Abstract

Crown witnesses are seen as having the potential power in uncovering crimes. Moreover, crimes involve several actors who have developed strong bonds with each other and are closed, either through personal connections or business connections or through professional associations, such as corruption crimes. One of the efforts to tackle crime is through criminal law. Prevention of crime with criminal law is essentially also part of law enforcement efforts (especially criminal law enforcement). Even though criminal law enforcement in the context of crime prevention is not the only hope, its success is highly expected because it is in the field of law enforcement that the meaning of "a state based on law" is at stake. the importance of witnesses who are also perpetrators of crimes who are "inner-cycle criminals" because they are considered to have the potential to uncover crimes. Sometimes these "insiders" are the perpetrators involved in the crime. Apart from providing clues to investigators, these insiders occasionally participate in investigations. Finally, these insiders can become very important witnesses during trials, providing evidence in the first person, eyewitnesses of criminal activity.

Abstract

The personal quality of a leader depends partly on hereditary factors and is a hereditary psychophysical/physical-spiritual disposition, namely in the form of: intelligence, energy, body strength, mental flexibility, and moral steadfastness. And partly influenced by the socio-cultural environment and conditions of the times. The general assumption states that without leadership any organization will not be able to achieve its goals. Testing was carried out using the Naïve Bayes classification method. To simplify the process of analyzing data using the Naive Bayes algorithm, it is necessary to do data cleaning or preprocessing with the aim of eliminating noise or missing values. From the preprocessing of 320 data, 155 out of 155 can be used, 70% of which will be used as a training dataset as a test dataset. The Naive Bayes algorithm produces an accuracy value of 78.33%, precision 79.31% and recall 81.25%. From the research results it is proven that the Naive Bayes model has good accuracy. This can be seen from the results of the research evaluation that the Naive Bayes model is able to analyze the leadership style and motivation of good and bad employee performance using the data set used during the study.

Abstract

This paper aims to predict the graduation of graphic design training participants at computer course training institutions to take competency exams by applying the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm. Data sourced through field studies and literature studies. Among them by conducting direct observations and interviews on research objects and supported by the appropriate literature. While the data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative method. From the results of the research that the researchers have done, there are obstacles, including: many participants did not pass, because they were not sure enough to select their abilities during the training whether they deserved to be tested or not. Therefore, the author intends to create a graduation estimation system using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm. So it is hoped that this system can predict the passing of competency test participants.

Abstract

Development of systems and information technology including expert systems that use facts, techniques and knowledge and reasoning in solving problems. Expert systems that are currently developing are systems that adopt the knowledge of an expert in a particular field. In everyday life we often encounter problems faced by humans, including disease problems that exist in the human body, so we need to consult an expert in the health sector to solve these problems. However, sometimes patients with disease cannot consult an expert due to the large number of patients as well as time and cost issues. In these existing problems, it is necessary to develop a system that can help these patients, namely by developing an expert system model for diagnosing oral disease by utilizing the Mamdani method. The mamdani method will assist in diagnosing the disease.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the heavy metal mercury (Hg) component in coal mining waste water during mining activities. A field observation method has been used to continuously capture and monitor sampling at mining and processing sites. In the laboratory, tests for the content of metal mercury (Hg) in liquid waste from mine waste have been completed. The three components of the field survey are preliminary research, main research (sampling), and laboratory analysis. Air samples were fired at pre-tapped points based on waste conditions while fully appreciating the potential of about four points. The results showed that there were two air samples with very high mercury content, namely 5.0828 pp Hg at location 02 (ST.02) and 6.3060 pp Hg at location 3 (ST.03).

Abstract

Actors in their business accounting records. This research has produced a research product in the form of a simple android-based accounting application. The simple android-based accounting application that was developed can be declared suitable for use if the media is valid. It is said to be valid if it has been validated by material experts and media experts. Making this simple android-based accounting application uses research and development (R&D) methods using the ADDIE development model which consists of 5 stages, namely: 1) Analysis; 2) Design (Design); 3) Development (Development); 4) Implementation (implementation); and 5) Evaluation. From the results of observations and interviews with the head of the Abadi Mangrove Women's Farmer Group that the women's group experienced problems in the production aspect, namely the limitations of equipment, where the production process still uses simple and traditional equipment as shown in the production process. The hardest thing for the Abadi Mangrove Women Farmers Group is the mixing/kneading stage of the ingredients, which still uses human labor in the process of kneading the ingredients so that the quality and quantity of the production results are not optimal. In fact, the Abadi Mangrove Women's Farmer Group is trying to develop its business, but its capital is limited. The group leader had applied for a capital loan at a rural credit bank but was rejected because he did not have business books. Financial statements are the key to monitoring business performance. Many Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are still not aware of the importance of making financial reports. One of the reasons MSMEs do not make financial reports is that they are seen as difficult, time-consuming, inconvenient, and unimportant. Technology-based accounting records are still very rarely found, especially in MSMEs.

Abstract

In essence, every person or human (zoon politicon) always tries as much as possible to establish cooperative relationships in the field of law with other people. Before outsourcing was legalized in Indonesia, employment relationship problems are established based on the legal norms contained in the Civil Code or the Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek) abbreviated as BW.The legal norms referred to are adapted to the noble values contained in the five precepts of the Pancasila, and constitutionally they should not conflict with the 1945 Constitution. The problem raised in this thesis is the legal obligation of outsourcing business actors based on the omnibus law and what are the obstacles in its implementation. the role of outsourcing business actors, especially PT. Global Permai Eternal. legal protection from employment agencies in the city of Medan. The law that regulates the employment agreement for a certain time, which basically still has shortcomings, so it is often said to be inconsistent, because the law that is applied is too broad and not specific.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to establish how the service quality and user-friendliness of the OVO digital wallet contribute to overall customer satisfaction (studies on OVO users in Jatinegara district, East Jakarta). The research that was conducted was of the descriptive quantitative variety, and one of the methods for gathering data was the use of questionnaires. The results of the analysis of the data obtained in this study indicated that the quality of the service provided has an effect on the level of customer satisfaction. Specifically, the P-Value of 0.006 indicated that the probability value was less than 0.05, which indicates that this hypothesis is supported by the data. There is a correlation between ease of use and customer happiness, as indicated by the P-Value of 0.000, which indicates that the likelihood value is lower than 0.05. Both the Level of Service Quality and the Ease of Use are Important Factors That Influence Customers' Level of Satisfaction.
