MB journal has been accredited for SINTA 4. MB journal is a peer-reviewed and open-access journal published twice a year (April and October). This journal published articles in Bahasa but in 2019 MB journal published all articles in English. This journal only accepts articles from original research results. MB journal welcomes all articles related to management and business fields. Subjects suitable for publication include financial management, marketing management, human resource management, operation management, strategic management, entrepreneurship, business ethics, and international business. Manajemen Bisnis journal has been indexed in Google Scholar and DOAJ. MB journal keeps an attempt to be indexed in other journal directories.

Abstract

      The research aims to examine the effect of customer satisfaction and trust on repurchase intention. Sample used 100 respondents taken by purpossive sampling technique of online shoping customer. Path analysis employed to examine the effect customer satisfaction and trust on repurchase intention. the result shows that satisfaction and customer satisfaction have a positive effect on repurchase intention, and trust was mediating the effect of customer satisfaction on repurchase intention.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study basically aims to analyze the influence of corporate culture and transformational leadership styles onorganizational commitment and employee performance in PPPPTK/VEDC Malang. In addition, analyze organizationalcommitment mediates the influence of corporate culture and transformational leadership styles on employeeperformance. The population of this study are Civil Servants and the sample size is 78 employees. Data collectionuses the questionnaire (set of written questions addressed to the respondent) and analyses method is Path Analysis.The results show that the corporate culture significantly influences to organizational commitment, whereas transformationalleadership style does not. Corporate culture, transformational leadership style and organizational commitmentinfluence to the performance of employees. Organizational commitment may mediate the influence of corporateculture on employee?s performance, but organizational commitment is not able to mediate the influence oftransformational leadership styles to the employee performance.Keywords: corporate culture, transformational leadership, commitment, employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study firstly, to know the motivation of the motivator factors and hygiene factors at home industry batik pasir semeru in pasirian, secondly to determine employee job satisfaction, thirdly to determine the influence of motivational factors and hygiene factors on employee job satisfaction, and fourthly to determine which factors most strongly influence employee job satisfaction. Based on the results of the calculation of the average scale range of motivator factors, hygiene factors  and Employee Satisfaction included the company a high category. From the calculation of the Ftest independent variables produced Ftab=4,170877 while the value of Fhit 8,467, t test motivator factors 2,587 and hygiene factors 2,877 while the value of ttab 2,04523. Results of regression analysis equation model Y=5,877+0,734X1+0,850X2+e, the next coefficient of determination (R2) value is 36,9%. It can be concluded that the motivator factors and hygiene factors variables significantly influence employee satisfaction.

Analysis technique used logisticregression analysis. The result of result show that the structure of the message and the format ofmessages significantly influence positively to attitudes. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the production process of Dies Forging Piston Wheel Cylinder and to suggest the improvement for the production. The data were analyzed by Time-Function Mapping, Cause and Effect, and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). The findings showed that there were seven production phases of Dies Forging Piston Wheel Cylinder. After figuring out the troubled phase, the next step was searching for the cause and the solution of the problem using FMEA. The FMEA calculation indicated 4 problems i.e. the employees working on another product, vibrating clamp machines, employees producing jig, and unavailability of jig. The main problem was detected based on the highest score of Risk Priority Number (RPN) that calculation indicator was severity, occurrence, and detection.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the most influential ratio of CAMEL on bankruptcy of banking companies listed on the Stock Exchange. The other purpose is to predict bank bankruptcy. The result resesarch found that the ratios of CAMEL have a positive and significant effect in predicting bankruptcy of the banking company. The ratio of capital adequacy ratio (CAR) is accurate for predicting bank bankruptcy with a significance level of 0.014. It could be suggested that banks management should be pay more attention to the ratio of capital adequacy ratio (CAR) because it can provide a positive influence on the prediction of bank bankruptcy. Investors should be also pay more attention to the CAR when making a decision to minimize the risk. Further research should be consider other than CAMEL ratios, for example, aspects of compliance including Maximum Lending limit (LLL), reserve requirement (GWM), and Net Open Position (NOP). Keywords: Predicting Bankruptcy, CAMEL and CAR.

Abstract

This research examines the relationship of factors influencing consumer satisfaction namely natural harmony, self-renewal, community, and hedonism towards adventure tourism products. The research used multiple regression analysis to test the factors that influence consumer satisfaction on adventure tourism products. The respondents were 412 people who had taken adventure tours in groups in Yogyakarta and West Java last year. The characteristics of the participants were dominated by men with the age range of 18-50 years, and the occupational background were students and employees. The result of this research revealed that natural harmony, self-renewal, community, and hedonism were positive factors that had a significant influence on customer satisfaction toward rafting adventure tourism products. The research suggestions and implications are also discussed in this research.

This descriptive type of research used the sample of 100respondents. A non-probability sampling technique used judgmental sampling. The scale was based onthe Likert measurement and this analysis include: the validity and reliability. The analysis of the dataobtained used a variable frequency distribution analysis consisting of Demographic (gender, incomelevel), psychographic (activities, interests, opinions) and behaviour (benefits, attitudes). The results ofthe analysis of the distribution of the respondents classify based on the frequency of demographic,psychographic, and behaviour which they claim that face-book provides entertainment as an alternativeto in their spare time. Information obtained, such as the latest news both locally and internationally,information on lectures, job listings, buying and selling. Abstract

Business Listing means issuing or investing in land or buildings plus, the benefits in the form of purchasing power protection against inflation and get the added value of its development, such as commercial or residential used. PT. Kharisma Karangploso build Housing Project Earth Kanjuruhan to meet the basic needs of society, especially civil servants to perform simple but decent housing development. This study aimed to determine the Evaluation of Development Project Feasibility Study Earth Kanjuruhan that in value in accordance with aspects of the Feasibility Study and also in accordance with the assessment of investment criteria. The result of this study indicate that the feasibility study of business is considered feasible and the result assesment of investment criteria at PP (Payback Periode) for 4 years 3 month 12 days, ARR (Average ate of Return) amount30,92 % > 6,148 % , the result of  NPV (Net Pesent Value) is positive187.940.169, IRR (Internal Rate of Return) 8,6975 % > 6,148 %, and the last PI (Profitability Index) 1,449> 1.

This is supported by a study evaluating theeffect of Authentic Transformational Leader-ship behaviors of Emotional Intelligence by interveningvariable: Value congruence, Trust and Respect for teachers and employees in Muhammadiyah schools.The sample used in this study were 66 employees and 125 teachers. The results show that thebehavior Authentic Transformational Leadership have a significant influence on EmotionalIntelligence directly. Significant influence is also shown intervening variables: value congruence(posi-tive), Trust (negative) and Respect (negative).Keywords: authentic transformational leadership, emotional intelligence, value congruence, trust,reverence.
