Thiis study useis a qualiitatiivei meithod wiith a pheinomeinologiical approach. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Islamic religious psychology on the mental health of adolescents. The focus of the study is on three things, namely religion and mental health, mental health disorders and the role of the psychology of religion in adolescent mental health. This study analyzes the role of religious psychology on adolescent mental health. This research method uses a literature study approach or library research based on descriptive studies. The data collection technique used is to choose a topic and seek information from various sources, namely: books, journals, mass media, etc. The data obtained was then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman technique, namely collecting data, coding to make the analysis process easier, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study explain that the important role of the psychology of religion in the mental health of adolescents, especially adolescents who experience mental health disorders. Abstract

Komunikasi yang efektif akan menghasilkan kepuasan dan produktivitas pegawai, perbaikan pencapaian hasil karya dan tujuan instansi. Komunikasi pegawai yang efektif tergantung dari hubungan pegawai yang memuaskan yang dibangun berdasarkan iklim dan kepercayaan atau suasana instansi yang positif. Komunikasi pimpinan ASN Bagian Protokol dan Komunikasi Pimpinan Kabupaten Banyumas memiliki tiga wujud. Pertama, komunikasi ke bawah yaitu komunikasi dari kepala Bagian Protokol dan Komunikasi Pimpinan kepada pegawai/ staf. Kedua, komunikasi ke atas yaitu komunikasi dari pihak pegawai/ staf ke pihak manajemen. Ketiga, komunikasi sejajar, komunikasi yang berlangsung antara sesama pegawai di dalam Bagian Protokol Dan Komunikasi Pimpinan Kabupaten Banyumas.

Abstract

One of the technological developments in guidance and counseling in schools is Cinema Therapy or film therapy. According to Brigit Wolz, Ph.d., MFT, psychotherapist and film therapist from Oakland United States, Cinema Therapy is made based on allusions (metaphors) where the tropes are presented through words, symbols, character characters, themes, and conflicts.  Cinema Therapy is a modern technique in group counseling interventions that is suitable for adults, adolescents and children and is carried out by watching movies or videos with group members that aim to add insight to the counselor to overcome problems that are in accordance with the problems experienced by the counselor. So that the focus of research in this study is to find out how the implementation of cinema therapy  "One Percent–Indonesian Life School" on the Maladaptive Behavior of TMI female students of Pondok Pesantren Al-Amien Prenduan and to find out how  the results of the implementation of Cinema Therapy One Percent-Indonesian Life School on Maladaptive Behavior Santriwati   TMI Putri P ondok Pesantren Al-Amien Prenduan. The research method in this study uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research (case studies).  With data collection techniques using interviews, observations and documentation. Where as a research subject, the researcher took information from santriwati class III Regular H and homeroom teacher class III Regular H. The results of the research obtained in this study are, after the implementation of Cinema Therapy "Satu Persen-Indonesian Life School" found better changes in the maladaptive behavior of students of class III Regular H, namely, enthusiasm for learning, good socialization ability, akhlakul karimah, minimizing violations of cottage discipline, and self-confidence.

Abstract

The phenomenon of measuring a person's capacity and capability, even his characteristics and temperament, is extremely difficult. Need an instrument to measure it. Therefore, how many leaders who look capable, polite and commendable. But instead he did an anti-climax with acts of corruption, or other bad things, when he was already a leader. This study aims to compile and develop a measuring instrument Profetic Character Scale as a fit and proper test instrument. Then describe it quantitatively. The method used in this research is empirical method. The approach used is quantitative descriptive to describe the construction of a psychological measuring instrument by looking at the psychometric properties of the preparation and development of the Profethic Character Scale measuring instrument. The samples involved were 228 people taken purposively. The data collection was carried out online and offline with members of the PABKI organization (Indonesian Islamic Counseling Guidance Experts Association). The hypothesis proposed was that the Profethic Character Scale as a Feet and Proper Test instrument has a high level of validity and reliability. The results of the validity analysis shown in the item correlation (rix) valid items on the Profethic Character Scale as the Feet and Proper Test instrument move from 0.400 to 0.743, as well as the results of the reliability test the score moves from the lowest of 0.926 to the highest its Alpha Cronbach value is 0.929. Based on the effective value of each dimension, Shiddiq has 0.874, Fathonah has 0.879, Amanah has 0.898, and Tabliq has 0.860. The highest amount of effective contribution is obtained by the Amanah dimension, which is 0.898. the four dimensions have a very high effective contribution to the Profethic Character Scale as a Feet and Proper Test instrument. Based on the results of factor analysis starting from extraction with correlation matrix analysis, on four dimensions with total initial eigenvalues, the results of factor analysis using the Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin Measure of Sampling Adequacy and Bartlett's Test of Sphericity KMO and Bartlett's Test obtained KMO values or scores, even the results anti-image correlation analysis, the correlation value of the dimensions is very high, this proves that the Profethic Character Scale as a Feet and Proper Test instrument has a high degree of correlation with its dimensions.

