Abstract

Laying hens farming is a business option that the community in Sukawana Village can work on. Laying hen farming business has a strategic value, especially in the provision of animal protein to meet the needs of the community, in addition to its role in taking advantage of employment opportunities. Community service activities are carried out at Kobar Farm which is located at Sukawana Kintamani Bangli Village. Starting with an initial survey to determine target partners to providing education and training related to aspects of marketing and brand awareness, business capital through credit analysis and recording and bookkeeping related to production and sales. The existence of this service activity was welcomed by the service partners and hoped that there would be ongoing coaching. We as a service team hope that the contributions we provide can be of benefit to partners in developing their business.

Abstract

The Batur Village Credit Institution is a pilot LPD in Kintamani District that was able to grow and develop during the pandemic. Batur as a barometer of the economy in Kintamani District should be able to become a model for LPDs by other areas in Wingkang Ranu so that it is felt necessary to strengthen its economic institutions. The purpose of this service activity is to increase the ability and knowledge of LPD managers and oversight bodies in an effort to implement ESG and increase understanding in implementing ESG practice strategies at LPD Batur. The method used is in the form of lectures by inviting resource persons who are experts in the application of ESG at LPD Batur as well as conducting outreach and assistance in implementing ESG practices in savings and lending activities at LPD Batur. The results of this community service activity increase the ability and knowledge of LPD managers and supervisory bodies to increase in efforts to implement ESG. Furthermore, through the socialization program provided, increasing the understanding of LPD managers and supervisory bodies in implementing ESG practice strategies at LPD Batur. It is hoped that LPD managers and supervisory bodies can consistently apply ESG and community service activities can have a positive impact on LPD Batur customers, where LPD managers and supervisory bodies can implement strategies for sustainable ESG practices at LPD Batur.

Abstract

Occupational Health and Safety (K3) is currently the main focus for all companies, especially those operating in the construction sector. The construction services sector is a sector that has a high risk of work accidents because it comes into direct contact with dangerous equipment and terrain. So this writing was carried out to introduce the importance of K3 in work methods. Socialization was carried out by visiting the project from the company PT Tedja Jaya Kreasi then socializing K3 to field supervisors and explaining the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). From the socialization carried out on the implementation of K3 in the field, it is different in each project depending on the scale of the project, from interviews I conducted with field supervisors, the implementation of K3 has been implemented in all projects but inconsistently and there is a lack of socialization regarding work and work methods that prioritize safety at work.

Abstract

Business is the key to the Indonesian economy, one of which is Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, apart from is very wide distribution throughout Indonesia, it also because of its important position due to the large number of Indonesia resident in it. The number of UMKM in Indonesia is now vey arge and dominate as th front line of the economy in Indonesia. One of the UMKM in Yeh Gangga, Sudimara Village, Tabanan is the Pindang UMKM which manged by one of the local people, Mrs. Ni Wayan Sukawati or usually called Men Nurtiyani. This article was created to provide information about Pindang UMKM in Yeh Gangga, Sudimara Village, Tabanan. The research method we carried out was qualitative, using observation, method, interview method and training or practice methods. And the result of thi research sho that the problem faced by Mrs. Nurtiyani is that she has not been able to market her business throught out Tabanan or outside Tabanan. Or this reason, through this research, a mentoring program for indag production and this provision o promotional videos and digital marketing an be arried out to increase sales for Pindang Men Nurtiyani UMKM.

Abstract

Pasraman Saha Dharma Saraswati in Klaten district. pasraman which consists of several levels ranging from early childhood, kindergarten, elementary, junior high, to junior high. because students are different, when they are at the pasraman they must have some obstacles that interfere with the learning process, for example, they are often noisy during learning, ridicule each other, causing fights and many are lazy to go Community service activities through learning at the Saha Dharma Saraswati pasraman by STHD Klaten students can do well. Within a limited time, pasraman students were able to be directed to develop the values ??of Hindu Religious Education such as religious attitudes (Sradha and Bhakti), discipline, friendly and polite attitudes, tolerance, caring attitudes, and interactive attitudes. During the service period, the team used the quantum learning method such as having a question and answer session between the team and students during learning, so that the application of this method trains students to be tolerant of the opinions of their different friends. The conclusion is that the learning method used by the service team has positive implications for students, namely increasing motivation and enthusiasm of students to take part in the entire series of community service activities.

Abstract

Tumpeng Upakara is a means of ceremonial equipment or offerings which are widely used as a complement to various types of offerings. The production process is still very simple, the process is done manually. Tumpeng ceremony produced by partners can last a long time, is clean white and not easily broken. The main problem faced by partners is related to the partner's very low knowledge regarding financial management, where partners' understanding is only limited to managing money, without thinking about how to manage finances to generate profits, and the results of business sales are often combined with personal money. partners also have problems from a marketing perspective. Marketing carried out by partners is still very traditional. The solutions given to partners' problems are (1) Providing knowledge to partners regarding the basic concepts of financial management which include: financial planning to good business financial management (2) Providing direct knowledge and practice regarding business financial control, classifying which expenses are for business and which one is for the family, so partners are able to grow with a healthy cash flow. (3) Providing training on using social media in promoting their business, so that the tumpeng ceremony business can be promoted more widely. The result of this community service activity is an increase in partners' knowledge regarding the concept of managing and controlling business finances.

