The purpose of this study was to describe the feasibility of the inquiry learning process of elasticity material using the P4TK IPA Hooke Law learning unit in class XI IPA students at SMA Negeri 2 Donggo. In the learning process of the elasticity material using Hooke's Law learning unit with an inquiry learning model with 6 levels. This research method used descriptive method. The research instrument used observation, interview, and tests. The data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the inquiry learning process on the subject of Elasticity and Hooke's Law using the Hooke P4TK IPA Law Physics learning unit in class XI IPA students of SMA Negeri 2 Donggo can be implemented properly and student learning outcomes are 100% complete.

This research was aimed to know the positive effect of Three-Step-Interview strategy towards students’ speaking ability. The research was experimental research and was categorized quasi experimental especially nonequivalent control group design. The population of the research was the first semester students of hotel at Akademi Pariwisata Mataram consisting of six classes. Two classes were selected as the samples; those were IE and IF. They were drawn using cluster random sampling technique. Experimental group was treated using Three-Step-Interview strategy, and control group was treated using Think Pair Share strategy. The technique used for data collection was an interview. The result of the test was scored by speaking scoring rubric. Then, the scores were analyzed using t-test formula. According to the analysis, it showed that the value of to(t obtain)= 2.31 is higher than the value of tt (t table)= 2.00 at the level of significance of 5% and the degree of freedom (df) 58. Therefore, it can be concluded that there was significant difference between speaking scores of students taught by using value Three-Step-Interview strategy and taught by using Think Pair Share strategy. In other words, Three-Step-Interview strategy has positive effect towards the students’ speaking ability.

This study aims to analyze academic management strategies in private higher education institutions. This research method uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. While the data analysis of this research uses descriptive analysis with an interactive model. The results of this study indicate that the academic management system at tertiary institutions is the core of the implementation of higher education activities that regulate everything including the effectiveness of administration, information, service quality, and efficient use of resources. Management strategy is a process or series of decision-making activities that are fundamental and comprehensive, accompanied by determining how to carry it out, which is made by the leadership and implemented by all levels in an organization to achieve goals. In the implementation of Private Higher Education it is imperative that the quality of academic services be carried out in a directed, disciplined, total quality manner, and ensure the realization of the quality of higher education properly.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of individual counseling services on the adjustment of class XI students at SMAN 2 Pringgarata. This research method using experimental methods. The sampling technique used in this study was the Quota Purposive Sampling technique. The data collection method used was the questionnaire method as the main method, while the documentation, interviews and observation were complementary methods. To analyze the data using the t-test formula. The results of data analysis are 5,319 and the t value in the table at the 5% significance level with N = 8 is 1,860, this indicates that t is greater than the t table value (5,319> 1,860), which means that Ho is rejected which reads: None The Effect of Individual Counseling Services on the Adjustment of Class XI Students at SMAN 2 Pringgarata, Central Lombok Regency, 2015/2016 Academic Year, and Ha was accepted which reads: There is an Effect of Individual Counseling Services on the Adjustment of Class XI Students at SMAN 2 Pringgarata

This study aims; (1) to analyze the effect of teacher pedagogic competence on student achievement, (2) to analyze the effect of learning motivation on student achievement, (3) to analyze the effect of pedagogic competence and student motivation on student achievement. This research is a quantitative study using multiple linear regression.The population in this study were all students of XI TKJ, totaling 60 students. Researchers used a questionnaire in the form of google form as an instrument to facilitate data collection. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis, it can be concluded that (1) pedagogical competence has an effect on student achievement; (2) learning motivation affects student achievement, (3) pedagogical competence and student motivation affect student achievement.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of academic supervision in an effort to improve the competence of Class Teachers in classroom learning. This research method uses a school action research conducted during three cycles, each cycle of activities there are four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results of this study indicate that; 1) the results of observations by the school principal and teacher observations during the mentoring process have received an average score of> 4.0, and 2) the final result> 85% of the total number of mentoring participants received an average grade of> 80.00 (good category). The results of the study in the first cycle of observation of the average School Principal (2.90), the observation of the average teacher (2.67) and the academic supervision results of the average grade teacher (62.86). In cycle II the observations of the average headmaster (3.40), the observation of the average teacher (3.50) and the results of academic supervision at the target grade point average (78.73). Cycle III observations of average principals (4.60), observations of average teachers (4.67) and academic supervision results in the average target value (86.49) Indicators of success have been achieved, research is declared successful and terminated in cycle III. The conclusion of this research is that in the third cycle it shows an increase in teacher competence in the learning process in class.