Abstract

Bangsa Indonesia yang kondisi masyarakatnya majemuk ditandai dengan adanya ikatan sosial berdasarkan perbedaan suku, etnis, budaya/adat, dan daerah. Pancasila, UUD 1945, Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia, dan semboyan Bhinneka Tunggal Ika yang memiliki arti berbeda tetapi tetap satu kesatuan. Penyelenggaraan pendidikan berwawasan kebangsaan merupakan solusi agar peserta didik dapat menerima, memahami, dan menghargai temannya yang berbeda suku, agama, dan nilai kepribadian. Wawasan Kebangsaan menjadi poin penting dalam membangun pemahaman sejarah bagi generasi bangsa. Pendidikan merupakan kunci utama kehidupan bangsa Indonesia sebagai upaya membangun wawasan kebangsaan agar memiliki karakter nasionalisme yang akomodatif. Oleh karena itu, pembelajaran sejarah Indonesia di MAN 1 Banyumas bertujuan untuk mengetahui wawasan kebangsaan secara mendalam dan mampu menangkap tidak hanya sekedar mengetahui, mengingat angka tahun dan berbagai peristiwa sejarah yang dipahami sebagai catatan kolektif masa lalu bangsa Indonesia, namun dapat mengimplementasikan pembelajaran tersebut dalam bingkai sikap nasionalisme. Metode dalam penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskripstif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini yaitu guru Sejarah MAN 1 Banyumas. Pembelajaran sejarah berbasis wawasan kebangsaan dan nasionalisme di MAN 1 Banyumas merupakan salah satu pengembangan pembelajaran yang harus menjadi pilar utama dalam orientasi dan penanaman nilai-nilai Nasionalisme dalam membentuk karakter dan peradaban bangsa. bangsa Indonesia kepada siswa. Ada banyak pendapat bahwa pendidikan bila berorientasi pada bingkai karakter akan memudahkan implementasi nilai-nilai nasionalisme. Zona pengembangan pendidikan dan pembelajaran karakter nasionalisme sangat strategis untuk meningkatkan semangat nasionalisme peserta didik. Pembelajaran ini membantu siswa untuk lebih memahami nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam nasionalisme serta menumbuhkan sikap karakter yang memiliki semangat kebangsaan.

Abstract

In this study it was found that some class one regular female students who incidentally have not been able to adjust to the new environment often experience fear, anxiety, worry in their daily activities. As for these symptoms can hinder the daily activities of female students. So that musyrifah efforts are needed because musyrifah has an important role and authority in every problem and problem of the child under her guidance, especially in the dormitory. To find out more about how musyrifah efforts. So, the researcher used a qualitative research approach with case studies. As for data collection techniques researchers use interviews, observation and documentation. From this technique, then researchers process and analyze to obtain data or information. The subjects of this research were Musyrifah, Mulahidzoh, and female students of Maya's room. The results of the research obtained were the fact that musyrifah had efforts to deal with anxiety about self-adjustment in regular first grade female students, including: First: Strengthening musyrifah's emotional relationship with female students, are; Controlling, giving sympathy. Second, Be a model for female students; Providing role models, collaborating with superiors (mutsakifah or Nyai). Third, mental strengthening; Giving advice, motivating, guiding. The supporting and inhibiting factors for musyrifah in dealing with anxiety about adjustment in the class one female students of TMI Al-Amien Prenduan include: a. Supporting factors; There is cooperation or collaboration with the homeroom teacher or room mutsakifah, There is openness from the students, A sense of responsibility. Abstract

