<![CDATA[This research aims to know the strategies of the Qur'an Hadith teacher in overcoming learning difficulties of students in reading the Qur'an; the supporting and inhibiting factors of the Qur'an Hadith teachers in overcoming learning difficulties of students in reading the Qur'an, and solutions to overcome the inhibiting factors in implementing the strategies of the Qur'an Hadith teachers to overcome the learning difficulties of students in reading the Qur'an. The results of research could be concluded as follows, first, the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing the strategies of the Qur'an Hadith teachers in overcoming learning difficulties of students in reading the Qur'an that could be classified into two groups, namely: internal factors which include physiological factors such as illness, disability and talent, interest, and motivation. Types of learning difficulties faced by students in the subject of the Qur'an Hadith are not fluent in reading and writing the Qur'an, memorizing, interpreting, enriching and being capable of addressing the need of social reality. While the teacher's strategies in overcoming students' learning difficulties in the subject of the Qur'an Hadith through instruction, personal guidance, parental guidance and remedial teaching.]]>

<![CDATA[The book that studied here is the Book of Akhlak lil banin.The Book of Akhlak lil banin is one of the most basic moral books are good for teaching morals new students or students who study at Moslem boarding school, because of this book describes some character that deserves to be emulated and avoided by students.This research was conducted to find out about how the book of Akhlak lil banin learning applications in Moslem boarding school of Al Muhtarom Lowayu Dukun Gresik and factors supporting and inhibiting about learning application of Akhlak lil banin book and how to overcome them.This study uses qualitative descriptive method. In this case the data collection techniques used through observation, interviews and documentation.Based on the research obtained by researcher from the field can be concluded that the application of learning the book of Akhlak lil banin in Moslem boarding school of Al Muhtarom Lowayu Dukun Gresik is very good for making students disciplined in all circumstances.Keywords: The book that studied, Akhlak Lil Banin]]>

<![CDATA[Many are peeling many of wich explore the child’s ungodly behavior to parents, but few who explore the opposite phenomenon of the ungodly behavior of parents against their children. Children is a grace from God of Allah swt to his parents to be grateful, educated and fostered to be a good person, strong personality and ethical Islamic. While, the development of religion in children is largely determined by the education and their experience, especially during the pre-election period of expectant mothers and fathers and the first growth period from 0 to 12 years. For that, the author is moved to explore and examine (about) the concept of elderly parents in the perspective of Islam. This is the author thoroughly to know who exactly the child in his existence according to Islam? What is the rule and rule of education in family and family roles in children’s education? What are the preparations (actions) that are classified as the ungodly behavior of parens against the child? In this study shows there is an effect (impact) between the family environment (parents) on the formation of islamic character and ethics in children from an early age mainly from the factors of prospective fathers and prospective mothers so the authors get the correlation that the failure of good personality planting in early childhood will turn out to form a problematic person in his adulthood (his grow up). While the success of parents guiding their children will determine the formation of character and their morals so that the family environment conditions are crucial for the success of children in social life in their adult life later (after grow up). In this study resulted in the conclusion that there are some things that make the parents become ungodly against their children and it has been conceptualized in the holy book of the Qur’an which at least in this study collected there are 14 components of eldery behavior of the lawless to their children.]]>

<![CDATA[Quality and equitable education for Indonesian children is a major capital to get out of the multidimensional crisis. Our nation today has been bored with the phenomenon of poverty that is mainly due to ignorance. The phenomenon should be taken seriously by the government by making policies aimed at creating a good and equitable quality of education for the community. If we look at the current reality that teachers having not met the national standard qualification are about 65%. There have been many teachers not in accordance with their field of expertise, and the main factor is the distribution of teachers mainly centered in urban areas. This is due to the limited ability of the government in improving the welfare of teachers. The government also seeks to put the teachers' status in their ideal position. Teachers' Profession in Law No. 14 of 2005 on Teacher and Lecturer is a profession that is the same as that of doctors, accountants, and Psychologists. To that end, teachers must have a certificate, so they must participate in any certification tests. The law stipulates that the professions of teacher and lecturer are highly respected and their presence is guaranteed. That means teachers and lecturers have been protected by a single legal umbrella that is not easy to change. It also guarantees the authority, self-development, prosperity, recruitment and transfer of teachers and lecturers.]]>

<![CDATA[In its development, education and educational institutions must innovate to meet the needs of changing times, the efforts of educational institutions to create and innovate become a necessity and education must be able to keep up with the times. The innovations made by educational institutions are to achieve educational goals for example the competencies that must be mastered by students. In achieving these competencies, it is required capabilities of transmitting so that these competencies could be mastered well by students. One of the educational institution innovating in education and learning is MAN I Lamongan. This research is aimed at finding out digital-based learning media innovation in the development of character education in MAN I Lamongan. Data obtained that digital-based learning media innovation in the development of character education in MAN 1 Lamongan is reflected in three parts. First, The vision and mission of MAN 1 Lamongan; second, learning process by using slides, projected dynamic visuals, prints, games, realia, positive Internet; and third, the Islamic boarding school programs (Ma'had) for male and female students that include the Adiwiyata School Program, the ISO Program, the Prodistic Program equivalent to D1 in collaboration with the Ma'had.]]>