Abstract

The existence of partners located in Peguyangan Village, North Denpasar District, are generally managed independently. The common problem faced by partners today is in developing their business to become bigger. Partner business productivity has not fully met the market criteria, because in measuring the productivity of partner businesses it is not supported by knowledge resources and good financial governance. Business loans proposed by partners to the Bank as the largest funding institution, have not been able to fulfill the stages or absolute requirements put forward by the bank regarding the preparation of accountable and transparent financial reports. In connection with partner problems, the orientation of the program is to provide education and training to partners as micro/service business actors, so that they are able to prepare their financial reports independently and responsibly. So that the capital capabilities of micro business partners/services are feasible to develop their business. The solution offered by the executor of community service is training in preparing financial reports using simple bookkeeping techniques. The application of science and technology referred to in this activity is to assist business actors in managing their business finances easily. With the intent and purpose of providing training on preparing reports for these partners, it can assist business actors in managing their financial traffic in a professional manner. The results of this community service activity are partners who have knowledge and understanding of financial management and are able to prepare financial reports for their business.

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out at BUMDes Kerti Dana in Abangsongan Kintamani Village. Based on the results of initial observations with the Abangsongan village government apparatus, the biggest problem faced is the lack of synergy between the village government, village communities, business actors, and BUMDes in order to develop the village's economic potential. The poor cooperation between the village government, village communities, business actors and BUMDes can be seen from the lack of training and development programs for the community in terms of business management. The solutions given to these problems are (1) Providing counseling related to a more detailed and comprehensive description of the importance of strengthening BUMDes management in order to optimize BUMDes functions for the development of the potential of the village of Abangsongan. (2) Provide education regarding good Bumdes governance. (3) Providing training on basic budget preparation, SOP preparation, business innovation training that will be developed by Bumdes. BUMDes have an important role for the economy of the village government to improve the welfare of its citizens. The results of this PKM activity have a positive impact on increasing the understanding of BUMDes managers. Socialization, training and mentoring activities can increase the understanding and skills of BUMDes managers in the Abangsongan Kintamani village to fulfill administrative obligations, develop SOPs as activity guidelines.

Abstract

The immune system can become infected by the virus known as HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus). This viral infection is able to weaken the ability of human immunity to fight foreign objects in the body, which in the terminal stage or severe infection can cause Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS). HIV is a virus that harms the body's lymphocytes, or white blood cells, and lowers the immune system. This work program aims to prevent transmission of the HIV virus in the Gunaksa Village community and in general. The method for implementing this HIV/AIDS socialization work program is to coordinate with the Dawan II Community Health Center UPTD as a health facility in the Gunaksa Village area, carrying out direct outreach activities to POSBINDU and Youth Posyandu participants in an interactive and communicative manner to the community of Br. Nyamping and Gunaksa Villages in general regarding HIV/AIDS, along with the implementation of the POSBINDU and Youth Posyandu programs, participate in contributing to health examination services to the community, such as checking body weight (BB), height (TB), blood sugar and blood pressure and health mentally guided directly by the UPTD of the Dawan II Community Health Center.

Abstract

Petani di Desa Apit Yeh Manggis Karangasem rata-rata memiliki luas kebun sekitar 2- 5 are, dengan rata-rata tanaman kelapa yang dibiarkan tumbuh liar adalah 10-15 tumbuhan sehingga dari hasil kebun petani ini menciptakan peluang usaha dagang berupa minyak tandusan. Mitra dalam kegiatan ini adalah kelompok usaha dagang minyak kelapa tandusan yang aktif dalam memproduksi minyak tandusan untuk diperjual belikan untuk bekerjasama dalam usulan program pengabdian ini. Kelompok Usaha minyak tandusan ini dalam memproduksi minyak tandusan menghasilkan 5-10 botol minyak tandusan dengan menghabiskan 25-50 butir kelapa sebagai bahan baku. Ampas pada minyak tandusan ini yang sering terlupakan bahkan di buang. Untuk masyarakat karangasem ampas dari minyak kelapa tandusan ini seringkali diolah menjadi “pepes telengis”. “Pepes Telengis” adalah sejenis lauk tradisional khas Bali yang berbahan utama sari ampas minyak tandusan. Sari ampas atau endapan minyak tandusan ini didapatkan dari pembuatan minyak kelapa secara tradisional. “Pepes Telengis” sendiri maksudnya adalah pepesan. Lauk ini terbungkus daun pisang yang telah dicampur dengan berbagai bumbu khas Bali. Telengis yang biasa dibuang dapat diperjualbelikan namun dengan kemasan yang tidak menarik, hanya dengan menggunakan plastic biasa dan diikat. Telengis yang dibungkus biasa hanya bertahan 1 hari sehingga jika diperjualbelikan harus dilakukan dengan segera dan cepat agar telengis mentah ini tidak cepat membusuk/rusak. Pada pengabdian ini, telengis dijadikan sebuah produk dengan kemasan yang lebih menarik, tahan lama dan memiliki logo/brand sehingga konsumen ingat tempat dan nama penjual dari telengis ini. Adapun bantuan yang diberikan pada kelompok usaha dagang ini adalah berupa kompor kayu bakar, desain logo produk, plastic khusus vacuum makanan dan mesin vacuum makanan. Bantuan yang diberikan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas produk dan juga meningkatkan pendapatan kelompok usaha dagang di desa apityeh, Manggis Karangasem