This study aims to improve student activities and learning outcomes on the theme of 8 natural events through the STAD type cooperative model in grade 1 SDN Pandean Lamper 02 Semarang in the 2020/2021 school year. This study used a classroom action research method which is carried out in three cycles which include the planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection stages. This research instrument used observation, tests, and interview. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the application of the STAD type cooperative learning model can improve learning activities and learning outcomes for grade 1 students at SDN Pandean Lamper 02 Semarang. This is evidenced by the data on the results of student learning activities in the first cycle is 65.85%, in the second cycle it increases by 5.58% then in the third cycle it increases by 11.16% which initially the second cycle is 71.43% then it becomes 82 ,59%. Learning outcomes using the STAD type cooperative learning model in the first cycle were 54%, the second cycle increased by 71%, and in the third cycle increased up to 89%.

The purpose of this study was to develop a mathematics learning tool on the material system of two-variable linear equations through the RME (Realistic Mathematic Education) approach. This research is a development research adopting a 4-D model with the following stages of research: 1) definition, 2) design, 3) development, and 4) deployment. Learning tools developed include Learning Implementation Plans and Student Worksheets. The quality of the model is measured based on three aspects, namely valid, practical and effective. Model validation is done by an expert by looking at two aspects, namely the content or content and use of language. Practicality of the model is measured based on three aspects, namely (1) learning activities in the classroom, and (2) student responses to the implementation of learning tools, while the effectiveness of the model is measured through the implementation of the model to see student learning outcomes. The results showed that the learning tools developed were valid but needed to be revised on several items / components. Learning tools are already practicable as indicated by the average response of students to learning through the Realistic Mathematic Education approach of 3.94 with good categories, and student activities during learning reach 92.8% with active categories. Learning tools developed are effective for improving student learning outcomes as indicated by the number of students who achieve mastery learning by 75% while those who have not completed by 25%.

This study aims to describe the increase in student learning activity through the application of CTL (contextual teaching and learning) strategies. This research method uses classroom action research which is carried out in 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementing actions, observing, and reflecting. The subjects of this study were 27 MTs class VII students. Al-Ikhlas Mentigi. The research instrument uses observation and tests, while the data analysis technique uses qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the application of the CTL (contextual teaching and learning) strategy is proven to increase learning activity which has an impact on student learning outcomes in Fiqh subjects. In addition, students feel happy about this learning strategy, this is manifested by the growing sense of togetherness in the group, the class atmosphere becomes more lively and there is a new experience for students to conduct a simple analysis of a problem that arises around them.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between family harmony and disciplinary attitude of grade VII students of SMP Negeri I Janapria. The population in this study were all class VII students of SMP Negeri I Janapria, totaling 174, while the sample used was 15% of the total population, namely 26 students, while the sampling technique used proportional random sampling technique. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, documentation, and data analysis techniques used product moment correlation. The results showed that there was a relationship between family harmony and disciplinary attitude of the VII grade students of SMP Negeri I Janapria which was obtained based on data analysis using the correlation formula, the results obtained were r count of 3.841, while the value of r table at the 5% significance level with N = 26 was obtained. amounting to 0.388. Thus, the calculated r value is greater than the r table value of 3.841> 0.388. The results of the research and data analysis indicate that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) which says "There is a relationship between family harmony and the disciplinary attitude of grade VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Janapria is accepted and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. Therefore, the results of this study are significant, so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between family harmony and the disciplinary attitude of grade VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Janapria.
