Abstract

Breast Cancer is a deadly disease and a scourge for all women around the world, breast cancer occurs starting with the emergence of tumors that grow in the breast, but not all tumors that grow become malignant (cancer) sometimes tumors are also benign (non-cancerous) which are not dangerous and it is enough just to be lifted through surgery, for the need to know and classify the characteristics of tumors in the breast will become malignant (cancer) or benign (noncancer) so that people know based on the characteristics of the CT-Scan results of breast tumor data, then classify binaryly, namely cancer or non-cancer, classification techniques using the naïve bayes method which is proven to have high accuracy for classification in several studies, then testing the accuracy and prediction of breast tumors becoming malignant (cancerous) or benign (non cancerous) with the naïve bayes method, as for the results of this study it is known that from digital image data from needle aspirate the smoothness (FNA) of breast mass is known that the naïve bayes algorithm can classify tumor data that become benign and malignant well, and after testing the accuracy of performance and obtained accuracy from the naïve bayes method is 94.55%.

Abstract

The city of Medan is one of the big cities that is not spared from sexual crimes against children. Pedophilia or what is familiarly called (a pedophile) is a deviant symptom experienced by a person (adult human) in sexuality, where a pedophile tends to be interested in having intercourse with or molesting minors. Pedophilia is classified as a disease disorder that a person can experience due to two factors, the first is an internal factor, this is because the previous perpetrator was also a victim of acts of sexual violence, and that is what drives pedophiles to do the same to them. other people in the hope that he doesn't feel alone and is the same as him. The second factor is external (external) factors, the environment has a major influence on a person's life, as well as perpetrators of sexual violence against children. by some things like porn videos. The research was conducted in Medan City by involving the police, the community, the Koran, and the victims' parents. The results of the study show that pedophiles have had sexual disorders or traumatic factors in the past where perpetrators should also be given rehabilitation because of the tendency to be more sexually attracted to children and not just prison sentences to create a deterrent effect.

Abstract

Many business actors still carry out their business processes manually which has many limitations in the process. Where the transaction process as well as financial calculations and profits still have to be done manually which takes a long time. This is also inseparable from the human error factor that everyone has. With these things in mind, it is appropriate for business actors to find solutions to the problem. One solution that can be done is to design a Point Of Sales application. Where Point Of Sales is an application that is used to manage a transaction so that the transaction process can run quickly, easily and accurately. With this application, business owners can easily see and also monitor transactions that occur in their business so that it will be very helpful in making policies from a company. By adding the use of the Agile method and the Scrum pattern at the Point Of Sales will make the application even better in performance.

Abstract

Selection of the best teacher is not an easy thing to do by an institution or the management in a foundation. The selection of the best teacher is absolutely necessary so that the management can find out how far the teacher's level of knowledge isineducating students. A decision support system is a form of computer base information system (CBIS) that isinteractive, flexible and specifically developed to support the resolution of unstructured management problems to improve decision making. Decision support systems use data as input and with a process, produce output that will help decision makers. The MOORA method is a method that has calculations with minimum and very simple calculations. This method has a good level of selectivity in determining an alternative.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology ultimately not only affects people's communication patterns, but also how they consume news/information. Coupled with the emergence of social media, which was originally a space for exchanging news between each other, became an opportunity for news dissemination by professional journalism. Although in the end every user has the opportunity to become a news producer, distributor, or consumer at the same time. This condition then gives rise to accidental exposure to news, which occurs in between its activities on social media based on a system of algorithms determined by the network, or fellow users who share the news. There are three things that are discussed in this article, the first is news on social media, the second is unintentional news, and finally the implications of unintentional news on the understanding of a particular issue, in this case it is a political issue. From the presentation based on previous studies, it is known that accidental news does have an impact on the passivity of social media users to seek information from the main media, which adversely affects a person's knowledge.

Abstract

Order scheduling is the process of organizing and arranging orders to be fulfilled by a certain time and date. This can be done manually or through the use of scheduling software. The goal of order scheduling is to ensure that orders are filled in a timely and efficient manner, while also being mindful of any constraints or limitations that may affect the fulfillment process. This can include factors such as inventory levels, production capacity and delivery times. This study specifically discusses the scheduling of electronic goods orders. Scheduling electronic goods orders is the process of organizing and managing orders for electronic goods to be fulfilled at a certain time and date. This scheduling can be done using software or systems that can assist in the process of planning and managing orders for electronic goods. Several factors to consider in scheduling electronic goods orders are inventory level, production capacity, delivery time, and demand from consumers. In optimizing the arrangement of order distribution schedules using a genetic algorithm, four parameters are needed, including the number of destinations, the number of sales, order crossover probability and mutation.

Abstract

In general, the implementation of the selection of outstanding teachers has been running smoothly in accordance with predetermined criteria. However, it is felt that the implementation is still not optimal so that improvements need to be made, especially in the assessment aspect. In evaluating the selection of outstanding teachers at SMAS Imelda Medan, there are several assessment criteria namely Obedience, discipline, responsibility, cooperation, assessment of the learning process, teacher activity in schools and honesty. In order for the implementation of the teacher selection to work, this is what makes the need for a decision support system that is able to provide consistency of assessment with the application of normalization and provide convenience in the results of the value to be determined from each test. The decision support system used in this study is to use the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. This method strongly supports the assessment of criteria and weighting of values. The criteria used are based on the results of data analysis and the results of the assessment of each test. This system is also useful for schools in determining and calculating scores in determining teachers who deserve to get awards in the selection of outstanding teachers. The purpose of this research is to develop a system decision support that can facilitate the process selection of outstanding teachers and applying the SAW method in a decision support system to facilitate in determine the ranking of outstanding teachers.

Abstract

The achievements of students at SD Negeri 0640 22 Medan are not only in the academic field, but also in non-academic achievements, attitudes, behaviors, talents, organizational history, and extracurricular achievements based on the 2013 curriculum. , where students who master a subject are often invisible because of their misbehavior, student achievement is only measured when students enter the top 10 rankings, while other students who can only master one subject are not seen as achieving because they are not included in the top 10 Rankings , because the scores of other subjects get low results, for example only mastering mathematics and English. Therefore SD Negeri 064022 Medan requires a Decision Support System to become a standard measure for assessing student learning outcomes for students' learning abilities at school, a decision support system capable of providing recommendations about outstanding students which is the result of multi-criteria processing using the Analytical Hierarchy Process method. (AHP).
