Abstract

A thesis titled “pembiasaan all morning develop the character of discipline students mi ma’arif nu sunan drajat lamongan”  it was an research result qualitative aims to answer the question of how pembiasaan all morning in mi ma’arif nu sunan drajat lamongan, what are the ones supporting this morning pembiasaan and inhibitors, have all morning pembiasaan discipline students will be able to form the character or not. Approach research used is qualitative descriptive with the kind of research case study on an object. The data collection was done by interviews informants, observation, and documentation. And technical analysis data using descriptive analysis. The results of research obtained is the first pembiasaan remembrance morning very controlled good and tersosialisasi very neat which began at 06.45 wib and ended in at 07.00 wib. Second, by factors in support remembrance morning, regulation clear, homeroom / teacher-chaperon, supervision/controling strict, a guidebook, the leading sector is in control remembrance morning, and the punishment of school, support from of parents/family students, the community, and from friends. Factors barrier of a child who late, difficulty children in reading letters arab, and environmental factors. Third, tutors remembrance morning accompanying read prayer remembrance morning and the supervision of parents families.

Abstract

Abstract

Humans will not be able to utilize the natural resources such as land and sea, without armed with knowledge that qualified. Therefore, Islam then obliges Muslims to seek knowledge or learning. Learning could be capable of building a civilization. On this stand, the writer wants to discuss the thesis titled "Learning Perspectives Imam Al-Ghazali in the Book Ayyuhal Walad Fi Nasihati Al-Muta'allimīn Maw'izatihim Liya'lamū Wa Yumayyizū 'Ilman Nāfi'an Min Ghayrih." The formulation of the problem is how to learn the perspective of Imam Al-Ghazali in the book Ayyuhal Walad. The purpose of this study was to determine the learning perspective of Imam Al-Ghazali in the book Ayyuhal Walad, to determine the factors that determine the success of the learning process perspective Imam Al-Ghazali in the book Ayyuhal Walad. It is as library research using qualitative descriptive approach to critical analysis. The results of the study is the approach filled with shades theocentric. The factors that determine the success of the learning process perspective Imam Al-Ghazali in the book Ayyuhal Walad is the motivating factor, educators, curriculum, student attitudes, purity of heart, of environmental social.Keywords: Learning, Imam Al-Ghazali

Abstract

Islam has taken into account the right to select (khiyar) in buying and selling transaction with the aim of avoiding possible fraud, forgery and so on so as to create a willingness between each party. Khiyar could be conducted when sellers and buyers meet directly physically as that in any buying and selling transaction. While in the modern buying and selling process done in cyberspace, especially in social media such transaction raises the question "what is the khiyar in the cyberspace transaction?" Although the transaction occurs two-side interaction, between the seller and the buyer both do not meet directly in one place and goods traded could not be held or reversed. Buyers could only see photos or video of goods to be purchased along with its prices. Based on the writer's study, it could be concluded that the buying and selling transaction in social media which although between the seller and the buyer both do not meet directly physically—only in the virtual world—the transaction is still considered in one majlis so the khiyar is still considered adequate and valid. Because the so-called one majlis should not be interpreted that both the seller and buyer are equally present in one place. But what is meant by one majlis is, the so-called ijab qabul is done within the time in a contract, in the sense that after the ijab is pronounced followed with the so-called qabul in a transaction or when pronouncing ijab qabul is not interspersed with other words which according to custom is assumed to be capable of interrupting it.

Abstract

Rahn's financing is the most dominant financing in the Barokah Amanah Family of KSPPS.  From this reason, the authors chose the KSPPS Karomah object in Pacuh village, Balongpangang sub-district, Gresik district to be investigated. The goal of this research is to be able to provide as much detailed and up-to-date information as possible regarding the mechanism of rahn financing using ATM collateral and Savings Books and its contribution both internally to the growth of cooperative, SHU and its benefits for members  and surrounding communities in general. Interestingly, even though KPSPS Karomah was only established in the last two months of 2018, it has member a lot of especially for its rahn financing and has used a very effective online application and facilitates financial management in KSPPS Karomah. This research is a field-based qualitative research by making field data such as interviews, observations and documentation as primary data. By carrying out the process of organizing data, data reduction, data display, analysis and then finding conclusions. From this research is able by found out the mechanism and procedure of disbursement of Rahn contract financing using ATM collateral and savings books at KSPPS Karomah and analyze using SWOT. The results turned out to be very effective and the number of members could quickly multiply and could quickly develop because there was synergy (cohesion of Debtor data) or cooperative members with existing PKH members and BPNT social programs.

Abstract

The provision of wages to all employees or workers is very important to prosper the surrounding community. One of them is the tofu factory in the village of Poluju, Baureno sub-district, Bojonegoro regency, which is one of the factories producing tofu from the processed soybean staple. The research problems are how analyze the wage system of tofu factory employees in Poluju village, Baureno sub-district, Bojonegoro regency; what is the analysis of the tofu factory employee wage system viewed from the principle of responsibility in Islamic economics by using descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques are through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses Miles and Huberman. In this tofu factory, Mr. Sukanto uses a daily and piece rate system. Where both systems have been running from the founding of the Sukanto tofu factory to the present. In determining the wage, it is known by both parties, namely the employees and manager. In giving the salary, Mr. Sukanto is quite responsible because he has fulfilled several principle  criteria of responsibility in Islamic economics. the principle criteria for responsibility in Islamic economics, are honesty, trustworthy, open to each other, and taking full responsibility for the wages of all employees.
