Abstract

This study aimed to assess the strategies that have been implemented by the central and regional governments in handling COVID-19. There are ten regulations related to the research objectives that have been reviewed. The method applied is normative legal research. Second level data is used in this study. The literature reviewed is used to solve researchers' questions. From this study it was revealed that the local government was obliged to decide on the policies that had to be taken in handling COVID-19 with normal basic health service conditions. In the situation of the COVID-19 pandemic, the appropriate regulations were enacted not the Law on Regional Government, but the Law on Health Quarantine. The conclusion of this study, in the condition of public health emergencies there is uncertainty at the local government level, because with the decentralization in the field of health causes basic health service standards vary according to the commitment and fiscal capacity of local governments. Strengthening the role of local government is a major factor in overcoming COVID-19. Health services in the regions must be ensured by the central government to conform to the COVID-19 handling standard. With the current state of public health emergencies, it is hoped that the division of roles of the center and the regions will be expected to ensure the safety of citizens.

Abstract

This research focuses on the urgency of collaboration between the central government and the regions in handling it. The aim is to find out how the collaboration of the DKI Jakarta government in dealing with Covid-19. This research is intended to find out the collaboration carried out by the stakeholders in handling covid-19 in Indonesia conducted by the central government and the regional government of DKI Jakarta. In this study, the sampling technique chosen by the author is using purposive sampling technique. Data validation is done by using the Triangulation method. To guarantee the validity of the data collected in this study, the author uses a source triangulation technique, which synchronizes similar data from several data sources whose information is extracted. Overall, in the three stages of the collaborative governance process in handling covid-19 disease in Jakarta there are five criteria for the success of a network or collaboration in governance that has been fulfilled namely Networked Structure, Commitment to a Common Purpose, Distributive Accountability / Responsibility, Information Sharing, and Access to Authority. This shows that the collaborative governance process in DKI Jakarta in handling covid-19 has not yet been running optimally and effectively.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify the Village Government’s efforts in responding to impacts of Covid-19 in Sukajaya Village, Sub-district of South Sumedang, Sumedang Regency. This research is a descriptive qualitative research based on in-depth interviews method with the parties involved in it. The efforts of the Village Government which are in line with the directions of the central and regional policies need to be responded well by the society, because if the society do not give any good respond to any kind of Village Government’s policies in order to handle the impact of Covid-19, it will not show any good result. The Village Government also need to respond any suggestion, criticism from society as well to syncronize the policies and its aims in order to achieve policies effectivity as expected by various parties.

Abstract

Abstract

This study is to provide an overview related to the supervision of local elections in Central Kalimantan during the co-19 pandemic. The method used is the study of literature studies. The author examines the phenomena related to election supervision in Central Kalimantan based on existing phenomena and from various literary sources to support the author in presenting the results of the study in question. One indicator of the implementation of post-conflict local elections that is transparent, professional and responsible is related to the extent to which supervision is carried out properly despite the current non-natural disaster covid-19. Related to this, several things were delivered, namely: 1.) The Need for Regional Executive-Legislative Relations in Good COVID-19 Budget Policy, 2). Bawaslu As a supervisor must exist and continue to innovate in supervision during the pandemic, 3). The Covid-19 disaster should not be used as a campaign event.

Abstract

The concept of developing a megapolitan area that includes Jakarta as a core city with buffer zones Depok, Bogor Raya, Tangerang Raya and Bekasi Raya has long been conceived by Jakarta Governor Ali Sadikin. This plan is to align the development of Jakarta which is predicted to be crowded and congested. At the end of the leadership of Jakarta Governor Sutiyoso (2007), the idea will be neatly packaged and broader socialized. Unfortunately, many oppose it because the surrounding satellite cities feel used for the benefit of Jakarta. Now, after 13 years have passed, the synchronization of the Jabodetabek-Punjur development must be done more seriously and directed. So that all local communities get a fair and equitable benefit.

Abstract

Deputy garut district council members of the period but only the 2019-2024 is 50 and 9 members legislative women or only 18 % woman to members of the legislature has yet to reach hope 30 % representation of women in garut district council 2019-2024 period. This show representation of women in parliament is still low. While, the act of political parties and election gave opportunities for women to participate in politics and into. legislative institutions. Research conducted has the find out how women are represented in the Regional House of Representatives of Garut in the period 2019-2024 and the inhibiting factors that influence and the efforts made to increase women's representation in the Regional Representative Council of Garut. The theory used is electoral representation theory according to Piktin with four dimensions, namely representative, represented, the substance of representation and context. The method used in the research is a qualitative research method by describing descriptive data and inductive approaches. Supporting data collection methods in research through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis technique used is by reduction of data, display data, and reflecting g conclusion. The research results showed that the representation of women in the the Regional House of Representatives of Garut in the period 2019-2024 was still low. This is caused by internal factors, namely the confidence of women, social relations, double burden and political costs and external factors, namely patriarchal culture and political constraints. In this research we initialize to the government and political parties to do sosialisai the importance of of the representation of women in legislative and suggesting prospective members legoslatif women for developed a good relationship with the community, accommodated and expectations of women in parliament this with to be demonstrated by birth to legal products, programs and policies that are pro against women and as well as improvement system regeneration women. Keywords: Representation of women, regional house of representatives.