Drug abuse can cause dependence and many effects, among which the impact can occur on the mental and spiritual. Mental and spiritual damage can influence drug abuse. Rehabilitation is one solution to cure drug abuse. This research aims to find Islamic Psychotherapy-Based Spiritual Mental Guidance for Clients of the Social Rehabilitation Center for Drug Abuse Victims Satria in Baturraden. This research is carried out by providing insight and knowledge to students of the Islamic Guidance and Counseling study program regarding the implementation of Islamic Psychotherapy-Based Spiritual Mental Guidance for Clients of the Social Rehabilitation Center for Drug Abuse Victims Satria"in Baturraden. The results of research where Islamic Psychotherapy-Based Spiritual Mental Guidance for Clients is carried out through religious activities or activities, including congregational prayers, reciting the Qur'an, islamic study, Hadrohan, khitobah, fasting, and other activities. The implementation of Spiritual Mental Guidance is carried out by paying attention to the needs of residents and providing religious understanding to strengthen self-awareness to change for the better.

Abstract

Penilaian kinerja kepala sekolah/ madrasah dilakukan secara berkala setiap tahun dan secara kumulatif setiap empat tahun. Penilaian kinerja tahunan dilaksanakan oleh pengawas sekolah. Penilaian kinerja empat tahunan dilaksanakan oleh atasan langsung dengan mempertimbangkan penilaian kinerja oleh tim penilai yang terdiri dari pengawas sekolah, guru, tenaga kependidikan, dan komite sekolah di mana yang bersangkutan bertugas. Metode dalam penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tentang Penilaian Kinerja Kepala Madrasah dalam Kompetensi Supervisi Akademik di MAN 1 Banyumas, maka dapat diambil kesimpulan sebagai berikut: Pertama, Perencanaan Penilaian Kinerja Kepala Madrasah dalam kompetensi Supervisi Akademik di MAN 1 Banyumas melalui beberapa tahapan, antara lain pengawas madrasah melakukan sosialisasi kebijakan terkait PKKM, penyampaian instrument PKKM, simulasi aplikasi PKKM, pemberitahuan jadwal pelaksanaan PKKM serta pemenuhan bukti fisik yang dibutuhkan sesuai dengan pemenuhan indikator kinerja Kepala Madrasah.  Kedua, Pelaksanaan Penilaian Kinerja Kepala Madrasah dalam Kompetensi Supervisi Akademik di MAN 1 Banyumas, yakni diawali dengan pemaparan program atau indikator kerja dari Kepala Madrasah, dilanjutkan dengan memeriksa bukti fisik sesuai dengan indikator kerja kepala Madrasah, serta penentuan skor/nilai dalam PKKM. Ketiga, Evaluasi Hasil Penilaian Kinerja Kepala Madrasah dalam Kompetensi Supervisi Akademik di MAN 1 Banyumas, meliputi pelaporan hasil penilaian kinerja Kepala Madrasah, evaluasi hasil PKKM serta tindak lanjut dengan melibatkan Kepala Madrasah dalam Pengembangan Keprofesian Berkelanjutan (PKB) yakni dengan Mengikuti Diklat Supervisi Akademik

Abstract

Premarital guidance is program which is very important for potential partner to use equib knowledge inorder tobuild a goog family. As the purpose of premarital guidance is to help prospective couples to build a strong family toward the creation of a sakinah, mawaddah, warahmah family. However, many couple comment that the premarital guidance in only a formality, and only fulfills the marriage reguirements. Which ultimately has an impact on the lack of harmony in the household, as well as an increase in the divorce rate. So thatteh focus of the problem in this research is how to implement premarital guidance and what is the impact of implementing premarital guidance in the KUA of Ganding sub-district. Research using a qualitative research approach to the type of descriptive study. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and ducomentation. The results of this study indicate the implementation of premarital giuidance in building a sakinah family at the Ganding sub-district religious affairs office in 2022, namely setting a catin, procedures and administration, and following premarital guidance material. And this research shows the impact of implementing premarital guidance in building a sakinahfamily in the religious affairsoffice of Ganding sub-districtin 2022.Keywords: Premarital, guidance, sakinah family
