere. The results showed that the group counseling model withtechniques assertive training proved effective in increasing student confidence. This is indicated by the test results from the calculation of the confidence scale on the total score of students before being given a treatment (pre test) and after being given a treatment (post test) obtained a probability value below 0.05 (0.006 <0.05). It is recommended to the guidance and counseling teacher to always improve their competence as a BK practitioner, and the group counseling model withtechniques assertive training can be used as a service model in helping to increase the confidence of middle school students.

Abstract

The development of Krama pictorial stories in learning Javanese 2nd grade SDN Magersari Sidoarjo requires a learning media that can support changes in students' interest in using Javanese, especially in the use of Krama Language. The purpose of this study is to determine the development of picture story books can improve language skills (speaking) and write in Javanese krama.This development design model uses the Research and Development R&D method which consists of ten steps. Among others: identification of the problem, collecting data, product design, design validation, design revisions, product trial, product revisions, trial use, product revisions and mass production.The results obtained when conducting design validation and content validation tests, as well as media attractiveness tests by students. From the learning design expert the average value of pictorial story media gets a percentage of 90.67%, from the content experts on Javanese picture story gets a percentage of 92%. Overall, the use of the Javanese picture story media gets a percentage of 80.8%, which means that the Javanese picture book story is interesting and effective for teaching and learning activities

Abstract

purpose of this research is to find out what is the legal basis for the authority of the Constitutional Court in resolving disputes over the results of the General Election of Regional Heads in Indonesia and how the effectiveness of the authority of the Constitutional Court in disputes over Regional Head General Election. The method used in this research is juridical normative, namely, the materials collected by conducting a literature study. The authority of the Constitutional Court in judging at the first and last levels whose decisions are final in deciding disputes regarding general elections, there are several paragraphs that discuss the extent to which the authority of the Constitutional Court in resolving disputes over the General Election of Regional Heads has been contained in Article 157 of Law Number 10 2016 concerning the Second Amendment to Law Number 1 of 2015 concerning Stipulation of Government Regulations in Lieu of Law Number 1 of 2014 concerning the Election of Governors, Regents and Mayors which form the legal basis for the authority of the Constitutional Court in resolving disputes over the results of the General Election in Indonesia.

Abstract

The Think Pair and Shairecooperative (TPS)learning method is a learning method in the form of group discussions which is commonly applied in face-to-face learning. It is new if the TPS model of cooperative learning method is applied in a network that remembers the pandemic situation and in the new learning year at school. Where the cooperative method becomes a discussion method that makes the cooperation of students more active and can socialize among new students in particular. This condition is necessary and good for students to increase cooperation and the socialization process between school friends. This study uses observation methods in data collection and uses cycle description methods in data analysis. This research generates new knowledge that cooperative research methods can be carried out in networks and using the Think Pair and Shaire model can positively increase cooperation between students and create a space for socialization among new students in particular.
